Lovely butterfly chicken burgers. Will definitely be back, and would order this food again.

Excellent from start to finish, no problems being gluten free. I would say that the cost if a small tub ice cream for pudding was very expensive but everything else was lovely

Was a nice calm relaxed atmosphere. Was out of chicken thighs that night bit other than that it was amazing. Staff were fantastic.

Our first time here, the service at the Counter was a bit slow, we waited a few minutes to place our order, when the food arrived, it was nice, nothing spectacular, chips were lukewarm. But will say the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Will be back to try another night, hopefully all the food will be hot, just like the sauces

The gentleman (apologies didn't get name) in the red t shirt with black moustache who welcomed us , always exceptionally hospitable. A real credit to the company, always goes above and beyond 👊 lovely place to eat

Another amazing experience at this Nandos. A group of 7 sat immediately with a smile. Food was quick, tasty and decently priced all be it more expensive than it used to be that is the way of the world now. Extra special shout out to Amber who was our host and server who even though short staffed was attentive enough and got food over to us as soon as it was ready. Will go again.

Exactly what you expect going to Nandos, yummy food, easy to order online, refillable drinks and quick service. I have noticed it's gotten a little pricey, BUT still worth it.

I love this Nando’s the stuff are very nice. I highly recommend the sunset burger with cheese and ask for the cheese to be melted and ask for peri peri chips. When you take a bite the cheese melts all over the peri chips. It’s honestly the best thing on the menu

Food was nice and delicious, likewise the server Lorna was amazing. She went above and beyond and made our nando’s experience top tier. 5 stars.

Went here for food, the last time I went it was about 4 years ago and I had enjoyed. We got seated and the waitress gave us a list of things they were out of which was peri peri chips, normal chips and spicy rice, coleslaw which is everything we normally order. We had driven half hour and my partner is a fussy eater so we decided to stay. We ordered our food via the app and the waitress came over with our drinks. Our food came later and they burnt my butterfly chicken so it had a rubber texture and i ordered some corn on a cob and some rainbow coleslaw(never doing that again, I’ll stick to normal coleslaw) I don’t like confrontation or sending food back so I ate it but I wasn’t satisfied. I felt that Llanelli Nando’s had gone downhill from last time and I will probably not go back.

Visited Nando’s end of Jan 2023 as party of 3. As it was busy, we were sent away for 30 mins. Food and service was ok but a little Slow on this occasion. To book a table in future we were told to ring the restaurant. Tried this tonight, was told we could not book for 3 people, had to book for 6 or more. As a family we can easily fill a table of 6 but when we requested this instead of a table of 3 my husband was called a liar. When he asked for the staff members name, the person refused to share this info and put the phone down on him. When my husband called back to speak to the manager about the rude way he had been treated, she again refused to book a table of 6, called him a liar AGAIN and put the phone down AGAIN… Great customer service Nando’s 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻NOT!!! VERY RUDE!!!

Staff not trained properly but acceptable!, it was cold in the restaurant!, menus are a little confusing!, how hard is it to simplify a menu?, let's get some toothpicks out!, it so simple to do!, poor waiting area.

First time in nandos. Food was OK but waited 40 minutes after ordering our food. No explanation or apology, doubt I'll bother again.

Great food standard and taste. It was a order collection this time around and while we waited for food, we were offered drinks and sauces. It looked busy but all the orders seemed to be ready just on time.

Quite Busy when we went, but the staff were very nice and helpful. Took out numbers and called us when there was a table. The food was also really tasty and filling.

We love coming to Nandos Llanelli. Food was flavourful, fantastic and quick, as usual. Service was fabulous and attentive. Special thanks to Rosie for looking after us!

We had to wait an hour for food while the people who ordered right before got their’s in 20-30 mins (there were 5 of them and there was 3 of us) also another 3 people came in 20-30 mins after we ordered then they ordered 10 mins after and got their food right after us plus I feel like it was very expensive for the amount of time and food they gave us. Burger was cold and buns were kind of hard while chips were very hot. I don’t recommend if you are not doing amazing financially, never again.

Great place. Nice food for a vegetarian. Best sweetcorn ever!. Nearby parking. Quick service. They take blue light cards. It’s very open if you need to know that sort of thing. It’s nicely decorated.

