Food was good. Plenty of options. Service very quick. You can order at the counter or at table using QR code.

The guy who served me at the till was really nice. I started with a complicated order, and he paid attention and got it right the first time. My friend's 4 yr old daughter dropped her plate of food as our table was a little tight and it was replaced but the girl ignored my friend when she asked for the corn. It was ok, though, because the corn was tasteless anyways.

Absolute shocking front door customer service today. Went in to grab a table for three, guys said sure we have a table, next minute, an Asian staff member walks up to his colleague “I’m working the door today and my mates are coming in 30 minutes”. We were then declined a table! absolutely shocking. Will not even bother next time. Our last encounter we ordered online for pick up on 3rd February and waited an extra half an hour in addition to the specified pick up time slot. I don’t know what’s happened to this Nando’s but it’s certainly gone downhill.

We went to this Nando’s before bowling. We only had a 30 minute wait on a Saturday night which isn’t bad. The food was very good and the service was very quick. Will be coming again.

We arrived 5 minutes after the branch was open to customers; but the foyer floor was filthy and covered in debris; food remnants were present on the restaurant floor and our vinyl covered seats; and the fabric seat backs were grubby. The gents toilet was equally dirty, with the base of the Dyson style hand dryer full of wet dirt a notable concern. The cutlery needed to be wiped, because it was stained and looked not cleaned properly. The food was delivered promptly, but well overpriced for what it was; and the bottomless drinks are a clear moneymaker! The staff were pleasant and efficient - but clearly led by management who have no pride and accept low standards. We were looking forward to our first experience of Nandos; but, if this branch is representative of the brand, it will be our last.

We turned up with 9 of us, waited an hour for a table which we felt was reasonable, and then we got to sit together. Service was quick but forgot some drinks.

It's a chain so the experience is much like any other Nandos. As one of the two remaining restaurants by the Showcase, it gets busy but the staff are pretty efficient at turning tables so gave never waited more than 10-15mins. A couple of times food hasn't come out as ordered or there was no cutlery but each time the staff acted to rectify this.

Slightly disappointing experience compared to previous visits. Dirty plates, half cooked food....

This restaurant serves delicious flame-grilled chicken, corn on the cob, and other items. The restaurant has a lively atmosphere and the staff are friendly and helpful. The menu offers a variety of dishes, including vegetarian options. The food is reasonably priced and the portions are generous. Overall, Nando’s is a great place to enjoy a casual meal with friends and family.

Food was great. Service was efficient but the "get your own cutlery" station was dusty and the actual cutlery itself was blatenelty dirty.

Slow service poor quality food had to ask repeatedly for drinks from bar. Only saving grace was the Pastel de nata which were excellent

Food was fine. But had to wait almost an hour for table and then more than 40 mins wait for food. Was Saturday evening so expected to be busy. But a number of tables were empty so guess they were short staffed

Don't understand the hype. It's just cafeteria style restaurant, where you have to get your own plates, cutlery, serviettes, sauces and even drinks. It's just chicken with a hot sauce and corn cobs were dried out!!! Won't be going back.

Visited with my mum who's in her 80's today. It was her first visit and she's quite picky. The manager greeted us and explained everything in detail - he couldn't have been more helpful. The atmosphere was great. Many of the staff were very young but all were engaged and helpful. I was very surprised by the level of service and how welcome we were made to feel. Thank you!

Fairly busy place, ordered starters, main & puddings. Mains came out too while still eating our starters, so ended up eating cold food. Sauces alit hotter than you think

Everything you’d expect from a Nando’s. Friendly staff, great food and fast service. We come here when I don’t feel like cooking, it feels like clean food without the UPF nasties you’d get at places like Frankie’s & Benny’s.

okay food with fair price. kinda noisy, good place for children birthday party. So many people, better to book a table. Not spicy at all if you are Asian, need to use extra extra hot sauce.

I can't help but gush about the incredible experience I had at Nando's while planning a surprise birthday cake delivery for my sister. From start to finish, they were absolute rockstars in making it all happen. First things first, communication was a breeze! They were always just a message away, making me feel like a VIP guest. They were patient, understanding, and never once made me feel like I was being a pain, despite my many requests. They made my sister's birthday unforgettable, and I can't recommend them enough. Thanks, Nando's, for making her day! 10/10, go for it!

