Nando's in Greenwich

Had a nice lovely lunch today with my mum and the most amazing service off Michael on the tills so friendly also another girl In a red top amazing service from the team thank you so much

This one is our go to Nando’s because it’s closer to us. But this time service was disgusting, waited half an hour first time for our meal . We requested chicken not to be Dry too much but received raw chicken . As we spoke the server he was saying that it was Chicken thigh and it meant to be like that , pinky promise it cooked through properly. Really!! What a great customer service!!

Wanna-be manager Lauren ruined our experience… Overall had a very nice meal, but the supervisor of this store was very rude. Belittled the staff multiple times, in front of myself and my partner when they were delivering nothing but amazing customer service. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful, with all of his service undermined every time. Really do not feel like a person like this should be supervisor. Good customer service is essential for a good restaurant experience and it’s what keeps people coming back. The rest of the team were very lovely and catered to all of our needs! Would come back for the waiters and the food! Paul and Callum specifically.

We went to Nandos in Woolwich with friends and family to have dinner on Monday and the restaurant was practically empty. We first ordered some starters and drinks and everything arrived fine. When we ordered our mains with more drinks, the drinks didn't arrive. My husband asked for one of the staff and after 5min they still didn't bring it. He asked again and the same staff said "you didn't tell where you were sitting" (there were maybe 5 tables). Another staff came to our table and she looked like a manager, asking if we wanted our table to be cleaned (?). We said we were waiting for our drinks. She said she needed to check the order and came back to our table saying the drink we ordered was already on the table. She showed the order online and I could see the drinks but she argued that there was no drink. I showed the two orders on my email, showing the drinks on both and she still argued that her system wasn't showing it. I took the tablet from her and showed my two orders, with my name and the two drinks. Only then she accepted and brought the drink, that was an ice tea. From someone who works in restaurant I got really angry with the way the staff handled this really simple situation.

I went there for my lunch . Staff was so friendly and nice .I ordered full chicken with peri-peri and it was amazing I liked it very much

Came here with some friends as a leaving dinner and it was really nice :) food came quick and we were looked after really well by all the servers. A quick mention for Callum who was really nice and joined our banter. Made our night :) Honestly, service makes a huge difference and couldn't fault it.

Da die Auswahl an Restaurants im Centrum von Woolwich limitiert ist, landeten wir bei Nando's. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und zu unseren Plätzen geführt. Der Bestellprozess mittels QR-Code am Mobiltelefon wurde uns gut erklärt und die Bestellung konnte schnell ausgeführt und per Kreditkarte bezahlt werden. Der Apfelsaft als Konzentrat zum Selbermischen war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Essen war mit Ausnahme des Kartoffelpürees, das kaum Geschmack hatte, OK.

Went to nandos today wanted to eat in both pensioners.And don't have apt to sign in .Ask if we could sign in told can only order food on apt.So we left disgraceful told if you can't do app can't eat there lost our money and it was empty.

I would not recommend anyone to come to woolwich Nando’s absolutely dreadful the staff are rude unhelpful when your told to create an account order from the phone. We tried 4 times staff were unhelpful last resort we were allowed to write our order down unbelievable I will never come to woolwich Nando’s ever again . Seriously do not go to woolwich Nando’s the only reason I didn’t get up and leave was because it was my grandsons birthday so annoyed !!!!!!!!!!!!

I came here in may and now in june and one of the staff, Sita, a lovely lady who is very hard working and very attentive to the customer. She made me come again due to her friendly and helpful service. I really enjoyed my dinner because of her. Definitely would come again! 10/10

It did take a long time before we got our food, we did ask for our chicken to be well done but had to send it back to be “cremated”! Noticed that people who entered after us, got their meals before us so naturally we complained!

Customer service by one of the female staff was way below minimum standards. She was rude and ignorant.

Food was of the usual quick tasty standard. The wraps were not what the usually are at other Nando’s.

The food was good not really any complaints there however, the slow service and poor manners by staff definitely need improvements. We got sat down straight away which the table was filthy. Then when we ordered our food it all came out at different times, even though we ordered it all together. It was that bad that one of the meals which we were waiting for was sat under the hot plate for so long most of us ended up finishing our food before it arrived. No apologies or anything from the staff.

So I briefly visited this restaurant on my way home from work, thought to grab a bight, it was packed so had to stand up the whole time I waited for my food which took about 25 minutes after being told it would have only been 15. I then realised when I had arrived home that they had given me two of the same sides, I really didn’t new two portions of rice it was bland and hard. Everything else was perfect but will just remember to check my order if ever I return.

Would not recoomend, lettace in fet wrap was bad, brown and wilted, the red pepper dip was runny and tasteless. Very below the quality of other nando chains.

Visitamos como estamos alojados en un hotel cercano. El servicio es amable y muy rápido. La comida de mi compañero llegó un poco después de la de todos los demás, aunque aún así llegó en un gran momento, y nos dieron algunas fichas gratis para pedir disculpas, nos tomaron por sorpresa, ¡pero nos quedamos muy impresionados! Para redondearlo, la comida estuvo genial. ¡Gracias!

