Top notch place! I would definitely recommend to anyone who fancies good food and a pleasant atmosphere ! :D

My wife and I go here twice sometimes three Saturdays in a month. Love the food, love the atmosphere the food is always fresh and well prepared!

Restaurant located under the cinema, so expect it to be busy - rarely see the place without a few groups queuing for a table. Personally I think the chicken is average and overpriced but the mash and salads are great. If you're in a group and paying separately, expect your orders to arrive at different times - some may finish before you've even received yours.

Food was good great staff but noisy on a Saturday lunch time lots of kids enjoying themselves was good to see

we went here today for a change and it was a let downthey mixed up our starters and we could see our mains sitting under the heat lamps for a good 20 minutes while staff members just walked past themwe were then served our main before we had had all of our startersthe food was luke warm and underspicedI have to say that normally this nandos is good but today was a let down

This is an extremely busy Nandos situated in the Galaxy cinema complex in the centre of Luton Town centre. You will have to wait for a table and it will be very busy and noisy but the food is good value.

This is our 2nd time at a nandos an again it was very nice. Nice fresh chicken. Very tastyStaff helpful and happy which is always a pleasure to see

No surprises here - it's a very efficient operation; queue, table number, what do you want, how spicy, what drinks, sit, serve, eat. It feels like a bit of a production line but fortunately the food is tasty enough to compensate for anything lacking with the overall experience.

Have to say the grilled chicken has got much better then the last time I went however can't give 5 star as the forgot my mash even after asking twice The staff have got better too just a shame about me mash

My first experience of having Nando's was when I was at university and for some reason I really didn't like it.Then when my friend decided she wanted to go to Nando's for lunch, I thought I'd give it another try.Well...I now love eating at Nando's. Portobello Mushroom and Grilled Halloumi Pitta, Butterfly Chicken Pitta, Chicken Wings, Quinoa Salad...can't remember what else I've eaten there...ah! Carrot Cake for dessert lol...which was delicious I now regularly eat at Nando's with friends and family and am repeatedly satisfied with the food

Always have a good experience here. Service is quick and staff are lovely. Can always pop upstairs for a dessert afterwards

Food was good like always and staff are welcoming. I really enjoyed wings as not all restaurants are Halal. I was't impressed with frozen yogurt machine as It didn't work.

Has average food that is over priced. There are other restaurant that could for the price feed me and my husband both. Staff wasn't to bad. It's nice clean inside but that doesn't make it worth the trip.

I wish I had not been there. I ordered one whole chicken, it came back after more than half an hour later. The chicken was rubbery and tasteless. I ended up not eating and the food was not edible. I have seen a rat roaming outside this place. The drinking water taste like drain water, I don't know what they do with it. The service was awful. I would not recommend this place to visit. Not good.

I have been to this Nandos many times and although I don't particularly like luton I can say that it's probably one of the Nandos that I actually receive consistent good food and good service.Usually when you go to Nandos it's quick sit you down order your food bring it over.. No actual service. However last night I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered my dinner, some olives and a bottle of wine. The guy who served me was so friendly and actually made you feel good as he was so happy and jokey. He then gave me the biggest bowl of olives EVER (like not even a normal size bowl) . He then told me he would bring the bottle of wine over as he didn't want me to struggle with everything that I had, which was nice! When the wine arrived he actually opened the bottle and poured some for us then left us to it.. The food came out quite quick and was all lovely and hot, fresh and tasty. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the humous having a dry layer on top, which just shows it isn't that fresh. (Although probably just left in a fridge or something) It was also nice to be able to sit on the outside tables in the sun! Overall the visit was very pleasant and would recommend and return again for the hundredth time :)

Good service at this Nandos always very quick, restaurant is clean and usually seated quickly. Located next to the cinema so nice to do before or after seeing a film.

