Osborne's Cafe and Grill in Conwy

We were so much looking forward to our evening following excellent reports on TripAdvisor.However we were totally disappointed from the outset.We booked for 6.00pm, when we arrived we were shown to a table in an room off the main restaurant which couldOnly be described as a large store room or mortuary! The room was full of white tables and chairs covered completely with white tablecloths. There was nobody in this side room and only one table occupied in the main restaurant, the restaurant that we thought we had booked.We asked politely if we could move tables into the main restaurant as we were not comfortable sitting in this room, but were told we couldn’t due to social distancing !! As the evening went on it was clear it wasn’t fully booked and there were free tables in the restaurant.We were clearly unhappy we couldn’t move and so I sat facing the wall all night in a corner. They made us feel totally unwelcome with a very unfriendly atmosphere.We also had wobbly legs on both chairs, and when we asked could we swap the chairs, it was met with exasperation as if we were being difficult !! The food was mediocre at best, very small starters, which were not great, the trout was dry and minuscule with four tiny prawns. The Crostini was so hard it would have broken a tooth, so I just used my tiny bread roll for the pate.Nobody asked us once if everything was ok !The lamb was tasteless and on a bed of tasteless watery mash, it was insipid, and the beef stroganoff was full of peppers and lacked any cream, and again the meat was chewy.Having read such good reviews, we would find it hard to find any positives in what was a very disappointing evening, having felt that we were an inconvenience being there. In these times you would think customers would be looked after and gratefully appreciated but it seems not in this restaurant.

We managed to book into Osborne's for their 3 course fixed menu. It was absolutely well worth the wait, the whole night from start to finish was excellent. The service was great, attentive staff, really professional, made it feel special. The food was exceptional, well presented, cooked to perfection, and good portions (we thought they might be smaller due to the price, but not so). Although it is a fixed menu there was plenty of choice, and the House wine that accompanied it was good too. It was superb value, and more so due to the quality and portion size, and the attentive staff.The restaurant is within the hotel, which has a very classy feel, and was very clean and Covid safe, sanitiser available and tables well spaced. We're returning to Llandudno for New Year period and are really hoping to get booked into the restaurant again then, as we know based on this visit that it will make for a fabulous NYE!Highly recommended!

We visited here for our anniversary in sept . You have to go to this if you come to Llandudno . It is so lovely inside and is a hotel as well. The restaurant is so romantic lots of candles on wall beautiful white table cloths . The food was just wonderful as well and is very reasonably priced, we had set menu for £25 pound which was three courses and a small carafe wine (a large glass) which I thought excellent. I had trout and prawn with garlic butter and for main I had stroganoff followed by crime brûlée. My hubby had the mushrooms his main was sautéed salmon followed by ice cream. Our food was tremendous one of the best meals for a long time. Staff were lovely a great place for a romantic meal or a treat . Can’t rate this place highly enough. So good we going again .

Booked well in advance for our table and had a courtesy call on the day to confirm. It was £25 per person for the Candlelight Supper menu. This included 3 courses and wine. The menu had a good choice and the food was great quality. The restaurant is such a nice environment.All of the food looked amazing but I decided on the king prawn curry which tasted superb with the right amount of spices. Better than an Indian restaurant. The Baileys and white chocolate desert was fab too. My partner had the pâte to start, which along with the bread, was made fresh onsite.All of the staff were amazing, friendly & helpful, which made for a fantastic dining experience. The restaurant has taken precautions to protect customers against Covid in a very careful manner. We felt very safe here.

We come here every time we visit Llandudno. Whilst the decor and food is excellent it is really the staff that make the place - everyone of them is engaging, friendly and professional. We love visiting and will be back again in October. The current candlelight menu is also fantastic value for money.

Four of us enjoyed the candlelight supper and all our meals were delicious with the bonus of a large glass of wine. The table was beautifully set, and the cleanliness and social distancing were strongly in place. The service was friendly and efficient. we strongly recommend Osbourne house.

A classy, romantic setting with tables nicely presented and well spaced out. Booked our table in advance over the phone and this seems to be essential. £25 for such quality food in such a nice environment is an absolute steal, not to mention the free glass of a rather palatable wine!Pate and crayfish both very good starters and excellent sea bass and lamb shoulder main courses, although I’d have probably liked a little more variety of vegetables with the latter aside from just some garden peas. Cherry and almond tart and sticky toffee pudding both beautiful and the cappuccinos finished things nicely, though I’d have happily paid a bit more for a cheeseboard if it was available. Given the chance we’d have maybe stayed for a gin or two but we were presented with our bill with our coffees without asking so presumably they wanted to clear the dining area and the bar area seemed to be residents only. Only minor gripe would be that our empty beer bottles/wine decanters weren’t ever cleared from the table even though they had all been presented even before our starter.

