Paco's Restaurant in Perth & Kinross

The food was lovely and so reasonably priced. Such a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely go back here for food. The waiter was also very friendly and attentive.

Pacos has been a firm family/friends favourite for many years. Great menu, delicious food (fajitas are a must), friendly and attentive staff and always a brilliant atmosphere.

There's a large choice of menu for lunch that is available until 3pm. The service is always exceptional and friendly and for a mid afternoon slot it has a nice cosy feel.

Restaurant was very busy on arrival but there were lots of staff and we were seated promptly. Service was good and food arrived quickly and I personally was impressed with my seabass dish but others felt theirs wasn't quite as good, I guess it depends on what you order. Improvements could be made in the cocktails which were disappointing but as this is a family restaurant I doubt it is something they focus on. Overall it was enjoyable in a lively atmosphere but with a little attention to some dishes it could be much better.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would the food was to die for bread to start freshly made and the pizza was amazing my wife had pasta that was amazing too then the dessert where the best part reasonable price as well first time there but will definitely be back

Booked a table for three via a third party app. Table was confirmed and again nearer the reservation date. This was my husbands 60th birthday and my 11 year old son was also with us. We started with virgin cocktails which were beautifully presented and tasted amazing. We had three courses and couldn’t fault a single thing about the meal. The service was efficient despite the restaurant being almost full. The staff were knowledgeable and polite, couldn’t have asked for more. The prices arent out of the way either for what you get. Will definitely be using this restaurant more often. In terms of decor and seating, it has an Italian feel about it. The tables were clean and they are cleverly positioned so that you have different levels and glass partitions to give your conversation some privacy. Saw lots of families with kids and their meals looked great too. All of the food coming out of the kitchen looked amazing.

This place is a real find we will def be back! Haggis gnocchi, pizzas, pork dish, fajitas and cajun chicken salad were our table's choice, they were all awesome! Cocktails amazing too.

Had black and blue burger. Was amazing, juicy, fresh and just right amount of blue cheese. Def order this one again as usually just go for chicken or pasta. Fries were tasty, hot and a nice crisp to them, not hard. Other half had steak and ale pie and great portion size with carrots, peas and mash, said gravy was so tasty and beef tender.

Huge appealling vegetarian/vegan selection. Extensive cocktail and drinks menu and a decent variety of dishes in general. We had very tasty cheese burgers, vegan pasta and chicken enchiladas - we were all very happy and our tummies were very full. Size of the portions was good. The décor through out the place was very funky and staff really welcoming. Worth a visit!

We were staying at the Premier Inn, and this was at the end of the street. It was very handy, but more importantly, the food was delicious: scampi and chips for one, and chicken breast in a delicious mushroom sauce. And very reasonably priced. Ice cream was good too. Would like to know the history of this industrial building. Interesting array of exhibits, including a WWI stretcher.

Better book a table! Busy place but seated quickly and served promptly. Whole vegan menu to look at with good options. Big portions so pace yourself if you want pudding. Pizza and calzone good size. Fajitas plenty of meat and sauce. Excellent and good value

Great selection of meals for all tastes, meals all came out in good time and the staff were really friendly, couldn't do enough for you.

I was more than pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. I am disabled. and find some places VERY difficult, and some restaurants look at me, and say no. My husband walked in to ask if they could accommodate us, and the manager (I think!) made us much more than welcome! He put out a ramp, and took us straight to our table. The wait staff are very pleasant, and even though they were quite busy, we didn't feel rushed or under pressure to eat and shove off! I have a very small appetite, and so I ordered off the kids menu - a cheeseburger and chips, and my husband had a steak - and both of us were very happy with our meals, and subsequent desserts. When we were ready to go, a waiter very considerately helped us out - with a smile! All in all, I would give this restaurant 6/5!

We had an artisan bread starter each, but one would have been sufficient, although we happily finished both! We ordered Blackened Salmon and Pork Fillet Medallions in a mushroom cream sauce and each was tasty and enjoyable. A really good meal out before attending a concert in Perth Concert Hall which is only a few yards away, so a great restaurant for pre-concert meals.

Service was initially quite slow, but we didn't have starters, so that might have delayed things. One of our group of 4 ordered ribs and they were cold, complained and were replaced with hot item promptly.

Nice restaurant, the ambiance is outstanding. The meal was good but I found it too salty. Prices are not fair enough.

Working away by myself the staff were friendly and accommodating. I had the Stornoway black pudding starter followed by the T bone steak, all served promptly and well presented. The beer, food and staff are all excellent I will be back when I'm next in the area

Hi ,again a superb place to celebrate our 45 th wedding anniversary. The food was excellent and I can’t say enough about the service Brook was excellent and very informative and helpful as I am celiac. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it again . We were welcomed in by your friendly Manager. Then very quickly shown a nice table at the rear of the restaurant. The table was set and clean, everything in place. Our waitress very efficient helpful and friendly. She took our orders well and we received what we had asked for. It was nice there were so many enjoying their meal, but the room was rather noisy….ambience good. We enjoyed our dining experience. Thank you.

