Came here to break my fast in Ramadan, service was quick without lacking quality, extra thanks to Nazrul for the amazing customer service

To be honest a disappointing experience. I came here with a friend to have some lunch it seems that with the cost of living their portions had shrunk as well. Not only that the food was not cooked properly having been burnt. The tables were dirty I had to ask for someone to clean it as there was food droppings on the table as well as underneath it. It made me feel sick and lose my appetite.

I visited this Nandos yesterday and want to thank Tipu and Lizzie for their amazing service! They were very friendly, provided amazing customer service and were always ready to assist us! They food came quickly and Tipu and Lizzie were quick to assist! I will definitely be visiting this Nandos again and I hope Tipu and Lizzie and rewarded for their efforts!! Thank you :)

I’m used to Mile End Nandos but came here on Mother’s Day. My goodness, the place was fairly full but they were either short staffed for Mother’s Day which is also the day before Ramadan starts, or the staff just cannot cope.

Food was alright, felt as if the place could be more clean. Service wasn’t bad tho, food arrived quick. Was a mediocre Nando’s

Food was ok....just the burgers weren't quite the size you'll expect. It was more like a mini burger. Thighs in the burger were also a little too burnt. Spiced grain and butternut squash was definitely delicious and well made. Slow service but even that could be overlooked since it was a Saturday evening.

The food was excellent. Nazrul and Fusy were extremely helpful in serving us and gave us a 10/10 service.

Food was delicious. And what topped it all was the staff, very friendly - especially nazmul he took very good care of us as we all came for a gathering before Ramadan starts. Very local. This branch is lovely.

Worst Nando’s branch!!! Nando’s is a really popular and loved restaurant chain in the uk so today really ruined my opinion and love for it. The chaos first started when we entered and had to wait for 10 minutes just to be seated, they were available seats everywhere and many staff passed us, only until we asked did they acknowledge us and a long line of people, after we went to the till and ordered our food, the person who served me, which I assume is the manager, showed no interest and didn’t even smile, she was so passive aggressive for no reason. We than had to wait around an hour for a messed up order, they mixed up all our sides and when we told one of the servers he rolled his eyes and said ok, no manners at all. The food was burnt as well! To top this mess off, there was a sign on the till saying cash only, which we followed, which was a big hindrance as we had to check out at an atm, we then see one of the staff taking the sign off and letting his friend pay with card?? This is generally disgusting and I would like to speak with Nando’s further, I would like my 40 pounds back

Didn't speak to anyone as it was order from code. Delicious food as usual for a nandos. Calm atmosphere for a Saturday lunch.

First time visiting this establishment. The food was made with so much love! The peri mac n cheese 🧀 was a delight. My daughter had to send her meal back... the chicken was dryer than the Sahara desert 🏜... my fake chicken wrap was fab bug I couldn't finish it... Great stuff and fab atmosphere... music was brilliant!!

A bit dirty. Despite being on the menu, the Mac and cheese are not available in this outlet. The drinks machine only had certain drinks, the rest was empty. Not all flavours were available. Will go to another nandos next time around

Prepare for an unpleasant dining experience at Nando's, where the customer service hits rock bottom thanks to a rude supervisor named Raquel. Expect condescending attitudes, dismissive behavior, and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Raquel was extremely unprofessional and definitely does not understand customer service. Don't bother complaining; your concerns will likely fall on deaf ears as Raquel sets the tone for a disappointing meal. To top things off after almost an hours wait the chicken thighs and garlic bread arrived burnt. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS

There is nothing really you can say about the food. Everyone knows Nandos. Service was good. Staff were nice. When it busy, service does drop. Clean and tidy. Nice location. Parking is your only issue. But otherwise one of the better locations.

Food is excellent as always but service has declined over the years less waiting staff meaning food left under lamps for a long time before placed at tables, ordering takes forever, tables left messy and less sauce bottles and plates at service station. Been eating at this place for over ten years and it’s changed so much as mentioned hence 2 stars for service.

The guy who served us had excellent customer service explaining all the issues of the day and finding a special solution for our taste… Great grilled chicken and the broccoli tho…delicious…😎❤️😘

Really good services, everything you'd expect from the food.

The chicken was very dry, when I asked the waitress for a charger she just said no to me and walk away not even a “no, I’m sorry” she just said no and walked away. When I when to pick my fork and knife the forks were finished I asked if they got forks and they said that they are coming. I been waiting for 20 min for a fork till they came and when I started eating the food was already cold. Never going back again to that specific Nando’s

Rice felt rubbery, management rude, wasn't busy but made me wait for a table

The worst Nando’s. Went in there before, wouldn’t give us a table even though the tables were empty. The manager (lady with short hair) was rude from the beginning. First thought she had a bad day, so was trying to ask her if we could sit on the empty tables but with attitude said we had to wait an hour. The empty tables were reserved. She could’ve said it in a nicer tone. I wasn’t even rude. Then a few weeks later tried to order through deliveroo. Took over an hour and 20 minutes and they were still cooking the meal. So cancelled. Honestly the worst Nando’s.