We were in Deganwy today and saw a restaurant that was opening today for the first time since lock down. We asked a man from the restaurant if they had a table for two for tonight but he was fully booked. He suggested we try the Osborne Hotel in Llandudno where we were staying.We managed to get a table for 6 o’clock. There was a Candle light menu, three courses with a large glass of wine for £25. The restaurant was lovely and so was the food. We also ordered a bottle of wine and the price was very reasonable. How lucky we were. Would definitely go there again and recommend it to everyone in Llandudno.

Excellent food and service .the price was very good value for money. The staff were very attentive and worked very hard but they were very respectful. Very safe environment to have a lovely meal .restaurant spacious and clean .very enjoyable evening

Wonderful food. £25 for three courses plus a large glass of very nice wine. Extremely careful with the Covid restrictions. Lovely surroundings. No hesitation in recommended this place , would imagine that booking is essential.

I have no idea, but they do! Never had the chance to try them all as there are so many, but this was our favourite, so good we dined there twice! Excellent staff who are only there when you need them, never hurried and the food was excellent too, and at £24.95 for three courses with a very very generous glass of wine it was excellent value too. They were very busy when we went and could not get a table when we really wanted it, but to be honest any time here is a good time. Did i mention the interior decor? Well, if you like Victorian then you will love this place, but be sure to book early!

We were none residents at this establishment. Absolutely fantastic food, service and venue. We paid £25 per head for a three course meal including a large glass of wine. The restaurant has taken precautions to protect customers against covid in a very careful manner i.e cutlery wrapped in cloth napkin, tables covered with a paper cloth over everything until you sit down. Homemade bread was also very good. We felt very safe here. Toilets also mark 100% for cleanliness.

We normally use the Poolside restaurant at their sister hotel the Empire, this is now being used as an overflow restaurant due to Covid restrictions, so we booked in at the Osborne for our first meal out since Covid.I was wary about eating out but there was absolutely no need, tables were very far apart, all staff brilliant as usual and dressed in PPE.As for the food is was amazing, top class and cooked to perfection, it was a three course meal with several options on each course, I had the garlic mushrooms on toasted ciabatta, followed by the most tasty melt in the mouth fillet steak, too be honest I was that full I only managed ice cream for desert.The Empire and Osborne House are consistently excellent, reasonable prices and top quality food. Highly recommended.

We arrived at 3.57pm and the doors were locked..our table was booked for 4pm. The door opened at dead on 4pm and we were greeted by a very rude lady..who looked at us as if we were in the wrong place. Stated ive not even printed the menus yet. We were seated at a tight table in a corner and one of the ladies had to pull the table out by 2 inches to get into the chair. She marched over and stated several times that social distance wasnt being adhered to as we had to move the table. We moved it back...she rushed us at every course, even taking the bread basket away before wed eaten any..!!!especially the desert. Stating several more times about the table. The seat nearest the next table we left empty..and no one used the next table anyway. We had a tiny sip of wine left and she stood over us again quoting social distance rules. Insisted we finished our drinks in the lounge as someone needed the table. We are nurses and very aware of social distancing. We quickly drunk up and left. Brilliant food and a beautiful place but that experience was so upsetting and spoilt what was supposed to have been a very important occasion and celebration. The lady in question needs to learn some manners and is very mucb in the wrong job.

Booked for dinner, only a 3 course menu available which I found not a good start not all people can eat 3 course at a price of £25 per head,asked if I could swap wine for water and was told no I would have to pay for it£2-35 as I don’t drink alcohol, really should have left but as we had booked due to everywhere being fully booked we stayed,soup look warm, goats cheese ok, chicken breast was that small with small amount of broccoli and leanaisse potatoes,rib eye steak well? My husband couldn’t chew it when mentioned was told as he has asked for medium to rare it’s not usally cooked that way,?its done medium to well to burn the fat off ? Rubbish, almond tart was good but overall to filling and as u didn’t have a choice of having 2 course, ate what we had paid for as the waitress said we had to pay full price even if we had 2 course, lovely place but won’t be returning

Went there for dinner with my husband and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was lovely; the decor was imaginative and fun; and the staff were very warm and welcoming. Hope to go there again next time we are in the area.