Excellent restaurant for a pre-concert meal as it is right across the road from Perth Concert Hall. Extensive and interesting menu. Lovely food, nicely presented. Friendly and professional staff.

It took about 40 minutes fom ordering to our meal (main course only) being served and once it finally came the food itself was fairly bland.

I was on holiday in Perth,and we chose to eat the first night in this restaurant. Seen how beautiful this restaurant we had the second night dinner in the same place. The restaurant looks so nice, the staff are really kind and good.The food was good,warm,in time.

Steak was excellent but our starter of Garlicky mushrooms was not The coating on the mushrooms was that hard you could not get a fork into them

2nd visit in 8 weeks. Disappointed after a fabulous 1st visit. Food was ok , nothing to write home about , the team were excellent , but remember to bring a coat. It was freezing. I sat throughout my meal with a heavy jacket on. My wife went to the loo and the topic of conversation between her and 2 others was the temperature. Took the edge off the experience.

We were not sure what to expect from Paco's after reading variable reviews. Keeping an open mind and hoping for the best, we gave it a go and decided to stick to what they are known for, steaks. It's a big restaurant and it seemed to be well staffed. All of whom seemed friendly. Average wait times for the food and really happy to say that all was excellent and the 3 steaks were just about spot on and tasty too. I had a very pale tomato in my salad and my one suggestion is that they consider upgrading these to decent tasting vine tomatoes. Other than this, all grand. The place had a decent atmosphere and my wife and son enjoyed their deserts also. Would be happy to recommend and wish them all the best too. More than likely will be back at some point when over that way.

Service was good, pizza was very undercooked and chewy. Steak was cooked well but lacking any seasoning.

Paco's food is always good. It has a nice atmosphere though not particularly attuned to a quiet or romantic night out, especially at busier times.

Our starters arrived before our drink order and once finished we waited and waited and waited for main order. Eventually after 45 mins we caught the eye of our server. We explained we had been waiting a long time and had a show to go to. He went to check, said we shouldn't have had to wait so long and offered us our sparkling water for free. We were told our mains would be a few minutes, they eventually came ten minutes later. No explanation for delay was provided. On leaving a manager asked if we enjoyed food. I replied saying that due to wait we had to wolf down. He responded by saying he was aware of that but had asked if we'd enjoyed our food ! I emailed the restaurant the next day but received no response.

As usual the food & the whole experience was tremendous.

Our party ordered Brie, garlic mushrooms and potato skins as starters. None were particularly enjoyable but we all enjoyed our main choices of chilli, salmon and sea bass. Staff were very helpful and efficient.

As always the staff are fantastic with my elderly mother. The food is very good (just lunch) and service prompt, especially as it was quite busy being a Saturday afternoon.

Everything was as expected at Pacos after many years of visiting. Staff friendly and approachable, prices competitive. First time having a lunchtime reservation but fine with special lunchtime menu in conjunction with full menu. We will be back.

My twin daughters went with two friends for their birthday. It was the first time they have been to a restaurant on their own. They were made to feel very welcome, they said the wait staff were very friendly, they enjoyed the food and once they were finished the staff called a taxi for them. Thanks for giving them a great experience and looking after them so well.

Thoroughly enjoyed an early evening, midweek meal. One of our party was vegan and another was vegetarian and both were impressed with the extensive choice on the menu. The food was tasty and well presented. The restaurant has a lovely ambience, warm and welcoming with a bit of a buzz. Staff were very attentive and friendly which helped make the whole evening a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.

was in on monday been here few times but seriously service on monday ridiculous girl with dark coloured hair was very rude slow to serve dropped things on table didn’t get drinks had to ask male agine who wasn’t even serving me and he got them straight away and when paid bill she was rude didn’t say goodbye just turned basically run away food here great but staff not so great well ones at main entrance older gentleman allways respectful and nice 2 of them but younger girls tend to be to rushing and attitude girl with blonde hair lovely but dark hair one really shouldn’t be working here this is few times she has been like this with myself and other friends that also eat here and people i recommend go there have also said to me that this particular girl was rude but younger male served me few times allways great service friendly and polite

Another delicious meal in Pacos. We were out having a treat, were given a voucher as a wedding gift. Always have a steak here, so tasty, melt in your mouth. The restaurant was so busy which was lovely to see this time of year. Service was impeccable, I do find Pacos a bit pricey but what you get is lovely. Last night the place was really quite warm & for me just too warm, but we will of course return.

There was a middle up with our order however the staff couldn’t have been more apologetic and handled the situation perfectly. I will definitely return.

The food, as always, was superb. Fairly quiet as we ate around 3.30pm but the ambiance was pleasant. Fantastic service, attentive but not overbearing. Fairly pricey so we go as a treat but it’s worth it and I’d highly recommend.
