Zoe is providing an extremely poor service, rude and a bit weird as she was talking to herself while walking to the kitchen.

Horrible service, Zoe (a member of staff) is a very rude person. The restaurant was busy, apparently she couldn’t handle it and started swearing while walking to the kitchen. If you need to ask anything from Zoe you need to think twice.

Could not have been worse. Missing food, hour late and cold. Refund of items not enough, £26 for cold thighs, butterfly chicken and 2 portions of rice

The chicken in this branch was cooked to perfection. Juicy, tasty and succulent. Not rushed. I definately enjoyed my food and recommend this branch.

Muy caliente dentro del restaurante no A. c. o fan tal vez no estaba funcionando quién sabe? ? Bajo el personal muy ocupado con respecto a los pedidos, pero muchos asientos vacíos cuando la gente, incluido yo mismo, quería asientos. Finalmente pedí que mi comida tuviera que pedir una mesa al gerente, lo que me pareció bastante molesto. Esperé en la cola durante 20 minutos o más. Luego esperé otros 45 minutos para que mi comida llegara, el pedido estaba totalmente equivocado y las papas fritas estaban calientes, no calientes y deberían haber sido peri peri chips, eran chips simples, debían haber sido alas, pero era rodajas de pechuga de pollo debería ser de puré de batata pero era pan de ajo. No hay platos y vasos limpios, ya no queda ninguno. . Una de mis peores visitas. Dejé retroalimentación y también envié un correo electrónico a Nandos Lewisham directamente, aún sin respuesta

Pedí una comida para llevar, pero esperé 25 minutos para que me entregaran la comida. Señalé que el sitio web de Nandos dice que la comida está lista para recolectarse a partir de las 18:50, pero esperé hasta las 19: 14. Me hubiera tomado 60 segundos entregarme mi bolsa de comida que estaba sobre el mostrador. La razón por la que hago el pedido en línea es para que pueda planificar mi tiempo para ir y recoger la comida rápidamente, sabiendo que no tengo que esperar, pagar o hacer cola. ¿Cuál fue el punto de esperar casi 25 minutos para obtener una comida tibia (no recién cocinada) y que alguien me mienta descaradamente sin ningún intento de sinceridad? Parecía más interesada en conversar y charlar con sus compañeros de trabajo. Incluso al llegar, me vio, pero en lugar de servirme, simplemente continuó su conversión detrás del mostrador. No hay interés en el servicio al cliente en absoluto.

Estoy totalmente en desgracia, el pesebre de Nando (lisa) ha estado durmiendo con el griller (Ryan) que tiene 18 años y el pesebre tiene 35. Cuando salí a comer, los vi tocarse de manera sucia frente a los clientes.

Fue muy tranquilo para un viernes. Sentado muy rápido. Compartí una fuente con un compañero de trabajo. Pollo entero, porción de chips de sal peri con perinaza y una bebida gaseosa sin fondo cada uno. Aproximadamente a la cuenta total de 21. La comida estuvo muy bien, como de costumbre. El personal fue educado y amable. La comida se sirvió en menos de 10 minutos.

Desde mi última revisión, este lugar ha tenido una renovación tanto en el servicio como en los nuevos gerentes.

Working literally next door. My colleague fancied Nandos so decided to go along.

Es muy de Lewisham ha cambiado su decoración interior. Es realmente bonito, con colores muy bien escogidos. Las parrillas son excelentes y si compras comida para llevar, viene en bonita caja de cartón ecológico. . . . Muy bien empaquetada, así que puedes comer en cualquier lugar que te gusta. La comida es muy suculento y sabroso. - Gerente de gestión muy agradable. Agradable para los clientes y su personal pero manteniendo un servicio de alta calidad. Esta es una observación.

Primera visita desde la reciente restauración. Me encanta el nuevo aspecto y distribución de asientos. Más mejoras en el menú incluye opción deshuesados que fue de agradecer y popular en mi grupo. Buena relación calidad-precio, además tienen tarjeta de fidelidad que fue útil. No será demasiado tiempo antes de la próxima visita!

