Pak Lok in Eilean Siar

Beef Chow Mein; watery (somehow), no taste. Chicken Curry, not great quality chicken (formed cubes), slimy sauce. Only ordered as Eastern Meadow had an hour and a half wait. Should’ve waited.

Just had a takeaway from here at it was absolutely delicious. The curry and Singapore Noodles are the best I have had and Wai and Tony were great. Will definitely be back xx

I love pak lok and visit regularly and never ever had a bad experience, every meal is lovely. Truly don’t understand why they have bad reviews haha and the people who work there are so lovely and friendly.

Conseguí un chow mein esta noche absolutamente podrido y barato también obtuve un cuarto de pato que estaba seco y no comestible igual que el plato Pak lok, todo se fue a la papelera, qué desperdicio de 35 arruinó nuestra noche, incluso llamé para quejarme sin disculpas ni nada por favor. los pls van a otro lado

I was visiting relatives and we thought we would try the pak lok Chinese take away at gosforth. We seen something run out the kitchen and when we said it's a RAT the man behind the counter told us all we were LIARS. Then as he was wrapping my chips up I noticed he had skirvy scabby skin and whilst wrapping our chips up touched the action chips. Then I was that disgusted we walked out leaving our meal. We also were invited in WITHOUT face masks as we had left them in our vehicle. Both the man and the chinese lady behind the counter said WE ARE NOT BOTHERED ABOUT MASKS HERE anyways.Avoid pak lok chinese gosforth at all costs!!!!!!!

just about the Chinese lady her sneezing into her hands touching the food not cleaning her hands i forgot my mask she told me it didn't matter about the mask we were disgusted leaving the shop without our meal

Esperé 1 hora por una entrega, marqué Just Eat que ordené y el pedido se canceló sin notificación. Servicio impactante. Probablemente entró en pánico cuando mencioné que mi hija tenía alergia a las nueces, por lo que probablemente no estaba limpia y no podía garantizar la seguridad. ¡Tantas reseñas de 1 estrella no pueden estar equivocadas! Entonces, de vuelta a mi chino normal.

Horrific service, ordered takeaway on a Thursday night. Took an hour & 30 mins, called the takeaway & said the driver had left 30 mins ago. Turned up food cold we had to re heat & driver told us to go f**k ourselves, what a lovely lady. Never use this place disgusting service & bike delivery drivers. Said she left the place 35mins ago ok so that’s acceptable????? Don’t think so, Ordered takeaway & you have to microwave it all to eat it gross & against hygiene regulations.

I would never order food from this place again bloke on phone doesn't know what customer service is... Order was over 1 hour late and cold when arrived they would not refund money I paid for crap service

Pedí una comida para llevar el viernes por la noche y me dijeron el precio y que me llevaría unos 30 minutos.Cuando mi novio fue a recogerlo, le dijeron que nunca recibieron un pedido y que no trataron de resolver el problema.

The food from the pak lok is not Chinese food, its just reheated frozen food that you can't possibly eat - soon trading standards will close this place down. Avoid at all costs
