The food was amazing and cooked to perfection we all loved our experience there and for what we ordered at that price you cant go wrong thanks again And i will be back.

I'm all for getting my food fast and avoiding a long wait at any restaurant. However tonight i felt like i sat down and was rushed out. i ordered my starters at the till and by the time i had reached my seat they were infront if me. However it got worse when halfway through my starter i had peices of chicken thighs thrown in my face. My company had not yet received their food and as we sat finishing our starter and waiting for the other main to come out my main course began to frost over becoming cold and dry . pacing needs to be looked at to allow customers time to actually swallow there food before the next course arrives . 4/10

Two of us visited Nando's Fife Leisure on a Saturday afternoon, around 1.30pm, after a 5 hour drive to Scotland. We couldn't wait to eat after an early 8.30am start! Upon arrival we were seated immediately and we were hosted by a number of friendly waiters and waitresses. The restaurant was relatively quiet considering it was a Saturday afternoon! We ordered via the app and our food arrived very quickly. I ordered butterfly chicken, peri-peri fries and garlic bread. The food was hot, tasty and filling The toilets were modern and very clean I would visit here again and would recommend others to do so

A9 & M90 are not exactly spoiled with great choices when you're making long trips north or south. This place is right off the motorway at Dunfermline and a very simple detour to get a decent bite to eat. Warmly welcomed and served by Leanne, who instantly became our 2 year old's new buddy, which was very sweet to see! Food wise, nandos is nandos, you know what you're getting. Promptly delivered, piping hot.

Arrived for a table of 5 expected to wait no problem. Was sat at the table under sub standard lighting. ( I'm old and forgot my glasses ). Technically no table service was told to order by the app or at the counter. Used the app all ok. Drinks glasses arrived and the food shortly after. This is where I have a distaste for the place. The chips were not cooked properly. The garlic bread was burnt and inedible. The wrap that was ordered had 1 half inch square of hallumi and no hummus. The staff that were there are ok ish but need to pay more attention to detail. Hence hardly no customer service. I get that its a chain but throw some personality into it. The tables are so close together that when I went to get a soft drink I was bumping into chairs. I'm not a fatty but even I struggled. Won't be back. Not for me.

Oh dear, where do I start... Shown to a table which had old food stuck on the table. The place looked uncleaned and the young staff members wonder around waiting on finish time... Food arrived was good but at a cost of £45 very very expensive for q bit of chicken on a bun. And yet again Nados you still have not fixed the rocky, tired looking tables!! Why do you also have the tables so close together that one can hear others conversations!!! No doubt to squeeze more folk in and gain more money. Rubbish Nandos and I won't be back goodbye!

Come to this nandos regularly, food is always good and quick. Can't complain about this nandos never a dissapoints.

Surprised at the good service from Yasemin. usually not had good experiences in nandos but she’s made my view of the restaurant more positive let’s hope it stays that way in future visits

Service is terrible, waited for chips for an hour and when asked if they are coming was faced with waiting another 30 minutes for an answer. shocking as it was once a great place. We were seated right on front of a draft with fruit flies joining us for our meal flying and landing on our food. once was a great place, pretty disappointed and we will not be returning. Staff were rude and unapproachable. When asked, we were patched and brutally ignored which was rather embarrassing if I do say so myself🙄 had to remind them not one... not two... but THREE times to get us our chips AND they was no peri salt available which I thought was absolutely unacceptable I will not be coming back after this nightmare of a night! Can’t even have a decent meal out with the girls anymore without this bull

No peri chips and garlic bread your absolute jokin. Top it all of boy tried to charge me for medium sauce. Napkins still had the Christmas theme as well. Saved by the halloumi which was extremely horny or else it would have been one star.