Lewisham: El servicio fue rápido y amable. Desde restaurantes de comida rápida en estados unidos experiencia experiencia El Nando's era algo nuevo para mí. Nuestra comida fue entregado fresco y rápido. La única cosa que podría haber mejorado la experiencia de comer si pude elegir donde me senté. El "anfitrión", nos dio una al lado de la cocina/registro, lo que está guay, Ya tuvimos la oportunidad de ver nuestra comida preparada. Pero, creo que el de arriba se tranquilo habría costado para una tranquila cena tarde.

Ok so i came here last night with the family. got seated promptly at a dirty table by the security guard.... this is the only branch that ive ever been to that feels the need for security. i had to ask 3 times for it to be cleaned when it wasnt i spoke with the manager. the manager asked a staff member to clean our table and the member of staffs response was" what today!?".however it did get cleaned... 10 minutes later. when our meal did arrive all orders were mixed up, however we did manage to work it out between ourselves.the coke was more or less see-through so they had to change the drinks dispenser. the food was just ok. i wont be coming back here.

This is a Nando's. Looks nice enough inside but personally I think the one on Rushey Green going toward Catford looks nicer. It's fairly standard Nando's food and service is ok.

Very rude staff from someone who seemed senior. No one was queuing so I went up to get some extra bits for my meal. There was a worker stood at the till however didn't greet me or even say he was busy and for me to wait a second. After waiting there 5 minutes a que built up and he completely ignored me and served the person behind who was complaining about her food. After she had left I was still stood there and rather then serving me or even acknowledging me he then started arguing with another member of staff so I gave up and sat back down. So so rude and I defiantly will not recommended or visit again.

When going to a Nandos, everyone knows what to expect. Spicy chicken at high prices.However, this particular branch is very poorly managed. As a restaurant manager, I was very disappointed to see only 1 person serving the entire floor, whilst there were 7 people behind the counter, on a busy Friday Night.It also took way to long be be served whilst queuing to place my order.I won't be going back to this particular branch.

This place was just...plains. The food was ok don't get me wrong. The service was ok, the environment was fine. There was no exception or wow factor. It was as plain as can be. Will I go again? Probably not. There are cheaper and more exciting places to be honest. I've had better experiences in Spoons to be honest.

been here yesterday.typical nandos experience. sit down, get up, order your food, take your drinks and wait.pretty sure the manager took my order. i honestly couldn't have made it clearer to him "all together i want ..." ; and then i placed my order: 2 sides and a main+2 sides ... of course, i got 2 sides first and a few minutes after, my main and my 2 sides.. ok, i can accept that as it wasn't such a long wait.!food was good, as always but the staff...well...the manager.. anyway, as soon as we finished our meal, we ordered some dessert. the manager himself delivered the dessert and when i asked him if he could take our main plates he said " yes of course" ... and walked away..so i personally had to take the dirty plates to a table they just cleaned..and they stayed there for 5 min.. was funny to see the confused face on the staff :Ddo you think it doesn't get worse? well, a waiter dropped some food he was carrying on top of my girlfriend and on his way back to whatever he was pretending to do, he got really upset that i demanded an apology for what he done.overall? food is good, as in any nandos...but (and i say this as a restaurant manager) if your looking for customer service, avoid this place! staff don't care about what they are doing, and the manager is not leading by example or even trying to make things better...completely unacceptable that a dessert is delivered on a table with finished plates on it! worst, is ignoring a request to take them out.you may be wondering, were they busy? no...pretty much they could afford a waiter per table. were they closing? yes! again, as a restaurant manager, i ensure that my staff know that the last tables are the most important ones! if you can provide a good service when tired and worn, you can do it all day.. not the case here!! next time, I'll just go to ...anywhere! it couldn't get worse than what I've experienced at nandos

I do like Nando's but this venue needs a bit of investment. Certainly not as nice as other Nando's venues.

