Nando's Bethnal Green in Tower Hamlets

Had to make a call as left a personal bringing behind they literally said we don’t have it bye and hung up just put me off going there again just no need to be rude, I even went wait hello ??? And they still hung up on me

As a fellow Nandoca, I am extremely picky about where I get my nando's from but hands down this is the best spot. Rico, who is one of the managers and always makes sure that myself and my family have a great experience.

My local I always go back fast and have a quick experience they can do better with the hygiene like sticky tables and floor but overall the staff are lovely and food always hot!

The Sunset Burger was awesome!!! Great customer service. One thing to improve the light wasn't working in one of the toilet.

I recently dined at Bethnal Green Nando's, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Unfortunately, I was served uncooked chicken, leaving me not only disappointed but genuinely shocked. Food safety is paramount, and such lapses in preparation are unacceptable. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a safer dining environment for others. Never again

Nandos Bethnal Green E2. Very very slow service. People queing at the door with one person on the cashier. I had to call a staff member and ask for more person to be on cashier to easy the que. Then my food arrived without my spicy rice . I was finish eating when I went to ask what happened to my spicy rice. They forgot. Was not happy with the chef, staff.

I WAITED 30 MINUTES AND DIDNT GET MY FOOD!! I went there at 9PM didn’t get anything! Nothing was available on the app because these amateurs wanted to close the kitchen early, My friend already had his food and as I wanted for my meal 25 minutes gone past and I still had nothing, after my friend asked the team member where my food was the team member started laughing at my frustration and which got me more angry and when he went to check on my order, he was told they’ve made it and the kitchen is closed and they weren’t going to make it, the game came back and said all the food has been given out and started question me which I found rude and unprofessional. Long story short, a complaint will be sent to head office

This is a review for the food that just arrived via Deliveroo.... X2 Butterfly Chickhen x1 salt6 chips x 1 spicy rice Both chickens extremely dry..... tiny rice.... £33 Hopefully you get a better experience in the restaurant

The manager Martina was brilliant at sorting out a small issue with the yogurt drink for me and my family. We thought it was a "bottomless" drink but it wasn't and she explained really nicely that customers can sometimes make this mistake. The food was nice and the staff were helpful. If Nandos had more managers like this shop many people would be happy. We're happy.

The food was great, the staff were super nice Unfortunately the space is very cramped inside, even stepping into the one mens bathroom stall was awkward as you need to step over the toilet to close the door, combined with the horror show someone had left behind I was kinda sick and I feel like I will have PTSD seeing this store again.

Small restaurant, a little cramped. A bit noisy but it was a Saturday afternoon. Staff very friendly.

Their manners are very bad, they speak poorly to customers and I have seen delivery drivers also misbehave.

As usual, the food is great, this nandos lacks hygiene, cutlery & plates are dirty at times. Sometimes food is delayed during peak times.

Popped in for lunch..very fast service, the food was great, dining area was not crowded

So basically, I came here with my friends for our GCSEs results day to celebrate and we didn’t even get half of what we ordered. we ordered sides such as chips and garlic bread and more, but the server did not write down our order and we did not receive these things. also we waited a very long time for our food, only to find out that most of our food was given to another table. we waited for a really long time and that was very annoying. we are never eating in the place ever again!!! food was aight tho I liked the free chicken..

Went here recently , lovely staff who are very attentive and the food came out relatively quickly. I made my own custom wrap and the staff here made it happen. Nandos is a very well known chain by now so there is little more I can add apart from that the food was nice and fresh. I asked for perinaise and 20seconds later there it was on my table. All in all a very good experience. I also recommend the peri flamer sauce for the chicken or if you are lucky as a dip. I have to think really hard about a complaint so the only criticism if I absolutely need one is that some of the seating particularly near the drinks machine is a bit snug/tight. Oh and parking is sometimes hard to find 4/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (No photos this time sorry)

Solid Nandos experience here. But I do like a cushion on my chair, and unfortunately this Nandos had lots of the most uncomfortable of the Nandos chair options. Friendly staff and good food here though.

We took a take away dinner for our group and its ready w/in 4mins....and its always taste amazing!!!!

Went for dinner and even though it was almost closing time we were welcomed and served. Food was excellent and staff all so kind and nice. Lovely place and will be coming here always from now on

Not the best Nando's you'd go to. The sauce bottles were filthy and the service is just below nando's usual standards.

