Amazing stay, friendly staff, the female with the bun and jeans served me and she was amazing. So kid and helpful.

Quick and tasty food. Friendly staff, decent prices. Everyone loves a nandos! We all enjoyed our meals and will definitely be back!

We had a good experience here, staff were friendly and the food was really nice. The only reason I knocked a star off is because I asked for Mayo and it tasted like sour cream (I think maybe it wasn’t refrigerated or was too old?)wasn’t very nice at all but the actual food was lovely

We had popped out for a visit to a couple of garden centres and on the way back to Kingswood we stopped at the Abbey wood centre. Decided to go into Nandos as been some time since our last visit. We were welcomed and shown to table in quick time, our order was placed and arrived in good time-certainly not a long wait. We had a sharing meal which was all presented well, sides of peas, slaw, garlic bread and rice with the chicken all tasted good and were hot enougth to eat at relaxed pace. Overall service was good and the general feel of the venue was relaxed and easy going

My chicken came out like rubber and the food was cold, the staff were rude and didn’t speak to us upon entering. Barley chicken on the bone. Won’t be coming back here. Garlic bread tough and so hard.

The restaurant is great. Nice, modern and clean. The staff were very good, service was speedy and the food was up to Nando's normal quality and value. However I feel I need to knock a point off for the online ordering system. I love ordering via my mobile, it makes everything easier, but the system Nando's uses wasn't great in my experience. First off, why do I need to register to buy chicken? Just remove the hoops and sell me chicken! Secondly, I filled my basket, had issues creating my account and when I returned my basket was empty.

Half of my meal turned up cold and incorrect, the other half was cold and inedible. Not the experience I hoped for. Apparently, they gave me the wrong meal. I was offered the meal I ordered, nearly an hour after I ordered it. It would have been cold at that point as well, in line with the first meal I was given.

New scanning system is a joke, was told I needed to join the virtual queue by a waiter then he just walked off. I joined the queue of 22 minutes even though there was loads of available tables, I decided to wait anyway. I then watched 2 new groups come after me (one was also in a pair like me) heard a different waitress explain the system then they scanned in and I could hear they were not already in a queue waiting, yet they were just taken straight in to the table. I ended up just walking away as I was just stood there and felt too embarrassed to say anything. Not the first problem I've had at this Nandos either to be honest. Food is usually overcooked here and they often get the order wrong. Definitely avoid this Nandos if you can, there's plenty of others in Bristol and I never usually have a problem there

Despite the Covid-19 restrictions, this restaurant is doing its absolute best to provide a great service. The food is the same quality as before but it is really weird and disconcerting to have to wear a face mask whilst walking around.

Had the most DISAPPOINTING experience with Nandos last evening! Waited over an hour for our food to be delivered to learn that the DELIVEROO driver had disappeared with our food and then updated the delivery status as completed!! Rang the Deliveroo team to be told that though they could see the food hadn't been delivered to our address, they still had to 'investigate' in order to process a refund which would take upto 72 hours!! We had ordered food for 10 people including children. It is ridiculous that Nandos chooses to associate themselves with a company that is obviously a shambles when it comes to a complaints process. I ordered direct from the Nandos website so I am very annoyed that Nandos just wash their hands off the delivery and don't take any responsibility for these issues.

I have had good experiences here and some bad, I come here at least once a month and it’s usually very good. The staff are usually friendly, the speed of service normally great and the portions and temperature are usually up to standard. Taking into account that 8/10 visits are usually brilliant I just need to address that the below has happened from time to time. Queue out the door with only one person serving No one to seat us Smaller chicken sizes to usual Dirty cutlery (only happened once) Rude Staff (only happened once) Some of our party getting their food once everyone else had finished Phone bookings not present when we arrive Like I mentioned above, the standard is usually good though and I come back with a group once a month and probably visit another time with a separate party. If you come during the day you are likely to get a table however evenings could have you waiting a while, even if you order take out. Unfortunately, on this visit there was only one person serving when we arrived at 12pm with a queue of people out the door. There was also no one seating people so some people ended up seating themselves.

Meeting up for a birthday we had planned to eat at one of the many foodie places in central Bristol but a large event meant it was closed to traffic. We decided instead to come here. So glad we did! Friendly helpful staff, pleasant unhurried atmosphere, good food. Really pleased. We will be back!

Who doesn’t like a cheeky Nando’s. I have never had a bad experience here. Service is on point and great food.

