New York Pizza in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Thought we'd give it a 2nd go but wasn't really worth it. The fries were clearly old, chewy, tough & sort of hollow. The burger was tasty enough & delivery was quick but that didn't make up for the very poor fries. Doubt we'll order there again. Give it a miss i have to say for the 2nd time.

One of the worst in the valleys for chips unfortuantely. Delivery was slow. Food was cold & pretty much inedible. Chicken very dry, must have been left for hours in heated compartment at the shop..

Definitely the best pizza around! Always delivered before given time! Food is to perfection!

Love the food from here always delivered earlier that estimated. Food is always hot only issue I’ve ever had is sometimes the gravy is watery

Chips were old and reheated. Very rubbery. Order took over 2 hours to be delivered, the excuse given? 'Sorry I forgot' Shambolic.

Absolutely ridiculous waited 1hr 20 minutes for grim food waste of money

Was advised a 30-40 min wait, then an email to advise 30 mins added. 45 mins later I called to advise it would not leave the shop for at least another 30 mins!! Service from the staff was pathetic and refused to assist with a refund.

Orderd for 19.30 and food was delivered at 18.05. So was cold by time wife came home at 19.30.

LOVED IT! Everything was full of taste, beautiful food, garlic bread was done perfectly which is a rare thing, popcorn chicken was delicious, burger was to die for and the mixed meat smelled and tasted like perfection! Fantastic is all I can say to describe our meal, it's been awhile since we've had something this great! Hopefully get the same next time!

WOULD HAVE PUT NO STARS FOR ALL SECTIONS BUT COULDN'T First section of order was partly on time but certain items were missing from the order after waiting 45 minutes for our missing item a tray of reheated rubbery chips turned up on our front door very poor customer service the food was very disappointing we had an undercooked pizza a pizza with with hardly any cheese the onion rings had NO onion in them they were literally rings of batter all chips were dry and rubbery & no cheese on the burger extremely angry with food we received wouldn't give it to my dog well.... I tried to but she wouldn't go near it.

We regularly order pizza from here and I have to say that it is the best pizza around. Keep your dominos and your pappa johns, this place is the businesses. Cooked to perfection every time with quick reliable service.

First time ordering from here, food came a little earlier than was told, which was more than fine, everything was still hot and tasted delicious. Will definitely be ordering again

I've never had an issue with the food from this place but tonight I placed an order at 7.36..... it's now 9.30 and it still hasn't been delivered! 2 hours wait for a couple of burgers and a wrap is just ridiculous in all fairness. I will seriously think twice before ordering from here again, by the time the food gets delivered it'll be too late to eat it.

Chicken kebab was inedible, chips were rock hard curry was awful and pizza wasn't even the right one... never ordering from there again complete waste of money everything went in the bin!!!

Love this place, they make an amazing Pizza and they do stuffed crust, very affordable, always on time and piping hot!

My pizza was all squashed to 1 side of the box. And the kebab was cold and hard and couldn't eat any of it. Very disappointed

Absolutely disgusting!!! This will 100% be the last order from here..... The fat was dripping off the kebabs, which went straight into the bin

Lovely food although they did forget to put my tub of chilli sauce in (first time ever).

Lovely food the only gripe I have is the way that takeaways cut the pitta bread you can't get much filling in them

The chips were over cooked and there was no taste to the sauces. The kids didnt like the pizza as they said it was greasy with very little meat for a meat feast pizza very disappointed

This place does pizza right. Their kebabs can be hit or miss, but on a good day the kebabs are fantastic. I certainly recommend.

Ordered from here a good few times now and always fantastic service mostly delivery is quicker than stated and food is always still hot xx

Food was terrible. Dry chips, dry chicken and dry donner. Seriously dissapointed, will not be ordering from New york again. Used to be brilliant in the past.

Food is decent but when you get given a 1hr 20 min delivery window and and it turns up 30 mins later than that, you get a bit fed up. So might switch next time not happy with the wait at all.

Food was great. But did not deliver our Free bottle of soft drink with our order over £20 :( If you are not going to deliver it. Do not offer it.

Nice hot food, cooked perfectly. Awesome chips and pizzas. Burgers good but would be just that tiny bit better if proper chicken breast was in the chicken burgers! Still 5/5 from us though. Kids happy with the lollies that turned their tongues blue, haha! Friendly delivery staff as well, makes the whole experience nicer. Will order from again!

