We had to wait 20 minutes outside because downstairs was closed. :( and then the food was undercooked. We were on a table of 4 but it was a round table and rectangle table together so very unprofessional. The person outside was nice though . It was extremely mid and ruined my nandos experience. I would say im never going to nandos again but its nandos but coming from outer london . I would not recommend the o2 nandos to anyone

Went to this Nando’s before a gig where it was pretty empty inside yet they still made us wait about 20 minutes to let us in, and the staff were too busy arguing to actually take notice to customers outside who are starving and want a quick meal before a gig. Staff throughout the evening seemed to not care at all. Food was so late I had to leave most of my food to make sure I got into the actual arena in time! Very disappointed as previous times I have been to this Nando’s I have had no issues and had a great pre gig meal

We came to Nandos yesterday to have some food before we went to Boom Battle Bar to celebrate my friends birthday. There was a concert on so the O2 was really busy. I was a bit worried as there were 8 of us and the queue was really long. But a really nice worker came down the queue and noted we were a table of 8. He said the wait would be about 15/20 mins. The queue went down so fast so we were really impressed! The worker was so nice and friendly! He had great customer service skills and overall such a lovely, fun and bubbly person. We were seated really quickly on a really nice table. Service was really quick considering it was really busy. And the staff were all so nice. As we were leaving I asked the name of the really nice guy on the door. He said his name was Tevin (I hope I’ve spelt that correctly). But honestly just want to give a special shout out to him because from start to finish he was amazing! Thank you so much we had a lovely time. And food was amazing as always. I also tried to new warm choc pudding for dessert and it was sensational!! Cannot wait to come back :)

Very nice atmosphere at Nandos. You can order your food online from the table by scanning the scan code, which will automatically take you to the site and allow you to order and pay without any problem. You can also choose the level of spiciness of the sauce, which I personally think is great. The food arrived at our table very quickly. The staff was also really friendly and quick. The food was very tasty, the chicken was very well fried and seasoned. Were very happy with everything. The vegetables (broccoli) were a bit hard but still edible. The toilets were also very clean and tidy. You can refill your drink and ice cubes at any time. Whenever I'm in London again, I'd love to come back here.

Avoid if you have children. I've tried to go to this nandos multiple times during maternity leave and with my partner. They make it unnecessarily difficult for parents by insisting that you leave buggies downstairs, even when you have children under 1 who can't sit in a high chair for long. They say there is no space upstairs for buggies and make you walk through a spacious empty area downstairs that they don't use. If you're on your own how are you meant to carry all of your valuables, your baby and shopping bags upstairs to the cramped part of the restaurant (their staff's description not mine as I've never been up there). Common sense would dictate that a restaurant in a shopping centre might consider the amount of bags people would have. Clearly the management here don't care about this, staff can't be reasoned with, no attempt to accommodate mothers put in an impossible position.

What a bad Nando’s I was expecting it different especially because the O2 is a wonderful location ! Staff on tills are just chatting between them not caring at all about guests. Toilets, disgusting and embarrassing spend more time to look after it please. Many of the things on the menu were sold out online but available on the till such a non sense. Anyways just don’t go there even the guy at the door doesn’t care about you he is more interest to be on his phone and about his lip gloss looking shiny. Don’t waist time the O2 has many other places to visit:

Nice atmosphere at nandos. That’s on the bright side of the review. Had to wait to be given a table(I understand because place was crowded) eventually got in and was given 2 options for order. At the till or online. Did mine online. It was fast and efficient. Orders started coming till they didn’t. People that got in way after me got their order before us. Asked why and apparently there was a mixup. The burgers weren’t too much to my taste but were ok. Ditto for the corn on cob. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, will hope any other visit will be better than this.