It's Nandos. It's chicken and chips. Caters well for gluten free, celiac which is very much appreciated. Particularly like how the manager always takes allergens orders and how they prepare foods to suit- thank you

We have had 3 takeaways within the last 5/6 weeks. Myself and my partner love it. Not shy of portions and the service is second to none. So organised and professional. Cannot wait till we can eat inside again!

We visited for the first time since lockdown and was duly impressed, fantastic measures in place, all ordered at your table, very swift delivery and felt very safe and was very clean. The food was lovely, fresh and very hot, will definitely be visiting again

Visitamos Nandos como una familia de 3 por primera vez desde febrero y quedamos increíblemente impresionados con las medidas de COVID, ¡otros establecimientos definitivamente podrían aprender de Nandos!Escaneamos el código QR en el exterior y nos actualizaron sobre la disponibilidad de nuestra mesa y nos enviaron un mensaje cuando nuestra mesa estaba disponible. Nos recibió una señora con una visera que nos acompañó a nuestra mesa, que estaba ubicada a 2 metros de distancia de todos los demás y estaba increíblemente limpia.Pedimos a través de un código QR de la mesa y nuestras bebidas y salsas fueron compradas, ¡no tuvimos que dejar nuestros asientos en absoluto! Las recargas se compraron a pedido y nunca sentimos que las estuviéramos esperando. Mesas bonitas y limpias, el menú ha disminuido un poco, así que tuve que comer la hamburguesa con gorro para mi opción vegetariana, que estaba deliciosa. ¿La comida estaba fresca y caliente y las porciones parecían más grandes? ¡Ahora todo es servicio de camarera incluso para sus cubiertos, etc., que prefiero! ¡Gran comida antes del cine!

Pedimos tres comidas para las 20:20 después de que ordenamos y nos dimos cuenta de que necesitábamos pedir dos comidas más, así que pedimos por separado a las 20:40. Cuando fuimos a recoger la comida nos habían dado el pedido equivocado pero con nuestro recibo adjunto así que volvimos a corregirlo. Cuando llegamos, el gerente trató de culparnos por hacer dos pedidos cuando estaban claramente separados los alimentos y los números de pedido y luego se rió de su error al no ver claramente nuestra falta de diversión bajo nuestras máscaras. En su lugar, recogieron nuestra bolsa de comida empapada que había estado allí durante 50 minutos y nos la dieron. No es de extrañar que cuando llegamos a casa hacía frío. Intenté llamar, pero el restaurante estaba "cerrado". Lo retomé por segunda vez, donde nuevamente el gerente, Natalie, se disculpó levemente y solo pudo ofrecernos un reembolso y solo un 10% de descuento en nuestro próximo pedido ya que la cocina estaba cerrada (lo que difícilmente cubriría tres viajes de combustible). Después de esperar nuestra comida a las 20:20, ahora son las 21:20 y estamos sin cenar. El mal servicio al cliente y la arrogancia del personal para culparnos por su error.

Quick fix, cheap but not consistent in the quality of food. It’s a bit hit and miss when we go as sometimes the chicken is over cooked and dry. other branches seem to be better, take a shot you might get lucky, decent grub otherwise.

No habíamos estado en un Nando's antes para una comida, así que no estaba seguro de qué hacer. Una señorita nos recibió y nos mostró una mesa y procedió a explicarnos el menú. Ella también se ofreció a venir y tomar nuestro pedido. Lo cual hizo y también sugirió que tomara mis cursos del menú infantil ya que quería papas fritas con mi comida. El menú infantil también ofreció un cordial, me pareció bastante azucarado. La comida estaba bien presentada y todo el personal amable. Chicken was nice. However the mixed salad consisted of 15 very warm leaves 4 cherry tomato halves and three slices of cucumber. The corn in the cob came with a piece of butter but sadly this did not melt as the corn was so cold. Returning the food not an option as we wanted to be out the door quick. Not Nando's finest hour.

Nice place, nice food. We did enjoy our meals and drinks. However, the portions were quite small for my partner.

Staff need training on how to clean up. Was disgusted to witness the girl who was working on the tills clean the floor with cleaning tissue to then use the same cloth infront of me to clean the counter, this is disgusting to do especially infront of paying customers. She then failed to wash her hands and serve me passing us glasses. DISGUSTING Staff need training

Come to Nando’s quite often with my partner or my friends as it’s a favourite of ours. But when I came earlier this week we wasn’t very impressed. It was fairly busy and had to wait 15 mins for a table which wasn’t an issue, we went straight up and ordered food. About 35 mins later the food arrives. Cold. Halloumi stone cold and squeaky. Had to send it back I then realised my chips were cold too but I was so hungry I didn’t send them back I just ate them. I had finished my meal by the time my halloumi came back again. And guess what. It was cold again lol. Didn’t kick up much of a fuss just left it and went home. Most of the staff are nice but weren’t very helpful in this situation. Not very impressed. Won’t be back for a while.

