Went for lunch, and they attendance were very nice and friendly. The food was good as usual and came quickly.

Ordered the wings and they were tiny, overcooked and super dry. Had to order thighs instead. Sunset burger also small. Food was warm on the verge of being cold. This place used to be on point but not anymore

Smaller than average Nandos. Felt down market from the typical, mostly due to some of the customers. However, the food was the normal good quality and taste.

Really pleasing visit on a Tuesday night. Security guy opened the door for us and a gentlemen, Arsene if I’m not mistaken, found us very nice seats for the welcome. Food was great! Very likely coming back soon Five stars!

Ordered quarter chicken meal instead of half and paid. Ask if I could amend the order before I left the till. They told me I would have to order another quarter chicken which would work out more expensive. The management was not helpful I think this was very poor service and will not be coming back to this particular nandos.

Sadly, we waited for about 1 and half hour for our food to be served. I hope you can improve the service soon.

Small restaurant so our planned family meal ended up being a takeaway, staff warned of 25 min wait for food and they were spot on but a bit disappointing because by the time we got home on the bus food was barely warm. Not quite the tasty meal out we'd wanted

I attended Nando's in Streatham with a large group of people. I told the security guard, O. Adejayan, and a waitress called Anna that I understood that we were too many people, so we would not mind if we sat separately. Anna initially told me that she would do that, but then 4 people showed up and they not only sat them before us, but when I challenged O. Adejayan and Anna, they told us that we had to wait. I asked her why they were sitting people that got there after us, when I had specifically told them to sit us separately. O Adejayan was quite rude and abrupt with us, just telling us to sit and wait that they were sorting things out. I asked Anna why they were doing this, and Anna told me that it was "against the law" sitting a group separately. I was very frustrated and left with my group because we nobody gave us a reasonable excuse for mistreating us like this. When we were leaving, O Adejayan pushed the door against one of us, swearing at us. That was very unprofessional and actually criminal. Nando's please look into this and do not allow such unprofessional and disrespectful people wotk at your restaurants.

First time at Nandos. Amazing food, and great service.

Very pleased with this place next door to me. I usually get take out and the food is always tasty but it often feels lukewarm at collection despite me waiting for it in the restaurant.

Great service, very friendly and approachable staff. Beanie wrap was really good, I didn't expect such excellent taste of veggie food in a chicken restaurant. Loved my coleslaw and corn hob. Definitely will be back.

The indoor lighting design is soft and relaxing music accompanies diners, allowing them to enjoy drinks and food in a relaxed manner.

It's Nando's, can't really go wrong but this Nando's felt quite small and the tables were bunched close together

It's standard Nandoes fare and depending on who is churning out the grilled chicken you will get burnt as the marinade will add a bitter taste or you get an anemic chicken. Sadly as time has gone on the chicken has become poussin sized but the price keeps increasing so you will leave hungry if you don't add sides to your order. Equally the sides size is also dwindling. The chips are served in a bowl and I can count the number. So sad that once someone buys an original company with a great reputation the next one buys it and chops into a franchise with sub par standards. Not good for disabled people as loo in cellar abd there is a step down level with no accessMercifully I only go with a friend when we meet up. As for parking here it's horrendous as zero parking on main road.

Very rude manager (Ibrahim) fails to acknowledge customers correctly, talks to his staff instead of serving the customer, puts a staff member in his place and states he's going for his break, but after I was served he returned back to the tills.

Ignore customer who stand at the counter for ages and go straight to delivery riders. Just tell us you don’t do walk in business and be done with it

Worst services ever received. The person at the counter was clueless, didn't know their own menu, couldn't understand simple instructions, and completely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. This experience will even force me not to visit any other Nandos.

Honestly don’t bother. Used to be local and would come here all the time. No complaints at all. Last two evenings I’ve tried and failed twice in a row to get served. Expect to wait at the door and get ignored for 15 minutes, then wait at the till and get ignored for another 10 minutes, then get told there’s no chicken. No tables are actually ready and only get cleaned when someone asks for a table The staff are all running around trying to operate a Deliveroo business, and the actual restaurant customers may as well all be completely invisible.

Writing this review after a 40min wait for a meal for 2. The venue was barely half full, with extreme wait times and mess. Things were not being cleared, organisation was not there, and it didn't look like a manager was in site. Multiple people around complaining, food sitting on the service station for 20+ minutes. A lot of unsatisfying complaints. Im fairly certain I watched my meal be carried with another plate to a table and then brought back when the other table said they didn't order it. Overall appealing. Staff sat a group that came after us before us because they had children, honestly super unsatisfying.

They gave me uncomplicated food and when i brought it to there attention they took it back and gave me back food that still was missing ingredients.

This was first time in starethem and the experience was good the staff was a Hungarian girl very nice and looked after the key pieces of customer services This is located on high street right off the street from Tariq halal. Food was great place was approachable. Highly recommended.

Delivery or eat in these guys are always great. Food is hot and service is friendly. Even when it’s rammed and loads of delivery orders, they’re all smiley.