Nandos posted following comment to my review. WHAT A JOKE! 'Response from the owner15 hours ago Hey Paul Johnson, we’re really sorry the Manager at Nando's The O2 let you down. We’ve followed up with them so it won’t happen again.' So after having a 'word with the manager', you are going to amend a long-standing company policy to not refund customers who have been overcharged? I am still considerably out of pocket and you have not even attempted to correct the situation. If you think you can simply steal money from customers without the full intention to refund, you have seriously got another thing coming. Watch this space Nando's @ O2!!! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PLEASE BE VERY VIGILANT OF NANDOS SEEMINGLY CORPORATE-SANTIONED THEFT. Dined here with family today. Paid for meal, then realized we'd been significantly overcharged. When we requested refund for the difference, the cashier unapologetically stated 'we don't offer refunds'. Escalated to manager, who claimed refunds are offered, but have to go to head office and can take 5-10 days. Manager then backtracked and said it the refund had to be in form of gift card towards next meal and they cannot reimburse back onto my card. So basically, I'm short £23 in cash which seems to be policy endorsed from the very top. Used to be a regular, but never again Nando's. I'll remain forever disgusted and will ensure as many people are made aware of your attitude and policy.

The food took ages to arrive and I had to send my wrap back because it was cold. If I wanted a cold wrap, a meal deal at any major supermarket is a cheaper option. My wife was poorly the next day after eating a poorly heated (not cooked) butterfly chicken. I don’t recommend and I would steer clear of the place until they learn about heating chicken properly.

However the staff told us the QR code was not working and to order at the till, when I ordered at the till the lady told me that they do not accept nandos membership points and do not allow you to collect membership points. When I asked why they just said they decided not to today ?!? Felt quite fishy and then I realised the QR code was indeed working so not sure why we were told it wasnt. The food itself wasn’t great compared to other branches. I ordered chicken thighs and my partner ordered fina pita and received one less thigh and the thighs were burnt. Wouldn’t recommend.

Came here based off a recommendation. Was told this was an English staple. We have the hot sauce in my country but not the restaurant. So was looking forward to trying something new. I will certainly not be returning. We had to wait in line to get in... As we stare blankly into an empty bottom half of the restaurant. Not to mention all the hosts looked miserable. You are literally the 1st face we see walking into this establishment, slap a smile on it for heavens sake. Once we were in, we had to wait in another line to order our food (no table service). It was also bring your kids to work day or something because their were just copious amounts of children. And we had to wait in line while the teachers places 30 orders at a time and paid one by one. (Which I know isn't the restaurants fault, since they cater to families) Why are there only 2 registers open? When I'm staring at 4. It certainly was a great place to test your patience. 3 of us went out to eat together, but we didn't actually eat together because none of our food came out at the same time. They did have a multitude of hot sauces, which I didnt enjoy trying. Don't waist your time, the medium, was the best one. You know when the chips are the best part of the meal? It probably implies that the meal wasn't that good. I ordered a chicken burger: it was dry as all get out and the bun was hard to bite into. If you are known for your chicken, explain to me why the 3 chickens served at our table we all dry. Super not impressed. Nothing like covering your meal in hot sauce, ketchup and mayonnaise to get her down smoothly.

Busy as expected, plates to help yourself to were dirty, no spoons, all Ketchups only had an inch in the bottom, didnt get given the bowls for Bottomless yoghut had to go and ask, (response was should have been given at the till) Staff seemed very rushed, been Nandos several times before and they normal see how everything is when they take the Cockerell. The just snatched it and walked off no conversation. Atmosphere ok lots of teenagers and families as expected. Possibly just a bad day, Food as normal just above warm and tasted good.

Very disappointed with how we were treated on our last visit. Ten of us from the office went to Nandos in the O2. We were told we would have to wait for two tables to be cleared (apparently a glass had been broken) which we were fine with. There were suitable tables available already and for some reason a party of two who were behind us were allowed to take one of those, which seemed odd, but we were content to wait for the other tables indicated by the staff member. After 5 mins those tables were ready and one of them was instead given to another party of two who were also behind us in the queue. We were left with the distinct impression that for some reason we were not welcome and they didn't want to accommodate us. We ended up going to Wagamama instead, who were very friendly and welcoming.

I visited last Tuesday 4th July at 9.15 pm. I wait for 10 minutes for queue and after waiting they said chicken run out only fries left. Last one year I faced same problem 3 times and all the time same excuses. I love to eat Nando's and visited different branches very frequently. Only this branch is the problem. It's a very unprofessional . I am also manager in very renowned restaurant. I know how it effects the brand. Its need to changed the management urgent basis. I definitely will inform the main office soon.

