Nando's - Westfield London in Hammersmith and Fulham

Loved the dine in and the service was amazing thanks to Adam, who did his best to.make it comfortable and delightful for me and my friends.

Food took over 35 minutes when the place wasnt even busy. Took over 45 minutes to bring 1 scoop of ice cream. Loaded fries portions were below standard and we were told there was no strawberry fro-yo even when it was still showcased on the menu. Staff were unhelpful and not accommodating apart from one. Will not come back here.

I visited Westfields White City two weekends ago had lunch at Nando’s with my son I was shown to my table & Ordered food via The Nando’s QR code Took nearly an hour for the food to be served to our table but when it arrived, the food was cold as it had been sitting on the side for sometime and to make things worse, I witnessed a homeless man walking around the restaurant Around five times looking at plates which people had left behind and sat down at three tables and ate the food which people had left behind Chicken wings bowls of rice Drinks etc !! The Nando’s staff were totally oblivious to what was going on none of them were walking around the restaurant floor observing what was going on and collecting empty plate bowls and drinks etc Very poor service, Nando’s staff seem a bit fluffy and they need to up their game And I would think twice about eating there in the future …

Hadn’t been to Westfield White City in years and decided to pop into the Nando’s. The outside queue was long because I guess it’s a very Popular branches. A kind man by the name of Tobi was very patient and professional in the way that he helped us and everyone else get to their seats accordingly. The Atmosphere was great, and the food came out nice and quickly.

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Nanfos Westfield. Not only have they hiked up the price of drinks from £3.50 to £3.95 without any explanation, but 3 out of 4 ice machines were out of order. The one that was supposedly working didn't dispense any ice. It's frustrating when scripted responses from customer services show they're not interested in customer feedback. Definitely won't be returning anytime soon.

My partner and I ordered two main courses, but unfortunately, only one was served to us. After a 20-minute wait, the second dish had still not arrived. We reached out to the manager, a very attentive woman, who promptly addressed our concern and ensured our order was served without further delay. We're grateful for her assistance.

I will never go back to this nandos i was giving rock hard corn on cob that nearly broke my tooth is was so hard. Then i was half way through my food and there was a blonde hair wrapped in my coleslaw which put me off my whole dinner i spoke to manager which she was very rude and had such bad attitude towards me and had no customer service at all.

Do not come unless you want your ears to be assaulted by crying babies. Just crying babies everywhere. Food was a 25 minute wait. Server forgot to give us utensils. Food was okay, chicken was dry. I do not recommend.

Good experience Food quality was very good. Food served within 15 minutes. There was a waiter, his name was Ripon. We had an order mistake. He solved it very happily. He always had a smile on his face. I love his smiling

Staff is very bad behaviour with us Ronnie is arguing with us really very bad behaviour.

We came to nando’s the staff behaved very bad to us and Ronnie thought we don’t know how to serve us and he thinks we where very fool also he didn’t let us eat properly and left our food halve way through. He shouted at us in front of everyone and check ccvt footage.

I’m giving this place 1 start since I had negative experience! Firstly, we’ve been given raw chicken and complained to the manager about it, he promised that we’ll get it replaced but after 10-15 min waiting we’ve decided to just leave it and go. Secondly, the place is very busy and you have to queue up for at least 15min. Thirdly, only one of the 3 water stations was functioning.

Tasty chicken specialties. There was no wait (on a February Wednesday). Service not perfect, but they try their best. Almost all options are chicken (as they advertise). It was my 1st time at a Nando's and I was (wrongly) hopping for some more variety.

Marta was coming with some attitude to my friend making her feel bad about her order and told the workers it was take away so after 40 minute wait we asked were are food was!? And they had to remake Don’t order with marta she can’t be trusted

Visited on a weekday at around 14:30. Staff very quick to get us seated and settled jn. We knew how to order so did that via the qr code in our table Our glasses come out within minutes of ordering. Food was around a 15 minute wait which was very quick. Orders arrived correct and we enjoyed our meal without being rushed. The restaurant was really welcoming and it had a nice atmosphere inside. Not too noisy and busy. Would recommend and visit again if in the area.