Had dinner here last night, As always, nice staff, nice atmosphere, good quality food for a low price, saved me on the washing up, its just a good little place to visit for an informal lunch or dinner. I don't think I have ever had a bad nandos, I mean, how wrong can you get what is essentially chicken and chips? One thoroughly enjoyed this cheeky little Nandos ;-)

Great food and location perfect if visiting Cineworld just above the restaurant.However last visit we did wait over 50 mins to be served after reminding them 3 times. Eventually asked for the manager and she did come to see us eventually but was also busy for some 30mins (short staffed i think over Bank Holiday).The manager took our names and offered us a free like for like meal next time which was a nice gesture however we did have to rush our food and was late to the movie. Overall however they have been good every other time and did best to resolve with the offer of a meal next time.

I have eaten in this restaurant and booth taken away in the last week, birth times the service has been slow! When getting a takeaway the restaurant was empty so I don't know what the hold up was. When eating in it seemed to be just as slow. Have to say slowest service at any nandos ever. The food was nice nothing to rave about compared to other branches. Speed it up luton!

First visit to any nandos, went around 6pm for an early dinner with three of my family who live out of town,they recommended nandos as they are regulars where they live. Was fairly busy but not packed out. Ordered our meals and three meals arrived within 5 or 6 minutes.we agreed to eat as the waitress informed us that the fourth meal 'was on it's way'. Mine was the mango and lime chicken,as I am not a spice fan. Food was average, I have had better, I have had worse. We finished our meals still waiting for the fourth meal. After several enquiries some one who seemed to be in charge came and said that there was some kind of mix up just as the meal arrived. The said person indicated that meal would be provided free of charge. As we had pre paid for four meals by card at the counter, which is their system, there was no indication how this refund would be given,and after the late meal was finished we left without any refund.Nandos reputation seems to be good,but our experience was not.Staff seem to be working hard and at times struggling to cope and I do not know what they would do if the restaurant was busy. Seems endemic with fast food chains in this country, low staff levels mean more bottom line profit. In conclusion must do a lot better.

Not a big fan of a place that basically just serves chicken, chicken and what more chicken. ..If you are however in the mood for chicken this is the place for you!This is part of a large chain and is prices as you would expect and is great for a lunch with friends.Plus points good pricesMinus points loud and full of teenagers

Nando's is always a best choice to eat if I find a Halal Nando's nearby. Lemon & herb piri piri is out of the world. I like their new app and card system. Highly recommended.

The food was served quickly and was cooked really well.The only downside to our meal was being seated next to a group that had been drinking for quite some time, were loud and clearly wanted to continue. We had my friends two young children with us and as the restaurant was pretty empty I would have thought the member of staff would have seated us more sensibly! We had to ask to be moved to be able to hold a conversation

the most important is the food the menu is varied alwys comes to your table hot and there is plenty of it , good atmosphere always busy so maybe book a table just in case.

Have visited this nandos on numerous occasions and it has never failed to disappoint. Food is good reliable you know what to expect.Staff are friendly and hospitable.

Early Sunday evening we were family of five, restaurant is full. Service is rather slow, food quality average.

As good as any other Nandos, Been here loads of times, nice staff. Just a good place to get a quick bite to eat with the kids or to have a gossip with some friends. Service is good and the place is clean. Located in a good area right next to the cinema and shopping centre. Nandos generally have really consistent standards throughout all of their restaurants. One thing I will say though is the fizzy drink machine always seems to need re-filling whenever I go there.... yucky watery cola, but to be fair maybe its the time of evening that I visit, peak at dinner time. Will visit again of course love a good Nandos!

I just needed something tasty and fast and Nando's did the job. Food was good and like all Nando's was of reasonable quality. Service was good and you could see that the staff are well trained in customer service.

I was keen to try out the new churassco burger but unfortunately they ran out of coleslaw; keep up with demand guys!

Great tasty food, really nice you can grab the sauce bottles yourself. You can also refill your soft drinks unlimited. Only negative thing is that if you finally have a table, you still need to queue up to place your order as they don't have table service. Not very good if you are alone (as you need to bring your jacket and valuables etc). Took me a good 40 minutes to get a table and then place my order. Between order and delivery they only needed 10 minutes, and it was really great. Overall feeling is that you are in a more exotic version of the KFC. Will I go back? Probably not. Other chicken places in town are "nicer" for the eat-ins.

