Always repeats a meal for all tastes. Nice juicy chicken enjoyable sides Great for basic family celebrations. The bottomless drinks are great to accompany the spicy sauces. Recommend to all age groups

Went to Nando’s Dudley on Sunday afternoon. I’m 73 years old, I was with my wife, and my grandson had recommended it. The staff looked at me like I was from another galaxy, do yo want a table they asked full of surprise. I sad yes please. A member of staff led me to a table led me to a table handed me two menus walked off because there phone had buzzed had a sneaky look then disappeared. I sat there for thirty minutes thinking someone would take my order , nothing. Managed to attract a member of staff’s attention they informed I should go to the Barr and order, so I did. We then sat there for 30 minutes, nothing. I then noticed our order on the bar freshly prepared. It took another 15 minuets before a member of staff delivered it to our table. It was by now cold. I was starving and thought something is better than nothing so make the best of it. 20 minuets latter a member of staff actually looked at me and said is everything okay, I said no the foods cold. He went away and brought me a complimentary custard cream. If that’s what you like get on with it, it’s the place for you

Firstly when I requested some sauces, the staff member handed them to me without even bothering to put them in a bag. This lack of attention to detail made me feel like an afterthought. It is standard practice for condiments, especially when multiple sauces are involved, to be packed properly to ensure a convenient and hygienic experience for customers. Moreover, I had to specifically request butter for my corn on the cob. It seems like this basic accompaniment should have been included without needing to ask explicitly. It highlighted a lack of attention to providing a complete and satisfying dining experience. Another disappointment was the absence of corn sticks and napkins. These are essentials that contribute to the overall enjoyment of a meal, and their omission strikes me as a missed opportunity to deliver a truly comprehensive service. Lastly, the staff member's attitude throughout my interaction was disinterested and bordering on rude. Their lack of enthusiasm and indifference further soured my experience, leaving me feeling unwelcome and unvalued as a customer. Overall, my visit to dudley Nando's was marred by subpar service. The lack of attention to detail, disinterested attitude, and unavailability of basic elements like butter, corn sticks, and napkins left me dissatisfied. I hope that Nando's takes this feedback constructively and works towards addressing these issues to provide better experiences for customers in the future.

I don’t think waiting 45 minutes for food with nobody telling us there was a delay is what I was expecting from Nando’s. It seemed that takeaway orders were prioritised whilst tables of hungry customers sat waiting. When the food arrived, the chicken was hot but the sides were pretty cold/hard. After the long wait, we were desperate and ate everything anyway. Just disappointed in the wait.

Well I’d been working hard all day so thought we would go out for tea. So selected Nando’s. Little did I know I be working as a waitress all night as this Nando’s has decided that it’s not bothering having enough staff to serve you, just one to sit you go your table the rest you do yourself. Was up and down all evening. Trying to discover how you order. Order at bar, need table number, back to seat to find out. Order. Back to seat. Food comes no cutlery . Drinks have to be gotten yourself. It was not a pleasant experience. Not one I will be repeating.

Customer service is shocking. Went with my daughter for lunch after the pictures as birthday treat . The man who seated us had most miserable face ever and hostile wasnt even in uniform. The food come and was barely warm the marinade wasnt cooked on but run all over the plate but no one asked if food was ok till end i checked the chicken was cooked so safe eat but just wasnt pleasent or hot. I purchased unlimed frozen yogurt for my daughter they didnt even tell me they had put mango on my daughter orderd thinking is was vanilla or plain as wasnt told otherwise. We found out that it was flavoured when tryed use the machine and it shot all over my daughter clothes and shoes. I asked two members of staff for wet towl as i wiped with wipe but didnt want stains and smell of the yogurt and eventually was handed a dry cloth of second member of staff i asked. wen i asked if was wet was handed the cleaning spray they use on the tables . I said will it stain her clothes i just wanted wet cloth as new clothes she said just soap and water can use that and didnt wana know. No apolagise or anything from staff or management . Worst nando’s we been to . I really dont know how they get away with this service will deffinetly not come back again

