Amazing good. Good price point & friendly owner. The Thai Red curry is very good, one of the best I’ve had in London.

Hands down the best Thai food in North London. Keep an eye on their specials as they are always nice. Fried rice was delicious too. Their starters are not to be missed, especially the dumplings and prawn toast.

Absolutely lovely restaurant, excellent food and service, would definitely come back when in the area!

I’ve been going here for 5 years and food never disappoints, it is our little gem in the middle of Crouch End. Every friend that I introduce it to ends up becoming a regular. Decent price, atmosphere and fresh authentic food.

It's OK, although I asked for something really spicy and there was hardly any spice.

My partner and I visited O's after wanting to try it for some time. We had a lovely time, the staff were so friendly and the food was delicious. They have a good selection on the menu and then some amazing looking specials. We shared a starter and both had a main, this was plenty for two people. O's was definitely value for money and was clearly a favourite for many people as the staff welcomed regular customers and the place was busy with both dine in and takeaway customers. I would highly recommend O's as a relaxed environment to enjoy good food and friendly service. As a side note, I have poor mobility and use crutches, there are three steps from street level into the restaurant and the toilets are down a flight of stairs. This obviously didnt put me off but worth mentioning in case mobility is a consideration for others. Overall I would definitely visit again, well done team O's you are doing a great job. 🙂

Good quality food at reasonable prices

Unfortunately the mains were disappointing. Lacking flavour & Thai authenticity even when I asked for spicy & extra chillies. I left most of the dish as did my partner with his red curry. Neither of us were asked if we enjoyed the food or why we hadn’t eaten much. Overall the experience wasn’t what we had expected

This restaurant was excellent before but something happened then it went downhill. The quality of the food mot as good as before. The portion became like kids portion. The sauces are so runny as if the owner want economise by adding water to all the sauces even sweet chilli sauce. Tonight’s dinner will be my last from this restaurant. What a shame ☹️

First time we've eaten here since Covid restrictions, but everything was organised well with tables spaced out and a one-way system in place. Food was delicious as ever - I enjoyed the vegetable tempura and Thai green curry with tofu. My carnivore partner raved about the beef rendang, though he admitted that it was the amazing sauce that made it so tasty and he might try a veggie version next time.

The service is always friendly and helpful. Even with the current health requirements the team at O’s manage timekeeping you feel welcome. The food has always been good and remains so.

O&#039;s is a neighbourhood gem which had got even better with the addition of some great new dishes on the blackboard menu. <br />We always start with the mixed starters, and as ever, the didn&#039;t disappoint. <br />Ditto the green curry and pad thai — but it was a new chicken and seafood noodle dish, in a delicately spiced sauce which was an absolute stand-out.<br />The service was spot-on, as it always is. O&#039;s provides beautifully spiced, authentic Thai food — with as much heat (or not) to suit any palate — at prices that won&#039;t break the bank. A definite recommend

My family have been going to O’s Thai since the 90s and it’s been consistently excellent. I went for my birthday meal this year (they have an excellent set lunch menu) and was as impressed with the quality of the food and service as always. O’s is a Crouch End staple - my family are among a big group of regulars - so I would definitely recommend it.

In all honesty, a poor quality of food. We ordered a selection of spicy plates with rice but was appalled by what was put in front of us. Presentation was non-existence and salad was just shredded carrots and cabbage...

This is the best thai restaurant i ever go in london. Staffs were very nice. They are so kind. Foods is delicious. I kinda like it. An atmosphere was fine and very clean. Must try !

Visitamos un sábado por la noche, así que el lugar estaba lleno. El personal era muy amable, pero la comida era terrible y tuvimos que esperar casi una hora para nuestra comida. Mi compañero pidió un pollo al curry Massaman (que dijo que era el peor que había probado) y tuve un Pad Thai con cuajada de frijoles fritos, una vez más, el peor Pad Thai que he probado. Ambos platos son comidas tailandesas bastante estándar, y no puedo entender cómo podrían estropearlos tanto. El tofu en mi Pad Thai, por ejemplo, sabía a aceite de cocina viejo que necesitaba ser cambiado, y el resto del plato solo sabía a azúcar. De hecho, había un pequeño montón de azúcar a un lado de mi plato, ¿para qué? ¿Seguramente es tradicional servir limón al lado? En cuanto al tiempo de espera, entiendo que los sábados siempre están ocupados, pero aún así lograron que sus pedidos de comida para llevar se envíen a tiempo. Perdí la cuenta de la cantidad de veces que el mensajero vino a recoger. El lugar también era muy ruidoso. ¿Mi consejo? Gaste el dinero que tanto le costó ganar en otro lugar. Crouch End se asocia con buenos lugares para comer.