I went during half term. Atmosphere is good. Service is ok. But was disappointed with the chicken. It was full of fat and slime, barely any meat on it. Lucky I had ordered some wings otherwise I was going to be left hungry.

Best chicken in town in a lovely restuarant right next to the cinema complex. Great that they offer free refills and the price is very competitive. We will keep coming back here.

To be honest every time I go ''Nandos'' else where I'm always satisfied , but this time I was shocked and a bit annoyed cause there was this Lithuanian girl with poor customer service skills and the impression she left that when she's on floor she looks at customers how she wants talks with them with this huge attitude , to be honest if I would be a manager of that place she would be dismissed .. what member of staff can point out the finger at customers? is that what you guys allow to do because I felt really uncomfortable and not welcomed! And definitely I will go further with this.. RUDE girl.. !!!!

Been going to Nandos for many years, it is a nice place to go with family. Prices for the quantity of food is not suitable really in my preference. However like the stamps deals of getting free chicken each time, good incentive.

Just another boring nandos with young rude bored teenagers working at the till. Not good value for the quality of food.

Been to quite a few in UK and I think the food is good always fresh salad and the butterfly chicken is always good recommend

I've been here many many times, it's always packed and the food is always excellent, however my only complaints are that they have on occasions gotten my order wrong with giving me salad when I requested not to have it and also it does take a while for the food to come out BUT as I explained that is simply because they're so busy

Loved the Piri-Piri Chicken full platter. Cooked to perfection and generous portions. One issue is that the plates are always cold which means the food goes cold by the end of the meal. My only criticism.

This is a good value restaurant if you are taking your family out. Yes it is packed and the good is a bit basic but if you have your family with you and want a good meal for a reasonable price this place could be for you.I had to queue for 30 minutes to get in and had a not so good table but the food was good for the money.

Always a pleasure to visit Nandos. Good atmosphere, friendly staff and good food.The chicken is always well cooked and portion sizes are decent. Would recommend their steak roll. Steak soft and succulent.

What ever way you want to dress it up its nothing special. Its spicy chicken that is a tad on the expensive side. Don't get me wrong my meals have always arrived in a timely manor been exactly what I ordered and hot so there is no complaints there. Luton Nandos is always busy meaning you have to wait to be seated, its noisy so you have to shout to make yourself heard. Food is expensive for what you get, in particular anything with bones in it. Go for the fillet burgers for the best taste & quality or try the chicken livers. Red pepper humus dip is also nice but again expensive for what is chopped red peppers and a pitta bread.

i would rather go to al frangos wellington street its amazing.. whole chicken .. 2 large sides £10..

Have no complaints about nando's. Staff are pleasant. Food is delicious. Portions are decent! Bottomless drinks is also a plus!!! Affordable and lovely meal out. Definitely will go again. & again. & again haha. The only misfortunate thing about the nando's in Luton is that it can get a bit crowded I'm there due to layout and size of premises. This is out of the control of the employees though and it has never personally affected a visit of mine as I tend to just avoid busier periods and go back later / another day.

Not a lot of criticism for this place. I dislike how crowded it can get but that's only because it's so good! I dislike that you have to go up to order but a little walking never hurt anyone. When this place is quiet I have the best time! Always go here for my birthday and it's right next to the cinema-even better. The chicken is cooked to perfection and I think the price isn't too bad for what you're getting and what's more... who can turn down a bottomless drink?!

I've only been twice to this Nando's, but I've had no problems with them. The food is tasty, the flavours are interesting and it's a good portion size. Service has been efficient and staff seem happy enough to help.

Really a great place to eat. We go there once every month to eat healthily. The staff are always smiling and helpful even though we the crowd and long waiting queues look like a clip from a ww2 ration depot. Last time we waited for 30 mins with an angry toddler.

I went there with my friends. All of us enjoy delicious chicken. Staff were very friendly and food on time. Very convenient place close to Town centre. Anyone can go there for quick lunch and dinner after shopping or cinema.

The food is great but the service can be improved. The taste is amazing but it's still overpriced. Once the parking in town centre is sorted I will be going more often.