Dos the job for a quick and cheap catch up with a friend. The food (half chicken and chips) arrived quickly and was a good standard for a low budget restaurant. Unfortunately they were out of cheesecake for dessert, but the carrot cake was fine.

I not been in ages since uni days.My friend is a wheel chair user and is a gluten tolerant.Here we go.Staff very friendly and polite well spoken for with food customer service alongside a friendly smile.Just to highlight star of the evening meal was staff member Craig alongside his manager Martin to make sure all orders were correct and seating arrangements were met.Colleague Craig from nandos team very helpful and went through menu to ensure any allergie foods in menu maintained and re assured my colleague was safe to eat in the restaurant. Many thanks again to Craig.Food was cooked perfectly with correct portion size and correctly ordered as my work colleague is gluten free. Starters and mains came with enough time in between.A polite is everything is ok with the meal was thankfully appreciated.The staff are well behaved. Ambient is great. Decidí tener una comida rápida por la noche y fui a Nandos Showcase. Mi esposa y yo compartimos un cuarto de pollo y maíz en la mazorca. Su oferta de comida fue una excelente relación calidad-precio. Preferimos ir a nandos ya que podemos estar seguros de que la comida está recién preparada mientras espera.

Love this Nando's, easy to get to plenty parking. Usually theres a wait for a table but its no longer then 10mins. Which its fine because you can grab a drink and scope out the menu

Después de ver John - wick 3, pocos restaurantes cercanos, su hijo dijo que le gusta este, así que camine a la hora del almuerzo, buenos servicios y área limpia. Los platillos completos de pollo se sirven en 10 minutos, muy rápido y sabroso, hace unos días que cené en Nando's at corner house, espero más de 50 minutos.

Fui aquí porque mi esposo tenía hambre después de una visita al Royal Concert Hall y mi nieto ama a Nandos. Un personal muy agradable que nos explicó el menú y nos ayudó a elegir la comida. El servicio era rápido y la comida agradable. Nos sorprendió un poco la factura - 20 + - básicamente por 2 hamburguesas y una bebida cada una - pero como estamos cerca de los 70 años de edad, no hacemos este tipo de comida muy a menudo y el lugar estaba bastante lleno de jóvenes que lo hacen. ! ! ! ! ! Me encantó ser viejo en un lugar de personas jóvenes, ¡pero se ahorrará antes de volver! ! ! ! !

Atmosphere lively and staff all lovely and very polite. A busy Friday night so we were impressed at how fast our food came until we began eating only to realise the chicken was dry, garlic bread still cold in the middle and the chips were room temperature so we weren’t particularly impressed. This is unusual for Nando’s so we were very disappointed.

Love Nando’s so this was no different but every time I go in the staff are so helpful and you never have to wait long

Visited Nando’s at the Showcase on a Friday night, we had tried to eat here the night before, without booking. It was full at around 8pm. When visiting with 7 kids on a trip you can’t get away from Nando’s so we returned on the Friday night. This time, we booked - highly recommend booking!

Oh dear...... First time, last time. Dry, solid chicken, as if microwaved. Clearly not marinated. Sauces? Struggling to describe. Tasteless rubbish.

1st time there... don't waste your money and go to a real restaurant. If you want something like Nandos go to lidl, buy a chicken for 3£ and buy Peri Peri sauce for 1£: your Nandos is ready...

Really poor food... chicken was rubbery. Asked if there was any ketchup and a rude waitress, without even stopping, just pointed it out and kept walking. Toilets looked like hadn’t been cleaned in ages! Certainly won’t be going again - very poor.

Really disappointing trip to Nando’s. So noisy it was worse than a school dinner hall. Long wait for food compared to usual and husbands not cooked well done as ordered so sent back. My food then went cold whilst waiting for husbands. He complained to manager Glenn who was clearly way out of his depth. Glenn was waving his arms around and looking aggressive to my husband and another customer also complaining. The table next to us sent theirs back for being over cooked and their friend round corner said their chips was terrible. Clearly something is going wrong as customer service was just shocking today. Been many times but it will be a long time before we go again. Frankie and Bennys here we come!

