When it was open, it was the best in Indian restaurant in Prestatyn. Good prices, clean modern restaurant Food is excellent, toilets are tired and dirty though, which is a letdown, also says a bit about their hygiene may be ?

Always amazing service. Food always tastes nice and fresh. Often been here and always left happy. Will be going again as I personally think it's the best place around! Update : Reviewed over 5 years ago .. Still my go to place for a curry. Even when travelling around I find it hard to get one as nice (of course taste is subjective to each individual, but Paanshee does it for me!)

Pre bookings advised food was lovely lots of options for meat eats and vegetarians.

Recently had a chicken dansak takeaway and it was wonderful : beautiful sauce, proper pieces of chicken and a fresh slice of pineapple. Not forgetting the nan bread which was hot and of a perfect consistency and the rice which was light, fluffy and hot. Exceptional value for money.

Went for a meal with a group for a special occasion, they bought the curry's out and left on table for over ten minutes and then the rice followed couldn't get the orders right, totally shocking for the money, definitely won't be going back 😢

Absolutely stunning meal, great service and prices. Quite possibly the best Indian meal we've ever had.Highly recommend the Tandoori mixed grill.

Had a takeout tonight - absolutely faultless - chicken madras, korma, onion rice, mushroom pilau rice and garlic naan - will be back again next month - wouldn’t use anywhere else whilst in the area. Restaurant is spotless. Food allergies/intolerances are well catered for

We have just had THE BEST Indian meal ever and believe me we eat ALOT of Indian food. The staff were fabulous too. Thank you for a lovely evening.

* ALERT * Pre-booking is advised. Wow, the food served here was…… beyond words! Me and my entire family seemed to thoroughly enjoy the way the food was cooked and served. I would also advise everyone to know that the curries served might be a bit spicy for the little ones, so I recommend ordering the mild curries for them. The place was also really kid friendly and considers dietary restrictions. The atmosphere was also really warm. 5/5 would recommend for all the #foodies out there who also enjoyed eating curries.

Absolutely love this restaurant, the food is top class, absolutely delicious. The staff are very courteous and attentive. We have tried several other similar restaurants in the Prestatyn area but none come close to the Paanshee.

Poor customer service with worst management. Won’t recommend at all.

Stupid customer service. They asked us to order starter, main and rice in one go. Otherwise we won’t get back because they were busy on Saturday. That is pathetic. Chana masala was sweet and they have added coconut powder in there. Manager is rude especially the boss. Won’t recommend

Probably best to avoid busy Saturday nights. Nice food but the wait time for the meals was not great.

I can see why it has an overall 4 star. It has a good atmosphere, staff are good, and the food is very nice. However, they got 1 of our numbers drink wrong twice, kept giving Gin and tonic instead of Pink gin and lemonade. Food service was very slow, drinks were quick. Little more pricier than most for 4 people.

Terrible service. Restaurant said we had to order a dish each and can share. What policy is this, very rude manager he took our drinks off us and told us to leave just because we refused to order a dish each

Allways good food at a good price.

I am from India so can genuinely rate the food which is advertised as Indian. Food was below average, has been asked to collect the food after 40 mins of ordering and again had to wait for 30 more at restuarant. Chana curry that we ordered was sweet and had to throw away (deserts are meant to be sweet not curries), veg Hari Mirch curry was sweet even after requesting to make them spicy... Would never recommend this place and will not try it out myself again..

1 of the best around the area by far, lamb chops and chicken tikka is to die for, and the staff and service if friendly and welcoming, definitely worth a visit

The food was absolutely fantastic 👏 👌 😋 definitely recommend going here. Staff are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Naan bread is the best I've tried, as very light and the onion bhaji again are the best I've tried also. Rice was light not sticky.. was Amazing and will definitely go back and soon. Well priced.

Genuinely the nicest Indian meal I've ever had (and being an over weight 50 year old I've had quite a few). The food tasted out of this world, It was excellent value for money, friendly and professional staff. Making it an all round fantastic night out. 1000% recommend.

We are staying nearby for the weekend and our host recommended the restaurant, and it didn't disappoint. The food and service were excellent, the staff are really helpful and it had a lovely atmosphere. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Just picked up a takeaway for my sons birthday absolutely lovely meal as per usual.nothing has slipped tables still set and front of house very smart.cant wait for my next visit.

Abit disappointed with our takeaway tonight at paansgee Chips was over cooked rock hard, curry was very watery. Wasn't very nice hard earned money wasted... We be going somewhere else in future.

Went to this restaurant last night for my friends birthday , there was 4 of us .. staff were lovely .. food was OK .. at the end of our meal I ended up stacking the dishes as it took a long time for them to clear table .. when we got the bill .. we went up individually to pay and there was £30 outstanding .. the man who I think is the owner was extremely rude and initially demanded the money rudely .. we went through what we had and we had paid correctly.. he then said .we can leave and we did .. I don’t know where they got the extra £30 from .. I would not recommend and will never return!!!

