Had a great meal here today, the manager had a great vibe, food was delicious, look forward to visiting again 👌🏼

Our experience was nothing short but the best! Daniel was an amazing host and created a welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely visit again. Food was very filling as always, can never go wrong with a cheeky Nando’s.

It's a nice Nandos with cool staff and good parking. But! Some of the seats are sooooo nasty and stained. Please replace.

I came to the restaurant on a Saturday & I had a very good time. I have to say Suchi made a great effort to make me feel very welcomed. She went above and beyond to get me the sauce I wanted despite there being no bottles of sauce available on the floor.

Worst service and food from all the Nando’s in London. After waiting for 25 min to be seated we need it to wait another 15 min to order and another 30min for the order to arrive to the table!!!! The place was not full but they had shortages of staff ?! After one hour in and a half of waiting all together we had to ask the very unfriendly Asian hostess about our order . It turns out that the order was ready and they had no staff to bring it to the table . We got cold 4 pieces of chicken but we ordered the full chicken plate to share ?! The chicken was not grilled properly so we had to send it back . They grilled it only in one side and just burn it . The 2 broccoli big sides where made to one and put in the plate with the chicken and the 2 big chips sides where made to one and put in the plate with the chips . We asked for the second portion of broccoli and the unfriendly asian girl simply put some of the broccoli from the plate and just dropped it on the tray . The chips and the broccoli was cold and tasteless. We were so disappointed and didn’t want yo stay in this place . Very Very bad experience in this Nando’s to our surprise because we love Nando’s and we are regular customers .

Really good vibe. They ran out of chicken breast but replaced it with an extra serving of thighs, which suited me!

We got here about 1pm, the timing was fine, only waiting 4mins for them to sort a table. For was nice and on point.

A nice visit, the staff were helpful and let us sit where we requested to. A member of staff (blue shirt) was really friendly and went table to table checking that customers were happy and generally made everyone feel welcome. The food was really good with no issues at all. A female staff member stood at the door saying goodbye to us as we left and held the door etc. A nice restaurant and will visit again.

We had a really nice meal here, we were seated quickly by a friendly member of staff and we then used the App to order. This worked really well. We had a nice table near the window (good for people watching!) and the food was lovely. We also had desserts and the gooey caramel cheesecake was particularly good! I'd recommend.

Arrived at Nando's just before closing time and despite ordering a few items, I was impressed by the exceptional attitudes of every staff member. I can't thank the staff enough; each of them deserves recognition for their outstanding service. These lovely individuals truly made my day end on a delightful note：）

I had an amazing experience during my visit, which incidentally, was my first. The manager, Sarha and her team were friendly; efficient; professional, and obviously loved their jobs. Great teamwork, too! I had a tasty meal of chicken and chips within an atmosphere of excellent and courteous customer service! I felt so well looked after! I will not only recommend this Nando's to my friends and family but I shall indeed return to experience this all over again. Well done Sarha and team 👏

Food was awesome and the staff was very helpful. He asked us whether it was our 1st and then he explained the menu very clearly. Food was more tasty than expected and not as costly as I thought. It took only 5 mins for us to get the food just like other fast food chains do and with far better service.

I dined in. The food came very quickly and was good - up to my expectations. However, I went to the toilet. When I came back, the table had been cleared and other customers were sat in my place! I know this is not a fine dining brand, but this speed of turnaround left me a little exasperated :-(

A brilliant branch of Nando's, all the usual Nandos delights on offer. I highly recommend the Fino Pitta to anyone that hasn't tried it yet. Great table service today 26/10/23 and the manager is on the ball ensuring everyone has a good meal.

Having never eaten in a Nando's restaurant before we decided to eat here due to its proximity to the hotel we were staying in, and were so impressed that it certainly won't be our last visit. The staff were very helpful, and friendly, and the food was excellent at a reasonable price. We would recommend eating here when in Greenwich.

I visited this Nandos with my daughter and grandchildren and finished going to Pizza Hut as the service was non existent. Hoping this was a one off experience we went again today. The chips were cold and replaced, the broccoli was so cold it was inedible was was reheated. The rest of the meal was warm but just inedible. This was my last visit I'll look for somewhere else.

This branch has a phenomenal manager: we only realised an error in the invoice after a 20 minute wait. When I went up to the counter, the manager immediately cooked the missing item herself and ensured that the additional wait was minimal - what an amazing service!

