Portuguese fast food.... Lunch break during our holiday in London. Given my well-known eating difficulties, English friends took us to this fast food restaurant specializing in chicken. Nothing special to say, do-it-yourself service, food ready quickly, of decent quality, with the possibility of enriching it with various sauces with different levels of spiciness. Two beers and a ginger to wash it all down. The soft drinks on tap, however, are unlimited. Toilet in order. Prices not exaggerated when compared to the London average. The 3 of us still spent £55 (receipt attached).

Best place to eat in London! The staff were so sweet and attentive but the food was the main event. The place/location is very convenient, spacious, and unique. Our party of 14 was seated immediately and together. The food was amazingly priced and tasted exquisite. The staff let us try every sauce they had (they are known for them) and was so sweet to let us try their famous rice on the house. Overall, great experience and we will be coming again. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in a delicious, affordable, and comfortable place to eat.

I really like the layout of this place - feels more 'Nandos' than the average Nandos. The only thing I generally dislike about Nandos is the lack of decent drink options. As well as their price, unless you get a bottomless coke. But everything else is great, from the sides to the service!

I would avoid this place The customer service is not existant and the place was dirty. Arrived to be met with a short wait, which is not an issue after all this was london... But was told to wait outside... in February!!!!!!. There was no need to make people wait in the cold, especially when there is enough space and I was stood next to the sign to say wait to be seated... if certainly didn't say wait outside. After our wait in the cold we were shown to our table, menus thrown at us and left to get on with it. All the food came near enough at the same time despite ordering starters then main course All on the smallest table. Looking round the place needed a very deep clean, but when you see staff wiping down a table and all the food bits going on the floor. I would suggest management get a grip of there customer service and cleaning processes.

Nando’s chain location with a medium-sized dining hall, and a fairly nice private bathroom. I really enjoyed the chicken with chips and peas

Just a mid Nando’s overall. The food is what you would expect from Nando’s. But the service isn’t the best. They take forever to get your food delivered and often times make you wait in the cold whilst you wait for the table. The entire restaurant is poorly designed with terrible seating arrangements. There are not a lot of plug sockets either. Overall okay but not the best experience.

Ten out of ten service, amazing staff at this establishment. I accidentally walked into their extremely clean and large door, they took immediate care of me and gave me the perfect medical care to get me on my way. Really appreciate the three of you I can remember and anyone else involved x

Chicken has never been my first choice. When I came to London they said Nandos was very popular. I tried a nice menu today and I liked it very much. The sauces and cheese pasta were delicious. I will go again.

I love Nando’s . It’s self service here and we need to pick our own sauces. I didn’t like any of the sauces much but I love the food ..

Food was excellent. It was very busy but we were attended very quickly. The staff were very approachable.

If you like spicy or medium chicken with different sauces (lemon & herbs etc), it is a place to go

Placed a very large order for the office, the lovely lady (manager I believe) who packed and sorted everything for us was just a pleasure to deal with, huge smile at a chaotic time. What a champ!

Overall, great food and friendly staff. The food is delicious and the portions were good. The only negative is that when you order takeaway, they have you sit outside to wait with no outdoor heater. It was super cold, and food took 20 minutes to prepare. I would suggest and outside heater to make guests feel comfortable when it’s cold if they can’t sit inside.

Veeeery delicious and fast. You can feel the freshness of the chicken. I ordered sunset burger it was amazing 10/10, the butterfly burger 8/10, the chicken thigh 7.5/10. I would big thanks for the waitress Michael such an awesome spirit she was nice helping us order from the barcode

Everyone was very friendly from the moment I came in. The food was what I expect from Nando’s but the service was very good, especially considering the number of people who were there. Both Julia and Elsa were especially nice, checking how everything was through the evening.

Once in a week we goes to Nando’s we never had a problem. This is the first time we had a terrible experience. An Asian girl really Unfriendly , rude, unwelcoming try to turn us away . She said they have lots of orders and the kitchen is busy bla bla. When we say we don’t mind waiting, we are regular customer , we like Nando’s we like to see the Manager and finally they gave us table and said it will take half an hour to 45 minutes. But, they brought the food within 10 minutes grilled chicken was really cold , not fresh , terrible taste, it seems like left overs , salad wasn’t fresh, rice was dried. Really rubbish food. We decided even if they give free food we won’t go again.