Had to wait over 1 hour for a meal, nice place but don't go if you are in a rush. Meal arrives pitta hard, no butter for corn, part of the meal missing no apology just a terrible experience.

so a big group of us went for a meal here as a bank holiday tradition of going to a park and then Nandos to eat. There were A LOT, we said a table for 20, but at least 25/30 were there! About 5 of us arrived and the lovely guy who served us said maybe a 30 minute to an hour wait. So we said that's fine because everybody else was still arriving. And he was right it was about a 45 minute, which www absolutely fine. And it was nice because we were being constantly informed as to when our table would be ready. We sat upstairs. Then ordered - the only downside of the night was that there was no houmous left as a started and I wasn't able to have sweet potato wedges with my main because there weren't any of those left either! Which was a shame! So we all went back and sat down and I must say the food arrived really promptly which was great! My quarter chicken didn't have much meat on it but tasted ok. And everyone else seemed to be happy with their food! Thank you very much for the night, and special thanks to Chris who served us!

First of all, Nandos is not Mexican as it's described up top !Just incase anyone doesn't know this, it's a Portugese cuisine, deriving from South Africa (anyone with further knowledge feel free to correct me).As always, the food is great, so flavoursome, hot and fresh. Any problems and the staff are very quick to help make you happy.This place is always very clean and busy, which speaks for itself, despite the current overall 3.5 star review here on trip advisor. They even once or twice presented my food to my table before I'd even sat down!Nandos deserts are equally as amazing as the addictivally tasty food and I cannot recommend any higher, the CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE!!!Keep up the good work guys.

I moved in to my new flat yesterday, so by the evening was exhausted, so rather than cooking for my friend we went to Nando's. It surpassed all expectations! Great menu (my friend is a veggie) and really good value for money. The food was fantastic - i'd like to thank Sada (who I think is a new chef?) for the fantastic perfectly cooked chicken, the best i've had since I lived in Martinique I think (that was8years ago)! The service was great too, friendly and relaxed but efficient - Samantha in particular was great. Anyway, big thanks to all the team at Nando's in Lewisham - you will be seeing a lot more of me!

Are the two most special employees at nandos, this company would do good to ensure that these two woman train everyone to the standard that makes your nandos experience a special one because of their genuine concern for their customers that keeps them coming back for more! Well done ladies.

Nothing but the best chicken in Town @ Nando's Lewisham. Whether it's main course(Portions, Wings) or Sides it's always a delight in Nando's. My 8 yrs old Son is crazy about this Joint. Full marks on preparation. However the place is always crowded- keeping popular demand they should either expand or open up one more in nearby.

Anybody who's been to a Nando's restaurant will be familiar with the general drill, and as far as the Lewisham branch goes it doesn't disappoint. It's one of the busiest restaurants in Lewisham and is pretty typical as far as the chain restaurant's experience goes. This particularly branch is pretty contained. They do have more seating upstairs that I imagine might spread things out a bit but in my two years living in the area I haven't seen it opened up once - I imagine it's more of an overflow for the larger parties that often come in for birthdays etc.I've now visited on a few occasions and the staff are usually excellent, particularly the long-standing employees. I've also ordered takeaway and have never found this to be a disappointment, though the portions of fries do seem much smaller. All in all it's a Nando's, it does what it says on the tin. Don't go expecting the exceptional and your experience will be more than enjoyable.

Went into Nandos for lunch as usually like this chain. It was almost empty, at lunchtime! The server taking our order was named Susie. We all agreed that her attitude was appalling. No welcome, no smile, no eye contact, speaking on the phone while taking my order. Does she hate the job? Our food was ok, similar to other Nando's. However the cleanliness of this restaurant was far worse than other Nando's I've eaten in. Dirty floors, sticky tables. The toilets were not brilliant either. I wouldn't return to this restaurant.