Nando's is a great restaurant. The decoration really catches your eye and gives you something to look at as you wait for your meal. The order at the bar service isn't too bad if you're used to that kind of thing. The service is quite speedy with friendly and helpful waiters always around it you need a little assistance. The menu is well laid out and clearly shows the prices so there are no hidden surprises when you pay....well until you order drinks! The food is great, it's hot is served quickly and unlike most places leaves you full at the end. I've been here a few times and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Popped in after the cinema and was able to get a table within 10 minutes. Service was good, and the food came within 15 minutes. Great value food, plenty for the 3 of us and hot and very tasty. A nice alternative to the usual fast food chains.

This was the first time i had been to Nando's, i was impressed by the service and the chicken i ordered was amazing. However, i would of liked a little more chicken with my mean (was still a little hungry wen i finished) but other than that a very good experience. Would definitely return.

Always sure to have a decent meal here. Environment is good to for an relaxed informal social gathering.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting this farce of a restaurant on a recent visit to Luton.Finding somewhere decent to eat in Luton town centre is virtually non-existant.And so,faced with the prospect of the myriad of bog-standard greasy spoons & fast food restaurants which seem to overwhelm this town,I & my wife decided to visit Nandos for the first time.Big mistake!We had a wait of about 20 minutes upon entering by which time nobody had bothered to mention that it was a self service restaurant.The restaurant wasn't particulary busy at this time with several empty tables & indifferent staff who didn't seem to acknowledge that we were even sitting there waiting to be served.By the time we finally got served it was another 20 minute wait for our food which was half cold & looked like a pathetic childs portion on a small plate.The food is very poor value for money & overpriced for the size of the portions.Several fries & some piri-piri rice in two small ceramic pots & a small quarter of chicken.Having complained,the waitress just shrugged her shoulders & apologised.This seems to be standard procedure in Nandos,fobbing off the customers with an excuse for an apology for sub-standard food & service.Basically,this is just an upmarket glorified version of KFC,serve yourself,fetch your own cutlery,drinks,& sauces.And don't forget to leave a decent tip for the privelage afterwards.We demanded our money back & just walked out.Their loss,not ours.Won't be visiting this branch of Nandos anytime soon.Avoid!

we didnt have to wait very long to be seated and was offered the choice of two tables, the food was very nice and only waited about 10 minutes after ordering, i had the free refills for coke.the staff were very friendly and helpful

After an afternoon of shopping I popped into Nando's for a bit too eat. The welcome was friendly and Sean seated us quickly. Service was so swift and the food came out hot and in a timely manner. Very happy with the service and Craig cleared the table whilst we chatted over desert.

This is a busy branch and the atmosphere in terms of decor etc is OK even though it's part of a wider leisure complex which can be a bit noisy. The main problems we had though were the length of time it took to get served (nearly 30 minutes for a fairly simple order) and the fact that owing to table number confusion, (our table was wrongly numbered) the food arrived cold because they couldn't work out where we were sitting. It's not much to write home about in terms of value either. Very basic for what you pay for.

Went in this weekend and was waiting for 20mins to be served.Was very cold when we eventually got served. Also wanted a cup of infused tea and this was not available. So tried ordinary tea and was told there's no milk so had black tea. Asked for a piece of lemon with black tea and they did not have any.Have to give it a second thought in winter.

If you're a chicken fan, Nando's is definitely for you! The food is great and always cooked well. If you don't like spicy food make sure you ask for plain or lemon and herb. The chips do come sprinkled with peri peri chip sprinkle on top, adding spice so beware. Nando's is a great place to go with friends and family to catch up after shopping or a movie or just for food! If you go in a big group (6+) you cannot book but you can inform them of your visit. The paying scheme is great but remember its not waiter/waitress service! You also get your own drinks and cutlery! Drinks are refillable so definatly worth the money! Highly recommend Nando's but if your vegetarian don't complain about lack of food for you as it is a CHICKEN JOINT! Staff friendly and helpful.

Im a big fan of my indian food but nandos gives it a close run.Went here for my best friends engagement party by the bowling alley near wetherspoons and the choice, service and flavours were exceptional with very helpful staff.The piri piri sauce,hot,is the best.

