Food was delicious and amazing the Service from the young girl serving my table was amazing she was polite and smiley I can't remember her name but she was totally amazing and very professional and helpful.

What a lovely place. Staff are so friendly. Manager was absolutely amazing. I took my child here for his birthday and she couldn’t have been nicer chatting to my son. We would like to give her 10 stars. The food was delicious and the desert was to die for. Thanks so much. We will be back very soon.

Typical Nando’s, the service was excellent but it was quite cold inside the building hence the 3 stars for atmosphere

Obviously being a larger person i was shown to a table which might have seated a stick insect, the staff were not interested in talking to me about the problem, sorry but 1 less customer here

Food was great and a nice atmosphere. Only thing I dont like about the place is the online ordering from the table! There are real humans in there, please let me speak to them to place my order. I know I can if I go up to the till but when will this nonsense stop! However, for balance, food did arrive promptly and the staff were great.

Staff are always attentive here. Had lunch so it was very quiet but staff were happy to engage in some banter.

It was okay. Place was very busy so we ended up waiting for a while. Half my grilled wrap didn't have any chicken on it. Garlic bread was not great, tasted stale. We both agreed the chips were the best part. First time visiting a nandos in years and the prices have really jumped up, yet nothing about the food has changed.

Great food as always nice and spicy

Tried new loaded chips between my daughter and myself, sent them back as they were cold and so was the chicken in our wraps, the second lot of chips came back hot but the chicken in the wraps were still cold, we were then asked how the replacement wraps were and when we mentioned the chicken was still cold we were told that’s due to the cold filling and sauce, we won’t be back here as spent £24 on lunch and it was not the best certainly not good value 🥵

We decided on the whole chicken and 2 large sides .the food was nice and the staff were friendly. Better than most ! Bargain meal out for 2 for around £30 Staff were up to speed on what contained gluten ect too . Apologies no photos today

I stopped eating chicken about 5 years ago and been to Nando's a few times trying the veggie options, which were not very exciting. I felt like I was avoiding the place which was sad because a lot of my friends really like it. I decided to give it another go a couple of weeks ago and tried the halloumi and mushroom pitta wrap. It was amazing, I couldn't stop thinking about it for days afterwards, I noticed they had significantly upped the ante on the veggie and vegan section so I feel like it's now an option for me to go there with friends again. My only quibble is that its quite expensive and they don't really do a lunch/takeaway menu so you always pay the same for the food whether you sit in or takeaway or if you go at lunch or dinner. The service at this particular Nando's was ok, some of the servers were really attentive and nice and other seemed to just be going through the motions. I did however quite like the ordering from my phone function which wasn't available the last time I'd been there.

We always enjoy this particular Nando’s but I have to say that todays customer service by jade was outstanding. So lovely and polite and we loved her uniform shirt too very cheerful.highly recommend

Every time we eat there, there is something with the service. This time we watched 2/3 of our food sitting for 15mins before the last 1/3 of the meal was done. So 2/3 was served cold, so sent back and it did get fixed quickly. Kinda wondering microwavable quick? At least the sides..

Went for dinner last night around 6pm we got there when entering it was colder in the place than outside asked if we asked if we wanted a high chair says no and told by the girl it was best idea as heater was broken ordered on the app the app shows a bottle of irn bru for £2.40 which we got a can overpriced food arrived partner had chicken butterfly broccoli and mash chicken was dry and bar marks where more carbon which tells me the grill wasn't cleaned during service mash was overcooked in the microwave so was burnt at the bottom and the broccoli was cold I had the boneless chicken thighs peri chips and broccoli only hot item on my plate was the chips as I was waiting I Seen a few unsanitary things one being wrong tongs used on the grill a gentleman wiping his nose with his hands (no tissues or cloths used) at the pass then taking food to a table without washing his hands I chose just to eat and leave as partner has bad anxiety and didn't want her having a panic attack

De ent enough for a nandos is the same most places chain resteraunt.

Took my mother here as she had never had a Nando's. Phoned prior to going to try and book a table as she has some mobility issues. Told that they don't reserve table but they would sort us out. When we visited I'm sure it was Kelly who attended to us, sorted us out with a great table and was very attentive. The food was great, mother love it. Thank you.

My wife and I have been here a few times. The food is always great. Easy to use their App to place the order and pay for the food. Pity the bottomless softdrink is a little limited to various types of coke. No tango, sprite or fants. If that was still on offer this would get 5 stars. Food is really good. Worth a visit.

The wings are nice but over priced.

Chicken was mad, bit pink but I'm feeling tippity top so its good, irn but didn't come with order so I had to ask. I had 2 wings from the roulette and both were light, I love spice me, so I'm dropping it to 4.

was skeptical after having to wait for a table but nandos falkirk does not disappoint! the mash was hard but the rice was fantastic. it was a bit chilly inside but you have to take what you get for chicken at these prices in modern day britain

First visit to this nandos and did not disappoint,table service good ,food arrived very quick,quality of food great ,good atmosphere, busy place-would highly recommend .well done .