Service was saved by Orlando who did a great job once we raised the issue where the kitchen had given us half of a breast piece of chicken (as if someone had cut some off for their own lunch). If it was based on another staff member (Ripon) we would have given 1 star. He walked past us three times doing laps around the whole restaurant as if he was working but didn't make any eye contact with customers, just looked busy but work shy. All credit goes to Orlando! upon arrival we were greeted by Toby-Lee who had such great energy, very welcoming followed by Ronnie who was amazing making sure we were all settled and able to order. The food came not too long after we ordered which was super tasty. My friend from Sweden was with me and it was her first nandos experience and she was very impressed. 100% recommend !

Ate tonight in Nando’s Westfield London and it was absolutely appalling! They’re letting far too many people in without enough staff, the staff are terrible and we waited way too long for our food then when it did arrive it was cold and they had no plates despite us asking 3 times?! Surely when you run out of plates you know you’ve let too many in! Feel very nauseous after eating the food which we didn’t even finish with it being cold. £70 for that. Never again.

We had a very bad experience the food was so very much not up to the mark .it was so dry and burnt all sides it was actually tasting like coal.its long que any out of things in the menu.i was a bad day.

Food was great. Ronnie made our experience 10x better.

Sapphire honestly gave the best customer service ever. Obviously Nando’s is a regular for a lot of people but the service they gave was honestly stunning. Good vibes, and great service. Nando’s should feel lucky to have sapphire ❤️❤️

Very noisy restaurant with flickering lights (it's ment to do that, but it is very disturbing) so I wish they stop using that Kind of lights in the ceiling. The food is 5 of 5 and tasty. Service is good. I wish they checked the syrup of the soda, since the soda taste just water with a hint of cola.

My friend and I visited Nando's last Tuesday. We received amazing service and a warm welcome. The person who served us is named Ketema. He is very kind, active, and well-known for his job. We truly appreciate the food and the hospitality. A big thanks to the person who served us at the restaurant. I strongly recommend the hotel management to support and encourage this person.

Chicken cold, had to wait 10 minutes for forks and knives

When we ordered the meal was all quick and find the young lady at the door was very helpful as we had a young toddler who was not very happy. When our order arrived it was wrong. We had to wait a long time for the correct order to arrive. The only way it came one of us had to go up and asked where were given the platter to bring to our table. In the meantime our side which was order that came as part of the original order was getting cold. But we thought we could not bother again as time was getting on.

Food was late cos wrong table number on the receipt. No real problem but disappointed the waitress blamed it on us for giving the wring number, not the till operator for inputting it wtongly. Aside from that it was great.

Having struggled with the web app to accept my giftcard, I instead ordered at the til where the staff member was most friendly and helpful. The food arrived promptly, to a good standard, and the staff checked that I was enjoying my meal and were most friendly.

As this was one of busier and larger Nandos we've visited, expect a queue and longer turnaround time for your food after ordering during busy periods - we went during dinner time and it was hectic. Food was hot and fresh upon arrival and service was friendly and attentive throughout, but I would recommend going during more quiet periods if you're in Westfield that day.

I was served by Abdul today one of the managers after another member of staff was to busy talking to want to serve people. He was very friendly helpful and polite customer service was excellent

We ordered chicken and 2 sides. Havent eaten in a nandos for a long time and we all said portions are getting smaller and smaller.the sides were nice .more like a childs portion. Service was good .

Me estaba reuniendo con un amigo para almorzar en Shepherds Bush y después de pensar un poco en Westfield, decidimos ir a la sucursal de Nando para nuestro almuerzo. Normalmente no escribo críticas negativas y lamento decir que esto estuvo lejos de ser el mejor Nando en el que he comido.Cuando mi amigo y yo llegamos nos llevaron a una mesa, pero la persona que nos mostró la mesa parecía muy desinteresada. Cuando llegó el momento de pedir mi comida, me pareció un poco molesto que el hombre detrás del mostrador hiciera demasiadas preguntas.Tengo la sensación de que sus superiores le dijeron que hiciera esas preguntas, pero las encontré totalmente innecesarias ya que todo lo que quería era pedir una envoltura de pollo con especias medianas con pan de ajo y un refresco.En lo que respecta a la comida, nuestras comidas llegaron literalmente a los 2 o 3 minutos de haber pedido, lo que me pareció sospechoso. Y tenía razón porque el pollo de mis amigos estaba realmente frío y el mío sabía un poco gomoso y frío.Pensé en llamar y quejarme, pero mi amigo me dijo que no me molestara. A very cozy place with good food and friendly staff. However, the food selection isn’t big so wouldn’t go there frequently.