I love Nando’s but this is the worst example of one. We arrived to a red hair lady and her colleague fighting (yes fighting!) at the grill and had to wait for him to storm off before someone came to seat us. We watched our food wait under the heat lamps with lots of other food for a good 10 mins before it was brought over. The food itself was wrong, I had to keep calling them back because the corn was missing, the halloumi was missing, etc. I didn’t bother to try and have the other issues fixed but they were numerous: food was so dry, cheese was missing from the pittas, there was no mayo or sauce in the pittas, there was only a tiny bit of salad at the bottom of the pittas. The chips were cold. I could go on. I’d give it a swerve if I were you. Brixtons a lot better.

We ordered some halloumi to share, and when it arrived, it was just 2 thin pieces. I showed them the waitress, how it should look and so she took it to the manager. It got changed to how it should be. My friend ordered a bean burger when it arrived it was like mush in a roll. She sent it back. The next one was slightly firmer, but nowhere near perfect!! If you're going to have a vegetarian option, at least know how to cook it.

The staff were welcoming. Thanks to the speediness of the staff and being able to order via the app, we were served really quickly. An overview pleasant experience.

Overall experience was great. Largely thanks to incredibly helpful staff, Christina was lovely, bubbly and made us feel very welcome. The ordering system was a little confusing but she made it a lot clearer for us. Food was tasty and arrived very fast

Have been served many times by Nathan who is an absolute star! Unfortunately I haven’t seen him in a while (assuming he’s left) and I haven’t received service like his since.

Streatham Nando’s, you did it again!!! I ordered food for my children and myself a rainbow salad with 2 thighs well done. I was worried that ordering my salad takeaway would not be as nice as eating in. Well, this was the best Rainbow salad that I’ve had to date & I’ve had a few. Full of deliciousness and customer service on point as usual from taking my order, the the preparation of my food (compliments to the chef), to Dom checking that everything is to my liking and packing my food to go. Thank you guys for a 5🌟 service. 😊

Great location but it's a busy spot. Definitely need more space. One of the smallest Nandos I have been in. Unfortunately you can't book a table ahead of time so you just have to take your chances and hope you find a table. Food is great tasting as usual and service cannot be faulted.

Prices have obviously gone up everywhere and there are expected cut backs but I at least expect to get chicken on my piece of chicken! I got 1/4 chicken, chips and coleslaw and was still hungry afterwards. Usually this fills me up and I'm satisfied. Was not happy.

This is my go-to Nandos. The staff are always so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They value their customers and the service is always 10/10. Best Nandos by far!

What can I say, its nanbros and you know what your getting when it comes to your food. Service was fine but I feel they pushed for you to order with the QR code which I personally am not a fan of. The atmosphere was not as lively as some nandoes spots but I feel this is due to how small this particular brach is. Otherwise good food

Poor. Only one girl behind the till. Out of stock with most items. A queue is building up and there’s not one member of staff that can let everyone know that they basically have no chicken left. Left wasting 20 minutes of time to come away with nothing. Other customers in the restaurant also very annoyed.

Chicken was grey, rubbery and dry. One star for the corn on the cob. I get that it’s a chain and everything. But for a chicken restaurant, they should do better than serving something I wouldn’t feed to a dog. Who knows if it was chicken or something they picked up in Trafalgar Square. Vile, disgusting, disappointing.

Although it’s always tasty, the imitator wrap I always order was like a kids version. So small with barely any filling inside. Disappointing. The staff weren’t on top of things when ordering through the app. I had to ask to get my drinking glass and olives to start.

In need of better management. 1h waiting time, food arrived slightly undercooked. Other tables also experienced long waiting time, while delivery orders were dispatched promptly. We had to remind the staff about our order twice, before receiving it and we ordered when the restaurant was half empty. It’s unlikely we will come back.

Management needed, it was a little bit all over the place, had to ask staff several times for different things, some food items missing...

I have visited this Nandos 2 times and will be back for sure! Super friendly service, everything is quick and the food is delicious. Big applause for grillers, thighs for Fino pita and sunset burger were delicious, not burnt, just perfect ❤️ DUAINE - was extremely nice, smiling all the time and really hardworking, he works in all positions🤭 first he welcomed us as a HOST then he served me as a CASHIER and then as a RUNNER he brought our food to the table. *Nandos needs More people like you!💪😊

Celebrated my God daughter's birthday and I must say the atmosphere was very lovely, they were busy even for a Sunday and all staff I saw or had an encounter with were absolutely polite and lovely. We didn't know we could ask the staff to bring the cake out, the security told us (thank you sir) and I asked and they were so lovely and made it special. I will visit again and I definitely recommend.

Waited 40 mins for food and they didnt put the order in the first place. Didnt check whether our food was being made despite there being hardly any orders. Also didnt offer anything for wasting out time. Avoid, staff need training

I was there on Saturday pick time with a lot of birthday parties going on & waiting time for any table over 30 minutes. However the staff service & organisation were 2nd to none. I waited just under 45 mins for my table (party of 4) like other people around me but the service provided to us during and after was so good in such a tense & busy environment as it was that it made up to the inconvenience we endured.

ordered from here online, driver never arrived and claimed they "couldn't find the address" so food never arrived. called customer service for help who could only say sorry, couldn't reorder, couldn't refund, have to instead wait on an email that will arrive within 48hrs. overall shocking

While dining in i went to go get a drink at the machine a worker stood watching my every move which made me feel uncomfortable, i couldnt even finish refilling me drink before her hands were on the screen tryna sort her drink out. Wraps were tiny and not usual size.