Took some of my staff couple of days ago for the first time and we had a girl named Julia sorting us out all the way. She did an amazing job. Really communicative and helpful when explaining the menu. Couldnt be happier with the service. Kudos to her!

Nando’s can be hit and miss with inconsistency across their restaurants. The one at Cardinal Place is fantastic though. Chicken very fresh and cooked perfectly. Tables spaced out nicely which can be an issue. Staff very friendly.

Loved the food but the rest can be better.

Multiple open tables but was rejected at 8pm, as the lazy waiter already cleaned those tables and didn’t want to clean them again, despite the restaurant not closing for 2 hours. Unbelievably lazy and pathetic hostess.

Worst nandos in the world .. worst service, management should really take action..

Working nearby this would be an ideal place to go for dinner, but we (2 pax) have tried multiple times and have been turned away due to "a lack of staff" (they don't allow bookings). This is despite a large number of (seemingly incompetent) staff on the floor and in the kitchen, and empty tables (with and without stacks of dirty plates). Today we were finally offered to join a queue (30 minutes) and after waiting and being called back we proceeded to order, only to be told they couldn't serve any veggie food. Understandably it's a busy area, but they can't manage to serve a complete menu, let alone staff all the indoor tables despite having multiple front and back of house staff. They would be better just pointing people to the Nandos down the road (Wilton Road) which does manage to seat all the tables with fewer (much more competent) staff. I would suggest avoiding, and perhaps they should just close the restaurant at peak times (or permanently).

It's a nice place. Sitting arrangements are available both inside and outside. The staff were helpful, humble and cordial. Food was good.

Came for dinner with a group of friends, from the moment we requested for a table the staff weren’t keen to sit us down despite us being within opening times, seemed like they were in a rush to close or not happy to serve us. It took three staff members to speak between each other to decide whether we could come in, we eventually got seated, ordered and the wait time for food was reasonable. Two of my friends ordered the same order, a quarter chicken with sides yet when it came to the table one was a normal good sized meal, the other however was unacceptable. The smallest amount of chips and the worst part was the chicken leg, definitely not worth the money we paid for it. We kindly requested to change the piece of chicken for a bigger one, only for the supervisor on shift, ELSA, to give us attitude and sarcasm, telling us that a chicken has two breasts and two legs, as if we don’t know that already? Instead of hearing us out or try to come to a solution she thought it was excellent customer service to talk over us, still repeating the parts of a chicken, then walked away while shrugging her shoulders. It gets better, when another meal arrived, there was hair on the food, requesting to change it was smoother only because another waiter assisted us but we still heard the supervisor frustrated say to her to just bring the food over. Overall a very unpleasant experience due to this one staff member, I work within the hospitality industry aswell, i can understand you want to go home or have a rough day but it’s not fair to have a go or treat customers in the way Elsa did with us. Won’t be coming back.

Hey its a Nando's! Popped in just before getting the train home from Victoria Station. The tube entrance is 2 minutes around the corner. The Railway station is 5 minutes away.

A nice atmosphere to chill. My first time going to a Nandos that has an outdoor option. Would like to see more of that.

Cardinal Place Nando's is the best! It's the first one I visited in the UK having previously visited in Cape Town. The food is properly cooked, nicely presented and reasonably priced. Good wine selection.

Great food as always, the service was great too, and a great location near Victoria station. If you are going to get a side, get the Peri Salted Chips, the burger is also really good.

Can't complain, it's what you'd expect from a Nandos

Me and my partner come to this Nandos before going to watch Wicked. After eating and heading to watch the show we both come over sick, both of us couldn’t stop being sick. We had to leave the show, loosing over £300 as my partner had got us really good seats as I was very excited to see the show. What an embarrassing and horrible experience! No apology from the restaurant when I called up, only to be told to send an email to customer care. Will never be going back to nandos again!!

Went for a birthday treat with my partner and had my bag stolen and the staff just said that there’s nothing they can do and didn’t really care. The biggest thing that pissed me off is Whaley was stolen check out his Facebook page “where’s Whaley”. If you see him dumped near this restaurant please leave a comment on his page as his wife is distraught.