Fife Leisure Park - Dunfermline Service was non-existent..... We went for a family meal and left within 10 mins. On entry we were faced (not greeted) by an individual who grunted ( how many !!!) and then stated "20 minute wait", took my wife's name and number (even got her name wrong) and said bluntly "we will text when ready". On entry back to the restaurant we were met again by the same individual (who must have been having a really bad day) as his attitude was still stinking. Once again he grunted "do the track and trace" and demanded that all members of the same family who live in the same house complete an individual track & trace. We were then taken and pointed to a table, no menu or offer of one and when requested one was told, "we don't have any, but if you really need one I suppose I could get one printed for you"....it all continued to go down hill from there, we just up and left at that point ( really disappointed ). This review is in no way an accurate reflection of how Nando's are in general, as we regularly visit Livingston and the service is exceptional. Sorry Dunfermline we won't be back after your pitiful service (we're sorry we were such a hindrance to you !!!).

Nando’s is consistently good across all the sites I have visited. Food is excellent if you like grilled chicken. Highly recommend the per peri fries

We visited today with a gift voucher ,track and trace with the phone and everything explained to us by the pleasant young lad on the door . Shown to our seat and our order was taken at the table ,The serving staff were helpful and attentive . We took the whole chicken between us as a sharing option . Do not be put off as this is a small chicken just the right size for us Piping hot food we will be back .

I love trip advisor as it not only lets me see the places I visit myself and with family but, Also let’s people see what a place is like. My first visit to this place today with my grandkids. There was a queuing system where I scanned a barcode and would be sent a text to say when to arrive. I was with my grandkids and had somewhere else to go first. So before I got a we are ready for you message, I went back and there was a table waiting. Inside the place is stunning, Very clean and I was welcomed with warm smiles from the manager and staff. One in particular was our personal waiter Cougar. He was very friendly to myself and my grandkids. My granddaughter wasn’t sure what she usually has as I’ve never had her before but her mum and aunt has. So after him suggesting what he thought it might be. He was right. A nandinos chicken, He brought our meal quick, Also gave us our cutlery, Said if we needed anything else he was there to help. What a warm friendly young gentleman this was. The manager then came up and asked how our meal was. It was absolutely gorgeous. I would highly recommend this place. Can’t fault anything. From the moment we went in until the moment we left. We were treated like important people. And not many restaurants do that.

our first visit to nandos in a very long time.It turned out to be a very welcome return.To be honest can't be bothered with the online ordering systems (may be an age thing). However staff were very helpful.My wife and i both had the butterfly chicken and shared our sides. Everything was beautifully cooked, the sides were v tasty. We also had some halumi fries and chicken wings.The sauces are very tasty, be careful even the medium has got a bit of zip.All round a good experience I am sure we will not wait so long for our next visit.Good serviceGood foodServed promptly Very good customer service.

Placed an order online and received a conformation number and a collection time only to go at my collection time to be told there was no order because they are only accepting 2 orders every 10 minutes and the manager could only tell me there was nothing he could do.And I wasn’t the only person the couple in front of me in the que were the exact same! Terrible customer service would avoid!

have there own rules and make them up when they want to...... then when challenged - say it’s against the law - which is a clear lie. Awful place

.....it's so cold in winter. Evey time the door opens a draught comes through. Which they would do something about it is so close to our house and we love nandos. Food tasty and quick as usual.

For as much as the food was pretty good, we weren't overly impressed with the venue. Very cold inside and had to ask for the heating to be put on and even then it only remained on for about 10 minutes. Why cutlery, napkins and glasses can't be on the table is beyond me. It would stop people wandering about looking for everything. Not very clean either. It was my grandson's birthday treat and my daughter had handed in a balloon earlier which we had to ask to be put on the table. They seemed a bit puzzled when we asked about it. Quite pricey for what you get and £7.20 for a large glass of wine is a rip off. We also had a cake to be brought out but ended up asking for it and took it home. Won't be back in a hurry. Definitely a place for a younger age group.

First visit to nandos today. Food was good. Service wasn't the best. First time there and staff never told us how to order, just got put to a table with a menu!

