Again phoned for home delivery only to put on hold to hear straight away another order being taken buy the same person not good service cancelled order for last time no good service

they are always kind on the phone and in person when ordering from them, always great food non-dependent on what i have ordered, and although I have only been inside of their establishment a few times, I have had a nice time there always with the added bonus of great time served ! As my family and I had ordered food from them many a time they knew who we were and we would have nice chats and they even gave free servings on occasion as well. Always great would recommend to anyone who would want some great Turkish food !

I’ve ordered from here for years and the food is always good but the lady taking our order couldn’t wait to get us off the phone because her words “mate I have someone else on the phone”. Very rude and her customer service was not great. Simply asked her to repeat our order and she come across very dismissive once I had paid for order. It’s like I’ve got your money now it doesn’t matter. Manners don’t cost nothing. Especially when you’re paid to deliver customer service.

We have ordered here many many many times before with no problem, but today is the worst! I ordered a chicken shish kebab, normally the pitta bread comes separately but today it was underneath all my food & and was soggy! I ordered extra cucumber which was non existent, just more onion than anything else! We also ordered chicken & chips, but there was only about 20 chips! Very disappointed as a very regular customer!!!!!!

I asked for chilli sauce base pizza got normal. I was charged delivery when my order was £15:20 pots of chilli sauce tasted like can tomatoes would never order from there

Huge pieces of delicious chicken at a reasonable price. Time waiting to be served, and after ordering, pleasantly brief. Good natured staff. Will definitely return again.

Descent kebabs had them all I don't even live in gosport. Better than bournemouths kebabs

Really good food and quick to deliver, my only suggestion is if you can you add a mixed donner wrap to your ordering website as the other wraps are all there :)

tried a chicken kebab today and was delicious, salsa and salad all fresh would recommend

Had a few kebabs from here and they were great, with better salad than most too. However just tried their fried chicken and was disappointed. It was breadcrumbed rather than crispy coated like in the photos, and was overcooked and dry. Better to stick to the kebab I think.

I ordered a kebab at about 23:00 tonight (Thursday) and they said it would be around 30 mins and I’m still sat here waiting like some fool and go to the website and find out they have closed. When I phoned them up to order they didnt inform me that they will be closing soon either so I am not going to order from here from now on

Just had a cheese burger and chips, the cheese burger was horrible

Tried as new to area, excellent fast food.

I always get my kebabs from either here or Yummies. The Donna meat is as you would expect, but what stands out here is their grilled food!! Their lamb, chicken, & kofta are out of this world. That fresh char, slight burn arpund the edges, but still juicey and perfectly cooked in the centre. Anything off the grill, and you will be in shish heaven. This night me and my other half and I wanted a burger, but I didn't want to pay £15 each for it, so I decided to get one from here. Now, when you get a burger from a kebab shop, you're not expecting it to knock your socks off. My burger had just the right amount of char and wasn't dry. The Bun was soft and warm, fresh chips and a LOAD of cheese on top. This place is one of the best around.

Placed an order online, but needed to customise a few things. The young lady I spoke to was very helpful and polite. She was more than happy to carry out our further requirements. A big 5 ☆ to you.

Ordered dinner tonight , went and collected food. When home bit into chicken and it was raw. Phoned shop for a full refund , denied the chicken was raw as cooked in a pressure cooker. Could clearly see meat was pink.

I am so fed up with ordering food and paying almost double to have food delivered cold and soggy with an hours wait! Everytime I order from orhans, the food arrives quick (10 mins tonight) and is hot and tasty, I had almost forgot what hot, fresh cooked hot delivered food tasted like

Great food but never sure of the actually prices as only have an old menu, keep asking for a new one but it never arrives and no matter how much my family spend (usually between £13-£15) we no longer get free delivery even though we live less than half a mile from the shop.

Great service. Tasty and comforting food. Healthy salad. Brilliant choice of menu. My partner loves the fried chicken. Me, love the fact you can ask for small chicken shish and get extra little slices of donnor. Without over eating. They go above . Kind and friendly service. Forgot to say good choices of pizza too. Cheaper than most popular brands and better.

Always a tasty Lamb Kebab and Chicken Shish, would recommend the Chicken fillet burger and cheese Garlic pizza bread. Staff always friendly and helpful quick on delivery.

I've been to Orhans Place quite a few times and I've never had a problem with them! I'm not so lazy that I ever feel inclined to waste an entire week's FOOD BUDGET on a ridicoulous order that I can't be bothered to go and get. Just a point...

Honestly, 2 stars is being generous. The amount of times this restaurant has messed up an order of mine is unbelievable. Just finished a rather disappointing meal. Ordered a Texas BBQ (No mushrooms) for myself to enjoy for my treat night. I received the pizza., It had no mushrooms but an unwanted guest, Bloody Jalapeños.

I think having food from Orhans good few years and I would never ever will go anywhere else. Best service and best food best stuff

We had a takeaway dinner from orhans, the two kebabs were fine, but I had the chicken and chips, I have been up all night with severe stomach cramping and sickness and diarrhoea, will never be going back

Ordered from here last night ordered cheese pizza and cheesy chips. And the cheese was gone off on both off them. It smelt and tasted horrible. Very disappointed.