This was my first time at a Nando's and there wasn't anything that I could find fault with. The service was very good; the staff were pleasant, very helpful and efficient. The flavours in the roasted butternut squash with sweet potato were amazing and the chicken also tasted very good. I loved the mango frozen yogurt. I can't wait to go back to try other items on the menu.

Another successful meal. They do student discount which is great. Chicken thighs and two sides. Coke. Extra halloumi. £12.60. Fab!

An excellent meal in what is probably my favourite Nandos. The only negative is that not all the good came at the same time, but that really is being picky, as it all arrived within 10 mins. Highly recommend this Nandos.

First time to a Nando's so no other branches to compare against. Place very clean, staff efficient and food came quickly. I liked the touch of ice and water from a dispenser without having to ask for a jug/bottle etc.

I wouldn't normally do a review for a chain restaurant like Nando's, however the restaurant in Filton Abbey Woold in Bristol deserves a review. Nando's is my go to restaurant when I want good quality food with no fuss and the restaurant in Filton Abbey Wood didn't disappoint today, good quality food and friendly staff. Will keep going back!

As I said in my title in Nando’s standards very good. Good service, food was fresh and tasty. It’s what you’d expect with a little bit more from a Nando’s. Good restaurant.

We’re in Bristol for the first time and decided to have our first meal here. Food was nice and the staff were friendly especially Marcia who offered a hand when I was at the drink machine. Returned two days later because Nando’s offered us free vouchers while on sightseeing tour of the city. Our order came on time and it was delicious. The kids had a great time. The manager was helpful in resolving the problem with the frozen yogurt machine. He was constantly updating. Top professional. We will definitely return.

I've only ever been to nandos once before and that was in London years ago.. so I thought we would go and try it..

When I go to Nando’s locally (South Wales) the mash is lovely.. in this branch they are serving that filthy mashed “potato” powder out of a bag, absolutely filthy. Is it even LEGAL to sell such filth in a restaurant?! absolutely 0 for effort, well done - bravo, BRAVO!! See picture for lovely mash that is stringy and stuck together and vile....

I turned up at nando's, as you do. With work colleagues who were also hungry after a hard day at work. To find out to our horror they don't do cheesey garlic bread anymore... What is wrong you people!!!!! So we had to order garlic bread which was missing a key ingredient ( BET YOU CAN'T GUESS WHAT ) and with out this key missing feature it's horrid!!! We had to order our cheese seperatly and add it our selves. I mean come on do I have to cook it as well myself WTF...

Visited on a busy Friday lunch time and the service was brilliant. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. The food was excellent and incredibly fresh. Would highly recommend and visit again soon.

Exactly what you expect from a Nando’s - good value, speedy food, which isn’t too unhealthy. The same as all other Nando’s!

Ordered delivery with my family as we will occasionally do. No problems normally. However. Order choc a lot a cake, my absolute fav, no cream delivered with it. Ordered a portion of chips, they weren’t delivered! Rang up nandos and ‘unfortunately’ because it wasn’t a main meal they couldn’t redeliver some. This is ridiculous as now someone missed out on their food. For a £2.60 portion of chips just deliver some but the ‘delivery team’ aren’t able to. I didn’t want a refund, just some chips! Also ordered a kids meal and the chicken strips were hard and it’s supposed to come with a bottlegreen drink and oh surprise surprise that didn’t arrive either!! Sort it out nandos, we are regulars and I doubt we’ll be ordering or visiting soon. I’m not normally one to moan but being in food myself I know how important customer service and getting it right is and you’ve really messed up this time.

im 54 yrs old and tonight for the first time ever i had a nandos i had half of lemon and herb chicken which was spicy it didnt say that on the menu with mash (that tasted like packet mash from the super market) the portion was tiny and a regular side salad 1 cherry tomato 10 very tiny salad leaves and 4 tiny pieces of cucumber rind very small portion my husband had the sunset burger it looked squashed and greasy his fries were plentiful but cold (luke warm) and spicy rice with was vile tasted more soapy than spicey everyone keeps going on about nandos how good it is well sorry to say i am so very disappointed and i wont be having it again @ £28 i think it was a rip off they really need to up their game angry is an understatement the only good thing was it was delivered fast

Popped in for a cheeky Monday Nando’s. Restaurant looks good and staff are helpful, food came fast and was really good. Would deffo recommend the fries with peri peri salt these really are extra cheeky :p

We usually go here on either a Saturday afternoon or evening, depending on our availability. We have consistently received great service, especially from the dark haired male manager yesterday evening. That particular manager usually goes out of his way to ensure that he and his staff keep the business going during shortfalls (e.g. delivery and equipment failure). Yesterday he offered some halloumi on the house. The other week, we had a Frankenstein chicken when they only had three quarters of a chicken left (it'd been busy and it was close to closing time). The staff are not your typical fast service staff on the whole and you get the impression they care about their jobs. Would recommend this store and will return even when we move out of the city. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Food is good and quick. Manager was really nice but some of the other staff were really grumpy. Takeaways can have a long wait but the food is really good and consistent!