Is what it is. Chicken with a Portuguese way. Spicey and grilled. The staff are fresindly and helpful. Atmosphere is nice. Service is very quick.

Chicken came out cold. Chips were excellent. Hot and clearly made fresh. The waitresses offered to bring me something else to say sorry for the cold chicken but I was in a hurry. They should have a voucher to offer you something on another date for those people that are in a hurry.

This is a great store. Unfortunately the road outside is very narrow and parking around the store is difficult. However, staff at the store are generally friendly and welcoming. Food is good as always.

Always great going to nandos Whitechapel

We always visit that place to indulge ourselves. The food is consistently delicious, and we highly recommend ordering the mashed potatoes and spicy rice. Whenever we visit, Jack, the server at that place, is consistently the friendliest and most welcoming. The only issue is that they should definitely bring back the Vusu sauce!!! , it’s my favorite!!

Food is tasty & made quickly however staff was almost no where to be found the entire time I was there other than what seemed like a cleaning team of 2 had to chase up about a forgotten drink order which was just a bottle of larger & a glass with ice for soft drink refills. Didn’t exactly make me feel like I wanted to come back.

The menu is the same in all Nando's restaurants, so I knew what to expect and order. The first experience was not the best cause the meat was overgrilled and too charred for my taste. I didn't want to make a fuss about it, took the charred off as much as I could and ate it. But the second time I asked politely not to grill it too much, and the request was kindly accepted and implemented. The manager overheard and came later to ask if all is ok. The ambient is nice when it's not overcrowded, but at evenings it's too loud, you can barely hear people sitting next to you. It's still one of my favorite restaurants in London (Nando's in general). And their chicken is halal certified.

When it comes to enjoying chicken, you must pay a visit to Nando's

Food is always satisfactory, wouldn't recommend burgers as they are very dry. I always go for the boneless chicken or quarter chicken.

Shan deserves a promotion for being one of the best waiter there and also another guy nazir was excellent at his service. It's a Nandos. Haven't been to one in a while and nothing much has changed. Great if you like chicken but a bit tricky of you have any allergies or dietary requirements but that's to be expected. Service was quick and courteous with online ordering. Great for lunch with the team from work.

Sunday's sometimes they don't let you eat in they didn't explain the reason but I could see people sitting and eating with plenty of space. If they wrote on website or Google it would've been better. Also had to get takeaway and food wasnt as nice as when I eat in but had no choice

Slow as a cow in kolkota! Bery bad customer service, they keep telling that our order was next to be ready, 45 mins and nothing apart for a ginger beer arrived to our table. We left after almost an hour wait and they sill were telling us ur order was next. Better tr any option on Bricklane or Withechapel Road

We came around 8.00 pm was given a family table for 8 people around 8.15pm. We placed the order and food was delivered 8.50 pm. However, there was no plat and glass. After several requests, pates were given after 10-15 min. By this time food became cold. Even after so many requests no glass was given. After having the food went to the customer desk and informed the person in chage, but she didnt say anything. Even she didnt bother to say sorry. Imagine, having a dinner without a drop of drink or water. What a nightmare. The staff including the duty manager are very rude. Will not come-back certainly.

Absolutely disgusting service! Toilets had poo smothered everywhere! Food was dry and cold!. Asked for colouring from 3 different people and they gave colour with no sheets!! Asked the manager for the store postcode he doesn’t know it? One staff goes use your phone to check! No sauces, plates or tissues anywhere to be found. Manager says short staff but all staff look new and don’t have a clue! Won’t be coming back again! Worse Nando’s by far!!!

Poor service from the get go. Went with my girlfriend and had 2 mains and 2 beers. We had to go up to get our cutlery and water (I thought Nando's was a restaurant not a self-service canteen). Got our mains and didn't receive our beers. We told 3 servers and our issue was met with the same indifference, one even asked us what beers we ordered (it's on the order?). In the end, I had to queue up in line after my meal to get our beers. No apologies provided. My main (Sunset burger) was very good, my girlfriends butterfly chicken was drier than the Sahara Finally, not the end of the world but ordering from the app and creating an account, putting in all your details is just a straight up inconvenience. Overall disappointed and most likely not visiting any Nando's chain again.