Seated straight away and food came in no time. Family of 4 and Mehak always greets with us a smile. Was patient taking our order as we couldn't decide and brought our food over. An asset to the branch and they are lucky to have an employee like her. 😉

I ordered a Butterfly chicken burger using the instore QR code app. I was given a menu so was fully aware of what I ordered as this was the main feature on the burgers part of the menu accompanied by an appealing picture, the description was "Two succulent chicken breast with crispy skin" What I was served was clearly not that as one chicken breast looked to have been sliced and 'butterflied' to look like 2 with skin which must have been grafted to both of the chicken breast parts as it clung to both. I spoke to the server and asked if there was an error as I saw one breast sliced into 2, after confirming with the server that she too was confused by what she saw she stated she would get the Manager. I again asked the Manager if there was an error and asked her if she saw 2 chicken breasts she said they were all like that so I asked if therefore the description on the menu was incorrect and it should state 1 butterflied chicken breast. The Manager was reluctant to confirm nor deny but reverted to offering to take a picture and send it off to head office for feedback (I take it that meant she did not disagree and was not confident enough to stand by what was presented was described on the menu?) I could see she was struggling to think how to resolve my complaint stating she did not know what to do to solve the issue, I suggested put the 2nd chicken breast on the burger or change it. The confidence returned and she decided to offer the double chicken burger (similar 2 chicken breast description on the menu). Make your own minds up if the 2 pictures show 2 chicken breasts on each burger The rating is for the burger I ended up having ZERO rating for the one I ordered

Fab staff Bogumila greeted us at the door what a fabulous lady walm welcoming and professional couldn’t do enough, And still came back to check on us after we had started our meal what an asset to any business Front of house where very nice too Lovely vibe from a well functioning team x

WIll not be going here again after ordering to collect and getting home I found my chicken and garlic bread was half cooked and ungrilled so all gone in the bin avoid unless you want food poisoning. Absolutely a disgrace. instead of renovating how about put money into training staff to use a grill 😡

We were staying at the Travelodge around the corner and after a day at Dudley Zoo decided we would walk around to the Castlegate Leisure Park to get some food. Thankfully we spotted Nando's and our decision was made! On approaching at around (5pm on a Saturday) we could tell it was busy....VERY BUSY. We walked through the doors and spoke to the gentleman who greeted us instantly who told us there would be a table available in a couple of minutes. When we were then about to be led to our table another couple appeared who had been on a waitlist who were then instructed to follow instead to their table. Only a matter of 2-3 minutes later, we were taken to a table and seated without any mention of a waitlist. The food is what you would expect at a Nando's, it all came out hot and within the usual 10-15 minute window that you would expect. Nothing out of the ordinary but exactly what we were after. As we were getting up to leave, we turned around and there was a BIG queue of people, maybe around 15-20 people lingering at the door with no real idea what was happening. It would appear we got lucky and arrived at the right time, but I would definitely consider getting there just off peak as with the cinema and other attractions around, it appears this is a popular choice!

Nando’s is normally predictably good - this restaurant is all over the place. Food takes ages to arrive. When it did, a quarter of the chicken was scrawny and tough; the other quarter was a dry over-cooked breast. Glasses for drinks arrived late. The bottomless frozen yoghurt didn’t work, but it took 10 minutes to tell us that. All a bit of a mess.

I often go to lots of Nando’s so I thought this would be a lovely treat, instead I left the restaurant feeling unhappy and upset. To start we were told we couldn’t order the food at the til we had to use our phones. The app was playing up on my phone and freezing, my friend had already ordered hers so I was rushing and panicked! The food arrived and obviously it was wrong so the server said they could take it back but it would be a short wait. I said this would be ok as it was my mistake. Then my friends food arrived. I don’t know why they would bring my friends without mine. I then waited 20 mins and still no food. I then asked how long and they said it’s still being done and do I want something whilst I wait. I said yes and it took them an extra 15 mins to bring over a side of halloumi! I then finally got my food 10 mins after that, at this point my friend had finished. I don’t know why they couldn’t just bring our food at the same time. No apology was given and I was just left feeling irritated. A mistake was made on the order but no customer should be made to feel punished. Rude team and rude management staff.