We went because you can always rely on a Nando’s however you can’t rely on this Nando’s. The place is too small for the demand of people they get we were left waiting for 30 minutes for a table then a further 30 minutes for food. Then the food was cold and my friend had a salad that had been left under the heat light for ages which meant her lettuce had gone warm. As we aren’t from here I assumed it would be a safe option. We eat here once a week but the first takeaway I ordered ended up as a salad burger. The chicken was about the size of a nugget.

Awfull service . Came in to tell us we would have to wait 20 mins for a table . Could see about 10 tables free but no one had cleaned them yet . Eventually got a table and ordered food . 50 mins later food arrives.cold send it back and wait another 5 mins .My 2 year old son has been moaning for past hour as he's hungry . I think the problem is this take out malarkey . Employ more staff nandos. If u can't deal with all the take outs plus customers get more staff

As always Nando’s was busy however, it being Tuesday evening aka meerkat 241 meant it was super crazy busy! The staff were rushed off their feet yet still made the time to keep all waiting customers in the know as to when tables would be ready. I really can’t fault any of the staff as each remained calm & enthusiastic. We ordered our usual (Whole chicken platter) which although delicious seemed small, I mentioned this to Hannah and was pleasantly surprised when she returned with an extra piece of chicken for us. Thanks Hannah, professional, friendly and helpful.

Went after not having had a Nando’s for a year or so despite previously being very regular. Chips were soggy and not crisp like I’d remembered. Chicken burger was okay. Service doesn’t really count since you go to the tills to order and then don’t speak to staff again. Was disappointed with the food and wouldn’t hurry back.

you pay for what you get really. Eat in and out of many places and this one wasn't really any different than the rest. Location was ok, food was ok, service was ok. If your just looking for bog standard nandos... this is the one to go to.

We decided to have a Nando’s before going to the cinema and should have walked out as soon as we walked in. The waitress that created us was rude and didn’t look at us when asking for a table.

This has to be the worst Nando’s ever! They’ve had a disaster refurb first of all. They’ve changed the nice comfy homely decor and seats to something that looks like a cheap cafe. No privacy between booths it’s all open plan. Just awful.

We always come to this Nando’s as the food is always fresh. Yeah if you come on a Friday or Saturday night it is very busy but no worse than any other busy restaurant. We would normally get a takeaway rather than sitting in on these days.

Been going to this Nandos for a while now. Food always comes well prepared and always able to accommodate little babies and toddlers. Made my little one feel at ease.

After a long day of work I thought I'd treat myself and the missus to a Nandos. What originally had been planned as a sit down meal, soon turned into a takeaway once we discovered how busy it was. Granted that there were a fair few people in there, I find it quite odd that we were 2nd in the takeaway line, and only one woman ahead of us, with what seemed a monster appetite was waiting too.

In Nottingham and couldn't be doing with high parking charges, we decided to visit the Nando's next to the Showcase cinema. Pulled into the car park only to discover that it was no more - at least for the time being!

I went there after tepin for a diner around 10pm.. the food is good and fast take around 10 m to arrive. The tables and seats needed mor cleaning especial the forks.. For the first time in that place isn’t bad...

Went with a large group and initially the Service was not so bad but the bean burger I had was cold. It also needed sauce otherwise it was tasteless. This is a selling point of Nandos, so not unexpected. To get more drinks we returned to the till, the restaurant had filled up but only one till was open with the slowest server. Eventually, another girl started serving and was twice as fast and accurate as the first.

A variety of food was served to our group. The majority of it was rubbish. Late, burnt, awful taste. Do not waste your money on this sub-par inedible tat. Go elsewhere.

This Nandos is well below the par. Tables were dirty and there seemed to be a lack of staff, the menus were covered in tomato sauce and the place was a mess. I won't be attending this place again. Food was standard.

This was my second ever visit to Nando's. The first was about 6 years ago in London when I wasn't impressed by the overly dry chicken. Skip forward a few years and I decide to give it another try as I was taking my mother to the movies and we popped there for a late lunch.

El gerente le reembolsará la comida de mi esposa y se disculpó pero siento el daño estaba hecho. ! . Sucio de hombres cubiertos de pelo wc rebosante y en la comida. Haga su propia cara para ir a otro lugar pero pollo
