I shop here regularly and find it great. Lots of fresh local meat and vegetables and always friendly and pleasant service. Whenever we have visitors we bring them here to stock up and usually have a meal in the restaurant. The food is always fresh and great value. A really valuable local institution all round.

Have used both Farm shop and cafe before and always great. Stopped on way to stay at the Pet friendly little Dumpledale Farm and as always made to feel very welcome. Cold rainy day but they were more than happy to put heaters on for us and the dogs. Sausage and Onion baguette was awesome thankx

This establishment, though small, excels with breakfasts of various sizes according to appetite from youngsters to tractor drivers. All with local produce, much of which is from the farm in which you are sitting. For lunch, the beef, lamb, and pork are all their own produce, though the chickens come from Fishguard (which is not far, anyway).

Dropped in today my husband and two daughters. Lovely to sit by the pond and watch the ducks and coots. And be greeted by the farm dog think her name is Jazz? My husband and I had the ham egg and chips it was lovely, such tasty ham! One daughter had all day breakfast was huge, she really enjoyed it? Other daughter had the chicken breast with garlic, herb and butter marinade, salad and jacket potato, she loved it,! The young lady serving us was very friendly and happy. Such a lovely lunch with our grown up daughters. Lovely setting, so peaceful and fabulous food. Weather was a bit overcast but to be honest a nice change from the really hot weather we've had recently it was a pleasant change? Still warm though. Thank you all very happy family. And no cooking for us today big plus!! Thanks again.

I’ll be back again for lunch in the future too. Nice selection in the farm shop. Looking forward to having some of the items I bought for supper tonight! I was impressed with the size of the toilets - very roomy and plenty of space (and facilities) to change a baby if you have a baby. Shame they had a dog rosming around the place - many people like myself are allergic to dogs. It should be kept away from the public area.

I needed to meet a proposed business associate and required somewhere to have an informal chat, amidst comfortable surroundings with reasonable food, Nash provided this for me.I met my prospective colleague in the carpark where there was plenty of space, we went through the farm shop up the stairs to the small cafe, the tables are wells spaced with the option of sitting on a sofa if you do not want to sit at a traditional table with chairs. We ordered a Mocca, a Latte, and two bowls of Cawl, a traditional Welsh chunky soup, the coffees were good and the Cawl lovely, it was served with Tomato Bread, butter and Cheddar cheese at £7.95 it was reasonably priced.Breakfast from 9 am till 11.30am, then from 11.30am till 3.50pm Traditional country lunch, soup, pies, pate, baguettes, Jacket Potatoes, then until 4.45pm cakes.I did not buy anything in the shop this time but I will be back again. The farm shop has a good range of local and welsh products but specialises in meat. The main purpose for this visit was for lunch. There is a wide choice on the menu and their meat is showcased. Service was prompt and friendly. If you have the main meal then it is good value for money. However, for the portion size (about 1 ladle full) the soup and cawl is expensive. The toilets were awful. Housed in a roughly partitioned outbuilding. The toilets themselves were dirty and the floors and all surfaces were bitty from bits falling from the ceiling. It does cast doubt on hygiene standards overall. Such a shame.

We have eaten at Nash many times but this time we noticed a ramping up in the swankiness level. For example, my husband's cheese beef burger (every bit as good as ever) was served on a trendy wooden board and the chips were in a metal camping cup. I had the Thai chicken salad and would have liked it to have a bit more chilli bite. Don't think the tomato bread and butter (as nice as it was) really matched the dish...try rice crackers or mini poppadoms instead? Our children shared a sausage baguette and the staff was completely unperturbed by them splashing tomato sauce over the walls upstairs! Friendly service in a very nice spot. Wonderful butchery counter downstairs which is still our main reason for most visits.

Can't get better quality produce from a local supplier than from the Nash farm shop. And you can sample the goods in the cafe. Reasonably priced seasonal food. Plenty of parking space in a quiet tranquile spot

Fantastic meal pick your own meat and have it prepared while you wait. And on your way out you can pick up your meat, vegetable and sundries to take away, everything fresh and to a very high standard ( prices on a par with the supermarket!).

food was excellent and all from the attached farm. Lovely outside seating area surrounded by ponds - we had fun trying to see the blue dragon flies that were flying all around. You can buy food from there for your freezer or BBQ too and well cooked, fresh and no preservatives as far as I can tell. well worth a visit for afternoon tea as the cakes are great too.

Really enjoyed the treat of a delicious bowl of home made soup and fresh bread on a very blustery day, just what the doctors ordered! Good value and a warm welcome!