A big thank you to Gem at Nando's Castlegate, Dudley. We had problems with the app and then with the rewards that we had been informed off. Gem resolved all the issues confidently and politely. We were so grateful for they way that Gem had controlled the problems that we encountered. A BIG THANK YOU GEM, you saved the evening. A satisfied Family.

Absolutely vile didn’t get served and got ignored do not recommend.staff need a serious seeing to will not return.

Awful. Never again. This has to be the worst Nando’s going. Whoever was on the grill clearly couldn’t be arsed, no sauce or char on the chicken, just serving it straight out of the “drawer” skin zero crisp, chewy rubbery texture. Wing roulette also not sauced let alone mix the flavours. Items missing (peri drizzle and pitta bread) and 1/2 portion of hummus served. They serve crap food if they know it’s a takeaway as they can get away with it. Well I won’t be spending my money here again. Couldn’t even get through on the phone to complain about it.

Such an odd night. 40 min wait under new rules restaurant can only take 15 tables. Fair enough. Once finally inside all starving and ordering by app here starts the problems. 3 starters came out. Waited another 10 mins for the 4th. No drinks until after the starters and with 3 reminders. Ice machine broken which also meant no water? Waiter said it will have to come from the kitchen tap. 3 mains came out. Empty starter plates still on table and remained there til we left (we stacked them up ourselves and still no one bothered to take them away) so the 4th main came out later. Only 3 sets of cutlery not 4. Normally when you go for a meal you have the same waiter but we had random waiters which made us feel left and forgotten. The only credit and saving grace is Gavin who was great and was the only one who bothered with us. Well done to him. Shame on the other useless staff

I received the wrong order through delivery. Called Nando’s Dudley and I have never ever been dealt with so well, I cannot remember his name, but I have just received the best customer service, he was so so helpful, polite, accommodating and apologetic. He even threw in a cheeky cheesecake for my troubles. I was allowed to keep the order that was sent in error so I gave it to a family I know well who had just came from work after a busy day. It’s safe to say that this guy needs a rise or to be acknowledged. Thank you for your wonderful service today even though your role can be stressful you pulled out the best.

Nandos has a virtual queueing system at the moment which does not work at all. I arrived at 5pm to try to join the 'virtual queue' as I hadn't been able to join last week when I arrived around 6pm. I tried for 40 minutes to join the 'virtual queue', trying every few minutes, however I always got the message 'the queue is full, please try again later'. I realised then that the problem was there was a queue of people around Nandos all competing to get a spot in the virtual queue. A couple stood near me managed to join after around 10 minutes of trying, even though I had been trying for 40 minutes. Safe to say, same as last week, I gave up and went home hungry. This virtual queue does not work at all and is very unfair as sometimes people can get a spot in the queue before you when they haven't been waiting as long as you. I cannot understand why you can't just book in advance!I also noticed this Nandos has two floors with tables, however they were only using the upstairs, leaving the downstairs completely empty. Why would they do this when they are clearly so full?Can safely say I will never be visiting Nandos again, at least not until they allow people to book in advance and get rid of this stupid unfair 'virtual queue'. Had two completely wasted journeys now and I will not be trying a third time! Not worth bothing with!

