The breakfast here is delicious, good quality and very reasonably priced. The customer service is always friendly and helpful. The restaurant always has a nice atmosphere and there are both indoor & outdoor options to sit.

Very pleasant, popular but plenty of seating ,inside and out. Helpful staff and tasty fare.

Had breakfast this morning. Had not booked but still able to have a table. Greeted with a smile and showed to a table. Was able to order quickly. Drinks arrived quickly and Food arrived in good time. The food was delicious. Staff we dealt with were very polite and happy to help. Thoroughly recommend this place.

We were a group of seven, two under 5. It wasn't busy and the food and service were excellent. The background noise was high.

I like Okapi Kitchen. The food is lovely, nice atmosphere and service is polite and friendly. Where it falls down is almost every time we’ve been which quite a lot now we wait 30 - 40 minutes for the order. For example reservation was 13:45 it’s now 14:45 and no food. The staff are nice but never come to check on you waiting for 30+ minutes. And when you get up to ask there’s no real concessions, just go and check in the kitchen. Once or twice I can understand but every-time is very disappointing. No real apology either 1 hour later else I wouldn’t feel to write this.

First time visiting Okapi for brunch. Lovely pancakes 🥞 reasonably priced, and great service. Really good selection of cakes also 😋 Will definitely visit again.

Absolutely love this place. It really is a gem. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is always great. It's one of my favourite places to eat. If you haven't visited yet, you are missing out!!

Popped in after crazy golf. Really nice staff, great food. Home made treats, lovely Pizzas. They did up a really nice baby shower setup on some tables. Rumour has it this will all be knocked down for houses to be built on it!!! Such a shame if that's the case!

I have come to Okapi kitchen so many times and I have NEVER been disappointed. The food is always amazing and the staff are always great! I am gluten free and they cater brilliantly for that!

Never a bad meal or breakfast from Okapi, all the food is very fresh and everything is great down to the presentation. Always recommend this place to family and friends. The service was great, we were served by Sarah. Thanks again!

I have been to Okapi Kitchen 3 times and every time i have been the service and food have been excellent, would definitely recommend!

Very quick service, especially of the children’s menu items, which was very helpful! Breakfast was excellent.

Was fit it on Valentine’s Day even though we didn’t have a reservation which was nice and the food, very good at an affordable price and our day made extra special cause of Marley who provided us with excellent service and went above and beyond! We will be back! Thank you

Okapi is a great place for food, in the local area one of the best, but lately it can be hit and miss. More often still good though so will always come back. The only real negative is the loudness of the place when it’s busy. So many people say the same. It’s extremely loud and noisy and definitely not the best atmosphere when full. Some sound proofing on the walls would help solve this.

I visit there most weeks for Okapi breakfast. I keep returning for the delicious food. welcoming and pleasant staff and nice ambience

Had a gorgeous brunch at Okapi, lovely atmosphere! Really polite and helpful staff, would definitely recommend.

We waited for over an hour for our food (avocado, bacon & egg on toast). It was busy but there were people who arrived after us that had eaten and left before our food even came out. We were offered a drink after asking twice about where the food was, asked for water and the lad brought over a jug with no glasses and had walked away before we could ask for some. Have been here lots of times before and used to a bit of a wait, but this was ridiculous. Wait staff were nice but the service was super slow. When trying to pay, couldn’t get anyone’s attention (4 people walked past our empty plates), we had to go to the till and ask. Complained and was advised the delay was due to a mistake in the kitchen and ‘mistakes happen’. We were offered a £10 voucher but refused as based on this experience, we wouldn’t go back. The girl said a discount had been added to bill but it was still £34 🤷🏻‍♀️