On my way to work thought id go in for a takeaway 20.55 , shuts at 21.30 , told off the manager gill wasnt allowed a takeaway , even tho they shut in 35 minutes, actual joke of a place just remembered why i left working there .

Nandos is Nandos, the place is calm and well decorated. Nice to set in

Arrived in Scotland late and we needed food. Receptionist ordered our taxi and advised us where to go. We found a Nandos. View the menu outside & liked what we saw. Entered, shown to a table and chose from a menu. Food arrived with wine. Delish. I personally had not been to a Nandos before. We chatted. Time passed quickly. Dessert. Still had wine to finish. Not allowed to take away with us. Rules. Toilet facilities were excellent. Soon we were the only ones in the restaurant but we were reassured that they still had a lot of work to do before we needed to leave. We ordered a taxi to pick us up from Nandos and finished our meal. We shared the bill. Taxi arrived. Thanked the Nandos staff. Left. Taxi back to Hotel. £5 each way. Bed. Sleep. Had been a long day from Lancashire to Scotland.

Disappointing really, firstly want livers only to be told they weren't defrosted! Then we ordered and waited a very very long time for our meal to be served.

Takeaway last night, ordered via nandos website delivered by deliveroo Received ALMOST everything, pitta etc but forgot the hummus and drizzle Called to inform to be told sadly we can't have a driver deliver this even after admitting their mistake. Find it very strange they can organise a driver when you pay, but when payment already received, it can't be done

My Son and I popped in here for dinner. Not had Nandos for 2 years. Wish we hadn't bothered! Asked for table for 2,was given 1 menu! Had to ask for another menu. Very quiet and not particularly clean looking. My Son ordered us chicken breasts with mash and coleslaw with bbq dip and a chicken wrap with chips and garlic bread. Decided after payment we wanted pitta triangles with garlic mayo dip and add an extra portion of garlic bread to order. Waited ages. Eventually our chicken order came out but waitress took it to another table where she showed it and spoke to them then realised it our order. Concerned as those people were talking over our meals. Not very hygienic! Waited and waited on pitta triangles with garlic mayo and extra garlic bread. I had to eventually go ask where it was. After trying to get someone's attention they finally answered me and brought it out. Also stated no bbq dip. Why not tell us that when ordered and paid. Garlic bread was hard and greasy. Chicken was ok but skin very chewy,not crispy. Mash had hard bits. Also wasn't piping hot either. Service was absolutely shocking. Nandos has gone downhill big time. Paid nearly £40 for this meal and was awful. Never even came and asked how food was or I would have told them. Actually felt sick after it. We ended up just leaving. DONT GO BACK TO NANDOS, ITS UNCLEAN,SHOCKING SERVICE, POOR FOOD,OVERPRICED AND THEY DONT CARE!!!

Been a while since we have eaten at Nando's but still very good. Plump chicken well cooked with just the right level of heat.

Went here for dinner with my son, reasonably quiet when we went in. We were shown to a table and told order via the app. I then approached the till to order due to the app not allowing me to checkout. Placed order and five minutes later our starters arrived. Then it started to go downhill, we waited ages for our starter plates to be cleared, despite multiple staff wandering around the restaurant and lots of tables left uncleared. After asking for our empty plates to be taken away our mains arrived and were OK. We again waited over 20 minutes for them to take the main plates away and had to ask 3 separate people for my sons dessert. We ended up taking this away as we were fed up waiting! If the restaurant had been busy then we would have understood but staff were walking about having a chat etc and looked completely uninterested. Will stick to the Livingston branch in future.

Myself and my friend went to Nandos's Falkirk for dinner on 3/4/22 and had a very unpleasant experience right from the start. When entering the restaurant we were refused entry due to having no masks (which we understand) as we had just simply forgotten to bring them. After purchasing masks from a nearby shop and returning to the restaurant we were seated to then see that around 5 or 6 staff members who were in the kitchen we're wearing their masks below their chin for the entirety of our visit. Additional to this, we watched multiple large groups enter the restaurant without masks and had been given seats. We are fully understanding of the mask requirements however if you're asking one person to wear a mask then surely you must ask all customers entering the building to also do so as well as your own staff who are cooking our food. Not only are the staff handling my food, but we were asked to find masks for a 2 second journey from the door to our table where we were able to take them off anyway and received table service the entire time so what was the purpose of refusing us for the sake of having a mask on for seconds? Lastly, when ordering our food we both ordered separate however placed our orders at the same time. I received my meal whilst my friend waited an additional 15 minutes to receive her food. So what was planned to be a meal together ended up with us eating at complete separate times. I have worked in fast food restaurants who deliver table service and from experience we were always advised to prepare all the food for one table at the same time so that this would not happen. We are very disappointed with our experience today, I have never received service like this from any nandos restaurant before and I will not be returning to the Falkirk restaurant.