Food is amazing and fast. People are friendly and the place is clean. Nice bathrooms, they are upstairs.

Después de un largo viaje visitamos en Woolwich para comer es muy, al llegar después de las 10. 45 el viernes por la noche cerca de la hora de cierre. Pedir agradablemente y la comida era siempre rápidamente. La comida era excelente y el servicio era excelente

Compared to many other Nando’s in London, this one is very quick and easy. Always good food with the Nando’s brand, and convenient.

Very prompt and efficient service. The food was tasty and arrived at the table quickly. We stayed on after our food for a drink which did not seem to be a problem.

I went there twice while in Woolwich. I ordered the chicken sandwich both time, so I can't give a broad review. But, the sandwich was great. Staff doesn't bother you much, but nice atmosphere - great for interacting with family or mates. I'd go again.

Normally when I visit a Nando's for dinner it is very busy, but this restaurant was nice and quiet which was a good thing. The food came quickly and the staff were nice and friendly.

We have been regular customer but recent bad experience due to rude behaviour by staff and burnt food being served we have decided to not to visit that branch again.....

Un amigo vino a visitar y terminamos en en woolwich. es muy ajustado muy bien y tenía un buen ambiente. Tuvimos que esperar un menú pero después de elegir lo que queríamos. El personal nos pareció muy amable y trabaja duro que estaban entregando una buena calidad de comida, aunque era 1030 en la noche

staying at the hotel down the road I decided to eat here as it was the only place I could find ok the high street at 9pm it's not the nicest of areas to walk about in. met at the door and seated, food on the menu seemed expensive for what it was 14 quid for chicken and chips, 3.95 for a drink. food to be fair arrived quickly but you have to then get out your chair , leaving your food and drink to get your own sauces, and your own drink ( being issued a glass) now when traveling in my own I'm never a fan of leaving my food / bag and drink etc - you never know what can happen! being a chicken place you would thing it would do good checked right? ugh no dry as eating a lime! I can only images it's cooked then re heated... to be fair the sweetcorn was well cooked and nice. I'd honestly give this a miss the dial arch around the corner does a far better chicken and chips ( don't choose triple cooked chips ) and you don't have to serve yourself !

Woolwich town centre does not yet have much choice for eating out at night so we decided to visit Nandos, my first experience of this world-wide south African based chain of broadly Portuguese/Afro-Brazilian cuisine. Despite the definitely 'fast food' mechanics of eating at Nandos I was impressed. We are vegetarians and, according to my partner, their menu for strange eaters like us is much improved. I would certainly eat again at Nandos as I enjoyed the whole experience - good food well presented, reasonable wines at reasonable prices, efficient and friendly service, funky music not too loud, clean toilets....a positive experience all round!

We visit Nando's on a regular basis. The quality of the chicken is far superior than KFC and the rest. I like the bottomless cold drinks, and food is hot. Corn on the cob is excellent, and always have that as a side!I would recommend Nando's to any chicken lover

First visit to a Nandos by ourselves and were not sure of what to do. The staff were very helpful and the meal was excellent at a good price. Will certainly be returning.

I have eaten at Nando's in South Africa and elsewhere. perhaps my memory failed me, but on those occasions, a waiter would come and take your order. Here, you go to the till to order your meal and to pay before it is brought by a server. The first serevr I met was brisk and to the point in reading out to me the "rules of engagement"! However, another gentleman came to actually ask if I needed something else at which point I told him I wanted to go and get a hot chocolate. He politely insisted on going to get it for me. Because of this server, I would return. A good and helpful man.

I went there for quick eat but find out from Manager lied to me saying the chicken was halal and then I asked for HRMC Halal proof paper he have NOT got it. No mobile plug, no freedom seats where I want to sit.

over priced reheated food, nothing special whats so ever apart from the sauces and the decoration,. not the best place in the world, but pretty much only restaurant in town

Not sure what i can say except this store is very typical of all other Nandos. The staff are very friendly and you know what you get at Nandos, good spicy chicken.

I was once a regular but they have problems retaining staff. There seemed to be new staff everytime we visited. This lead to poor service and dire customer relations.We have spoken to the person in charge at that moment but all we got was excuses and a shrug of the shoulders. One Friday evening we were told upstairs is closed and that there would be a wait for a table. I pointed out that they have half the restaurant empty and why should people have to wait, that fell on deaf ears. We then went eslewhere. Althought it is further away we frequent the Bexleyheath Branch whereservice is better and the staff capable.

Great freshly cooked succulent chicken, add a few fries a splash of medium Peri Peri and coleslaw for a great dinner. A perfect dinner after a long day. Thanks folks..

Ate here alone. First time. Ordered chicken wrap with fries and hot sauce plus asked for 'bottomless' yoghurt. was handed a glass and told meal would be delivered to table.Found that the yoghurt was frozen after filling glass. Sat down only to be told off about fill glass with yoghurt as I has purchased soft drink, hence the glass. Felt awkward.Meal came, it was OK but I found that all the chicken an sauce was in one half the wrap. The other half was only lettuce!Felt disappointed
