Great food. Probably the best restaurant inside Silverburn mall!

I ordered a meal today to takeaway and when Ithing in it apart from the burnt burger no salad no halloumi which I paid extra for no sauce. I was seated infront of the kitchen waiting for my order and omg I was shocked to see how unorganised the kitchen was and the mess. Staff really can’t be bothered.wont be ever going to nandos sliverburn again avoid !!!!

Chicken was not marinated at tasting bland. Young guy who just slammed plate on table 1/4 chips fell to table, never apologised or said sorry. Food under cooked await over 40mins get served. Coke was very watery, Its ahame nandos making money offering watery drink customers. Very poor and disapointing service over all.

Visited last night and although the food was really nice it was so cold it wasn't an enjoyable experience.I asked if we could move and although there were quite a few empty tables we were told we couldn't.The man at the next table asked to move for the same reason and he was taken to another table.Staff were good apart from the greeter who looked very glum.Will probably not go back to this restaurant unless it's a warm day.It wasn't the food that was cold it was the restaurant the food was very good

Despite restaurant being two thirds empty we were told minimum wait 25 mins, Not wishing to disappoint my granddaughters I agreed to wait. Bad bad decision Overpriced & overcooked! 2 chicken breasts? Must have been a newborn chick! Bone dry, dry chips dusted with spice to produce some flavour. Garlic bread was OK. Fizzy drinks are a rip off, even if the mix was correct it’s still a rip off, but this was on a new level, cola and Fanta almost as clear as 7up. Noticing the amount of food other diners had left I decided not to eat, my granddaughters food was awful, I ordered them some desserts which were served while 3 plates of half eaten food still on the table. Just as I was about to clear the table a staff member noticed and she cleared them. £70 for 3 very poor meals and 3 disappointed youngsters. NEVER AGAIN

Went today and they were so helpful with me having my baby with me, the girl couldn’t do enough to help with warming milk etc and offered to keep my food warm whilst I fed my baby, thoroughly appreciated, food was lovely too!

I went with my friends. We ordered two family platters and an extra half chicken with bottomless drinks. The chicken was nice and tasty. Lots of options of sauces. Would recommend!! Nice service as well.

We were serve by Darcy (as from the receipt), she was not very friendly and in fact rude and unhelpful. We politely asked for plates as we required it due to our order and she just walked away to the back. This has put us off coming here.

Great food and the staff are friendly enough, but on numerous occasions we have been told that there are no tables available, for only 1/3 of the restaurant to be seated. Rather bizarre policy and seems nonsensical when there are several other places to eat nearby.

24 tables free for dinner but a 45mins wait. Waited 25minutes on a takeaway with only 2 out of the 24 being filled during my wait. Staff not friendly or helpful. All staff standing around not doing much. Very disappointed. I won’t be back.

Poor service terrible atmosphere Sat with two young kids, notice on the way out that there is crayons etc for keeping them occupied nobody thinks to tell you. Plates sat on our table while about 5 staff just float around doing nothing. Food was average. Worst nandos in Glasgow

Got a chicken pitta wrap. Pitta was cold and ruined the whole meal. Tables dirty whole place filthy. Won't be back... braehead branch is much better

Popped in here last minute as we had been out for the day and decided to get some dinner before going home. Staff were so lovely and couldn't be more helpful and the food was excellent.

Cold food every time I eat in here. Plus their prices have went through the roof. 17.70 for a coke and a breast of chicken with cold microwaved potatoes and tasteless chips. Will never eat in here again.

Dirty cutlery put me off my meal wish I’d taken a photo of it but I didn’t think £85 to hardly eat anything as it put all 4 of us off. If the cutlery can be dirty then what else is dirty

I walking order take away and wait about 30 minute food still not ready. And waited another 10 minute food still not ready. I used to work in there what happened. This store. This is bad very bad.

Picked up an order for collection tonight and the member of staff who served me (Craig) was extremely polite and very helpful even though the restaurant was very busy. Great service :)

I love peri peri chicken! Great servings, friendly staff, and good value.

I came here on Friday 7th July with my partner for dinner. Food itself was amazing, but the member of staff who served our food was quite rude. As soon as she reached the table of me and my partner, she turned to my partner not acknowledging me and said, “Is this for her?”, quite cheekily and knocked the plates down on the table.