You really can very rarely go wrong with a nandos, even when busy. Food service was fast, food was hot and fresh and overall a nice meal.

Myself and my partner visited Nandos Filton as a last minute decision as we had vouchers to spend.

I've been here a few times on my own to get out of the office and with friends. I was a bit disappointed today when my vege. burger was cold but the team handled my concern efficiently and got a replacement quickly. Mistakes happen, it's how you react that counts.

Visited Nando's Filton, we were kept waiting for 40 minutes after ordering as apparently our order disappeared, really a pathetic explanation. Secondly, the annoying fly problem there needs to be addressed, very unhygenic. It was a busy evening, however, the service was quite sloppy.

Visited Nandos for dinner after a day of travelling and not eating much other than cereal bars. My chicken came out really soon after ordering which surprised me (either had been sat cooked and cooling for ages, or wasn't cooked in the first place). My partner ate a bit of mine and thought it tasted funny. His food was out much later than mine even though we had ordered the same meal. On our way home I was struck with food poisoning and this was very unfortunate and embarrassing. I was ill all evening and into the next morning. Fortunately, it seemed to be a 12-hour illness. Reported this to the restaurant requesting a refund and they denied everything I said and sent a voucher as a "good-will" gesture - gave this to a friend as I won't be eating at Nandos again.

We have been to this Nando's many times. The staff are really nice and fast too. They always bring out the food really fast and always cooked well.

Nando’s, spot on as ever! Just as good as any Nando’s I’ve been to, unfortunately no Nata’s available though! But still great!

This was my second visit to a Nando's restaurant so I was familiar with their food ordering system. If you like chicken, this is the place to come. I ordered a 1/4 chicken with two sides and found it quite sufficient. Very tasty. Good service. We had booked a table and it was ready for us. Would definitely visit again.

Staff are always busy but remain friendly and helpful and always help you with seating arrangements. Food is always of a high standard and served quickly - so as to utilise the short time we get for work lunches. Lovely Nando’s and a great branch to visit. Recommended

If you like chain outlets that are standardised everywhere, this is for you. Personally not my usual style, but gave it a go for a change. Initially disappointed my chosen main was “unavailable” I went for a spicy red pepper dip and Pitta starter followed by a veggie wrap and spicy rice for main. It was tasty and enjoyable. Washed down with a dry cider. Surroundings canteen style and basic as per brand. I would go again, just sometimes for s change

Usual, reliable, acceptable service Nando's , food ok so far . A reasonable, economic choice to go out with friends and family.. Was surprise for me ..

We have been to Nando's many times, however this was not one of the better experiences. We weren't shown where we could sit and so stood waiting for ages for a member of staff to do the usual and show us a seat. I wanted a plain beef preg roll as can't eat chicken or peppers during my pregnancy. I specified no spice and nothing bit the steak...what arrived was a wrap with six slithers of beef, 4 million peppers and all smothered in salsa. Needless to say I was extremely sick hours after eating it! The other meals of butterfly chicken and half chicken were ok. We were disappointed with the overall experience.

Nando’s food is good wherever in the country you are. This Nando’s in Filton, Abbey Wood was messy and the staff were standing around doing nothing, looking bored! They all lacked a happy and enthusiastic ‘customer service’ attitude. However we seemed to get huge portions and as I already said, Nando’s is lush anyway!

I'm a little bit torn to decide whether my experience was average or good. I have rated it 3 star as I think my experiences at Cribbs Causeway and Longwell Green were better than Abbeywood.

Well you can’t expect the best from Nando’s but once in a while we don’t mind to pop in to one of Nando’s as the price is fairly reasonable. well the service was great from the staff unfortunately I can’t say the same about the manager, grumpy, rude and unhelpful all in one. Maybe a bit of training would be ideal for him. Other than that we had a decent meal. Just a bit let down by the attitude of the manager.

