Use this place all the time, never let me down, always great food

Avoid this place, bad customer service and terrible portion size. Ordered 2 large kebabs and got sent 2 tiny ones. Speaking to the store and they just disagreed with me. Certainly not 18 quids worth of food and both stone cold. Will not be ordering again.

would not order again. we ordered 2 large kebabs. what we received was 2 small kebabs that were stone cold. did ring and speak to them but I was told that I was wrong and that they were fine. Will not be ordering again. doesn't even deserve 1 star.

What was the point in leaving order options when they are ignored by the restaurant and the order is sent out the way they want to send it?

Just had an Doner meat pizza from here it's the second one we've had from there and we can honestly say its the nicest pizza we've had. I'd really recommend it

The chicken burgers & meal were lovely however I was disappointed with the large chicken kebab as for nearly a tenner, there was only six pieces of chicken and the pitta was dry. This is our first negative with this takeaway so perhaps just a one off.

Very pleased with time of delivery. No probs for us. Ample portions and tasty food.

I’m afraid you need to go back to polystyrene containers for home deliveries all our meals were very cold very disappointed

beautiful food . i would have liked my main with a bit more meat . a few Extra chilli's too but thats probably my personal preference. all i give this place a thumbs up

I accidentally ordered for a pick up not delivery service. This was swapped over straight away and no extra cost. Lush food and no issues. 👍

Great quality meat and bread. I messed up on Salad as I checked both the Salad and Onions option and only got Onions so I feel the options on Just Eat are confusing.

Decided to order from here, turned up half an hour late and to add insult to injury gave us food poisoning👎🏻

can't fault the chips but the kebab meat in both the wrap and the large kebab was burnt photos to prove. will not return in the future. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, VISIT PIZZA BELLA INSTEAD

The chips were hot, and tasty, the bottle of pop wasn't fizzed up, but my Hawaiian pizza with added sweetcorn was just a ham and sweetcorn pizza. Fairly disappointing.

ordered just after 7pm it's now 9pm an still no food my kids are hungry. called them at 8.30 told me 10 minutes an still waiting foods going to be freezing cold

I order from here on a regular basis but today I wasn’t impressed at all. I ordered a chicken wrap and paid £2 to add halloumi to it. Well I ended up with what looked like 3 cut in half bits of chicken and 2 50p piece size bits of halloumi!!! Shocking. Apple pies where black burnt and my other half’s burger had bacon in witch we didn’t ask for and he doesn’t eat! And chips some burnt and others tasted uncooked. Really disappointed as we order a lot from you. Won’t be ordering for a while now!!!

The packaging the food was in was crushed the chips cheese and gravy was everywhere as box collapsed chips were cold really not happy I request a refund as had to throw it away

Tops of the garlic mayo’s came off so garlic mayo all inside the bag and on the paper, none left in the tubs.

Disgusting food and service. Ordered for delivery to Henlle Hall lodges, refused to deliver to the actual lodge with a bad attitude but had to drive past our lodge to actually leave the site. Food arrived freezing cold and the wrong sauces. I’d recommend you eat stale bread instead of ordering from here.

Didn’t come to my door. Heard him call me a pr*** on the phone to the kebab since they were on the phone to both of us.

The order was technically just a few minutes later than planned, but it was worth waiting for.

Lovely food as always and the delivery guys are great, they put the order just where I ask them to.

Really frustrating. Curly fries with cheese had NO cheese and BBQ wings with BBQ Sauce had NO BBQ sauce. The ‘large’ chicken Donner was about the same size as the small I ordered last time. Plus point was it was all cooked lovely

Everything was great. They forgot one of the Fanta cans I ordered but I know it’s probably busy so it’s all good. Everything is usually there and these things happen.

Turned up 30 mins earlier than advised... no updates from Just Eat..... didn't send cutlery, despite delivering to a Travelodge.... had to go to pick fork up from the shop myself when it had been delivered....food was cold, poorly packed, and not worth the money.

Kebab meat not freshly cut and quite cold! Couldn’t understand why it took so long. The person who took the order also put pitta on grill and served. He waited 10 mins to do this. No idea why!

Asked for plain mayo and got garlic mayo.....😪

Placed order. Waited the time that was advised which is understandable for a Friday night. 1hr and 30 min later I call because my order was apparently on its way 10 mins prior… but it actually hasn’t even been cooked yet let alone left. I was then told 15-20 mins extra time. So we waited 30 mins and couldn’t get through, 45 mins later it arrived luke warm and stale. and after 2 hours waiting they missed some of the order!! Poor service, poor customer service on the phone, food quality poor and no advisory of delayed waiting times. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The food was shocking, I will never us the take away again, infact I won't be using the just eat app again, you really have been less than helpfull.

The extra charges are unacceptable. Had to spend more to qualify for delivery but was then charged £3 for delivery so there's no reason to have minimum order. Then extra charge for service? And bag? Won't be using again. Pizza was decent but nothing to rave about

Orderd food, said to arrive at 7.30, it came at 8.20. I rang the kebab as no communication inbetween and they said it will be on the next delivery, then they changed the time on just eat. Once the food arrived the chips were fine, onion rings inedible and chewy batter. The bbq chicken pizza had no bbq on it, and the chicken was spicy, the pizza was cooked but cold. The Hawaiian pizza was only warm, but was cooked as it should of been. We’ve heard good things about this takeaway so thought we would try it, but sadly we won’t be returning.

Called a few times to check where order was and kept being told it was on its way despite already being an hour late. Got fobbed off again so cancelled the order. Abysmal.

Missed half the order and the stuff that came was wrong but did send someone out with new stuff

Kebab ok.. fish and chips was like frozen supermarket battered fish. Definitely not worth money