Visited today with my two children it was not very busy for lunch time.I asked her for the children s menu and she pointed to a table away from her and I grabbed one.I went up to place my order and was served by Suzie this staff member almost seemed irritated by me interrupting her to place an order. She gave me no eye contact and made no effort no polite customer service whatsoever, not even a smile. When I ordered the childrens meals I was not given tubs for their frozen yogurt and later had to go back up for these. I attempted to use the frozen yogurt machine but it was not working I asked an assistant who also did not seem bothered and passed me onto the same lady who looked so annoyed she stormed over to look at it and simply said "been having this problem all week can you order something else?" and the children had to settle for ice lollies. They were disappointed as we were not told the machine was out of order before hand the children was excited to try some frozen yogurt.(It looked as though it was out of order long before I arrived).Staff were congregating at one point in the middle of the restaurant having a full blown chat and giggle even rushing to talk to their friends outside and in no rush to do their jobs. The food was okay but for us service is everything there is nothing worse than rushing to leave somewhere because of horrid customer service or bad ambiance.

Not really where you'd expect to see a Nando's on a dirty street corner but we were starving and I never would expect grandeur or fine cuisine from a Nando's restaurant but I do expect it to be clean. The tables were tacky and far too close together so much so that I could hear the woman next to me chomping on her corn even audible over the "authentic" Portugese-esque rhythm played in the background.Noisy as well. Once a great big gang comes in that's it. Did I mention the staff couldn't care less? Oh and the "hot" chicken I ordered was barely seasoned and over-cooked. What a let down. Give it a miss.

Awful. 6 of us went and we all agreed the food was terrible. We wouldn't eat it if it was free. The place itself was extremely noisy with badly behaved children screaming at the top of their voices. Never again.

My initial reason for complaint was the fact that my stamped card that Nando's describe as 'a privilege' was refused as it had expired. I was given a new swipe card instead. I contacted Nando's customer service centre by email, explained that I hadn't been to Nando's for a while and asked if they would honour the stamps I had already aquired. The answer was a firm no. Consider me officially 'un-privileged'! You can imagine my disapointment having been part of a table of 6 for a leaving party. We had wanted to sit upstairs but it was shut. We spent up to £18 each and my chicken wasn't cooked for longer enough and needed longer to brown. I managed to brush this off but having experienced the bathroom and its strong smell of ammonia from lack of cleaning I consider Nando's to be a sub-standard and poor food chain with a complete lack of regard for its customers. The staff in the branch were friendly, however just not really trained to a standard that I would expect from such a large chain. I will not be eating at a Nando's again and feel that I would have had a better and cheaper experience from a chicken burger from a festival van. Quite apalling really!

It's ages since we'd last visited and eaten here and I hadn't recalled the lovely decked outside eating area. It was great to be able to sit outside and under cover so that a sudden change in weather wouldn't have been a problem. The outdoor area is next to the river which gives a bit of space between you and the closest buildings and it also means you're not facing onto the busy Lee High Rd so the traffic noise is less immediate. Our food was served almost immediately as they started putting the chicken on the grill whilst we were still making the order. This caught us out somewhat as we'd ordered a starter plate to share and all our food ended up arriving within 5 minutes of each other and within 10 minutes of our order. Whilst fast service is nice it would've been preferable for it to have been paced a little so that we could enjoy our starter!Food was the standard Nando's fare which I find to be reliably good, tasty food with decent portion size and good value for money. Bottomless soft drinks and frozen yoghurt always a winner and the condiments etc were all available and well stocked. A good place to eat in Lewisham with friends and/or family.

Nando's is one of my favourite places to eat, and this branch has amazing, friendly staff which I find adds so much to the experience.It is very family friendly, the food is great and there is a lovely outdoor terrace with views of the river Quaggy!Highly recommend.

I popped in to Lewisham branch on Sunday eve for a takeway. I always love the food at Nandos but this is the first time I visited the branch in Lewisham. I was greeted very professionally by the staff and gave an excellent service through out. Stafff are so friendly specially Guilia and Ivan who were extremely helpful and friendly and genuinely caring about the customers.Thank you

Good Nandos food.Lot's of screaming kids running around when I was there. One kid tried to take a piece of my chicken. I like the way the UK Nandos let you serve yourself at the fountain pop and get refills.

Everyone has by now visted a Nado's franchise, however this one is great if you are with family and you get a bit rowdy after too much wine!