This restaurant really is one of the best, I got served by Rebecca on my last visit and Kyle on my visit before and both are excellent at their jobs. Very friendly, good knowledge on the menu and give the place such a good vibe. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience in this place. The food is always to my taste, I usually get a chicken butterfly which is just the best thing ever. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Always clean, the staff are always smiling and happy to help, really enjoy coming here :)

Love Nandos for their delicious chicken. I usually have a quarter chicken, the crunchy garlic bread and a salad. Really like their rewards system, one chilli per visit. Today I got my 10th chilli and I was entitled to either a while chicken or half chicken with two sides.Decisions, decisions. No doubt I will be back.

Me and my partner eat here regularly, the food is always really nice and service is good, however last few times hasn’t been as good unfortunately

The food was what you expect from Nandos, although the restaurant was very cold. Wife needed to wear her thick cardigan and was still cold.

Not being a fan of Nando's ,we gave in to the kids who wanted to give it a try . We were pleasantly surprised with the staff and the quality of the chicken and the range of sauces . The menu is based on chicken but seems to provide a nice variety.Chicken was succulent which made fore a pleasant meal

We split a full platter and wings. Chicken was moist and delicious - don’t be afraid of the plain it has zero spice and was perfect. The staff were helpful with our food allergies.

Arrived around 7:30 on a Sunday night, place was packed but we got a table ok. Could see staff were extremely busy however our order was taken quickly. We were sitting next to the pass, around 10 mins after ordering I saw what I thought to be my chicken get plated up....then the manager? came over to apologise for the wait and about 10 minutes later the chicken I suspected was mine had my rice and broccoli added and was served. Unfortunately the chicken had dried out and really wasn’t very good at all. I’ll put this down to a bad night as I’ve visited Nando’s before (albeit not this branch) and had no issues. A shame though, could easily have been avoided and there’s not really any excuse for serving something that has been siting for so long.....disappointing.

Visited with family we ordered as two separate groups. Placing order was difficult had to queue for ages. Queuing takes you beside the drinks etc so leads to a lot of congestion. Apart from that usual Nando’s fare as expected.

I always really enjoy Nando’s food and was looking forward to having it for lunch today. Just before ordering though something caught my eye, the floor beside our table was crawling with ants. Fair to say we left fairly sharpish without eating.

Nando’s is hands down one of my favourite places to eat. I have never had a bad meal there. I think the super grains salad with chicken might be my most favourite thing I’ve ever eaten. I always get the hummus with peri peri drizzle as well. I do think Nando’s is always consistently good. The service can be a little slow during the busy periods, but that’s to be expected.

We come here quite a lot and the food is good and service too. Toilets are nice a clean (which I feel is a good indication of the state of a restaurant overall). We’d fully recommend this Nando’s if you haven’t been.

I visited Nando's for the first time recently and was very impressed with the food, reasonable prices and especially the service. I was treated with patience and courtesy as the young waiting staff explained the ordering process. Special thanks to Gregor for his polite, friendly and cheerful help. I'll be visiting again next time I get the chance. Well done Nando's, your staff are a credit to your organisation.

We were given a voucher for Nando so this is the third time we have been over the last couple of years and it is a reminder why we tend to go elsewhere . The staff are friendly and helpful but the Chicken lets the place down . We both settled on the Half chicken and chips. There was not one ounce of moisture in the chicken ,it was as dry as could be .It was like it had been baked for hours . We had been looking forward to a nice succulent chicken ! How hard can that be when your reputation is built around chicken .Come on Nandos you can do better than this

You're don't have a huge amount of choice on the road once you get north of Edinburgh, but if you're having a bite to eat, this is a stones throw from the motorway and certainly matches what you'd wind up paying for something far poorer a little further north. Plenty of choice in the retail park this is located in, but we decided on Nandos.

Friendly staff, delicious food, sensible prices and service is quick enough to enjoy a meal before a cinema trip. Very good if you need to avoid gluten which three of us do, we eat their regularly.