Myself and my partner orderd from here on a Thursday night the delivery was fast, I was told an hour and the delivery came within 35 minutes. I had a meat feast pizza the quality was ok. My partner had a large kebab, the portion size was good and he thoroughly enjoyed his. I would order from here again.

First time to order food with this restaurant. Quality of food was very very poor. The chicken pops were over cooked and the chicken nuggets were aswell. The garlic baguette was burnt and the kebab had a funny taste. The only nice part was the pizza. Would not recommend this place with anyone and won't order from there again.

Food was slightly late, no garlic base as requested and driver was rude. Extra charge for delivery I wouldn't mind but as no option to pay with cash any more I had to pay extra for paying with card as well. Food was good as ever but I won't be ordering again sadly

Took over an hour and a half to arrive and all of it was burnt! Black! Not slightly brown! Also missing the 'free item(s) first time using this takeaway and we won't be ordering again.

Ordered food at 18:30 on a Sunday, didn't get delivered until 20:15. Had a large mixed kebab, was mainly just donner meat (3 pieces of chicken if I'm lucky). Won't order from here again in a hurry.

Food was nice and arrived within the time stated on ordering.

Delivery was super fast but unfortunately the food was not good. Pizza was ok, the kebab was disgusting and we did not eat it. It had the worst cuts of kebab meat I had ever seen, it was very fatty and over cooked . The chips were also over cooked, you could taste that they don't change their oil regularly.

great service...however we asked for no mushrooms, we had mushrooms - being allergic to mushrooms means we gave it away but at least one of the pizzas was good

Chips were dry, deep fried to much with no potato I always order from here and it was the worst I've had from there usually I am very pleased but not tonight, onion rings were cold too.

Well wat a horrible experience the delivery driver wouldn't give my my free bottle of coke due to ordering a kids meal then I said wat went to hand him the money and snatched it out my hand I said can I have my money back and he said no throw my food on the path on the floor outside my house and ran off I gave him £40 and a tip and wouldn't give me my change then told his manger I was lying manger max if that's his name said would send me free coke and cake out straight away but never so had to ring back again and finally got it first time ordering and had the worst experience in my life so £30 food all had to go in the bin cause I didn't want to eat food that had been thrown on the floor outside my house the containers of food was freezing so my two kids had a piece of toast for tea cause they didn't have time for me to cook before bed worst experience very 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Told 8pm after they pushed time back, waited until 8.50pm still nothing. Finally arrived two drivers didnt care, kebabs stone cold so had to take the so called salad out to microwave them. Paid extra for mixed kebab...98% lamb. Mainly lettuce as salad,not much else at all given. Ordered a few times before. This is the last time! Fed up

Kebab was lush and quick delivery but the only problem i had is that i didnt get the 2 pitta breads and medium chips i should have had with the 10 quid mixed grill kebab

The expected delivery time was 8pm. Called the shop at 8.15 asking for an update, was told it would be 10 mins. Food actually turned up at 8.55. Purchased a meal deal with a bottle of 7up included... A can of 7up was delivered. Will never order from here again!!

The food was great even though the potato wedges were a little dry. Waiting 2hrs for delivery was shocking Being told by staff after I finally git through as it was constantly engaged that they were busy and waiting on a driver that my food would be another 30min after it had been 1hr and half already with no apology is just rude. Aparently the staff were ringing around people who'd placed orders to advise they'd be late. I'd avoid delivery my advice just go there in person.

There was a horrible tang to the burger and the chips were over cooked as they were very hard, the chicken was okay

First time it's taken almost 2 hours for food to arrive, and to arrive cold. Delivery driver did apologise but by the time the food arrived hunger has passed so most went in the bin.

I always order from here, and it's usually pretty good, but last night the pizza was soggy and looked a bit sorry for itself, and only ate two slices, and a lot of fatty bits with the chicken kebab 😷

Short changed by delivery driver she knew what she done because before partner had chance to say she'd legged it back to the car. We order same every week so know how much it cost and how much change and normally say keep it but after that I'm rather annoyed at people sly ways 👍🏼 food lovely once again to bad about your staff 👌🏻

Never have a bad thing to say! Food is always delicious and hot and the delivery time is always great! Would definitely recommend!!