This was one of the best restaurants/ services that I have ever experienced. The owner of the restaurant was so amazing and made me and my friends feel so welcome. He offered us the best food and the most amazing service and over all the food as well as the atmosphere was brilliant. The restaurant is very nice and has a nice interior design. We came from Manchester and he treated us like his own. Amazing service, food and people!! Would definitely recommend anyone to dine in!

We stumbled across this restaurant almost by mistake a couple of years ago and haven't visited another curry house since. The curries are amazing and really well priced. The house special Welsh rare lamb has got to be tried!!

Delicious food, service good, staff friendly

Twice I've been to this so called take away first I was told it would be ready in half an hour. I went back and waited another half an hour for the order when I got home which is less than 5 minutes drive food was cold samosas again like rubber curry was powdery and meat was just fat never again

If i could give a -0 i would. Just had the worst service I've ever experienced. Had a voucher and the bill came to 48 pounds and the boss refused to give us the remaining balance, refused another voucher. Spoke to us in the most disgusting way. I am extremely disappointed by this and wouldn't go again. Don't recommend the place! Upset cause I've been before and never had this before. Don't recommend at all! Lost a good customer there!

Best Indian on the coast book early to avoid disappointment if eating in the takeaway is just as good as eating in delicious 😋

Looks good for diners of the restaurant but takeaway collection is a bit of a joke. Sat waiting in the restaurant for 35 mins after the advised collection time.

My friend and I ate here in September 2020. We were the only people eating in (most likely because it was a Monday evening), but lots of other customers came along to pick up takeaways.The service was good, the food was delicious, the staff were nice, and the Covid-19 rules were followed.Thanks for everything!

Had the Curry and Bhuna dishes with mushroom rice. Each was absolutely delicious, I can't remember enjoying a meal in an Indian restaurant as much. Would definitely return.

Quite possibly the worst takeaway I've ever had... Everything was so watery, I've never see mango chutney that consistently??? Litterally was able to pour it down the drain. Rice was bland and congealed and the chicken tasted like rubber! Nan bread was stogey, I think the only good thing was the poppadoms which was the only bit I finished but I mean how can you mess up a poppadoms right? Im sorry as I don't usually leave bad reviews but I had to with this!

Very good food, tasted superb, obviously of a very high quality. Very badly let down as a restaurant by mediocre, at best, service and exorbitant prices.

I gave it 1 because i couldn’t give zero. Where to start? Possibly the worst meal i have ever made my family experience, Tandoori lamb chops, order it as a main or a starter it’s identical, same size portion, over cooked and barely edible, a small plastic box with 3, dry as a bone chops, nothing else with it! Shocking. Every curry sauce tasted like ketchup with varying amounts of chilli sauce added, nann bread like microwave budget supermarket standard. This area needs some good restaurants to open to get the standards of the rest up, if this is as good as it gets cook at home, get a jar from a supermarket, far better standard.

Visited here Thursday, 2 adult's, 2 children. Food was delicious, no complaints about any of it . Was one of the best curry's I've had. Will definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

Booked table for 7pm but it was after 8:30 before we saw any food. The food was very salty - the more I ate the more I realised this. Way too salty in fact. Then they added a drink to the bill which we didn't have. Horrible experience and we won't go again. Cannot recommend.

We went tonight as a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children 10, 9, 8 and 5. We are are vegan/vegetarian family with one of our family also having dairy an egg allergy. We advised the waiter on arrival of allergies. So we had popadoms to start and we asked when served if anything had eggs or milk which they had to check. When ordered we reiterated to wait ofAllergies and he was most helpful when ordering! We had vegetable balti, vegetable Bhuna, vegetable jalfrezi, side sag aloo, veg samosas, rice, chips, naan and a child’s omelette and chips. Wow!!!! The main meals were full of flavour and filled with potatoes and vegetables! So flavoursome and absolutely amazing! My son loves the omelette and chips and other children enjoyed the chips and naan bread! The curry’s are one of the best we have tasted, full of flavour and such a good portion of fresh vegetables! Service was fab and staff very friendly! This is definitely are Number one go to restaurant ever! We all love it!

Stayed in at the restaurant for a meal this week. Service was exceptional and the food was delicious! The only issue is that we were on holiday in the area and they can't deliver as far away as we live, or I'd be ordering all the time! Would definitely return!

Visited today after booking last minute while in holiday in Wales. Arrived at restaurant is lovely very clean and following the current.guidelines Service is terrible, staff not very welcoming rushed to order told they had no orange juice for kids but were serving it to other tables. Food bland no taste, even on the spicy dish. Staff cleaning table while my youngest was still eating, brushing crumbs off with napkin and stretching over us, which meant she then stopped eating her meal. When asked for the bill it was very over priced for what we had compared to other restaurants. Staff didn't speak while paying the bill or as wel left. Definitely won't be visiting again