The manager, Anna, was absolutely brilliant. Despite the restaurant being incredibly busy, she kept a smile on her face throughout with customers and her staff. She seated my husband and I promptly without much delay and was very helpful explaining the ordering process.

The space is a bit on the small side, but the staff and food were great!

The place is a lot bigger than I originally thought. We were seated at the back, which was nice and quiet. The food was good. The staff were friendly and provided paper and crayons to my toddler to keep her entertained. The only criticism was that the air con was too high and the frozen Yoghurt machine stopped working

What can I say that is positive about this restaurant.....unlimited soft drinks. Right, with that out of the way I'll tell you about the worst experience I've ever had at a Nandos ever. My dad has never been nandos, so I thought, today being Eid that I'll treat him and the rest of the family to family lunch. The negatives started immediately, as the staff member who greeted my wife and daughter rudely asked her to sit the front door, which my wife was holding open for my dad who has problems waking for long. Once we sat down to eat, we had to ask for additional plates and these were given out very reluctantly. When the food came all the chicken was overcooked, hard and had no flavour. I could barely cut the chicken breast for my daughters and as a result, they didn't even eat it. Nandos is a stable in our house and I normally go to the ones in Beckton or Seven Kings and have always loved the food and atmosphere. But this was terrible, cramped, dark and not inviting at all. I think this restaurant needs to be modernised and some of the staff need a more positive attitude, as this one lady was rude on 2 occasions and there was no need to be.

Most disgusting branch I have been to. Surfaces and air vents in the toilets look like they have never see soap. Bench seats look like they've seen several accidents. They didn"t feel dirty, but in a restaurant, looking clean is key. Unsupervised kids cupping their hand to the water and ice dispensers, having a slurp then throwing rest back at the machine. Even if the dregs were going in the drip tray, their manky hands were touching the nozzle where the ice and water came out of. Staff walked past the kids doing this and did nothing. Yes they were busy, but where's the hygiene standards? The food was ok though, but we'll go to another branch next time.

Good food. A little on the spicy side. I liked the bottomless Çoke, but that was a little on the pricy side.

Food was good the front of house staff no good enough for their comfort they push us to order through online.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered my food (half chicken) and came back half cooked all pink inside. I sent it back and still 1 piece was cooked the other wasn't i couldn't even be bothered to send it back the staff seem liked they didn't even care the first time round and I couldn't be bothered. And even know I'm starting to feel sick. I won't be going here again

Enjoyed the plant wrap, just not enough none halal foods on offer, very limited. My order only came after the two people I was with had fully finished. One of then had ordered a second meal, finished that, mine still hadn't come. By the time my food came, they needed to get back to business and I had to rush🥵

Had a very poor experience in this Nando’s, I went as part of a group of 4, one meal did not come out with the others and when we asked where it was it hadn’t been made and took another 15 minutes to come out. I work in catering myself and understand mistakes happen but we were given no apology instead when the meal finally came out it was just placed down and the waiter walked away. Two of us had broccoli as a side and this was stone cold and therefore not eaten, we also had mash potato as a side which hadn’t been stirred leaving it with a skin on the top. We also had 3 wraps which were not very warm and the chicken was dry and hard. Overall not an enjoyable experience as most of our food was left which is disappointing at the price we paid.

Worst experience, I would give it 0 stars if I could. Very badly managed - no cutlery or tissues available, had to ask several times. Once cutlery was available it was dirty - food took 45 mins to arrive despite the restaurant not being busy - food arrived cold, chips soaked in oil - had to ask several times for the table to be cleaned

Ive been to soo many nandos but never had service as poor as this branch. As i walked in it was very unclean looked like the staff aint bothered to clean up after ppl leaving. The card machine wasn't working so i had to order through my phone which was i struggling to do as i have 3 small kids to look after at the same time. Food was soo dry and overcooked didnt look like it was nandos chicken. I did tell the staff they did say they will make another which they did but took longer than the first one they gave me. They made it and left it on the counter under the heat light and not serving it i had to go and get it myself. It was really poor service ever had from nandos. Wouldn't recommend to go to that branch.

Open and welcoming spot in Shoreditch. Fast but tasty food. Excellent fast casual choice.

Ideal place to eat before heading to Leyton Orient to see the mighty Swindon Town. Staff friendly, food good a good experience.

Was told wait time was 20min but was seated 5mins later (which was great!). Service wasn't bad. I did have to ask for my bottomless glass drink several times before actually getting it. Other than that, food was good and served quick too.