A beautifully restored Victorian house now a small exclusive hotel. An excellent High Tea served in front of a real fire.

Me and my family love coming here, the food is amazing and the staff are very welcoming and always making sure everything is okay. Michaela is always smiling and nothing is to much trouble for her or her staff. We will be returning soon 😁

Whatever your choice and quality of food is it pales into insignificance when visiting this outstanding venue. The food is excellent and well well above your average gastro pub. Whilst it may fall short in a fine dining category, it clearly and thankfully makes up for any possible shortfall by providing an amazing dining experienceThe ambience provided by beautiful and fantastically maintained Victorian decor littered with period pictures, paintings,statues,wall candle lights and an array of period bits & pieces, provides something quite unique.Highlight- a Victorian bar without spirit optics-wow!A unique journey into our magnificent past!

White wine nice but seemed a little pricey for 1 glass. Hot chocolate drink came out luke warm and well over priced at £3.25,where do they get these prices from?.

As a group of local sybarites,who have visited this venue on several previous occasions, we found the Osborne to be a disappointing experience this time around. While the food was generally acceptable, the portion sizes were, in some cases, quite small; the Fish and chips for example. One of our party requested garden peas instead of mushy peas but was told they had no garden peas in the kitchen, despite there being garden peas on the menu if she had chosen a shoulder of lamb. On a positive note, the two steak eaters thoroughly enjoyed their rib-eye. There was also a problem with regard to accessing the toilets. Because they're situated within the hotel, for security reasons, entry is enabled by the use of an electronic key. A member of our party objected to this because he felt it was unhygienic. All in all, not the best dining experience. We have certainly enjoyed more successful afternoons at the Osborne.

I reviewed lots of options before choosing to book a table here for my Mum’s 80th birthday meal.Osborne’s was recommended to me on the trip advisor forum for Llandudno and what a great suggestion it proved to be. It absolutely ticked all the boxes for us and the team there were easy to deal with in preparation for the big day.Amazing ambience and decor, fabulous food and lovely staff. Every single one of us loved our meals and it was clean plates all round.The special birthday cake had been chilling in the cellar overnight and was brought to the table with great fanfare and a smashing rendition of Happy Birthday from one of the staff!Thank you to all at Osborne’s for making our visit so special and one that we will all remember. A very special evening where great memories were made.

We all met up here for a special occasion, we had a lovely meal in the dining room, food was excellent, pleasant staff. Beautiful building , well decorated, plenty of on street parking outside , well positioned .

Well hidden behind trees at the end of the Pier this is a very elegant art deco hotel - Osborne House.There was a cosy fire to sit by in the lounge whilst having pre and post dinner drinks.I was expecting more of a bistro but was pleasantly suprised by the white table clothes and excellent waiter service.An excellent venue for a special meal right in the heart of the town.We will be back again to celebrate another occasion.

We came here for an evening meal while staying in Llandudno at the Lighthouse in the fantastic Lamp Room (also highly recommended). The service, setting and food were Ll spot on. We had a lovely evening here. 10/10.

We were staying at Osborne House so it was nice to walk down stairs, have a pre dinner drink in their very cosy lounge before dining. Food is very great and every dish we had was very tasty with good quality products. Service is friendly and efficient. Finish the evening in the lounge with an after dinner drink. Well recommended.

Went for lunch, and what a fantastic lunch we had. The food was awesome, and the service definitely top notch! Can’t wait to go back.

Eight of us booked for a Saturday afternoon visit to Osborne House and we were all impressed by the friendly service, fabulous Victorian surroundings and great food. Really very enjoyable.

We were recommended this restaurant by a retired local business man, tried to book on line but no availability, however a phone call in the morning secured a table for 4 that evening. The ambiance is wonderful, cast back in time, attentive staff as if in a bygone era.All the staff we spoke to said they enjoyed working there.

My partner and I ate here based on a recommendation of a friend and would definitely return.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Osborne's Grill.on a rainy September evening. The dining room is large and old fashioned. Service was very good, friendly and attentive. We had the lamb shanks and the bacon-wrapped chicken breast, both were excellent. Good selection of wine at reasonable prices.

Our visit was for a birthday meal and the surroundings were impressive as ever. The staff were quick to supply tasty cocktails and the menu choice was superb. All courses were plentiful and served with fresh veg. The prices were exceptional value and were competitive with local pub grub but the food was outstanding.