During a busy shopping expedition we decided to take s break at Nando’s. The whole chicken platter with 2 sides was a great option for 2 people. The sauces really do compliment the food so recommend you take time to sample these but, do take care as Hot means Hot. You can take your time as you can build up from Mild to Hot. The servers were all polite and helpful. Enjoy!

Esta ubicación estaba muy ocupada, tuvimos que esperar en la cola para conseguir una mesa. Pero reconoceré la proactividad del camarero, él nos dio todos los menús mientras estábamos haciendo cola para que cuando la mesa estuviera lista, estaríamos listos para hacer un pedido. El servicio es rápido y fácil, la comida que pedimos llegó en 5 minutos, aunque el restaurante estaba lleno. Tuve la envoltura de pollo con la salsa especial con pan de ajo y papas fritas al lado. ¡Estaba delicioso! Gracias Nando's por una gran comida!

Great place for food, quite a few options for food, easy to find and good customer service, when I visited I had the butterfly chicken it was a good portion wasn’t too much or a rip off for your money with a small portion.

Personale altamente mal organizzato e inefficiente.. con il fatto che si prendano gli ordini al bancone viene a succedere che i dipendenti siano sommersi di ordini, e data la loro poca professionalità sul dare le precedenze alcuni tavoli vengono serviti in tempo e altri no. Per il poco spazio ma la voglia di strafare non si trova un posto per lasciare i piatti appena cucinati così che diventino freddi e secchi. Non ho mai visto nessuno controllare la temperatura interna della carne, cosa obbligatoria in Uk. Cucina davvero sporca, totale menefreghismo dell'health and safetly, in special modo delle contaminazioni, infatti si taglia pane nel tagliere della carne, e il formaggi vengono poggiati un po' dove capita. Senza contare che i pezzi di pollo caduti vengono CALCIATI SOTTO IL FORNO DALLA SUPERVISOR, e posso solo immagonare per quanto restino lì sotto.. Altamente sconsigliato sia il mangiarci che il lavorarci

Visited here after our shopping trip. My Granddaughter is lactose intolerant so we ordered the chicken to be allergy free. The chef cleaned the grill prior to cooking our chicken. Great service. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

We visited Nando's on the 24th June around 4 o'clock after shopping and ordered bean wraps. Food was lovely but what made me write this review is that I left my shopping bags there and a lovely waiter run after us with the bags. I always lose everything and probably I would only notice late in the evening that I lost my bags and could not even think if it was in Nando's or somewhere else. This guy saved me a huge headache by running after us so thank you so much!! I could not catch his name because we were already going down at the elevator and I was shocked that I was so silly again but we had table 53. Thank you lovely Nando's guy once again!

Westfield es enorme, puede ser muy agotador. Después de mirar las ofertas elijo las de Nando. Comió la hamburguesa Halloumi sin pan picante (puede elegir si prefiere comida caliente o sencilla), una porción regular de papas fritas y una limonada. Precio honesto, lo disfruté. Puedo recomendarlo

Have tried numerous times to come to this Nando’s when shopping in Westfield and the que is always out the door. But came yesterday with my mum and got a table straight away. Was a que at the till thought but went down quick. Food was served within 20 minutes. Good food, good service, and tasty juicy chicken what more could you ask for.

This name is synonymous with the tasty meal and it is the location of the mall that attracts the crowds here - families with kids, young people and the hungry traveler looking for a good meal will find a satisfying meL here . There was a 30 mins wait to get a table but the food was good and the servers was quick. On the hots day of the year they had no ice.

Me and a friend had lunch here on a Saturday afternoon. As expected, the queue was pretty long but we were seated quickly despite it being super busy.