No one had had a clue what they were doing had us waiting an hour for food when it was already ready. No apology issued. Recommended staff retraining or better leadership

Service really poor . My friend ordered quoter chicken with peri chips and mash they turned up with someone else’s food . The man said he’s gonna change it . After that he got wrong food again with peri chips missing. Then he apologised and said I’m gonna go and get some peri salt he forgot and started talking to his colleagues who was standing near the door . Then i went to have a word with manager couldn’t get hold of . Towards the end man turned up with peri salt and apologised but food went stone cold. Never experienced poor service in nandos before .

Usually happy with my visits to Nandos but today was very disappointing. Very rude member of staff there. I'm not sure but I think she was the manager and her name may have been Hannah. As soon as I walked in, she glared at me and asked the member of staff who was serving me whether she was okay serving me. I have no idea why this was. I was perfectly cordial and polite. I asked for 2 portions of chips with my order which I did not receive. I only realised this after I had left the restaurant. When I came back, she asked me rudely why I wasn't wearing a face mask. After I told her I had forgotten it (I actually have a breathing condition but did not want to discuss my medical history with her) I told her that I had wanted to 2 portions of chips with my order. The initial staff member (who was lovely) had forgotten to take that in my initial order. I asked Hannah for the 2 chips and she proceeded to charge me full price for them. I understand that they are cheaper as sides but she refused to do this for me. The manner in which she spoke to me was disgusting. I'm afraid this isn't good enough. Would like an apology please and my 2 portions of chips. I will be posting this on other review sites as well.

Ordered takeaway from this Nando’s in whitechapel. We waited around an hour for the food to come, only to find that half of the items were missing (which is ridiculous when they charge the prices they do for their meals). One of the only things that did arrive were their fries which were completely soggy and unappetising so didn’t eat them. When phoning customer service the woman had no skills and was clearly just following some by the book training rather than giving you a nice experience after the order went completely wrong. She refused to refund delivery charge and only refunded the cost of the missing items which - when you’ve paid £30+ for a meal - doesn’t really cut it when that meal is then ruined by stuff being missing. Won’t be ordering from Nando’s again as the only thing above average is their prices.

Came here on the 14th it was buzzing atmosphere, we really like this place its nice and intimate even when busy and packed. We ordered the Full Platter with extra sides and the meal was yum! We were served by Chelsea and she also brought our food over the service was amazing and she is so friendly we felt very welcomed and looked after she's a great asset to the team and i hope she is recognised by management. Thank you Chelsea for making our night :)

Service was quick food very average. I wouldn’t normally eat in places like this but someone was leaving work so we went here as it was convenient. Really not my type of place. Food more expensive than it should be. Service very slow meals at different times and really wont be back here.

I have been in this Nando’s twice and I was always served cold food. The food is not even freshly prepared and it’s like the leftover from other days. Would not recommend this to anyone

Made to feel very welcome. Restaurant was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much. Food was cooked to perfection and love the bew water melon edition on the menu which went down a treat with my 1 year old grandson. Well done.

Today was my second time visit after June just to make sure my last visit was one of which was awful but it’s still some more rooms to improve of services and quality tests of the food!The Lady manger(according to her she took over this branch not quiet long ago)was efficiently active but alas she’s not the person who serves you always unless with a complain you want to see manager!The June visit couldn’t be worst, manger came up to serve us and compensate the mess offering voucher but you don’t go there to claim for the worst possible services with the lowest quality of food compare to usual Nando’s you want to eat!Only thing to praise Lady manager is tries her best to keep you happy but she needs to know how to make sure all her staffs know how to serve customers at least with basic standard

Fui allí con mi esposa y amigos el sábado. Teníamos el jugador completo y otros extras, nuestro pollo estaba cocinado, el maíz en la mazorca estaba frío (no le dieron mantequilla). Cuando se le preguntó al camarero, me dijo que me dejara la mantequilla, esperó unos 10 minutos, pero sé que uno vino con ella. Así que tuve que ir a quejarme y conseguir uno, para entonces el maíz estaba completamente frío. El camarero estaba limpiando la mesa junto a nosotros, literalmente limpió todo el arroz de la mesa en el piso y todo el zapato de mis amigos, pero no vio eso? ! ! .

Great food at Nandos all the time. We visited quite late after being to the theatres. Staff are really nice, chicken are halal here and the food always tastes good. Plus we also get 20% NHS discount which is always a bonus.

Having just arrived into London after a 24-hour day from US, with delayed flights and lost baggage, we decided to head to Nando's, which we heard had spicy food. On a Saturday at 3:30pm, the place was not full and we got a table and a menu. But for next 20 minutes, the wait-staff walked by without asking anything if we needed anything. Then we figured out that we had to go to the counter to order food and were thoroughly disappointed when the food came - it tasted nothing like we thought it might be, as we had a local person in our group, who had recommended the chain. Bottomline, avoid this location if you can.