As I had never previously visited one of this "Portuguese themed" chain's outlets, the staff gave me an overview and were probably trying to reduce my expectations; consequently the experience was much better than I anticipated. The piri-piri chicken (lemon variant) was tasty and the sides of "chips" and coleslaw well portioned, ntm the free refills for soft drinks. Reasonably priced. I did glance around the seating area to gauge the reaction of the clientele and noting this was well attended on a Thursday lunchtime, the overall impression was that they were quite content with their dining. If you are looking for a quick and easy overall value for money opportunity around Filton, one could do a lot worse, even if there was no fresh bread basket! I shall probably return.

After walking out of Frankie & Benny’s we were greeted by very friendly staff again , but main advantage decent food. Great Chicken with a smile . My last experience in Cork of Nandos was not good , no chicken . This revived my confidence in Nandos.

Peri peri chicken and sides were outstanding and excellent customer service. Will return again very soon.

This place is the usual works lunchtime outing, the butterfly chicken is nice and the macho peas are very tasty. I'm getting used to Nando's and it offers a nice range of sides for people who want to be healthy.

We popped in for a birthday meal as the birthday boy likes Nando's.You have to order your food at the counter which is very time consuming,it takes a long time as it is the same queue also for take out.The food when it comes was very nice .Then need more staff to speed up the process .

I have visited this Nando's before, but usually go to Nando's at Cribbs Causeway. The staff are ok and the restaurant is fairly tidy. I do find the wait time at this Nando's branch longer than normal. I ate their today with my wife and we waited 20 minutes for our food. Overall, an average Nando's branch when compared to other branches like Cardiff and Gloucester Quays.

Hadn't been to any Nandos for years - really not impressed previously. Called into this one as they had tables...

Se quisermos comida rápida sem cair no eterno hamburger, esta é uma boa alternativa. Muita variedade de frango, várias porções, boa confecção. O serviço é bastante rápido e eficiente. Bons acompanhamentos e saladas. Vários molhos para escolher. E tem cerveja Portuguesa (ou não seja uma cadeia de inspiração Portuguesa).

Called in for lunch whilst we were visiting the Abbey Wood site, we were greeted straight away and taken to a table which was good and speedy. The restaurant itself was clean and tables were being wiped down quickly which was reassuring. The tables and floor seemed a little tired and could do with a refresh apart from that it was just as you would expect a Nando's to be. The food was decent enough again just as you would expect, edible served quickly but nothing to go 'wow' about; just good. Staff wee friendly, no problems with this restaurant and would use it again if in the area.

As a parent of a teenager child, I guess that it was only inevitable, that at some stage in life, I would visit a Nando's..well as fate would have it..it was last Sunday.Like any other (parent of a teenager), I'm happy to do the odd McDonalds, even KFC once in a while sits right..so why the heck was I thinking, that Nando's would be slightly more up market?..that's doing your homework first.. right there!So the good..The staff were great, as soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted and escorted to our seats.So thats the 'good' out the way..on to the 'not so good'..the place has seen 'better days', and those 'better days' were a long time ago, whilst not dirty, everything looked tired and in desperate need of updating.So onto the main attraction..why else do you go to Nando's..well the chicken of course...except that I don't eat chicken..'I know, I know"..but they serve 'Fillet Steak'..see, not so dumb..Well when I say steak, it was like nothing I have ever eaten before..definitely not a burger, definitely not fillet steak..to this day, I'm still not sure what it was I ate..what I do know, is that it was 'stone cold' and had no taste what so ever...and I really mean that, like Coke Zero has Zero sugar, this thing tasted of nothing, absolutely nothing at all..Both the wife and daughter, had the 'Sunset Burger', which they both stated were 'OK'..I actually think that is praise from a teenager..not sure though?So there you have it, my first visit, run down and dated decor, cold and tasteless food..it's quite hard to recommend a place, when the only thing going for it, is the staff. Normally, its the rude and unattentive staff that let a venue down, this time, its the opposite way round..

Been to this nandos before normally really good but really slow today took ages to even get seated even though there was loads of empty tables.

I'm a definite Nando's fan. The standard of the food appears to be the same in every restaurant. This particular one has really friendly and helpful staff, and the food comes out really quickly (and hot). I got to try out the rewards today having been saving up on my loyalty card and had my meal free today (not that the food is expensive anyway). Definite value for money at Nando's. Great food, great service, low prices.

Came here on Friday night with family, so total of 4 of us, sat out in the sun which was lovely, catered for the kids which was great, food and drinks was really nice, highly recommended

This has become somewhere we visit at lunchtime as a team. It's okay food, much better than the other units in the retail park. The chips are rubbish though, the side salad is expensive for what you get. The expensive sides are better than the cheap ones.