My first Nando’s Never Again, I could not bite through the Roll in chicken it was so hard. I separated it and had a difficulty cutting it with a knife, also the chicken was cold, by cold or even lukewarm

Took my 8 Yr old for 1st time, went to counter and ordered mine then said my wee boy wants a plain chicken wrap with chips, didn't realise till after that I was charged for adult! About £15 for a small wrap cut in half and chips, the wrap was also spicy my son was struggling to eat it but was told thats the standard chicken for the wraps which i wasn't told. All I got was an apology and told they don't do kids wraps, again why wasn't I told this at the counter! My sons meal was dearer than my own. Expensive trip Lesson learned

Terrible portions with terrible service- made me feel awful about my allergy. Really late food with little to be happy with, will not being coming back.

We recently came to Nando’s and when we came we had to wait 20 minutes and when we sat down we had to wait another 20 for the food,they got the wrong order and the food was cold for all portions.

Warning to everyone who’s ordered and take out to PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES. Happened to me TWO times in a row they didn’t put our food in the bag!! First was 25 april 2023, ordered 2 set nandinos and 1/2 chicken, went home and realized they didn’t put 2 juices & 1 corn. It was quite late night so i said ok not worth it to go back. Again went today 3th May 2023, literally 1 weeks gap, ordered 1/2 chicken and 1 set nandino. This time before i left and the girls who is prepared putting the food i. The bag, i told her dont forget the juice. She check the bill and grab the juice. I didn’t check the rest of the bag because all wrapped in thw box. Went home, and realized they didn’t put the chicken fillet the main course for nandino set.!!! Very disappointing. The management really need to check and required staff training again prior to this.

All the waiters and waitresses are nice and talkative. I’ve tried most things on the menu as I have been her many times and never get bored. It is mainly a chicken restaurant and I feel as though there were still plenty of Vegetarian options. The free refills are amazing as there’s nothing better than to know you have an endless supply of Diet Coke. Prices are decent and I know I’ll be back.

I had a waiter the other day with dark curly hair, I think her name was Francescca. She was so lovely to me and my girlfriend and looked after us all night. The food was great and they came out pretty quickly. Would defos come again!!!

Expected to maintain the same standard as the other Nando’s chain. Wanted to have a good meal. But ended up with Cold Chicken 🍗 even though the restaurant wasn’t crowded. Tried to reach out to the team but none was approachable.

Avoid - this place is a shambles poor staff attitudes destroy places. Manager seems to think you should be grateful to be allowed in!!

Food was ok...they were short staffed so no real sense of being looked after...food was ok but it is expensive for what it is. Quite cold too altho that's not their fault. Not what it was :(

I love nandos but will never come back to this one. I order my normal double chicken pita and sides. When it came. The chicken was sliced up and looked weird. Like wet and a bit pinkish in the middle and it wasnt the sauce. I was 7 months pregnant so there was no way i was taking a chance as i felt it wasnt cooked right. When i sent it back the manager came over to say this is how the chicken is now done in the pita and it was cooked but he would have it remade for me. So we waited when it came back it was only one chicken breast and after all this i was put off. No one even came back to check after this. I have since been to other nandos and they dont cut the chicken into slices like that.

I spoke to a member of staff and a manager over the phone, and they were incredibly friendly and did their best to help me even though they were busy. I have eaten here a few times as well and the staff are always lovely!

It is possible to change this table because the drink all falls on my clothes 👎👎👎

This isn’t the first time we’ve visited, every previous visit of ours was great, we had high expectations for today, but we were disappointed. First, the food took more than 30 minutes to arrive, secondly, The food itself was of poor standard. The garlic bread was not cooked and cold and the bread for the kid’s burger was stale. In fact, a few others were also complaining about the food/service today. I’d usually give this restaurant a five star but today just wasn’t it.

Definitely a better finger licking experience than that other chicken place. Prices have certainly increased a lot.

Refused to serve us while whole restaurant was only 10% full. Utter shambles.

I like the food at Nandos but on this particular day, there was a number of things that had ran out. That didnt bother me but in addition there was no ice in the drinks machine. Little things, but if they were sorted it would make all the difference. I was there at around 4pm on a Saturday.

Arrived at 7.15pm for a table and was refused service as apparently they weren’t taking any more customers for closing time . Closing time wasn’t for another 2 1/2 hours which is plenty of time. Waitress was rude. So had to go to tgi Fridays .Not happy!!!! Bad service!!!!!