No disabled toilet ?! What actually!! Lift broken for ages apparently! Why do disabled people not need a rest room ?! Very very poor provision. I will be reporting thos to disabled rights it's just wrong in a big chain like this especially

Nice place to eat, spacious and airy. It was busy but the staff were efficient and professional. I had the butterfly chicken with chips and tenderstem broccoli. Also had the halloumi sticks with a tasty dip.

I have been attending the Nandoe’s on going for years normally 2 visits daily, I asked if I was able to have a larger glass and was told you get what your given if you don’t like it you can F off to another place to eat and starting shouting at me in front of a full restaurant of people I was very impressed and disappointed from the approach from Nandos I was spoke to by the manager there named Neuza stated to me I have been here years I’ll do as I wish and continued to swear at me.

Nando's dishes are incredibly tasty with a perfect balance of spices. The chicken is tender and the sauces are a game-changer. A fantastic dining experience with the manager who was present at the time. Made it very enjoyable as I had some unique requests that were listened to. Truly appreciate the service here.

Been to this branch of Nando’s several times now and it’s certainly one of the better ones around. The service is generally very good and efficient, and also I feel the chicken breast served is larger and better quality than others. If you’re in the the area and fancy a quick tasty lunch, I’d recommend it.

Floor is as dirty as you can get, massive wait to be seated, 37 minutes waiting for food now and still waiting. Staff clearly lost and poor communication. Never again coming back here.

Amazing food and service. We eat here almost twice a month and even though there are always a queue to get in everything is in order. Food taste amazing.

Went on a weekday for lunch. Lady who greeted us wanted us to use the app. There is barley any signal so I asked if we could order at the till she was very rude and insisted they were asking everyone to use the app. Walked out as the app wasn't working and the server didn't want to do her job.

Best experience at a Nandos yet, and I go fairly regularly! Very warm and friendly staff, particularly the manager Oni, who was very attentive with my gluten allergy. Food tasted fresh and was piping hot.

Staff were efficient & helpful. Food took a reasonable about of time.

Over an hour waiting for no service

A very excellent lunch with helpful and friendly staff and not over attentive which we like. Wheelchair access is excellent inside the restaurant though the main entrance could be a little friendlier due to the slopes. All in all a very good visit.

Mollie asked me what my favourite restaurant is, and after much deliberation I could only settle on Nando's, bringer of satiation, destroyer of hunger, saviour of the pursestrings. To my surprise, she had never dined there before and so we obviously had to go. The maître d' was friendly and attentive, giving us a 35 minute wait and ensuring we'd receive a text when the table was ready. As if he had looked into my soul and registered the fear that if we didn't get back in time we'd lose the table, he said that we should reply to the text to say if we'd be late so he could keep the table for us, alleviating my fears. The wait gave us ample time to enjoy a pintie in Greenwich. We enjoyed supping a cold one and judging other couples that had made the questionable decision to not spend their Sunday Bank Holiday evening at Nando's the benevolent, the omnipotent one. Whence we had returned, the maître d' recognised me and we were immediately bwois. He apologetically told us there were no wings left and led us to the table of our dreams. Cushioned for our pleasure, it looked upon the entire restaurant so that we could rate other customers on how often we believed them to patronize the restaurant - it was a strong set of candidates might I add. We could also see the prep line, which is important for us because the anticipation was a lot to cope with. We sat next to each other because we are not normal, and although couples in many places might be judged, no one blinked an eye in Nando's saviour of souls, crusher of pretence, lover of all beings. In fact, I think they kind of thought we looked like dictators or Charles and Camilla looking over the precession that had come to admire us. (NB I am an antimonarchist but can appreciate how nice it would feel to be adored by a crowd of followers) Anyway, Mollie being loosely vegan (vegetarian on this day), went for a delicious wrap and I had half a chicken. A slight tangent - Mollie has been vegan for over a decade, but has recently started trying fish, eggs, and dairy for a hot pescy summer, but will return to her vegan roots in September. The beauty of the sides game meant we could order piri-piri chips, garlic bread, coleslaw, and spicy rice and share the lot. We almost had a mennie B over whether to get corn or coleslaw, but Nando's the bringer of universal peace and harmony saw to it that they had run out of corn so we no longer had to worry. Unfortunately there was no mango and lime sauce, which Mollie had wanted to try. Once again Nando's the great equaliser had just created another opportunity to return so we could try it next time. By the end of the meal, we were both just the right level of full which meant we could take a romantic walk home in the light rain. We took her dog for a walk to my bike, kissed - quite passionately - and I cycled home into the night. Nando's, magnanimous King, has facilitated a perfect evening and remains, as always, the perfect restaurant.