This is not the first time we have been to the Osborne and each time we have not been disappointed. The food is excellent with an extensive menu and some great fish dishes. The service is friendly and good. The ambience of this restaurant is also lovely. The fishcake starter is about the best I've ever tasted and the grilled plaice as a main filled the plate and was delicious, cooked perfectly. My wife had scallops as a main course which she thoroughly enjoyed. No room for puds but there again there is a good choice.

Have eaten at Osborne's 3 times now and each time has been fabulous. The decor and furnishings are devine. There is a lovely atmosphere and while the surroundings are special the friendly, helpful staff make you feel welcome and comfortable. The food is delicious, the wine list is also excellent. While saying all this prices are excellent for the quality of food, wonderful surroundings and efficient friendly staff. Will be going again when we visit Llandudno in December. Can't wait.

Visited twice in Aug, we had a late sunday lunch which was really nice with excellent service. This is a really elegant place and welcomes non residents. Good view from the bay window, and in Winter the fire is very welcoming.

Dined here last night , we paid £135 ,which included a bottle of house champagne ,and a very nice Italian white ,the four of us thought it was very good value .

Oh we felt so lucky to visit this beautiful cafe, what elegant surroundings and lovely staff who were so gracious and helpful. Food fabulous... Tempted by the beef dinner special and my daughter had the lovely risotto. Desserts gorgeous and all together very good value we thought, for such lovely surroundings we will be back.

This is our favourite resturant in Llandudno .What a wonderful place to eat ,a very extensive menu and wine list .The food was excellent , and as usual very good service.Not the cheapest place to eat , but certainly one of the best .

Notre meilleure expérience gastronomique au Pays de Galles, et de loin. Très jolies salles de restaurant au sein de l’hôtel Osborne House, près du front de mer, à deux pas du Pier de Llandudno. Très bien accueillis, bien que sans réservation. Excellentes entrées très fraîches (saumon fumé) et plats tres savoureux (fish cakes au crabe, crevettes et langoustines croustillants à l’extérieur et fondants à l’intérieur: un régal). Jolie (et copieuse) assiette de fromages gallois pour terminer. Et tout cela pour un prix tres raisonnable, autour de 40 GBP par personne, vin et boissons compris.

This was not our first choice, but most other restaurants in the area were booked for the night, being a weekend in Llandudno, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. For the most part the food was good, and the service was above average. Because they were also full, we were seated at a high table in the bar, but it was fine. Most of the food was excellent - scallops done perfectly well, lamb shank was tender, but teh fish cakes had way too much bread and filler. For a town on the sea, there is no excuse for a fish cake to be anything less than loaded with fish. Besides that, it was all very good.

Impressive decor and friendly attentive staff. We both had cod and chips with mushy peas which was very good. Only complaint would be the small portion size. Otherwise a lovely place for a romantic dinner.

Thank you for a memorable experience in your dining room. My mother loved it. The staff here were superb.The building and interior are a treasure it's a bit of a hidden gem very open to all with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Quiet and serene.

Invited by friends for afternoon tea.The decor and surroundings are superb,in the style of Downton Abbey.The menu was so good we changed from afternoon tea to the lunchtime options.The service was excellent,staff were very attentive without being pushy.The food was very good,as were the selection of drinks and desserts.Not too expensive either.Will definitely go back next time we are in Llandudno

We had dinner here during our stay in Llandudno. Gorgeous food, fresh , well cooked and delicious. The service was fabulous and the staff polite and charming. It's like walking back in time to the Victorian era when you come here, absolutely beautifully decorated with a warm ambience. Right on the seafront opposite the pier, if you visit LLandudno make sure you come here, you won't be disappointed.

12 of us came and had an excellent meal in the stunning restaurant in The Osborne House Hotel. Attention to detail was excellent. Staff were excellent Food quality was excellent (lamb shank superb) Great value for money and definitely recommended.

Well this is a needle in a haystack in Llandudno. Lovely surroundings great food and fantastic service. Three substantial tasty well presented courses all served formally but with a friendly vibe. Great wine list - Their 14% Mandiza Mabel was delicious for £21

Excellent service and fantastic food! We were taken very good care of by a charming gentleman Steve. We had Welsh beef filets and they have an excellent wine menu.

This is a beautiful place and the decor is stunning.