I remember this place opening, it must be about 20 years ago!I happened to be back in Crouch End, and so took the opportunity to try out this great place. The decor is much the same, although the Damien Hurst spot painting is gone.Cold, on tap lager and my favourite Pad Thai with chicken for mains, starters were some satay skewers and tasty Gyoza.I didn't see Mr O, I have no idea if he still owns the place, but the food is as fresh and tasty as I remembered it.

There are many things we like about this place: the food, the warm and cozy lighting, the layout...but if we could only pick one, it would be the staff. They are lovely, but not your there's-a-customer-I-have-to-be-nice kind of lovely, they are genuinely nice people and very down to earth and you can tell they all get along and there is a great atmosphere and that transpires into the venue. If I'm having a down day and I'm not feeling very social but still want to eat out, this would be my to go place, because it feels like home and, for someone who lives far from home, that means the world. Also the dumplings are really good XD and my boyfriend today had the beef with Jasmine rice and he loved it, and my spicy soft shell crab with with veggies and rice was very nice too.

Visiting the area we only decided at the last minute to go in due to another restaurant being full. It looked really welcoming and for London the prices were a welcome sight! So .....

This is a really good restaurant. Very casual with a nice atmosphere. The food is fantastic, and freshly cooked. The service is quick and friendly. It's very reasonably priced and I haven't had better Thai food in London.

Our 4th time visiting O’s Thai Cafe and again it exceeded our expectations. The starters are absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend the Moo Ping and the Tempura Prawns. The main courses are also excellent and fried apple and banana for desert are a really nice end to the dining experience. The staff are also very kind and helpful.

Been meaning to do this review for ages because we keep going back for the fresh and tasty dishes, especially the seasonal specials. O’s is terrific - reasonably priced and always offers friendly, personal service. Highly recommend if you’re in Crouch End.

Lovely place, efficient, great staff and really reasonable pricing. We liver locally and go all the time. Specials are really good too - not bog standard but nice original dishes.

On holiday in London and this was a great way to have a good meal. Easy to order online and pay online. Delivered to the hotel door, very hot, and we could track the driver. The food was excellent. We ordered two curries and both ver tasty.

Had a wander here for dinner after going by earlier in the day. Not a great experience. The food is "okay", presented very plainly and the kitchen skimps on ingredients. The curry had more veg than meat, the pad thai had more noodle than anything else and barely any peanuts. Spices (hot spice and sugar (!)) were served along the side of the plate. Staff was inattentive despite it being a quiet night. All was reasonably priced though in my view not worth the time or the expense. Plenty of better thai places nearby.

Love, love, love O’s Thai Cafe. I could write a long review but this restaurant doesn’t need it. It serves the most delicious food - Gaeng Chu Chee red curry and Pad Thai are delicious - there’s always a great selection of dishes. It’s a lovely smallish restaurant with wonderful, courteous, friendly staff. Thai food is my favourite and so worth the travel across London to indulge here.

I have been coming to O's Thai cafe the last few months now, and cannot recommend it enough. I work about 2 minutes away from the restaurant and whenever its a rough day, I come here to decompress.

Possibly one of the worst take away experiences. Five of us ordered so the delivery was quite heavy. Everything leaked. We ordered vegetarian and meat and so those that were strictly veggie found the meat sauces eaked and contaminated their orders. The soup containers were squashed and the contents swimming in the plastic carrier bags. The Currie order containers so dented and leaked there was no sauce. ( it was swimming with the soup ). The bottom line is that this establishment is not set up to support take away. We rescued what we could but of course our appetite was ruined and only two of us ate whilst the veggie contingent cooked themselves some pasta! The one star is for punctual delivery.

A disappointing Saturday night takeaway for two. Ordered at 19:30, arrived close to 21:00. Not sure where Deliveroo went first - but I suspect there was a time difference. When it reached me, everything was tepid and one dish had leaked in the carrier bag - it looked like bin juice.

This was one of the very first places we tried when moving to the area and we have not stopped going back. The food is always delicious and is served quickly. Our personal favourite is the special duck curry with pineapple. We love the casual setting and the people at the café are always very welcoming making the whole experience one not to miss if you are in the area. Thank you to everyone at O’s for what you do - we will be back soon!

Our favourite Thai restaurant with excellent food and service at a great price. we spent Another wonderful evening there tonight. 3 courses for 3 people and drinks for £60 all in. And the staff and management just can’t do enough for you. You would be hard pushed to find a better all round experience.

The yum ka soup (the one with coconut milk) is the best soup I’ve ever had! Both me and my parter loved it!

Ok “thai-style” food, with heavy emphasis on meat or shrimp, and coconut milk. Missed most of the flavors and veggies I most closely associate with Thai food- eg lemongrass, lime, garlic, and fresh ginger.