NOT for VEGETARIANS or VEGANS !!! Stopped by on Saturday 27th August for lunch, my partner ordered a burger and I ordered 4 sides as I’m vegetarian. We explained the 4 sides were for a vegetarian so should be separate from the burger. After a painstaking wait, a waitress brought out a burger with all 4 sides squeezed up against it, with my garlic bread actually touching the burger meat. We explained the problem, she looked like she really didn’t care but would take it back to the kitchen, I stressed that she was not to bring me they exact 4 sides back to me(pretending they were re-made) as is a common trick. I watched her as she took the plate with the burger and 4 sides to her manager, she started to shrug her shoulders to him, as if to say “what’s the problem?” The problem which I had clearly explained to her 5.8 seconds earlier. The manager then approached our table at which time I pointed out these sides are marked as “V” and “VG” on the menu, yet are brushed against meat ??? He had little interest or respect for the problem. He stated they would be re-made. After what we had already experienced, it was highly unlikely basic standards of separating foods would happen, we asked for a refund and set off for a proper restaurant. Also we noticed the staff were all very young, except for the manager, which adds to very poor service/long waiting times/multiple staff having drinks at the self service machine when customers were sitting waiting to be served. Definitely won’t be back.

I have tried on multiple occasions, different times, different days since the end of the last lockdown (April 2021) and have been unable to get into Nando’s silverburn as there is ALWAYS a minimum wait of 15+ minutes? Today I went. There was at least 7, maybe 8 empty tables and yet still no space. 8 empty tables and a 15 minute wait? I don’t get how since April last year this Nando’s has been THAT busy I am unable to get a seat when there is plenty of empty seats

I’m a regular customer of Nando’s, maybe once a week, and I have been going to Nando’s in silverburn for about 10 years now, what I can tell you is this particular Nando’s is going downhill. Tonight’s 1 hour wait to get a seat when the restaurant is 2/3 empty really annoyed me, while Wagamama and Fridays will take you in straight away while their restaurant is mobbed, it’s almost like this particular restaurant doesn’t want to make food or make money. Also had a few bad take away experiences in the past months, fair enough I have been reimbursed, but it should be like that. I love Nando’s , but this one in silver burn doesn’t want my business I am afraid. I will no be coming back to this one in the future, I’d rather just go to EK.

We maybe picked a bad time, it was late on a Sunday and Silverburn was like a ghost town. The restaurant has a few other people but overall the atmosphere was very weird. The food was fine just think because of the location need to go when the place has some energy.

Never be back for sure. Ridiculous super slow service. Burger n pitta bread took 45 mins. I mean how long a burger takes to make. Absolutely shocking service. Food was cold too.

Went here a few months back and meant to leave a review. We had excellent service from yusuf, he couldn't have been more helpful. Food was fantastic as always is.

3rd time this week at Nandos, this time very poor service and long waiting times. Left hungry. Manager unhelpful. Besides the sharing platter was out of thighs and two butterfly chicken steaks instead. A restaurant is only as good as your last meal! Disappointed family meal.

Waited almost 2 hours for delivery and when it got here, half the order was missing. No redelivery offered, just a refund. Half of the party left with no food. A special night ruined.

Very impressed with my visit here .Me and wife shared a boneless platter with 2 sides each unfortunately there was no peri peri fries but the fries we got were lovely .We opted for the medium and the hot sauce for our chicken and they were both very spicy .Staff were very attentive and were always on hand with top ups for our drinks

Ok. How should I start, as I felt I was in a comedy movie. Skip the part with scanning the qr code to reserve a table, because I've got it: it's covid, less staff, pressure on the kitchen etc. We were greeted and escorted to our table, which was ok, but the comedy starts now. The hostess forgot to tell us that we have to scan the qr code to access the menu and to order. After waiting for 10 minutes not knowing what is the new restaurant policy, we have asked a staff how we can order, so the waitress politely told us to scan the code on the table, to accessthe menu and order. She asked for allergies, and my wife told them yes, seafood only. She stopped and told us that she will call a manager and we cannot order through the App. I was in my mind like aaaaaa....do you have seafood in your menu and I don't know, but nevermind, I was accepting the policy. I have counted the staff. 7 on the floor and 2 at the hostess desk, restaurant half busy, manager nowhere, so we have decided to scan the app to order, but we couldn't place it as we were marked with allergies I assume. Finally the manager came, took the order and I have asked if they serve seafood or seafood traces in their food. She says No, this is the policy, a manager needs to take the order for people with allergies, so practically she took the order and left, doing nothing else than the App or what any other served would have done. Doesn't matter that I have asked for spicy chips and they came plain, and the spices were brought to the table in a plastic container, souce on the wings was dry, burned or not existant, but nevermind, when you are hungry you are hungry :)))) I work in hospitality also, I completly understand that mistakes can happen, long hour shifts can be exhausting, no weekends or holidays, but this was a joke: scan not scan, manager will come or will not come, order do not order. PS. Chairs were dirty, so keep an eye on them, and the young lad who refilled our drinks was very polite and tried hard to do his job.

