We traveled to London from Germany and have never eaten so deliciously. The food is a 10/10! If you want to eat delicious food, you definitely have to come here. No matter what we ate, everything was incredibly delicious.

Excellent food and excellent service

A small, (cosy?) cafe with good cooking and good service from people excited by their new venture. They do some turkish snacks and dishes and also very good breakfasts and very decent coffee. I just had avocado and poached eggs on sourdough toast. The avocado was ripe, the eggs well cooked, the bread good and a beautiful little fresh salad came with it with red cabbage and all sorts. A very welcome addition to Hornsey High St for me. Go try it out.

I've been back twice already within a week! Had Sunday morning brunch. The food is really generous in portions, value and so delicious! The Turkish eggs had tons of flavor and the tomato sauce was rich and perfect for dipping the bread in. All the food options are customizable. My daughter has a dairy and egg intolerance and they were quite accommodating. Everyone in my family had some kind of hash brown come with their meal and I had serious envy! The hash browns were so crispy!! The real charm for me and what brought me back the second time this week was the freshly prepared gozleme. Freshly made on the spot, crisp and piping hot; no need to go to Green Lanes anymore for my fix. Rose the owner is incredibly sweet. She's always smiling and checking and going the extra mile to make your visit special. The restaurant is well thought out and family friendly not only in terms of menu options but there are high chairs available for those that need them as well as a lending library that you can read while you're sitting in the cafe or even borrow and bring back later.

We visited the cafe at lunchtime on Saturday and had a nice meal with my husband and my son. The food was delicious ( excellent gözleme and fresh mezze). We have had a lovely time. I will definitely visit it again.

A welcome addition to the neighbourhood…especially for the freshly made Gozleme which used to require a walk to Green Lanes.

We just came across this new place and we were keen to give a try. Food was so delicious and the lady so nice and welcoming. Highly recommended, we’ll be back to continue trying the rest of the menu!

Olive Cafe is wonderful. It's a family run buisness and has a lovely atmosphere because of the warm staff and friendly owner. Brilliant and tasty Turkish food which includes outstanding smoothies + milkshakes topped with cream and biscuits! Would definitely reccomend the halloumi wrap with chips. Olive is very welcoming to kids but do have a no buggy policy but if you ask they'll give you a lock. Me and my family Iuckily live close to this great cafe and try to go there as much as we can. I would definitely reccomend Olive to everyone. Seriousily try it out!

I’m lucky enough to live close to this wonderful restaurant.Every time my parents visit they insist on eating here.The food is sublime, the service impeccable and every visit is an absolute joy.Thank you for making us feel so welcome. It’s like having dinner at a friends.I guess I should mention the value for money. I can’t quite understand how they can serve such amazing dishes at such a low price.If you’re ever in the area, then seek this place out and treat yourself.

My favourite place to have a late English breakfast during the weekend. Tasty homemade food, huge portions for really convenient price. The staff Are the most welcoming and nice people in the world! They always greet you with a smile. My baby son loves their lentil soup!

Friendly family run business. I have worked in the area for over 15yrs and have probably eaten at most of the cafe's in the sorrounding area. This place beats them all, the quality of the food you get for the price you pay is exceptional.

Olive is the best cafe in London by far. The staff are a lovely family that will love you and feed you like one of their own. I'm glad Andy and Hannah introduced me to Olive. It makes me happy when I go there for Sunday brunch with them. Mum is lovely and so full of happiness and love which is super infectious 💚 And they have super good vegan options which is awesome!

Food is good. Very noisy environment due mainly to extremely loud owner. No warmth from staff. No take away service.

I would give this place 6 stars if I could. This place doesn’t look like much on the outside but it runs on smiles and positivity with fantastic service and gorgeous food. If you’re in Crouch End, it’s definitely worth the small walk. If your already in Hornsey, I envy you... I would be there everyday!

Decided to try Olive after having driven past it for years after reading its excellent reviews. We weren’t disappointed! I had a v tasty, filling chicken salad and a full on green smoothie with kiwi and ginger and all sorts - I’d have again! My family enjoyed their meals, the iced coffee is recommended. V friendly and laid back, we’ll be back.

A genuine delight, a bit of a neighborhood institution! A wonderful little caff with a Turkish twist, run by a colourful and delightful family. You will feel like a guest of honour in their home. A complete gem!