Can’t fault the food, absolutely love it, faultless again on this visit. Staff cheery and pleasant as always. But what is the point of having online ordering with a collection time if they don’t start cooking the food until you arrive. Fair enough if you’ve still to pay but that’s all completed with the order. Needed a quick meal picked up on the way between jobs, arrived 5 minutes earlier than stated so fair enough a little wait but not 25 minutes. I presume my order not only got cooked once arrived but joined the queue of meals waiting as obviously grilled chicken doesn’t take that long. Next time will just order in the restaurant as at least I can use my discount face to face which I can’t online. Not even an apology for the wait by the supervisor who brought out my meal. Just as well the food is amazing or would go elsewhere.

just love the food and the buzz about this place one of my favourites for a night out or a carry out, the staff the food the ambiance is not to be missed

We love coming to Nando’s, always a fantastic meal, however the restaurant is so small during the weekends and evenings, we’re always having to wait to get a table, sometimes up to 30 minutes! The company should look into getting the empty unit next door, and expanding. We’ll always continue to come back here. Fantastic food, and excellent service from the staff who always do their best to look after you.

I visit nandos quite regularly with my family. The food is always top notch and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Healthy and tasty food. The kids love it too.

Standard Nando’s, dependable quality and tasty as always. The staff here are ‘the difference’ though, really friendly, natural, polite and extremely efficient/quick without ever rushing you. Younger lad serving front of house today(8th April Midday)was stand out, just extremely friendly and chatty and deserves some recognition!!

Good place to eat chicken for a fair price. Tasty plates, we usually take the whole chicken or one of the delicious sharing platters. Unfortunately we can go only at 9pm; the place closes at 10pm but at 9.00pm they always have half of the menu unailable or we should wait 30 minutes, as the waiter ofter says. This is a little bit disappointing. So I recommend to go earlier and to get the Nando's reward card.

Nando's are pretty much the same wherever you go; this restaurant is no different. Quick service, good freshly cooked food, reasonable price. You can't go wrong.

I am sorry but I couldn't believe the fillet steak wrap I ordered was so small with hardly any steak in one half and mostly tasted of peppers and a mild chilli sauce, the chips were so bad my daughter ate 2 of them and I ate 4 of them just to justify paying out almost £30 for the 2 meals. It was bland and small and we went to Dobbies after to fill up on coffee and cakes as we were left feeling very dissatisfied and still hungry. We eat out lots and I love Indian and Thai food but this was probably the worst and most expensive wrap I have ever tasted.

Never had a bad nandos yet. This branch doesn't have loads of seating but it's friendly clean set up and staff are welcoming. Really really enjoyed our food here and will definitely be back

Lovely meal with lovely service. I took my 6yr old daughter and 2 of her friends for a Saturday afternoon treat and it was enjoyed by all!! So well that my daughter has came home the last couple of days telling me that her friends keep asking wen we can all go back!!!

What more can I say that's not in the title? Well the service was really fast and friendly, we were greeted when we ordered by a staff member with a smile on his face and a nice bit of a chat and the good was super fast from the kitchen.It's so nice to go to somewhere and it looks like the staff are all happy and actually enjoying being here. Enrollado de pollo muy bien hecho (no puedo hacer como ellos). Buen servicio, personal agradable. Si te gusta el pollo está bien pero creo que un poco limitado. menú No un almuerzo y barato. No raciones enormes, creo que las fichas deben ser incluidos, no como un extra más.

Enjoyed lunch and mushroom and halloumi with my chicken pitta. Excellent service, seated fast and food came fast, cou,d have been a bit more peri peri sprinkled on the chips.Lots of drink options and sauce choices whether you like hot or nuclear.It has been described as an up market KFC, but I think that is a bit unfair, it is a bit better than that.Convenient location. Ample parking. No wifi and terrible phone signal in the restaurant, though maybe just my network.