Popped in this evening 2.06.17, sons birthday and he been desperate to go there. Arrived early evening around 6pm got shown to a table and explained how it all worked. Order our food arrived with in 15minutes, food was ok but at the end off the day it is just chicken and chips. I can't see what all the fuss is about!!!

Called in here on a visit to Bristol. I have always resisted eating in mass produced cheap eats and now I know I should trust my instincts. Chicken dry, flavorless and overpriced for what we had. Burger bun greasy and fries hard. Sauce was tasteless and staff looked like they couldn't care less. Okay so its fast food, what can you expect? Well, food that you can eat or is that too much to ask.Okay if you are not fussy what you eat, otherwise bad. It didn't have any appeal at all, like a noisy motorway cafe.

We finished a dance competition late and turned up just before closing, and we thought that we would not eat tonight.... However, we were so surprised that the chap in the bar and the manager made us so welcome, with drinks and as much lovely food as we could eat and drinks too... Then a lovely hot chocolate and a free drink or two... it was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. What a pleasant change and we will definitely come back... thank you Nando's

The nandos concept is logical and profficent in it's simplicity..our food order arrived in good time was well presented and at a good temperature..we both had a beer that were ice cold and took the heat out of the hot piri piri sauce..i don't really get the service system but would like to say well done to the young man possibly new who was working very proficently to get the food out as soon as it was put up..overall its a good option for a healthier meal..

My partner and I visit this branch regularly as we find it is better than the Venue one (and more convenient to get to than the Mall one). The staff are lovely and go out of their way to provide great service. The food is always good.Off peak times and in the run up to closing, it can be a bit slow, but we've both worked in catering and know what it's like. Never a disappointing visit here :)

I prefer coming here during late spring to early autumn period because of the outdoor seating, which compliments the amazing sunset in the evenings. The food is great and the staff are nice. But why cant it be cheaper? wheres the student discount?

Meals came at different times and EVERY level of spice -including PLAIN was spicey!! Way more spicey than any other Nando's I've been to

I've never experienced such a poor service, the front of house staff were excellent however when I mentioned that I had a gluten free diet the manager Brett was brought to the table who when I asked if the cheeses were gluten free he said quite disparagingly 'of course it's not, it's cheese'Unbelievable Jeff. Will never visit Nando's again if he can't understand the allergy requirements

I have been in this Nando`s many times as live near by and my conclusion is always the same. Food quality is ok, same as every other Nando`s, BUT I never ever experienced an unprofessional service like this.Few month ago we went out for a staff lunch ( ~ 15 colleagues) after half an hour wait we have received 4 portion of meal, the others arrived with about another 20 min late, although the food was ready and it was sitting on the hot plate. No one even bothered. No one asked a simple question like " Everything all right". No one cleared the table after main course. We wanted to order desserts, but we didn`t want to wait again and eat our desserts and coffees sitting at a fully packed table. Yesterday visit I had a "de ja vu" feeling. We arrived quite early, the restaurant wasn`t busy at all. There was 3 of us. One of ordered a large meal plate and 2 of us just salad. We have received the meal plate and then about 10 min later I had to ask for my salad which was again sitting on the hot plate and the dried out, then the "waiter" gave it in my hand, although he was standing next to me, I had to ask him to put it down on the table. Again no one bothered, no one cleared the table and whole service was a total mess.I am consider to choose an other Nando`s in the area as the service is unacceptable. Staff care more in a kebab shop, probably because all of their staff is student with no skills at all. I didn`t expect a first class service in white gloves, but minimum care would be essential.

We took 12 kids here for a birthday party. It's was alright but alright don't get you an excellent. Room for improvement as follows: Better service. Less overcooked dry chicken. Getting the order right first time. Fixing your ice cream machine so not to disappoint 12 kids. Anyone would think there is not competition for this type of thing just a few doors down?

Well, I like Nando's...so I know what to expect, and I wasn't disappointed with this particular restaurant. Good service and great food. Good location to where we were staying (near Hambrook). Perfect for M4, Bristol.