Visited Nando’s for the first time since the lockdown and also the refit! Have to say either centre seating changed the restaurant has a real open airy feel to it.Greeted at the door, and shown to our table that was well spaced and also portioned from others we felt really safe and comfortable.Ordering is by mobile phone only, good job the average age of customers is around 30! Being 61 it’s a challenge but we managed ok.After 15 minutes we had to ask where our drinks were, and at no time did the staff standing around offer the bottomless refill without us waving glasses in the air!Order was wrong when it arrived but having waited 30 minutes we ate what we got!Food was good and hot especially the piri piri chips and the social distancing was handled exceptionally well, however this is the first restaurant visited where servers were not wearing masks?Menu prices are reduced to the lower VAT level, well done Nando’s

Useless Ordered online which they cancelled Unhelpful and arrogant staff were useless I’m glad the Dover store has not reopened

I’ve been this Nando’s multiple times and I’ve never had bad food from there and neither has anybody that I know Peri peri chips are always the way to go

Food was nice, arrived hot & quickly. Layout & decor apparently changed around 3 months ago, much improved modern look & horrible partition gone giving it a much more open feel as well.

So firstly I taken my order and waiter got the order wrong this was Resolved after by redoing what was missed, no apology! Then chips and sweet potato mash was not up to temperature luke warm, which should been poping hot, when going to tell waiter about the problem nobody came over did check on the table, after getting the manager to come over offered to redo the side which tbh would been happy with money back, Place dirty and looks like haven’t had deep clean in long time dust and cob webs on the higher walls also no heating. We was put on I sat by the window and freezing! The meal cost £35 for both of us which for the money and Quality of the food is Ridiculous! Used to love Nando’s but after that visit Me and family won’t be returning anytime soon

We visited midweek around 6pm, on arrival the restaurant was virtually empty, there were no staff to greet us so we sat ourselves down.We were not approached by any staff so later went over to get our own menus.The restaurant had some dirty tables that were left for longer than expected during our visit.The temperature was ok and the lighting was turned down.Food was ok, nothing special.The staff didn’t go out of their way to acknowledge us in any way which was disappointing.We wouldn’t return to this particular branch but would try another elsewhere for comparison

We always tend to eat here if going to the cinema, the food always very good & the service is good too.

Had my lunch with friend on Sunday. Glad we came at noon. Nice food and good service. Good decor too. Pity the shouting babies arrived when we were about to finish. Otherwise, excellent meal.

Visit made on a Sunday lunchtime, it wasn’t particularly busy.They managed to get the order wrong - leaving one of us without food (party of 7) and the restaurant itself was dirty, there was a whole piece of chicken on the floor and the seats had leftover food on them.This was a visit before the cinema and we won’t be returning.

I’d say I was a fairly regular Nando’s customer so tend to know what to expect. However this is honestly the worst Nando’s I’ve ever been to.It’s quite visibly dirty. It took some time to find clean cutlery from the jars. The toilet’s smelt terrible and the floor was wet (not from mopping). No tables seemed to be wiped in the time I was there, as the one next to me was dirty the whole time, as were the seats.Then to make matters worse there was a hair in my chips, which when sent back were replaced (I think/hope) but with squashed stale chips I couldn’t finish.I’d recommend Nando’s, but I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone and won’t be returning again.

Went there as food is good and service quick at Nando’s. This was definitely the case. Also there is plenty of parking. Rated 3 as place wasn’t as clean as we like.

Great food, great speedy service. In and out with no hassle. The only criticism would be that you seat the twos too close to each other and it’s always a little awkward.

Food was nice however customer service let us down on the day due to an incident towards the end of my meal. So we spotted 2 ants crawling on the table! We had pretty much finished our meal and thought it would be a decent thing to do to notify 1 of the staff members on the way out. As i notified the staff the answer I got threw me back abit.. the answer I got was "oh.. yeh that happens when your by the window"

Had my birthday during Easter in Dudley so we went in the night to Nando’s and it was a wonderful share of platter with four chips with corn and coleslaw .