The star of the show was definitely the deliciously succulent chicken that melted in my mouth with every bite. I cannot praise it enough! But, it's not just the food that made the experience memorable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which added to the already wonderful atmosphere of the restaurant. Given the current times, the prices were incredibly affordable and offered great value for money. I can honestly say that I haven't had such great tasting food at such an affordable price in a long time. The concept of Nando's with the different types of sauces and drinks, is very engaging and adds to the overall experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxed and friendly, making it a perfect spot to catch up with friends and family. All in all, my experience at Nando's in Greenwich was fantastic. The taste of the chicken was unparalleled, the staff were welcoming, and the prices were affordable. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant, as it's definitely worth a visit.

It's been a while since I've stepped into a Nandos. Was introduced to the new QR pay at table, it's brilliant! No more queing, just order on the site or app and done....just gta grab the necessities; garlic and lemon herb sauces, a couple dozen tissues and cutlery. Food came swiftly.... Bigger portions then I remember. Only downer was I couldn't use my student discount with the QR unless I signed up to the app and register n etc.

I come here about once a month with an autistic man I look after. The staff are always extremely friendly to me and to him, make us feel very welcome and will help us with whatever we need. We enjoy coming back here 😊

Too many cooks and not enough front of house! Went with my family today and had to remind the wait staff twice that I had not received my mains. By the time I received it my family had finished theirs and were ready to leave. Not even an offer of deductions or anything else by way of apology.

I recently visited Nando's and had a great experience thanks to the wonderful service provided by Suchi, our waitress. She was attentive, friendly, and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Highly recommend!

Staff waited till my bf took a bite of his wrap to ask if everything was OK - I hadn't started yet. I said so, but she just smirked and scuttled off. Nobody cleared the starter plate, or even the main plates after we'd finished. No upsell for desert. The main... Well the food was "hot", but jesus the garlic biscuit could do with some refinement. Maybe use it as an ice hockey puck?

It’s quiet evening, mid week. Seated to a table with napkins and trash on the floor… it’s not even busy where there’s a queue … not sure why general cleaning couldn’t be conducted by staff. One member of staff at tills; one fussy, unorganised order-er in front of me, waited 15 mins for ONE person to order and staff lacked initiative to open a second till. If it was 5-6 min wait time then fair enough but after 15 minutes +, I think it’s worth it. Noticed staff did not clean tables between guests. Felt repulsed by the hygiene which made me doubt how clean the kitchen is … Disappointed by staff, it’s probably better to be served by a machine than what they’ve hired behind the tills. Overall… extremely disappointed.

Party of 8. 2 plates came late because they were forgotten entirely. Manager came to check which plates were missing and reordered the food from the kitchen. Chips came unseasoned and some sides were completely missing. Rude manager. Would not go to this branch again.

We came on a Sunday at 3pm, it was busy when we arrived. The food was great as usual, we had the whole chicken and sunset burgers which was delicious, but I am removing 2 starts because of the service, it was extremely slow in everything. It took forever to get our orders, we had to ask forks several times to finally get them, saying they were cleaning them. Need to sort out the organisation in this branch. Thanks

Just had to share a review for this Nando’s. I don’t think we’ve ever come across friendlier staff. They were amazing with our daughter Skye and went above and beyond with a smile on their face. We will 100% be back for the amazing staff alone! They are a credit to this place.

Probably the worst Nandos outlet in London. Quality of food is poor. Severed cold as staff is busy even though the place is almost empty. Visited twice in 1 year when visiting the cinema and both times had a terrible experience. Definitely not children friendly.

This Nando’s is serving delicious peri peri chicken as same as other branches. The service and staff are good. It was very relaxing to eat in after shopping.

Probably the best food I've ever eaten in my entire life, didn't even know my taste buds were able to taste this kind of goodness. Also, lovely customer service, first time and felt completely at home. Definitely gonna eat here again!

Lovely Staff, Lovely Food only thing bad I would say about this place is that even though it was an empty restaurant the lady decided to sit me and my friend right next to someone else even though there were 20 other available seats but otherwise I have no complaints and it’s a nice atmosphere and very relaxing especially after watching a good movie and all you want to do is have some nice food!