Personalmente siempre me pide el mismo un pollo, a veces butterfly fiable si estoy sensación particularmente descarado pollo butterfly burger. Es así que es muy 9 / 10 consistentemente - sabes lo que vas a obtener. Durante horas es probable peek tendrás una corta espera en una mesa sin embargo nunca tarda mucho en recibir la comida. Sin duda recomiendo es muy para un almuerzo o cena, el pollo es deliciosa, los lados son buenas, y el jazz portugués jugando en la distancia crea el ambiente para una comida sabrosa.

La comida era buena. Nos recibió con una sonrisa y un alegre y una rápida introducción. Caro para lo que es especialmente teniendo en cuenta que es prácticamente de autoservicio. Un general bien era el voto para experimentar el nando's.

Met up with friends mid-week after work. Restaurant was quiet initially but quickly got busy. Selected the Double Chicken Wrap with a side of chips. Delivery to the table was prompt. The wrap itself was nice enough but the chips were a bit unappetizing. The meal I thought was over-priced for what you get. The restaurant felt a bit dingy and in need of a facelift. Won't be rushing back.

Went for a late night soirée. Nice big booth. Were warned butterfly chicken would be a while and it was a while and a bit longer besides. In fairness they gave us a voucher as an apology, nice gesture.Food was nice and hot. I do like nandos when they get it right,Staff were very friendly and helpful.

One of my all time favourite restaurants, really great service and great food! The chicken wrap is amazing, I order it almost everytime I go. The option to have takeaway is also very handy

Popped into Nando's for a quick lunch hour bite to eat. Staff were pleasant and efficient the food arrived quickly and was as expected. Was disappointed to find no toilet roll in ladies but notified a member of staff who said thank you for informing them, she would take care of it. Everything was clean and tidy so overall a good choice for a quick bite

I ate here with my husband. I love a good Nando's! We were given a dirty plate but we received an apology.

This was my first visit to nandos and I wasn't impressed.the food took ages to arrive it was very noisy and had no atmosphere.I wasn't keen on the chicken but that's personal choice.it wasnt worth the money

Went on a Thursday evening. Wasn't to busy however very noisy. After placing order & not hearing the server quite clearly as the chap was not very precise when he spoke. Service was pretty quick. Not ver impressed with the food but cannot expect much from it being all chicken.Will not return in a hurry. Had to give it a try.

Ate here for the first time recently, nicely cooked chicken , sauce can be very hot though so choose carefully . Refillable soft drinks is a great idea especially if you are using the hot sauce . Nice food but a little expensive .

Have only been here once before but went back last Friday. Once we were sitting after ordering our food remembered why. The restaurant is not laid out very well and every time the main door opened we were blasted with a cold wind coming in. Food was up to the Nando standard, arrived promptly as it was not busy at all.

Went for an early dinner. Would have been good if the till staff had told us we had rewards. Maybe the policy is don't ask don't tell and hope they go out of date ??Seated in a booth quickly enough and food didn't take too long, even though it wasn't quite right, they sorted it out.Refillable juice is good, as are the range of sauces.

Overpriced and slow service. Too much money for what it is. After all, I've only had the chicken and you don't get a lot either. One wee breast of tortured chicken and some flavor. Only good thing is you can drink as much juice as you like but you need too.

If your looking to have a great party then this is the place to go! They bring out a candle lit cake while singing happy birthday! There was even a balloon and a tiara. Best 30th birthday party ever!

We went out for lunch here quite early, around 12 pm and glad we did do, as the restaurant quickly filled up. Some of the tables for two are quite close together, leaving little room for privacy or bags and jackets but the food was lovely and service relatively quick. Reasonable prices and offers NHS discount too.

Having eaten a Nando's in Washington DC we went here and wow what a difference.Food and service were nowhere near as good. How hard can it be? Down to staff and management and obviously mediocre staff and standards are ok here. In the past had better experiences, but don't expect to hurry back.Best bit was the refillable juice as I think I had the best part of 2 litres worth.