Never been to a nandos this establishment was lovely the staff for brilliant and food was excellent 10 out of 10

Called in on the way past as we fancied the chicken but opted for Takeaway as we didn't fancy a noisy sit down. Quick order process but were not ready for the 25 minute wait for the food to be ready. I know we would have to wait if we were seated but you're there for a meal and time not to much of an issue, takeaway should be much quicker.

really busy in here. ordered a chicken with lemon and herb and side of chips. The chips came on my girlfriends plate not mine. My chicken was mango and lime, sent it back, only for it to come back as the same chicken just covered in lemon and herb sauce.

Lovely staff great friendly atmosphere great chicken!!! Me and my mum and niece enjoy a trip here once a month before we head off to the cinema great foot and service and value for money.

After getting the kids ready for a 70 mile journey we decided to grab our food at nandos, we walked in and waited to be seated as you do in most nandos, we were totally ignored for 10 minutes, so i seated us. We chose our food and ordered painlessly. Our bottomless drinks were flat, it didn't matter which flavour we had they were all flat. I tried to let one of the staff know and they just walked past me. My son then needed the toilet, so i took him and on the way back i could see a server walking towards us with lots of trays and empty plates. I moved my 4year old and myself deliberately out of the way, did i get a look of acknowledgement or even a thank you...of course i didn't.

We went there quite late at night . Two of us had salad with chicken, another ordered half chicken. Half chicken was already sold out but the staff offered legs and Breast as alternative.

Came for a family birthday treat, chicken was cooked perfectly Burgers were nice drinks reasonably priced.

We visited for my daughter's 13th birthday. Staff were lovely, polite and accomodating. Food was delicious and orders came out together. My daughter had a lovely time and we will be delighted to go again! Thank you so much lovely staff!

Food can not be faulted at all, most staff are friendly however 2 were disappointing one girl on the till did not smile and spoke really quiet it’s a noisy restaurant and one guy thinks highly of himself flirting with all girls and I did notice shoes were all dirty trainers all staff had mobile phones on them

The staff who cook at Nando’s were lovely friendly and efficient and could not be faulted. I was however disappointed in the welcome we received or rather lack of it! The chap who showed us to our table was unsmiling, unfriendly and displayed no customer service at all! The waiting staff walked passed our table and ignored dishes to be taken away I also found the floor and table to be sticky!

Service and food was Good as usual. Convenient location. A busy Saturday night, we found that some of the cutlery and crockery was not clean.

Overrated you have to get your own cutlery and walk up to pay for and order your food, which you wouldn't expect with prices you're paying. Not much choice other than chicken. Pricey. Can eat low carb.

Always a fantastic time at this Nando’s couldn’t fault the service and the food, always comes quickly and if we ever have to wait to be seated it’s not long Keep up the good work

I went as part of a group of 12 people - we had booked in advance as it was a Friday evening.

I am a massive fan of Nando’s and have many Nando cards and again I was not disappointed! The chicken pitta mango and lime is one of the best dishes! The chicken wing roulette is a lot of fun to do with friends and it’s a lucky dip of chicken wing flavours. Will be returning soon for more chicken!

Probably the best in the West Midlands, quick service and always good standard food. Clean and tidy too.

Got a bit put off Nandos recently as the food was always different but since i’ve moved to the area i thought i’d try the local and i love nandos again cause of this branch...food is always soo good and tatstes delicious every time

Recently ate here at lunch time. The service from Indra was brilliant! Great customer service and seems to enjoy his job.

I have been eating heat for quite a number of years. Tried to eat here recently after a long shift at work. I tried to call between 50-60 times it was engaged throughout. As I was passing by I popped in and to my surprise it was unusually quiet. When I asked the staff member what’s up with the phone they really did not seem bothered so I asked another one who was even less bothered. This annoyed me further and after waiting a while I decided to leave and headed to KFC instead. Nandos was one of the few places in Dudley that you could rely on quality, service and consistency this seems to be fast eroding. Very unfortunate

I have a love/hate relationship with this restaurant. Out of all of local Nando’s, this one is the cleanest top quality food. However that wooden smell makes me want to heave. However on a couple of occasions you have messed up our order. You were out of chips twice. And one time your chicken delivery was delayed. I mean no chicken in Nando’s. The time with no chips was a nightmare. My dad always kicks up a fuss, we were dragged out of Nando’s. My sister was crying as it ruined her bday. Oh well

Typical Nandos, as good as any we have visited but always find them a little overpriced, the service and food was however very good.