Nando’s is such a popular place, ud often have to fall in line just to be able to eat there! Been to several branches such as Euston, Westfield Ariel Way, Stratford etc etc. Do try the naan bread with hummus and chili oil ☺️

In the course of my stay in that area, I went to this restaurant three times for my brunch. The speed of service was just as impressive as the very consistently tasty food I enjoyed there.

I love coming to this nandos, always fast service and friendly waiters. The food always comes quickly.

We visited Westfield at the beginning of January just for shopping. We decided to have Nando’s for lunch as we hadn’t had it for a long time as our local one put us off. We was very impressed even though it was a big size and it was full at the time service was very good there was five people at the tills serving so there was hardly ever any que and food came quickly. All the staff were polite and accommodating we wanted a booth because of our shopping bags even though there was only two of us because there was one available they let us have it. The quality and quantity of the food was great all cooked perfectly and decent portions we enjoyed it so much we went back to our local Nando’s the day after for dinner which was nice but not a patch on westfields Nando’s. Highly recommend!

Ate here with my family on 2nd Jan. There was a small queue but nothing you would 't expect given it was in a large shopping complex. Service was good but it did seem a bit chaotic at times!

Appauling behaviour by the female manager today saying she would not give me the compensation (a wrap) promised to me by this Nandos a while ago when I came home to find a chicken wrap instead of the veg halloumi I asked for!!! They simply said come next time and we will compensate, no time frame specified. Pathetic they would not give me this meal to compensate for the training their staff lack. I checked twice with staff saying vegetarian and they said yes. Money over customer service as they would rather lose customers than give compensation for their mistakes. Never returning and will contact head office

Was taken to Nandos Westfield cause we wete 6 of us we had to wait a bit to get a table. We were given the menus while we were in the queue

My first experience of Nandos and we had two midweek lunches here, so no queues and no crowds. Nice ambiance and well decorated. You pay for your food at the till before it is brought to you. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a variety of wraps, chicken thighs with chips and Quinoa salad. Great that you can choose the spiciness of the chicken and add extras such as avocado.

Desgusté pollo con un sabor particular y muy bueno, buena la atención del personal, el precio muy accesible y la verdad muy cómodo el lugar.

I once had a bad experience at Nando's (long wait, tepid food, years ago though) and it put me off for years but the past couple of years have been going a lot more and always like it - I keep forgetting though that the coleslaw is really really below par. Watery and tasteless. Which is a pity because apart from that I love the food. This one was good as always, the place was unbelievably busy but the staff were handling it well and dealing with it.

Great restaurant chain, we are use to come to Nando's in other locations and here we where well received as always. Good Food, good space, well located.

Never have I ever been to a nandos and left feeling disappointed. Considering the speed, convenience, it’s price and the quality of chicken and flavour - you can’t go wrong. Surely?

As a Nandos fan, I've been to quite few restaurants but not even a single one of them can compare with the one in Westfield. By far the best service, by far the best people to deal with. Every single one of them I've interacted and had a small chat they were great, amazing and friendly. Huge well done to them for the level of business they need to manage every day and still smile to everyone and huge well done to management for keeping their staff happy and the way they are.

Really underwhelmed by the service, staff and the food. Don’t think that the staff can cope with the amount of people within the restaurant and the noise levels as the table number was initially heard wrong, however after this misunderstanding the lady that took the order apologised and all was fine. Many of the staff are quite rude and ignorant to customers. When the food finally arrived it was cold and we then had to wait a further 15 minutes for the final order- claiming they had ‘no sides’ yet the sides that arrived were also cold. Not to mention the fact that tables that arrived later than us with the same amount of people had their food and had left before we had even got ours!! Advisory not to go between 6-8pm. Especially as we waited 10 minutes for a table when there were mutiple visibly free and uncleared.

Nothing stands out about this Nando's compared to others. 1 thing did tho - we were overcharged. We asked for something added to a salad... then said we did not want it and it was not put in the salad. We had paid but when we left, we happened to look at the receipt and we were charged for it. It was £2 and not worth going back but definitely worth mentioning