Really tasty thai food with a varied menu and specials board. The restaurant has a warm atmosphere and the service was great throughout! Will definitely be back!

This place is the jewel of crouch end. There is no distance too far to travel to eat here, with Thai chefs and beautiful fresh ingredients you cannot beat this place. Yum, yum and more yum.

Delicious food; and staff were very patient with our several requests to changes in our chosen dishes, accepting them graciously and serving exactly as requested. We chose set menu which was quite wide and very good value. We were two vegetarians and had plenty of excellent choices.

We went to O’s tonight after reading some great reviews on Trip Advisor and it didn’t disappoint! We shared some delicious squid, vegetable spring rolls and prawn crackers to start. Then Thai fried rice with prawns and a beef masaman curry. All yummy and very generous portions. The service was great and highlight was getting to meet Peter, the owner. We felt very welcomed and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend, fantastic value and taste!

He probado otros restaurantes tailandeses en Londres, pero nada se acerca a esta cafetería. El sabor es auténtico y cada vez que nos visitan, el chef sabe exactamente lo que se adapta a nuestras papilas gustativas: su comida nos transporta de regreso a casa. Muy recomendable por un precio razonable. Es posible que la mayoría de los lugareños no aprecien su plato y no sepan cómo se come la comida tailandesa y el proceso involucrado en la creación del plato. Pero para la mayoría de mis amigos que viajan mucho en Asia, siguen regresando a este lugar.

Went here just the other week with 5 of my friends and tried a range of curries and drinks (the thai iced tea was great!). Very cheap for the area, and well worth the money. The staff was quick and attentive. I would definitely try a few other mains from this place when I am around the area next!

You can't get better Thai food and the reasonable prices were very welcomed. Three of us ate for the same price we've been paying for one meal in other places in London. My 18 month old ate everything on his plate which is no small feat. Our waiter was very attentive and engaged with our son which we appreciated. Been coming for years and constantly good standard of food cooked quickly. Pad Thai is particularly good especially vegetarian version with tofu. Cheerful and polite service with staff who remember regulars.

We love O's and have been going here for years. We always receive the warmest of welcomes from Peter and his staff and the portions are always generous and delicious. This week we had the shared starter, which we haven't had for a while, and it's even better than before with a wider variety of delicacies and the addition of succulent pieces of salty chicken. The mains were a chicken panang curry and soft shell crab in batter (off the specials board) - both boasting a good selection of vegetables served in scintillating sauces. Returning to the staff again they are always friendly and you never feel rushed. But biggest thanks of all to the wonderful Peter who is always smiling and does a great job of looking after his customers - J

We are regular takeaway customers from O’s Thai cafe and sometimes eat in which is always a pleasure. Favourite dishes are prawn green curry and chicken with ginger and mushroom, plus of course the crunchy prawn crackers. Always tasty and of a great standard - hence it’s a weekly event! I love Thai curries and am grateful that this place is not too far from home. Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. We’ve been coming here for many years now! The fact that we travel from Shepherd’s Bush to Crouch End has never deterred us! We’ve tried other Thai restaurants but nothing has ever come close!

I love Thai food although this place is an enjoyable place to eat and very reasonably priced, I was very disappointed with the food. The food was less than average. I had a pad Thai and it wasn't quite a pad Thai and the spring rolls had a little too much coating and not enough filling.

I'm a fan of this fantastic resturant where the oweners and staff are nice and lovely. If you order something real hot&spicy;, you can note to them straight away and you will get it! All foods here are tasty and real Thai.

Yet again, O’s reminded me of why it remains my go-to for gorgeous Thai cuisine, great atmosphere and, possibly the best customer service in North London. Even when they’re bursting at the seams, and people are waiting outside for a table to come free, the manager never fails to personally greet all guests, checks in to ensure they’re happy, gives honest answers / advice to questions, etc.

My husband and I come here frequently- we come as a couple, with family or friends and we always have a wonderful experience. One friend from out of town talks incessantly about the dumpling stater, my sister about the green curry., my nephews about the noodles and my vegan nieces about the tasty food. This restaurant has the best Thai food I’ve ever eaten and given I’ve lived in London and Paris and travelled the world that is some accolade. Peter and his team are always cheerful, treat us like VIPs and readily adapt meals to suit. I love spicy food and they target my palette superbly. Nothing is too much trouble. The moo ping is awesome and soft shell crab heavenly. We have never had a disappointing meal and the value is great considering they use high quality ingredients. My only regret is I didn’t review O’s Thai Cafe before- sorry. Is this because secretly I don’t want to compete too hard to get a table last minute? In summary great value, delicious food and fantastic ambiance and service.