If you're looking for a solid Turkish breakfast, and aren't quite in the mood for Green Lanes, this is a good alternative. Very warm and friendly staff, and absurdly hearty portions at reasonable prices.

I’ve been coming this friendly and cosy cafe since they have opened. Service is excellent as usual and food is delicious and always fresh. My favourite dish is mixed grilled (chicken, kofte and halloumi) with salad.

Seriously one of the best cafe's in London. Has a real friendly and family welcome. Breakfasts are great, the Kebab's are a must. Nice big portions. Will be back soon!

Yo tenía el desayuno más encantador, fresco, turco --maduro tomate, dos tipos de aceitunas, una gran cesta de pan fresco, queso feta, pepino, y huevos revueltos (6 libras. 50).Además, el personal era encantador y me dejaron allí sentado leyendo uno de los libros de su biblioteca durante varias horas. Amazing food great place for breakfast and lunch the best in the area

I don't want to say too many good things about this place, because I'm afraid it will get too crowded to get a table if more people find out about it, but it's amazing! I have pretty much outsourced breakfast to Olive and go there whenever I have guests which is a lot and everyone I have taken so far has loved it. It's great food and lovely service without being expensive. I wish they were open for dinner as well!

No me sorprende que estaba lleno de clientes contentos cuando fuimos a comer. La comida es auténtica comida café hecho brillantemente desde Inglés opciones saludable cocina mediterránea. Mi falafels, ensalada y vino con houmous súper fresca, pan caliente turco. Tazas de té en las grandes.

The food here is amazing, massive portions and isn't over priced at all, very good value. What makes this place for me is the family that run it, they are so friendly and welcoming and remember little things like I don't like uncooked tomato, such a great place too eat you must give it a try ! ! Me and my wife visited here quite regularly back in the past as we were Crouch enders however as we have now moved over to south London we have not visited for a while and now we were passing by we thought we had to get a cheeky late breakfast and was it EVEN BETTER THAN BEFORE!!!! This is comfortably by far the most generous portions of food we have come across in any cafe we normally go to and that is ALOT loool and having a great selection including a vegan and healthy food lovers menu you literally can not go wrong and as for the visual side of things food is prepared and served with a impecable layout of jams avacado etc. Restaurant has a very nice family vibe with a very exquisite interior design with nice famous quotes scribbled on walls and vibrant colours it is just an absolute treat to visit.

Olive and her beautiful family have bottled the secret of the perfect eatery. This place is mine and my family’s own personal heavenly haven in north London. My only gripe is that I never really see the point of eating anywhere else!

Las mujeres jóvenes que pasan al frente de la casa al instante llevar una sonrisa a los clientes de frente. Si no son super amables y te hacen sentir como en casa, ya saben de ti y son tener una charla sobre lo que has sido hasta cómo la vida va. Si eso no lo hace la sonrisa en la cocina el chef genio se ven y te recuerdan lo que es comer en casa de nan. No, no hay grosería alrededor moping y la mayoría de todo lo que mejor disfrutar de la comida. Y no es difícil dado el amor y la chispa que pone en cada plato. He tenido amigos me visita de países por todas partes, siempre he llevado a ellos y el aceite de oliva nunca decepciona. Y el chef, si su lectura de este. Seguir haciendo lo suyo, mantener acogedor sus clientes, permanecer en contacto con sus clientes. Volver al aceite nunca es justo sobre la comida.

Friendly staff nicely decorated tasty food

The Olive Cafe is our favourite local cafe. The food is absolutely fantastic-all home made and amazingly good value. It is a family run business and the whole family welcome everyone like guests in their own home. My favourite dishes are the spinach, avocado and cheese omelette with salad and the home made falafel and hummus with salad and olives. Oh yes and not forgetting the amazing home made lentil soup. Absolutely delicious!

Came across this fantastic little place by accident. Had two large, excellent flat whites, cake, and scones with jam for less than a fiver. Th lunch menu looks great, will definitely be back.

Como local en la zona me encanta probar los cafés a mí alrededor y por mucho aceite de Café es uno de los mejores de la zona. Los precios en la cafetería ofrece dabke y no demasiado caro. El personal es muy acogedor y servicial, incluso nos recomendaron una comida cuando no se sabe lo que se siente! La ubicación del Café está en una esquina y hay asientos disponibles fuera demasiado para disfrutar del buen tiempo en el día!