Had a great meal. Food was delayed but we got advised before we noticed and apologised too and free starter offered. Can’t get Better than that really! Food was amazing and lots of it !

I normally only goto Halal Nandos but as this is so close to work we regularly go for meals, the veggie options are good and the service is always on point

So disappointed in this nandos.. the restaurant was a mess, my chicken was so chewy it was like eatin steak and the toilets wer vile. The stench was so bad i felt like heaving. We left our food and left altogether, dont think i will visit anytime soon. Disappointed!!

Visited here on a weekday lunchtime with work colleagues. We were swiftly shown to a table and given menus to peruse. Having selected our options we made our way to the tills to order, each of us paying separately which was no issue to the staff. All our orders were taken swiftly and we helped ourselves to our chosen refillable drinks. Our food orders were brought to us within an acceptable time frame and were all served fresh and hot. I enjoyed a half chicken with side salad and coleslaw which was very tasty and filling. My colleagues commented on there selections being similar.Overall the service and food was good and would definitely return to this restaurant in the future.

went for a quick lunch with my daughter. love the olives, hummous and pitta starters. butterfly chicken with rice and chips. I had the mixed leaf salad with chicken...mmmm. taste buds were revving

Seated very quickly even though it was busy, given a choice of tables which was nice.It was lovely and cool as very hot outside. Nice friendly atmosphere and looked very clean. The staff were very friendly and helped me choice a sauce, giving me a taste of several. I had medium hot peri peri chicken with a Caesar salad and several sauces which I enjoyed. Food was served very quickly, everyone seemed very relaxed and well organised. So would go again. Thank you.

Me and 2 friends visited Nando's on Castlegate for food on bank holiday Monday although full when we arrived we only had to wait 5 mins for a table. I had the Sunset Burger which is fantastic and my friends both had half a chicken. It was the first time I had been to Nando's since the Vusa sauce came out and we all tried and managed to beat the sauce!

Food is simply the best!! Peri peri fries are amazing, how do they serve the food so quickly as well!

We popped in after the zoo we had made a booking after ringing twice to see if we could. But in the end we got a table, we where seats quickly and orders made separately for the same table could have caused a problem however the food came together in just over five mins after ordering and we all enjoyed our meals. My husbands 1/2 chicken didn't seem to have much chicken on but he was happy enough, table checks completed and points acquired, food trip all in all!

Visited today after the Cinema. Food was great and tasty, arrived quickly. Staff were helpful when we forgot the Cheese on our order. Lots of choices for Vegetarians. Would definitely visit again.

Seated almost straight away on a saturday evening food arrived in about 20 mins, 3 burgers and 2 halves chicken each with garlic bread chips and mash, the chips are a little dry but the mashed potato is lovely. Overall very good value

Good food a lot of choice. If you are a vegetarian then it probably isnt for you because the menu doesn't offer a lot of choice for them.friendly staff and fast service.But It is a little over priced just for chicken. Might as well go to KFC.

Visited the above as had a gift voucher from Christmas.Grilled chicken burger with garlic bread and peri salted chips. Food cooked to perfection and chicken so tender! Staff very welcoming and great atmosphere! Well worth a visit!

