Oriental Chef in Barking and Dagenham

I ordered from here this evening this is my regular Chinese and have been coming here for years and the food has always been amazing ! But tonight I have to admit the whole meal was 10/10! Everything was fresh and full of flavour ! I would definitely recommend to use this Chinese. We wouldn’t use any other ! Thanks so much for the lovely food and great service

Been ordering from here a lot now our Chinese started going down hill, lovely food and the free chicken wings are lush. Normally never mess up a order but they did mess up our last order for the first time last time we had it witch was annoying so hopefully this won't happen again

Had a meal and asked for sweet and sour pork Hong Kong style, his reply is we don't serve pork. But I'm sure a large part of the Chinese menus are pork. I have nothing against people not eating pork but I've called for a Chinese and I expect to get Chinese food. Just because the bloke that owns the shop don't eat pork doesn't me I don't!!!!!

ordered a takeaway (tues 3rd oct), very fast delivery, but unable to eat, pork balls, salt and pepper chicken, salt and pepper squid, kung pow chicken, were all over cooked and rock hard, even the kung pow and that's in a sauce, never going to chance my teeth there again

small order for 3 ordered just before 6.30 pm. were told it would take about 40 mins to deliver. it actually took 1 hour. fair enough they must be busy, we were all ready for our dinner. dishing up realised a dish was missing. phoned shop again, rang for a while b4 cutting us of. tried ringing from another phone, they wouldn't recognise, then answered. said they would send missing dish around to us, didn't seemed bothered to apologise. this 'chowmein' then took another 40 mins to arrive. was handed over at front door, not a word of apology. will definitely not be using this take away again appalling service. we had to reheat all our food so we could eat our , what we thought was fast food.