Recently visited this restaurant, (5th July) for my wife's 60th birthday celebrations, six adults and four children, what a superb night we all had, each person commented on the delicious food, the place itself is like 10 Downing Street, doesn't look much from the outside but huge inside. The service was excellent. Will definitely visit again when in Llandudno.

Had a great meal at The Osborne. Beautiful room, staff were attentive and efficient. All the food was first class, but why not a little more effort on the chipped potatoes served with the steak. Packet chips just spoiled it a little for me, but that is my only minor gripe for what was a memorable meal.

We ate here for a family lunch. I was impressed with the service to start, friendly and professional and a good knowledge of the menu and ingredients. Dairy free options weren’t an issue when we visited . The food was well cooked and tasty, my only build would be that the roast beef didn’t come with veg and no one mentioned it at ordering. A small point. Desserts were delicious again with a dairy free option. Overall a great visit.

The decor of this hotel/restaurant takes you back to a disappearing era of scale and grandeur. The tables are beautifully set and the service was very good with courteous and pleasant staff. The food was great. I had the Monkfish & King Prawn Curry ...very, very good. My hubby had Fillet Steak and a side garnish...perfectly cooked and delicious. We were too full for desserts ...they looked very nice. If you like to eat well and in style this fits the bill. Reasonably priced.

We had an early evening meal as a family. All of us enjoyed our choices. Very reasonably priced especially for the drink which you order before 6.30. Would definitely visit again

We pre booked and went for a special family meal. The starter was excellent scallops. My main was the special monk fish and king prawn curry. It was beautifully cooked but bland in taste needed a bit of richness. My family enjoyed their food. The only sad thing was the staff were polite but going through the motions. No genuine interest or engagement. I left a nice tip which wasn’t even acknowledged. Such a shame as it’s such a lovely setting.

Super suroundings excellent service very good food really relaxing been going for years never disappointed need to book but worth it very welcoming nice leather couches to relax in before and after I always look forward to my brandy relaxing after a satisfying meal very hard to beat.

Stayed for 2 nights at Osborne House and had dinner there both nights. The food was amazing and good wine list. Can recommend the Mokoblack 2017! We walked round to Empire for cooked breakfast each morning and the food was equally as good here

Went to Osborne house for late lunch two days on the run can't fault it ,,,very attentive waiter and waitress,the food is always delicious ,especially the Apple and apricot crumble ,very comfortable sitting and relaxing on the setters,plus the cocktails are very good ,

my husband and i called here because it belongs to the Empire Hotel where we were staying.Very posh, beautiful Chandeliers but very friendly.Nice cocktails and excellent Scones,jam and cream and coffee

A return visit with fantastic service and food. Surprisingly good value for money considering the quality of food. Really enjoyable and tasty food of very good quality with a varied menu.

Give yourself a treat and pop in to the sea front Hotel Osbourne, if only like us for tea and coffee to see a beautiful building and decor. You’ll want to then come back and try the elegant restaurant.

Located in a beautifully decorated Victorian building, Osborne’s exudes class. We were warmly greeted by the bartender and we had a nice drink in the spacious parlor. We were escorted into the dining room when our table was ready. We enjoyed Cesar salads to start that included white anchovies. The mains that we ordered were salmon and goat cheese/mushroom risotto (all locally sourced). Both were excellently prepared and tasted amazing. The staff is professional and very friendly. This was our best meal while in Llandudno.

We had a good meal here, then food was lovely and the service good. Everything is well presented and reasonably priced.

Don’t expect the world and you won’t be disappointed. Not the biggest menu going but the scallops and the chicken wrapped in bacon were both beautiful. Excellent staff and pleasant surroundings. Worth a visit.

We had booked into Osborne's on the recommendation from a RNLI crew member in the town. We were not disappointed. The ambiance and visual experience were absolutely fantastic from minute one, where we were met by staff and directed to the lounge area for a pre-dinner drink to soak in the delights this place has to offer. Although being 30 minutes early, within 10 minutes we were being shown to our table in the opulent dining room, adorned with huge portraits and massive chandeliers.

We stayed a few nights in early April, and stumbled upon Osborne's one day, which was close to our hotel. The restaurant and lounge area are beautiful, the food was amazing and the service was excellent. If you are in the area, I would thoroughly recommend a visit!

You can’t beat the Osborne for a sense of occasion- gorgeous, opulent decor & furnishings, lighting just right. The food was equally impressive, delicious steak, beautiful sea bass & great fish cakes. Prices were very reasonable for the quality of food served. All in all a quality experience & a special night out.