Never really gone to a Nando's and had amazing service, probably because the waiters don't actually serve you that much. Anyways, ordered a take away. Arrived after the time it should be have been cooked for, 40 minutes before the restaurant closed, so it was dead. Loads of staff around, but one person serving at the till. We could see our take away out under the heaters and it looked like it was all there (because it was). We were told to take a seat, so we waited. Someone went over to check all our food was there, walked away to flirt with the girl at the till and had to wait for someone else to walk by and notice all of our food was ready and just needed to be put into a bag and given to us. Being a waitress myself, I know how to respect other waitresses and would have said fair enough if I was rude to them but I wasn't and at the end of the day working in a restaurant it is your job to serve people and not ignore them. Maybe if I had my makeup on and did my hair nicely then the lad who ignored our food might have given it to us

I have visited here a couple of times now and its never very crowded which is good as it is a better venue if you want to get a table than the Nandos in the mall, however they appear to be a bit short staffed, service is quiet slow as there seems to be a long queue to order food as they only have one or two people taking orders so this can be a bit annoying, I had an issue with a coffee which I had to ask 4 times for then got after my meal which showed a lack of coordination, however the food is good and the location is good with parking and several other shops around, a costa is next door if you don't like the coffee

Visited on 22.12.2016. We had booked a table for 8. When we arrived our table was pointed out, which I thought was weird as you normally get shown to your table in other restaurants. We sat down and as the remainder of the party were late we just sat there. I didn't know (nor were we asked if we had been to a Nandos before) that you had to go and order your own drinks at the bar so we just sat there, and sat there, till our friends arrived about 15 mins later when we ordered drinks. Seeing as it was so near to Christmas the place wasn't even half full and totally lacked any atmosphere.Food was ok - rather overpriced for what it was. Coleslaw tasted weird. Also as we had order in two batches - the food came out all over the place with gaps between meals arriving. For the money I do feel that there are better places to eat where at least you have some chat and banter with staff that was totally lacking here. I will not be returning.

The trouble is with Nando's is that it has got such a cult following that it doesn't live up to the hype. Yeah the food is alright but it's nothing special. Nice clean restaurant, friendly staff, nice decor but the food is just ok! It's worth writing a review on here about but nothing to write home about.

Nando's is Nando's. Lovely well cooked food and lots of it. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Not many people there but probably shopping.

Having only eaten in on other Nando's years ago, I wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered chicken breast with two sides for £8. The salad was some sorry lettuce leaves and a cherry tomato - one! The coleslaw was mostly cabbage and tasted weird and the chicken breast was tiny.

Went here with the co-workers. Good quick service and food didn't take long for our table of 8. No reservation - and they fit us in. I had the special - Christmas type burger. Cranberry and Spinach with a mayo on a ciabatta type bun. Quinoa salad as my side. Very good !

Ate here with son prior to Uni visit, one of the nicer Nando outlets, quite spacious and airy. As expected average age quite young but no rowdy atmosphere. Easy walk from our hotel across the road.Food was fresh and hot and no delays, staff mostly friendly and helpful.No surprises and got what we expected.

Have been here a couple of times recently - I didn't think anywhere could beat the Aspects Park Nando's, but this one has - seriously the best Nando's I've had :-) Your chefs should be commended.

Lovely food, excellent staff, nice setting. The peas are extra special! Good value too. I now have a Loyalty card!

All sorts of holes with hitting areas and not just a driver off the tee on every hole. The 17th downhill about 100m is huge as the drop makes judging distance a real challenge. Carts just on paths was a pain but you need one. Proshop was closed on our return at 5pm so no customary souvenir ball marker...

With so many venues competing for your taste buds in Bristol it's so good now and again to revisit an old friend. Nando's fits that description really well. It has a very comfortable ambience and you always know you will get great food and great service. The friendly staff simply add to the whole experience ...

Third Nandos I've been to now and every one of them had average/dry chicken, bland chips, and self service. Why everyone at work raves about this restaurant chain is beyond me. You can even buy the sauce down ASDA if you like it that much and then put it on some decent meat.

We arrived we hadn't booked for 6 was told 25 minutes that was fine we finally sat down to be told we had to go and order at the counter that took 20 mins to order we waited 30 mins and watched half the restaurant fill no food seamed to be coming from the kitchen there was plenty ready but nobody seamed to be delivering finally got our food which was as good always but restaurant lacked leadership disappointing

We needed somewhere close that could accommodate all our dietary needs. The food was tasty though the tables and chairs were sticky to sit/ eat from.

Popped in for dinner. Fairly busy, so was pleased with the quick service. Hot food and pleasant staff. Great place to go if you are looking for a tasty, quick bite to eat.

I'd never been to Nando's before, and wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I went with a few friends from work and really enjoyed it. I'd advise getting there just before the lunchtime rush though, as it does get quite busy.Also, if you're not a fan of chicken I'd look at other options as most meals are chicken based meals. Swift service and great value - I highly recommend Nando's!