I'm just comparing this to every other Nando's. Food was really good, but it is busy and a lot of screaming kids at around 5pm

Went this eve for a change from our curry. Was disappointed there were lots of tables needed cleaning and clearing, staff talking at the main counter whilst people waiting. Food was ok chicken was absolutely delicious but the chips not very warm at all. Drinks station very messy as I say really disappointed and won't be returning unfortunately.If your reading this and find it helpful hit the 'helpful' thump please - thanks

I can't praise the staff here for being such a family friendly restaurant. They always make my 3 year old very welcome and actually acknowledge him which is nice. Meals are always brought out quickly and I've never had a bad meal here. Food is always piping hot and fresh. You never have to wait ages for a table either. Much better than other Nando's in the area.

They serve chicken here!you can also choose chips as an option. Yum yum. Garlic bread is also avialablw. I reccomend the medium sauce, adds flavour to what they serve. My only complaint is that they have the glass ketchup bottles, theyre tricky to get sauce out at times, however I suppose it is more sustainable than the plastic ones so good on you dudley nandos :) hope this helps you all x

Extremely disapointed was dining with family food was under cooked and cold, over charged due to new staff training was told, but staff did apologies but wont be returning sorry

Interesting that on the ratings on Trip Advisor for a restaurant jumps from average, to very good, the reason is is interesting for me and relevant for this review is that Nando's Dudley is neither average or very good, I think it is Good, but I have no option to select that!. Anyway you get what you expect at Nando's, I always take a few minutes to remember the actual procedure for ordering, must be getting old!, however after being seated and making our choices up I went to the counter to order drinks and food, I think it would be so much better if they took your drinks order at least when seating you, this would give you time to peruse the menu with a drink in hand!....but they dont so we sat around perusing and typing into my phone what we wanted, and I proceeded to the ordering station, which seemed a little busy, for the amount of people actually seated in the restaurant. It turned out lots of people where waiting for takeaways, with no real provision for them to wait, the design of the area is such that waiters(ess) had to keep pushing past the queueing punters, A little unnecessary I would have thought if the area was designed a little better. Had olives to start, excellent absolutely excellent, really enjoyed those, followed by a hot half a chicken, the girls had quarter of chicken each and mash and garlic bread as well as chips and sweetcorn, I had a side salad and chips with my chicken, nothing wrong with any of it, but as for a wow factor I think not, however the service was swift and pleasant, and the food hot and tasty. Tried the Mozambique beer which was Ok, and the girls had the refillable coke and a Mango Quencher which I am told was excellent. Finished off with an ice cream, vanilla very good taste but small portion, unlimited yogurt, good value, but I dont like the strawberry version that was on offer on this evening, and a Naughty Nata which as usual was good. A few suggested improvements, the ordering system needs to be sorted out, it wasnt particularly busy but I thought it was a little fraught, drinks at the table would be good, increase the portion size of some of the sweets, Beer choice is poor with only bottles at GBP3.75 for half a pint, need to be able to get a pint at under GBP7.50!!!!, especially with a pub behind serving Real Ale at less than half that price! Overall a little expensive for what it is, and to be honest it will never be my favourite, however enjoyed the visit and the food, staff very friendly, lots on competition in this area with a new Hungry Horse opening in a few days ,a Harvester, also good with chicken, a Frankie and Benny's and Chiquitos and Bella Italia, and indeed Pizza Hut all within a short distance I think that Nandos needs to up its game as indicated by empty tables on a Saturday night and no queues for a table!

We came here for something to eat while we were waiting for our son. We were in and out in less than an hour .. even though we had starter and main course. We ordered the wing roulette but they only had 8 wings so we had to wait for the other 2 .. that came after our main course! I had garlic bread as a side .. it was stone cold. It was clear that no care is taken when cooking the food .. all very slap dash. Don't think we'll be visiting here again in a hurry!

Came here with my son for food , the young girl who seated us was very helpful, the service at the counter was quick and efficient and the sever was really friendly , we didn't wait long for our food , it was very tasty , no complaints , happy Nando's customer :-)

I stop over in the Premier Inn round the corner so very convenient for dinner.Lovely chicken & nice side dishes ...... sweet corn etcService mixed, however one of the chaps working here stands out, tall lad with a fantastic attitude all ways engaging with the customers & very friendly.