This place is lovely for a romantic meal, the decor is very tasteful and the staff are all very polite. They really go the extra mile and deliver exceptional customer service. The food is very nice and is beautifully presented. The final bill is reasonable for the quality of service and food offered.

Went for a meal before the Fireworks display on bonfire night. Location was just perfect as the display was right outside the front door. The restaurant is elegant with a quiet ambiance - just perfect away from the hustle and bustle of many other eateries in the town and a lovely experience. And the food and prices are good too! Can't wait to return.

This was a very pleasant experience. The restaurant is in a beautiful old building. I had the Cowboy Chop. If you are looking for a big piece of steak, this is the place.

Fabulous restaurant. Food is top class. Staff are polite and attentive. Surroundings are beautiful, chandeliers and candle lit of an evening adds to the ambience.

I have never had a bad meal at Osborne’s! There’s loads of choice; gluten free, vegetarian; and the staff are lovely and knowledgable about dietary requirements. The lamb and baileys parfait in particular are to die for!

I have said it before and I will say it again now: Oborne House is one of the very best Llandudno has to offer. As locals, we frequently enjoy using the Osborne House lounge and restaurant and its hard to criticise anything, it's much easier to recommend to anyone who is thinking of visiting to give it a try. It's like a little bit of Kensington, London but at north Wales prices. Full of character with fantastic food and excellent service, it even has two open fires to curl up by, it's tempting to fall asleep there!

This was our first visit to Osborne’s. We’ve hear much about it, but until we looked at the menu online had the expectation of it being extremely high end, but were pleasantly surprised that it was a very middle of the road menu.

For ambience, decor and friendly service Osbourne House is quite special. However, the food while OK was wide of the mark and the beer selection disappointing. For these reasons I'd say Llandudno has better to offer , bit overall it was a nice evening.

I love this place. The decor. The staff. The food. The ambience. Everything was just lovely. Attentive staff. Warm bread rolls before food arrived. Beef dinner was out of this world. It is my new favourite place to be at. Keep up the good work.

Osborne's was recommended by our hotel. It was a very good recommendation! The food was good. The staff was efficient and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience.

We have birthday/anniversary dinner with our in-laws there. First of all I don’t like the way things are so rushed. We walked in, wanted to have nice pre dinner drink in the bar area and before we even sat down we were presented with the menu. Than - before we finished , our drinks have been taken to the table. My mother in law didn’t even have time to open her birthday cards . I understand it was busy Saturday, they want to turn tables, I get it , but give the customers at least 5 min to relax for God sake. Secondly- while giving my order I said I didn’t eat potatoes and asked if I could possibly have a little bit more salad instead. The answer was NO WE DON’T DO SUBSTITUTES. Waitress wasn’t even trying to be polite about it. Thirdly- my steak was a disaster. It was supposed to be medium well done but it came raw. I have sent it back and got medium raw. Wasn’t happy about it but couldn’t be bothered to send it back again. My husband’s fish was cold. It was also sent back to the kitchen. Lastly - Our table was positioned in the corner right next to the kitchen swinging door opening and closing every 10 seconds leaving us with a view you can see on pictures below. So this pleasure costed us £200. The Meal was less than average, service poor. Not a happy customer.

This was the third time we have been to Osborne house, and it did not disappoint, the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The food quality is excellent and the venue is very nice Highly recommended👍

Usually don't eat in hotels but this was really excellent. Steak cooked to perfection. would recommend and will visit again.

We arrived at this restaurant 20mins late this evening - wow betide anyone who thinks this is a high class restaurant dealing with customers who pay money expecting to be treated like adults - we were made to feel 2 inches high

A very stylish place and comfortable for a pre dinner G&T; and then an excellent meal. Service was faultless and we all loved our meals. Enjoy the décor!

We have just stayed for 2 nights in Llandudno with 2 good friends. On the first night we just popped into Osborne House for a quick G&T.; We enjoyed the ambience so much that we booked for a meal the next night. What a wise decision. The staff are efficient and very friendly. The food was tremendous. We were not staying at the hotel so cannot comment on that aspect of its service but we were certainly very impressed with our dining experience.y

everything was excellent, the food was real quality and good sized portions, a good wine list , excellent friendly service.

Fantastic Sunday lunch, excellent service and a delicious meal, wished we had room for a pudding. Will definitely return. Thanks