Went to Nando’s for lunch after visiting other world in Victoria,we had a lovely meal here.First of all,we were very lucky and fortunate to get the last table available.During my visit when there were tables free they would be occupied again by other people in 5 seconds.However it was a very nice Nando’s.The service was fantastic,staff were polite even bothering to take the time to ask if everything was ok with our meal.Also the food came out very quickly as well.The food was also delicious as well,my lemon and herb 1/4 chicken,was absolutely delicious and certainly you’re ideal Nando’s chicken fix!!!!!!!!!!!Also my chips were lovely too.The chicken and chips was beautifully presented,fantastic portion size and piping hot.Also it was a very clean and really well organised Nando’s as well,they had organised it really well,just all the little things made it so much better.They had plenty of napkins in the drinks station,more than enough to have every guest in the restaurant take two,there was also plenty of cutlery as well available,also everything on the unlimited soft drinks machine was working and there was plenty of ice and water as well,also they even had paper towel for spillages etc.They even hard two bins and a sink which has 2 soap dispensers which I thought was bang on organised incase one runs out and you’ve always got another or you’re preferance to use automatic or manual soap dispensers.Saves you queuing outside the toilets for 15 minutes.Also the atmosphere,music and decor was lovely as well.The toilets were nice but a bit strange,they were very clean and in good condition,but they were single rooms which isn’t very good if you don’t like waiting,I had to wait 15 minutes for the men’s.Tips is to make it gender neutral and add a couple more.So if you want to go to the toilet here this Is a heads up and also a reassurance to parents as well.But this was an absolutely fantastic Nando’s meal and i will recommend.I will probably come back if I was in the area

A busy but good Nandos. We had to wait - but for a busy central London Nandos it was very well organised. Service was good, food was good, but the chips not up to usual standards! A good choice in the area.

Super crowded and a bit of a wait, but that might’ve been because it was a bank holiday. Food comes out fast. Lots of places to walk around nearby.

Chicken was pretty good and extra hot actually had sort of a kick ☺️ The peas were an acquired taste and minty which is not a pea thing. Fries/chips are good. Mango sorbet really good. Broccoli was good. Salad had no dressing but to be expected. Spicy rice was good but just a bit dried apparently. But really, the whole chicken was quite yummy

The place did not have atmosphere that I expected, the drinks were like sparkling water. The food was not as good as last year, they were very slow and not helpful, they were low on ketchup, being that I had disabilities I asked a young man that Was staff to get me some ketchup he said to me go over there and ask them for one. I told the staff that I am on table 4 can you bring me some, I waited ages for it, they never brought it to by the time I got the Ketchup my chips were cold, when came last year it was my wives birthday in June, they were very good they asked if everything's OK we said yes, they were fun and helpful and a great atmosphere, thus time it was boring, there was a Portuguese girl there she was the most cheerful one there, she was I nice. I will not go back there again, it our 6th time going there it was always good but this time it was really boring to eat there 😴 😪 😕

It's Nandos. Fresh, juicy grilled thighs with unlimited sauces on the side. Rice and garlic bread were both a bit dry but the chips and slaw were great.

Excellent customer service, especially the two young ladies, the one who ends her sentence with "my love" , is especially friendly and nice. The food was cooked perfectly. Would definitely visit this nandos again.

The service is poor. We asked for glasses for water, server brought 1 glass. Didn't bring perinaise, when chased it took 2 attempts. And one of our meals was supposed to be hot and they made it mild... the order was correct as I ordered using the QR code (verified the email to make sure!). Poor overall.

I went in and tried to get me and my family a table and the lady at the entrance was so horrible to me I left and just when back to my hotel. I will never be back. I have never been treated so horribly in my life.

Undersized for the number of people. Sat outside in the cold. Staff seemed stressed and they'd only just opened. Food was good. Had to queue for refills as there's only one dispenser. Coke zero was coming out as water.

As a non British person it was my first time in Nandos. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype. The system from ordering to getting your food is extremely confusing and no clear instructions are given. As for the 'spice' levels, horrendously disappointing. Some seating areas were shared. Overall, the food was good and the prices are pretty affordable.

Get what you pay for, it’s nice chicken. However if buying a whole chicken you should be served with two breast and two legs. Not three legs and a breast. Apart from this and having to send it back it’s nice food at a good price