We were 6 of us, the guy who was taken our order, was very nice and helpful but there was guy with pink shirt(probably manager), was very rude, doesn’t know how to talk to a customer, without even knowing our order,he was mourning about o food. His(pink shirt) attitude was very poor and unprofessional.we had spent more than £80 and such service was not expected. Restaurant was not that busy even.we had ordered at 2.58 pm and it took over 40 minutes to reach food on the table which is a far too long . Very unpleasant service, will come back again.

Horrible experience not even deserve one star ! On Sunday night ,It was my birthday and I decided to go Nando’s with my friends . As soon as we approach the entrance the blonde lady has been so rude to us not even greeting and saying “first of all upstairs there are 35 degrees and you can’t breathe and 7 people I can’t find any table for you” without even checking up. I’ve asked to go toilet upstairs, and yes , it was boiling (why Nando’s don’t have air con?) and people couldn’t even breathe. Anyways , she said to come back later on as it was busy(it was almost empty). Once we got back she said to us they didn’t have any chicken and especially for 7 people so better looking for something else. You should get rid of this people in your business !

On 25/05/23 my family member and I went to Nando’s in O2. We were on table 9 and waited 30 mins and no one spoke to us about the delay. I asked a waitress to call the manager to verify why we are waiting so long and staving. The manager came and explained that he ran out of chicken and is cooking a new batch. We were not happy with the poor level of customer service received. The manager failed to keep us informed that our food would be delayed. The next day I started vomiting and diarrhoea I do not know if the chicken was not properly cooked.

The way this place caters for event days deserves a lot of credit. Not many restaurants can cope with that kind of volume all at once. Its a big restaurant with a large capacity but despite this food and drinks are fast and exactly what is needed when everyone wants to shoot off to the O2 arena. Yes you might have to wait for a table but once you are in you assume that you are going to be waiting a long time becuase its busy. That is never the case. We also noticed that prices are not significantly marked up because of the location which we appreciated.

Food weren’t terrible but the service was appalling and the overall vibe was horrible. Would have much eaten somewhere else. Had someone seat us and then another member come over to our table to ask us if we’ve “placed our order yet”. Very pushy for us to get out of the door but when the meal came they missed out 3 of our sides we didn’t even receive until we finished our main meal and having to remind them 3 TIMES to service it!!! Worst dinner ever, first chinchen wings come burn, the second was not cooked well at all, they change it for my 3 times but was a disaster, is not my first time in a Nando’s but probably last. Very nice . Place was quiet . Got seated straight away . Waiter explained how to order via scanning a code on the table. Drinks came quickly . Food also came quickly and was nice and hot. Came to £36 with 2 beers. Water was free to order on website which is a good idea . Staff were polite . Bit of a trek to the toilets up two winding staircases and the lift seemed to be out of action .

We went in the restaurant at 9pm but weren't allowed in although they close at 10 so one hour wasn't enough! Im visibly pregnant but they didn't consider. Absolutely rude staff

NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED SO BADLY WAITING FOR A TABLE OUTRAGEOUS Disgusting I waited 30 minutes for a table They let a group of 5 people ahead and there was a group of OF US which is 6 people there was a big enough table for us to sit down on THEY LET GROUP OF FIVE AHEAD WHICH WERE WAITING LESS TIME THEY NEED TO ORGANISE THERE QUEUEING SYSTEM And the stuff so rude Staff need to be retrained in this area AVOID ALL COST !!!!!!

Very nice decor but the food was a disaster. Burnt chicken wings and livers swimming in oil. Waited for food for almost 40min which is ok because the place was packed but it doesn't explain the horrible food. No one attended to our table to ask about the food and we left most of it on the table. Shame Nandos!! You were my place to go 😔

Bad service. Even though we were in the second floor, it was really cold. It was impossible to have a decent lunch under those conditions. Also, food came cold!

As you'd expect from Nandos. Food and service were good once we got a seat. There was a slight delay getting a table as it appeared the ground floor of the restaurant had been closed due to lower customer levels (visited mid week). They did mention a 25min wait for grilled chicken dishes but it was much shorter than that.