Excellent food, you need to come back here to try out different things. the variety in abundance.Highly recommend the Burgers and Signature Nandos chicken

I eat here practically every week and have never experienced anything less than excellent service, brilliant and well priced food.

Every time I visit this restaurant the service is awful, they do not have critical items from the menu (they have always just run out) and generally its a disappointing evening. we shall not be going back to this nandos

Just in the town center, next to Galaxy building. The chicken there is just great, properly flamed, the service good.

went here saturday and was underwhelmed by the whole experiencethe extra hot chicken although cooked fresh ,felt like the sauce came out of a jar,the coleslaw tasted the same and the fries were bog standard frozen oneslike a slightly posher much more expensive version of McDonaldshaving said this the staff were friendly and decent and the pay first system means that you eat then leavean ok place but not one i would go out of my way for

I'm a regular visitor and find the food always delicious and cooked perfectly. I have yet to have a bad meal there and haven't heard any real stories to contradict my view. It is a little expensive for what you are getting in terms of value. Fills up very quickly and you can't reserve your table. just have to take a chance on getting a table or wait 20 minutes.

Friendly efficient restaurant, not much competition in the area so it get's busy - but good value!

Really changed my mind about nandos.I went to one back home in Scotland and never liked it so did not want to go back.but in a large group with work colleagues I found it a pleasant experience and have since changed my mind.

This restaurant is the same as any other Nandos. Great chicken restaurant, always packed. The only criticism is that because it is so popular it can be rather noisy.

this is the best restaurant I think I have ever been too.It's clean the staff are so friendly extremely helpful a wide variety of food and amazing, luxurious mouth watering food.You have a choice of chicken, burgers, wraps, salads, and pasta's. There is also a vegitarien bit.Watch out though this is a chicken restaurant, so everything has chicken in it. So if you don't like chicken, SORRY!You do not need to book it as well so that's a bonus. No hassle of waiting for the phone to be answered on the other end. I hope this review helps you:)

Food was excellent as usual, but it's the staff that really make it. The interior is warm and welcoming, and is in real contrast to the horrible building it lives in...always busy though!

whenever i go out of town i always go to nando's... i know that sounds sad right?! but i love it, having said that... i was very disappointed when i went to the luton one. Firstly the chicken i received wasnt grilled very well... (it was cooked in the oven well but i repeat not grilled well), the rice i received hadnt even been filled upto the top of the ramekin (excuse my spelling).. actually not even half way... i asked the supervisor of the day (nith) i think her name was... and i must say the response i got was 'ok my colleague will sort it' and there was no 'colleague' that had actually come.. i then tried tackling her again.. but everytime she made eye contact with me.. she didnt even come towards my side of the restaurant. many events occured with her one to watch out for!.. and the management dont seem bothered about it. ahhh.. feeling much better after that

We decided to go to Nandos under the galaxy in luton on Sunday as a treat for the kids, it was no treat after ordering at the bar which took long enough we sat down to wait for our food. After some wait which we were not informed about I thought we had been given the wrong meals they looked like kids meals and the kids meals looked like a starter never again. The manager did come over and informed us that we were not the only ones who had complained about the size of the portions and he had informed head office ,not really good enough to us as all he said was sorry after we had just spent over 40 POUNDS. Never again what a rip off.

We spent Saturday night at Nando's.The food was veyr good value and the entertainment was provided by an Elvis look alike. He was very good and made the evening.

Nando's was one of the few places open on a Sunday evening. So in we went. If you don't like chicken, don't go, that's all they do.That being said, it was actually pretty good. The staff explained the ordering system. (Think soup natzi in Seinfeld.) A little on the spicy side but all in all good value for the cost.

When I ate there and I my rice hadn't arrived, and I went and asked they told me they couldn't give me a bowl of rice, and that they had to drive it in from MILTON KEYNES and that I'd have to wait 40+ minutes for it...!!! (they eventually managed to find one)Also I had a really sore tummy after I'd eaten there - don't know whether I'd overdone the piripiri or if I had food poisoning (I'm normally fine with much hotter chilli than that!)

Not bad, but still, i don't like spicy, so Nando is not for me!