Got turned away at 8:50pm saying they were closing despite the fact they close at 10pm

Great wee place for a bite to eat staff where friendly

Ordered lunch from Nando’s , to be delivered by deliveroo , order never arrived. After a traumatic morning we decided on a treat for lunch, 2 sad 70 year olds waiting for food which never arrived. No effort was made to find us as they have our mobile phone number if instructions to find us were needed. (Amazon never have a problem) Obviously we phoned, then passed onto deliveroo, no sympathy, no lunch. We were offered a refund but we feel we should have compensation as well. Sadly we were forced to open a tin of something, no treat today!

We didn't get an opportunity to eat. We waited for over an hour outside to be told that someone else with the same name had got seated.

Dispute resolved. Sticking to my side of the bargain by removing my long winded spurious complaint however safe to say that I'll be thinking twice about using the local branch of Nandos next time I'm being lazy & ordering takeaway, thanks 👋

You need to wait 30m.. to get in to restaurant what a joke.

The food was okay to good. Careful - if you haven't been here before, note that the main is solely the main. For example, if you buy a burger, the burger and bun are the only thing on the plate! If you want fries or anything else you have to order them as a side dish and pay separately for each item. It can add up!

I used to work at a nandos branch myself so Im aware of how its meant to run. Went to Nandos on Tuesday evening (7th December) to find a couple of very stressed staff members, the manager and host. The manager was busy taking calls while running about the restraunt trying to help people and doing most of the jobs even though there was 4 other people on floor. And the girl on host, I seen her running about doing runner, checkbacks, takeaways and cleaning tables aswell as sitting people. While the other staff members seemed unatentive to the situation. They were seen standing at the takeaway area talking or at co-ord talking. The food had arrived cold. Well done to the Manager and Host that night, kept it so it wasnt a shambles. I do think you need to retrain some of your staff.

Who remembers the good old days of nandos, before the ridiculous mandatory online queue even when the restaurant is empty, and the forced endless QR codes. I'll be taking my business to Pepes now. What a shame

This rating is purely due to the fact you left a bunch of customers outside on one of the coldest evenings last week for over 20mins your restaurant had lots of empty tables, even with minimal capacity you could have allowed us to not be in the freezing cold ,it was not acceptable & 2 parties left & went to frankie & bennys inc ourselves, where we were seated immediately in the warmth. That was not an "amazing moment" or feeling.

Arrived for a meal and thankfully there was a table available. Off to a good start we thought. Sat at the table and within a few minutes the air conditioning kicked in. To say it was cold was an understatement. We all sat with our jackets on and asked the server if she could do something about the draught. She spoke with the manager at the door, they both laughed and then she walked away. We thought this was to perhaps alter the air conditioning but no, she simply ignored our request and never returned to let us know what was happening. The food arrived after 30 mins which again was a considerable delay for somewhere like Nando’s. Especially as it was less than half full. By the second bite the food was cold. Let’s face it with an artic wind blowing from the air conditioning then it’s little wonder. All in all a terrible experience. My advice is, if you are visiting this branch then take your thermals, hat and gloves and jacket to enjoy the experience.

Vegetarian food is not even worth ordering, not recommended

Even though the Scottish guidelines said you could have up to 9 people, they refused us to sit as there was 7 of us and would not take over 6 people even though one was a child! Staff was not nice and they where arguing, so we just walked away, the place was empty at this time not even their busy time. Ridiculous 🙄

Chickeny goodness, just how you like it.

First time at Nando's since they changed the pitta recipe. The new chicken pitta is awful. Lemon mayo and coleslaw with mustard dressing doesn't work. Hope they bring back the old recipe.

2 of the meals were lovely, 3rd meal wasn't as anticipated. Mash was chewy and burger didn't meet expectations. Staff were helpful and responsive, although had to ask for refill and never offered even when glasses were empty.

Had a lovely meal with my husband last week, first time sitting inside the restaurant in over a year so it was much needed. The staff were very attentive and the foods always bang on!

Very disappointed in the quantity. Very small boxes of rice, probably about the same amount as you would give a young child. Very small breasts of chicken. All of us hungry after the fact. Had to eat something else to help satisfy the hunger. Only reason one star given was due to the delivery driver being on timeAbsolute rip off definitely not value for money!

Food was good, service was good, ambience was good. Value for money? Not really. Spicy chicken and chips for £12 then add on a drink! Don't mind paying the money for great service, great food etc. Won't be running back out to do again anytime soon.

Foods good, door staff dealing with covid entry are another story. I'm exempt from mask due to health reasons, I don't need to explain my situation as to why. I don't want to order online, I want to be treated the same as other people, exemptions are allowed. Think a bit of training would benefit.

My 12 year old is a huge fan of this Nando's. They provide a fabulous and friendly take away service and we've never been disappointed either with takeaway or sit in!