As time goes by the chicken breasts get smaller, the chip portions become less and you end up paying more for buying sides that you didn't need a few years back. £12.50 for a burger , a small pot of rice and a handful of average chips...really ? The entrees are now such a rip off too ...£3.50 for a few olives .. and dont even start me on the drinks. I can't say as I'll ever go to Nandos again, it's just not worth the money

I pride myself on being honest and straightforward on trip advisor. My visit to Nando's in Dudley will only be remembered for the good company, the food was average.Not to say there was too much wrong, however, the chicken was a little dry and tables packed in so tight that it felt everyone was on top of each other!

Took son for food yesturday, food was quick, staff were friendly and it was clean. The food was nice but the chicken was very dry, i dont like spice so have mine plain which didnt help but half way through my chicken i couldnt swallow it any more how dry it was!! There wasnt anything special about the chips. Ive been here many times and have never not enjoyed it so i thinkmaybe yesturday was a one off

Been to nandos several times not first choice to eat out but grandchildren love it.Very busy on Sunday don't like having to go and order food if a waiter came and took order would improve customer experience. Have to leave table and miss out on family get together, not good.Chicken was nice and not over cooked on this occasion have been previously and chicken cooked till no moisture left in it.

I visited here when it first opened many years ago and I knew there was a reason why i never went back . We were shown to table by a friendly staff member but he failed to tell us we had to go up to the counter to order! So sat there for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order LOL.We weren't told where to find cutlery , plates, napkins and sauces either! When our ever so average food arrived we had to work out for ourselves that all the cutlery and condiments were on the other side of the restaurant. Cutlery was filthy,(the table next to us complained but we cleaned our own) no knives available and had to ask for napkins. I spilt a drink when getting up out of my seat which the staff saw happen but they let me get on with cleaning it up myself. I had chicken thigh burger - nothing special bordering on sub standard and I had piri piri fries - basically frozen chips with a bit of spice sprinkled on them. Poor for the money paid. Not much staff interaction - mind you you have to do everything yourself! But we seemed to get more attention from staff as soon as we had taken our last mouthful of food and they couldn't wait to get us out. (Don't worry guys we didn't want to stay!)Someone cleared my friends plate whilst I was still eating, then took my plate whilst I was still chewing!Cheap fast food at stupid prices! Lousy service! Dirty cutrley! Why is the place so busy?? I'll give this place a miss in future

Came here for some food before the cinema, we were told it was only a 20 minute wait on food by the host, yet it took 40 minutes to arrive.Upon arrival the chicken was extremely dry and tasteless along with both the mash and peas side orders being barely luke warm.

Went to Nandos for the first time with the family. Will say it was extremely busy so personally would always book here saw a lot of groups turned away has they had not booked. Staff were excellent very friendly and welcoming. Was served quickly even though there was a queue.Food came and we all enjoyed what was chicken and chips but will go back really lively atmosphere.

Had lunch here with a number of colleagues. We don't have any Nando's in the Netherlands, so this was a nice experience. Good (and spicy) food for a good price.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant when myself and my boyfriend went for an early dinner. You cannot book a table at the restaurant but luckily it wasn't too busy at this time however it did begin to quickly fill up within 15-20 minutes of us arriving. I would recommend that if you are going in a large party of people, you should get there just before peak meal times to ensure you get a table. We were quickly shown to a table and ordered our food quite soon after. The member of staff that waited our table was very friendly, he took our order and our food arrived within less than 10 minutes which was very quick service. I ordered the plain-ish chicken pitta with salad and a side of corn on the cob which was absolutely delicious and although I ordered it plain-ish, the chicken was still moist and full of flavour without the spice and heat. All of the food we ordered arrived piping hot and was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend to both friends and family and will be visiting the restaurant again the future.