Nash farm Shop is a regular stop for us, we call it our 'Middle Class Enclave' having moved from the heart of Buckinghamshire last year....mind you, it is open to everyone! The staff, in particular, Kate has become friends of ours and it is lovely to be recognised and our tastes remembered every time we go in.Today we went to buy a few extra bits and pieces and also enjoyed a bowl of Cawl each which came with cheese and bread, all washed down with hot drinks. The Cafe upstairs was warm and cosy with new seating including a nice rocking chair. I could have stayed for a while longer.Another good experience and not too expensive. A quiet location, too.

A beautiful location on a working farm producing excellent quality food at a reasonable price. I often visit the farm shop to get barbecue food over the summer and I recently visited the cafe for breakfast which was superb. I'd recommend going on a sunny day and taking advantage if the outdoor seating.

The Nash Farm Cafe cannot be faulted, location perfect, food very tasty and very well prepared, staff top notch and all for a reasonable price. The only minor glitch is that they do not open on a Sunday thus you are denied what would undoubtedly be the best Sunday lunch for miles around.

I frequently travel through this area, on my way to the ferry at Pembroke dock. I have always struggled to find good food in a pleasant establishment near here, The local Tescos cafe just does not come up to scratch. So I searched on here for somewhere to get lunch before boarding the ferry, I came across Nash farm shop and cafe and resolved to try it next time I was in the area.It was a warm September day and my 3 hour drive from the midlands had been tiring and I was ready to have a break, so I turned off the main road, up along the small and rough side road to Nash farm. Turning into the car park I could see the outside seating area described by others, with wooden tables and large sunshades, a very tranquil setting.Taking a seat I was quickly given a menu to peruse and I chose a ham ploughmans, my companion opting for fresh tomato soup and home made bread. We then had time to relax and I was again struck by just how quiet this spot was, a lot quieter than the cafes in the nearby town for sure. All the time there was a slow but steady trickle of locals calling in to the shop, to buy the produce on sale there. After a few minutes wait our food arrived and I was amazed at the size of the portions. My ploughmans lunch had an array of pickles and chutney to acompany the usual salad. There were 3 large ,thick slices of home cured ham, which reminded me of the sort of meat that you could buy years ago, before the supermarkets drove many local butchers out of business. My companions soup looked delicious and was just as generous in quantity, with some amazing bread, which I sampled.I had more than enough but my companion ordered a slice of lemon drizzle cake, which when it arrived was huge! I was assured that it tasted divine and was definitely home made, so I was not allowed to sample it!In short the food was real home made, top quality and food as I remember it, food just how it should be. The surroundings are peaceful and the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. I will definitely be back again next time I am in Pembrokeshire and I will be buying something from the shop again too.

You know you’ve hit the right place for lunch when it has signs up saying they’ve sold all sandwiches for the day. Needless to say we made it there the following day to grab some baguettes. Good home made lunches and reasonably priced. Noticed they sold out again shortly after. Lovely to grab the food outside. Friendly crew running it all as well.

Visited here with friends for Sunday lunch, would recommend you book ahead as they get quite busy. Car park in the hotel grounds but if this is full, more parking down the road only a short walking distance away.A nice welcome from the receptionist, then we were asked to sit in the bar and given the menu. Had a drink whilst waiting for our table, lovely surroundings with plenty of comfy chairs to sit in. Restaurant is very traditional with lots of period features.A very good choice of starters, mains and desserts with one main vegetarian option. Three of us opted for the leek and potato soup and one for the salmon. The soup was okay, one had to be returned to be re-heated as it was cold and we all agreed that there was too much balsamic vinegar on top and nobody was able to finish it all. A good choice of bread rolls was on offer with the starters. For the main course 3 had the pork and one the beef. Generous portion of meat, the pork was lovely and tender. The beef was very rare, which wouldn't suit everyone but my husband didn't mind. Excellent selection of vegetables, beautifully cooked to perfection and plenty of gravy. Roast potatoes were very salty. Still and sparkling bottles of water on the table which was a nice touch but I'm not sure whether they were complimentary or not. Pleased to see they use many local suppliers.Nice selection of desserts but we couldn't manage one after the generous portions of starter and main. Opted for tea and coffees, very nice cappuccino served with chocolate mints. I believe the cost was £10.95 for one course. £14.95 for 2 courses and £18.95 for 3 courses which we thought was very good value. Our table was booked for 1.30 by the time we were seated it was 1.45 - this was not a problem but what did annoy our party was the fact that at 3.30 and whilst we were still having our tea and coffees the staff started stripping all the tables around us and setting up for the evening meal so we felt obliged to drink up and go. If this needed to be done before we finished then the least they could have done was explain and perhaps ask us to take our coffees in the bar area - we wouldn't have minded. We all thought this was unacceptable.