We have been here many times in the past. Sometimes we go and the food and service is tremendous. Other times we go and food isn't great. The staff are really nice even if you have a problem with the food it's changed easy enough. Parking outside is easy as lots or parking but you may not get right outside the door.Weekends you may have to wait up to 30mins for a table. This isn't to much of a problem as there is things to do about the park.

Just been to dunfermline for the day to visit family we went shopping and decided to go to nandos for a bite to eat last time I was in a nandos it was in (Belfast about 5 years ago) and it was amazing I raved about it for days so was excited that we were choosing it again I must say I was disappointed I got the half chicken with a side of chips and garlic bread my chicken was dry pretty tasteless and the chips were tepid the coca cola had ran out of syrup so had to wait on that getting replenished the staff were faultless very friendly bit you are doing most of the waiting yourself ordering at the counter and getting your own drinks and a cutlery and condiments the others in the group had chicken in a bun and sides and they thoroughly enjoyed there's on the up we did have a sweet chocolate cake and coconut ice cream and that was delicious but will be a while before I give nandos an other visit unless am in Belfast.

Generally all fine with this place. Sat quickly and friendly staff. Food delivered fast. Love the wraps and halloumi cheese and piri piri chips.It's good you get refillable juice and had the steak too which is nice. Love the chicken most though and collecting awards to get freebies.Plenty of sauce options, so you don't have to blow your head off if you prefer something cooler.Lots of available parking, though mobile phone signal is poor - building must be full of metal beams, as its naff.Can get a bit yobbish, so we try and avoid peak times.

This was our first time at Nandos and we really enjoyed it. Our waitress asked if we had been before and then took time to explain the menu and how we ordered etc. I love spicy food so opted for the hot sauce with my chicken and it was just right. Liked the fact you paid for your food when you ordered so no waiting around for the bill when finished. All in all a nice meal and would visit again.

Went here last week - unfortunate about the people behind us who were very loud, couldn't even have a conversation at the table without having to shout over. Food good and fast service! We left early due to the noise though

This was my first trip to Nandos, on arrival a trainee call Chris greeted us, done an amazing job showing us the Nando way, how to order and a run down of the menu. When we decided what we wanted we gave our order to Chris, who was a Boss at up selling us extras!The food arrived very quick, fresh and very tasty, only thing i did not like about the food was the burger buns, they were hard, and awkward to eat. Over all the service was great, food was tasty, great for a fast meal before the cinema. Although i did find it very expensive, Garlic bread and 3 chicken wings for a starter, 2 chicken burger and chips, 2 coke, 2 coffees, £37!

Was here with my family for my son's 17th birthday, on Sunday 11th, at 5.30, seated right away was greeted with a nice smile friendly face, food was was amazing and had a lovely bottle of wine, what made my night was the young boy so served us, so sorry forgot his name now, but it was his first trial shift, he was funny and couldn't have been more helpful, he brought my sons cake out as well, hope he got the job, we will definitely be back lot, thanks for a lovely night

I love Nandos, I go to one everywhere I go but the one in Dunfermline needs to be deep cleaned and if it was it would be a much more pleasant restaurant to eat.The staff were attentive and happy and overall the experience was good but the cleanliness let it down.

Nandos is great if you like chicken and spicy sauces, personally I love it. Great healthy down to earth food and a great selection of sauces. The selection of sides has increased in the last couple of years and they have branched into fillet steak dishes too. Bottomless drinks, great desserts and a good selection of beers and wines available.Spend £7 and you can earn a chilli towards free meals @ 3, 6 and 10. Who doesn't like free meals

Great service, great food with lots of choice. Free soft drink refills also a great bonus! Wife really enjoyed this also.