Very poorly managed. Please explain clearly and regularly to the people already in the queue that they need to scan and take a number to stand in the queue. As a matter of habit people will blindly queue up in the queue without realising the process.

Been twice recently now. The first time at the start of Jan, it took a long time to get served. I thought this was hopefully a one off, but no. Second visit in the last 4 weeks and again took ages to get served. When the food did eventually arrive, it was wrong. Staff are pleasant, but if it’s always like this, it would be handy to be told prior to being seated, that there is a long delay until you get food. Then I would of went elsewhere. Either we have just been unlucky twice now, or the kitchen can’t handle feeding the seating capacity, when it gets busier.

Took a takeaway. They charged me for butterfly chicken burger but packed butterfly chicken. Also adding sides separately cost me more.

The staff were lovely Couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. But food was dire. Sorry but it really was. Overcooked chicken on a cold plate not appetising at all.

My wife bribes me with a Nandos if I take her shopping at Silverburn. I hate shopping centres, but I concede for peri-peri chicken. Staff are very nice, food is worth being taken shopping (did I mention I hate shopping). Only negative is the people on the next table are almost sitting on your knee.

As someone with allergies it is hard to find a place that really goes out of their way to help you and make sure you get a good meal and don't end up Ill. Nandos silverburn staff really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me and I had no cross contamination problems! The manager actually stood over the staff while my meal was being prepared to make sure the grill was scrubbed free of containments & that nothing came into contact with my food that could make me Ill. She also double checked all the sauces to show me what ones were safe for me to use. We were told there was a 25 minute wait for food but it was so much faster. All the staff were really friendly and helpful! We will definitely be back!

15 minute wait even though there were lots of empty seats no staff avalible to seat us or even acknowledge us in till my wife went to speak to the manager

Love this food..nice location and efficient staff

Food was tasty and served in a reasonable time . Staff were cheery, friendly and offered help with the menu if we needed it .Part of our order was a kid's meal of chicken burger , chips , sweet potato mash and a glass of milk , this was a good sized portion. The burger is actually a good sized chicken fillet with a slice of tomato and lettuce in a brioche bun .

Food was good but service was pretty poor, I was still chewing my food when my plates were taken away (staff hadn't bothered about me throughout my 40 minute food wait when the place was empty, staff literally floating about taking one tables food out at a time) £17.50 to sit and watch groups people who ordered after me get their food before me 💔

Straight to a seat and food arrived within 10 minutes. Waitress was very helpful. Would recommend anytime.

Greeted warmly by a young looking male with funny logo on his tee shirt that made me smile. He was pleasant as were all other staff during our visit. Tables all pretty close to each other but in the middle of a busy shopping centre so not enough to be overheard by other diners. Food really good quality, well presented and delicious. Prices great too. Must collect own cutlery and condiments, but two starters, two mains with two sides each and two juices you can refill as required £33 - Nandos we will return!

My kids love visiting Nando’s but for me it’s gone downhill. Service isn’t great and my Butterfly chicken was extremely dry. For my the Nando’s branch at the Quay is better.

The 22 pound platter was poor value tasted fantastic but 1 brest and 4 small portions was not good value but will go back and try 1 more time

Food is always good and a great selection of sauces from mild to extra spicy.

Would agree with the last post I asked about our food then recd quite a brusque rebuke from the lady manager it was not busy and we were 20 mins waiting felt long with a 6 yr old ... the manager never came back near us. At least the young fella serving had the courtesy to say sorry for your wait which was all that was needed really cant say I will be back.

Food still great but portions getting smaller ..I guess they are so busy thet don't need to .give a good portion..barely any chips.

Food arrived cold and had to send it back, next batch arrived and was really dry, don't understand why anyone would want to eat this.

Really disappointed in our meal last night, waited ages on our food arriving when it came the chicken was very dry hardly any sauce in my wrap and the lettuce was all the horrible hard white pieces. Wont be back.

This Nandos seems to make better chicken than other Nandos. Not sure if that's real or just me. It's always busy here but never waited more than 25 mins in peak time, this visit was about 20 mins. It's hard to comment on the service because after you've ordered you do everything else yourself. The food is great though and that's why you keep going back over and over. Usually get the meal platter between the two of us as it's pretty good value.

One of the better nandos in and around Glasgow. Busy spot so try to avoid on peak times because there can be a bit if a que for a table.

Send it back if its not up to standard every meal should be prepared the same each time noticed a bug change in the restaurant this time