Been here twice. Menu is good lots of choice. The food is very poor quality. Staff can be rude but one polite staff member.

The old website was messing up with wrong orders and address' but they've now got a new one which is just a messed up all together as a business point of view they lose a star for this, however it's still better than paying the excessive amount Just Eat charges you for using there site and if they didn't have any website it wouldn't lose a star. other than that it's great food always on time and they have some friendly people working there.

We have been going to Orhans for over 10 years but lately orders are wrong, we spend alot of money there and when you ring to order they are taking other calls whilst putting you on hold this is where things go wrong. It's a shame we rang to say it was wrong and didn't offer us a free meal or money back nothing. They will will lose our good custom will look elsewhere.

We’ve used this place a few times but have had awful sickness 10 hours after eating this food. Will never use them again! Will probably never have a kebab again. The chicken was already on the grill so our order was ready quickly there is no doubt this was the cause as we are both suffering exact same symptoms 🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤑

Something really has changed here unfortunately. It used to be the best Kebab shop in the PO post codes but after a number of upset stomachs we very rarely use it now

Tonight I ordered a takeaway but this one time I have been VERY disappointed with the service and the food. Previously I have had little bits wrong but tonight was the worse. When my takeaway arrived, I checked the recept for my comments to see if they received them. The comments were not on there. When I called them up, the man on the phone was rude. He didn't listen to half of the comments that I was making and interrupted me whilst talking. This meant he then had to double check what I was trying to say. He then went to talk to the manager. Whilst he was talking to the manager I heard EVERYTHING that was said. The manager said well they are NOT getting a whole new meal because the comments didn't come up. The man on the phone kept asking what should I do. All the manager said was I don't know just anything but they're not getting a new meal. In the end they sent the bits that we wanted. But I had to wait another 30 to 45 minutes for the rest of the meal to arrive. At this point my meal that came 35 minutes before that was cold. So I had stone cold burger with no salad in which I only realised when my other bits arrived. The chips in the original meals were soggy. The new chips weren't much better. Never have I had such horrible service from here before tonight. I'm not sure if this is because they are busy but it's not acceptable. I did put the comments I wanted on the meal on my order online but for the staff members, it was my fault it didn't come through when I did comfirm it. To then have the manager being disrespectful when I heard it all down the phone. Such a disappointment to me and my other half when we usually use this place often.

Made just how we like it. They know their customers and will do what they can to keep them happy, food is hot.

Order a pizza there tonight, was over cooked, cold when it arrived and asked for extra cheese on it ( which I payed for) and you could barely see cheese on the pizza, let alone more cheese. Very disappointed won’t be coming here again

Sadly time to find another kebab place. We've used this place for years & the food has always been consistently good, fast delivery, hot food & polite drivers. The problem we have now is that the last 3 orders have been incorrect with food missing & we are now being treated as liars. Because of their mistakes it means that 1 or 2 people cant eat with the rest due to their meal or part meal being missing, not being funny but I do expect to get the food I've paid for & not to be made out to be a liar by demanding part food back to make sure we haven't eaten it!! I don't see why part of my order should get stone cold while waiting for the missing part & I think it was unreasonable to expect us to do that!! I cant fault the drivers or the guys who I've rung to get my order sorted, they have been fantastic. When you're spending over £40 a time on an order for a family then made to feel like a criminal for complaining it's not correct it's time to take my custom elsewhere.

Had the large donner when i got home i ate it and thought maybe the sauce was slightly different cause it all tasted a little funny 5 days later im still have diarrhea and i was voniting continuously for 2 days at the beginning I would never buy from here agsin and if i could prove it was the kebab that made me so sick id sue the oants off them DONT EVER BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL GET SICK

Over the last few years we have ordered food from orhans multiple times. Each time in the additional information box, which is also the allergy information box we have written 'no onions' as my partner is allergic to them. Each and every time there have still been onions in his wrap. This is dangerous for others with allergies.

This place is awesome and the service is fab and they deliver too. They are open until very late and there is seating inside to be able to eat in or take away. Kids menu choice is good too

Best presented Kebab house in Gosport. This establishment has taken care over decor to lift it out of standard English kebab house. It is brightly lit and airy. The food I had was excellent and there are some healthy options. Presentation may not be everything but presentation and decent food at a reasonable price must be a winner

Had many decent kebabs from there. Some of the guys in there do seem a bit grumpy at times though.

Tonight I needed a takeaway for a family and we all decided on chicken. We googled chicken takeaway and Orhans came up first. We decided on a family bucket. Order placed online and within 20 minutes food was available Chicken fresh with a crispy batter. Chips hot and fresh Drink as expected. BRILLIANT SERVICE AND WONDERFUL FOOD

Terrible service from staff with a rude attitude, didn’t feel welcome and quite intimidated by about 5 people staring at me from behind the counter. Worst kebab I’ve ever had, would never go back and would not advise anyone else too. Poor hygiene could do with a visit from inspectors - stay away!