Halal little Nandos in Bethnal Green area. I had by far the best sunset chicken burger I had at any other Nandos. It was very tasty, fresh and the perfect portion. I went there with family and friends. We were all happy and satisfied with what we ordered, the price we paid, the cleanness of the restaurant and the customer service we received.

Ordered a takeaway and had to wait over 20mins, when I got home it was a different order they messed up more order with someone else’s, don’t think il go back there again.

Fairly busy for a Thursday early evening. However, service in particular was exceptional during these busy times. Served by Lucky (appologies if incorrect spelling) - seated us immediately, took our order and even went and fulfilled our custom request on the food often refused or incorrectly done at other nandos. Food was delivered to the table super fast and cooked to perfection as you normally expect from all nandos. But certainly Bethnal Green Nandos has always been where I felt best served.

Not happy with nandos. Ordered food over £50 and just was told no sauces to send with delivery. Spoke with a worker that they cannot do anything until the end of the month. Would not recommend to order from this nandos

Dirty utensil,most sauce bottle are greasy,Salt shaker on the table blocked and needs cleaning,I always order mix olive but this time I realised few things missing,no mushrooms,no paper and garlic hardly any.....

I went here recently! I ordered a rap, chips and coleslaw. I ended up getting food poisoning. Constantly feeling sick and end up being sick. I felt very drained for a few days. The chicken was so chewy and it took about 45 minutes to even get our food. Customers who came after us got their food before us. Poor customer service and overall not very good.

This place was not busy today so was great as was meeting my sister for my birthday. Staff were friendly and the food came in good time

Nice lunch when you skipped cooking

The staff at this branch have always been helpful, welcoming and I get a great service all the time. The store is always clean, has disabled toilets, good seating for large and small groups.

It was a nice place to spend quality time with family

First ever Nandos that I got disappointed at, the Guy who took order at counter was appearing that he is forced into the job. No smile no enthusiasm. Feel sad why he is wasting his time there Ordered whole chicken, it was no where near in tenderness and juicyness to nandos standard. I subtlely feeded back to staff, they did get two breast swapped with one leg but was also tipped and told that breast is harder than legs so I should keep my expectation right. I thought staff needed bit more training in grilling and tard bit more in customer service.

Dear Nando’s I’m very upset and sad , angry by disgusting service I received yesterday at your 366Bethnal Green road London E20AH at around 18.18 , I ordered online my order number was 014 table 8 . Anyway guys I never ordered over app , I asked member of staff please help , he just told me rudely just take photo of barcode at table , ok I ordered at 18.18 whole chicken platter n coleslaw and rice , anyway whilst waiting for my food , I went to get Some sauce , sorry forget to mention I’m not well physically or mentally, iv heart problems.. Anyway whilst getting sauce , accidentally the sauce slipped from my hand n sauce bottle broke , ir was a accident, it was all over floor n my cloths , I felt embarrassed n upset that had happened. Anyway the Nando’s staff just gave me dirty looks , n started cleaning it , he did not even ask if I was ok , I was so embarrassed I said x2 times sorry , sorry , the staff member did not acknowledge my apology, he was very moody n seemed like he was angry I broke bottle n made a mess , the Aad thing is even the duty manager on shift Also gave me dirty looks , n did not confort me , or say it’s ok , it was accidentally happened. Both staff member n manager where very rude , very angry n no smile no nothing , they where angry I made a mess , but I’m disabled, not all disabilities are visual ..?? Anyway I was with my wife , the staff member n manager where very rude , whilst cleaning it , they where very angry , which made me n my wife very uncomfortable, we could not enjoy our meal , anyway to top it off , maybe they punished us, the food the chicken was not cooked , it was still not raw n not cooked fully , chops where soggy , very very upset by this unacceptable behaviour of Nando’s staff n manager , I did not get there names , but please check your cameras n you will see everything is true , what I’m saying .. I did not do this deliberately, it was a accident, but the way we where treated , was unacceptable.. Very bad service and very bad food , made me feel like a criminal, I paid for my food , wanted to enjoy a meal with wife , but sadly it was spoiled by your staffs behaviour n manager was also rude ..

The usual nando's experience, but with Halal food offering which is a win for the. Muslim population. The service could improve a notch, but nothing really to complain - went in for dinner on a Monday night at 9.30 pm. It felt a little short staffed. Food was great as usual! Could definitely come back.