Went here with a couple friends after hearing about this place, with very high expectations. We were seated at a table covered in food, menu is very expensive and having to pay extra for just chips to come with a burger is very expensive, the food is quite nice but not worth the hefty pricetag

Always a good place to have lunch. It's a franchising so we always know the menu. We got half chicken, mashed potatoes and chips, bottomless soft drink. It's always tasty, well cooked. Everything for a fair price. Quite big, many tables, friendly personnel, nice and warm. It's in the leisure park just before Dunfermline, coming from Kirkcaldy. Recommended

On arrival were greeted with a friendly smile, taken straight to a table , our order was taken and the food arrived shortly thereafter. The food was good but thereagain we both love chicken lol. Will we be back, MOST CERTAINLY

Food ok. I had beef and chargrilled pitta which was enough for me but a small portion for a man. My husband had the chicken bap again not a large portion. We had a wobbly table again hopefully it will get fixed as my son nearly had his drink in his lap!

2nd time we have been there now one of my favourite places it is always full the sign of a good restaurant the staff are always friendly the food Mmmmmmmmmwhat an experience love the place

Had the grilled chicken burger. Thought it was a kids portion when it came. Very small portion for the price. Left feeling hungry....

Visited here on Monday evening with colleagues, two of whom were Nando's virgins and I'm sure will return.I was greeted by Michael at the door who quickly put a couple of tables together for us & regularly checked we were OK throughout our visit.Tops marks to the young looking lad in the kitchen who was going like the clappers, didn't catch his name but he was taking down the canopy filters near closing time (I hope that helps identify him). Both he & Michael wished us farewell as we left - both a credit to your business!One small criticism - the girl chewing gum all night in the open kitchen didn't give the best imoression

Nice restaurant, very busy but staff seems to be coping with it. Never been at nandos before and I could happily recommend.

Can't believe I've never had the Nandos experience before now. Went for dinner the other night, staff were friendly & efficient & meal was fab. Not a great lover of spice but managed medium chicken in a pitta with peri peri chips. Absolutely delicious. Will certainly be back. Thanks Nandos.

As a nandos lover we visited this restaurant as we was staying in the area but sadly it didn't meet the standards achieved by other branches of nandos,the issue was predominantly based on our main course being ready less than two mins after our starter being presented to the table and then the waitress telling us it was our fault due to being accused of one couple ordering starter and the other ordering main which was incorrect sadly the chicken was very dry and the roll for chicken burger very hard due to being left under the heatlamp sadly the staff didn't seem worried about this and no comments were made... Dissapointed

I personally love nandos and can never fault it. (Apart from once but that issue was resolved with some free desserts). I do this it is a tad overrated, especially how a lot of people go on about it and when someone goes for the first time they expect something out of this world, so may be left a tad disappointed but overall nandos, for me, is the first place I would go for a meal. Chicken wrap(medium), Peri chips, corn on the cob with a side of garlic bread and 2 perinaise dip for the win!!!

Can't go wrong with a nandos. Great tasting meal. Lovely decor. Nice atmosphere. Would recommend the bone free chicken thighs with mango and lime yum yum. We'll visit again.

Living just across the road from here is dangerous! We eat here far too often! Service is always speedy (despite always being busy), food always great, restaurant and toilets always clean, and price not too bad either! NHS staff discount helps! And love the freebies from collecting rewards! Definitely recommended!

Can't believe this place isn't rated more highly. Lovely surroundings, staff work their socks off, and the star of the show quite rightly is the food. Even though it's a chain, you have the control over the flavour and level of heat. Had a hot half chicken for lunch on bank holiday Monday, really tasty and did need to add more hot sauce to get it to my liking. Same with the chips and peas, but delicious mixed together and hot peri-peri added. Cooling mango drink alongside to keep the heat under control, perfect. Busy when we were in, and really good atmosphere. Slight moan would be that the young guy that seats customers needs to work on being a bit more sincere as he never wavers from the script and presents it in a very Americanised manner. Experienced him doing exact same on previous visits, perhaps he is the embodiement of chain restaurant staff robots. Anyways, never had a bad meal or experience here, love it.