Given 1 star for our helpful waiter. Don't provide for Coeliac (Gluten free) I ordered chicken breast and when it came it wasn't full chicken breast and mash was children's helping. My husband chicken breast and chips were again very poor for size . Over all very poor for the money we paid. The whole of Llanelli is very poor for anywhere to eat.

I visited the Llanelli branch to celebrate my son's 14th birthday. What a let down. Food wasn't the best and the bottomless drinks machine wasn't working. My son asked for the frozen yoghurt for dessert, again this wasn't available. I understand that issues happen but the staff didn't mention any of this on arrival. A poor service in my opinion.

Enjoyed lunch with friends - mixture of chicken wraps with lemon and herb, plain roast dinner, toast chicken with piri rice and coleslaw. Enjoyed Piri Salt on our chips, extra lemon and herb sauce on our wraps. Didn't think it was too pricey.

I went here with my partner yesterday for a meal as hungry horse was full and there were no other food places open. I was originally under the impression that Nando’s was a place filled with chavs with horrible cheap food but I was really surprised when we went in and ordered. My partner and I both had two portions of sweet potato wedges and a portion of halloumi cheese sticks. My partner had the pitta with side salad and garlic bread while I had the sunset burger with mash potato and peri seasoned fries. The food was surprisingly delicious. The chicken thigh was so soft and the sauce was to my liking. I think we over ordered as the food was very filling!

Chickennnnnnn. One member of the team walked around with a toothpick in his mouth like he was the fonz. Perhaps look at the attire of the staff, including dirty trainers etc. Smarten up people this is a professional service industry. Love Nando's food.

The hummus and dip was amazing but the chicken was slightly pink so I stopped eating it but it hasn't stopped me getting food poisoning.

Had a chickpea burger. The bun was soggy and had to be thrown away. The burger was bland and tasteless, covered with a sauerkraut like relish that was so vinegary it had to also be thrown away. Chips were ok. Waste of money. Will not return.

Four meals were ordered Two of which were lemon and herb. The food came but was hotter than medium as we tried it with the wrong flag. We made a complaint to get it changed, to which the manager addressed us “I made it myself I know it’s right, but someone else must’ve added the wrong sauce” she was cocky and rude towards us. By the time the food had been corrected, the other two had finished. No apology was made. We were pointed at by the manager as we were leaving. The manager had a terrible attitude. All could’ve been resolved if she had a better attitude. Also she was dressed inappropriately, absence of an apron or head wear when she claimed to have made our food.

Didnt even get to be seated. Stood waiting for ages. No one meeting or greeting. Walked off as no one wanted to know

Food was ok , service good , polite staff . Conn tho you have to pay to park . If that wasn’t the case I’d given 5 star

Large, cavernous Nandos, I'm not a Nandos regular, but this seemed particularly short on atmosphere. Quiet when we arrived (7.00pm Friday), seething when we left. Charming serving staff and person taking orders, but let down by kitchen. Food took an age and was dry when it arrived. I had Butterfly chicken which was tough, and a small portion. Partner had halloumi/mushrooms pitts which was better. With drinks came to £30. Not sure I'd bother again, but not much choice in this vicinity.

First time at Nandos Ever for myself and Teen children. Awful welcome by frt line staff, We had one Android phone on us and struggled to order. No menus even paper ones apart from one ripped menu that another member of staff went and sourced.Food very basic chicken leg more like a sparrow leg. Aimee member of staff did try and help us in the end as we were going to leave. Table grubby place unkempt. Very dissappointed .

Dreadful serving, expensive for what it is, menu very limited, horrible music, toilet wasn't flushing & very filthy... I was a huge fan for the last 12 years... very very disappointing...

Food was as you'd expect, slow to arrive as the team need a bit of a push to move a bit quicker at times, the team are nice enough but not always attentive. The app is a pain to use sometimes, quite a few people struggled with it.

Don’t think I’ll be visiting again. Service was horrendous. Slow waiters, food took ages to be served after ordering.

Nando's is normally my go to takeaway food. I can't agree whether this restaurant filled up my liking compared with other Nandos. It was okay I guess.

So disappointed with Llanelli Nandos. We ordered food to our office in town and they didn't put in the hummus starter. I called to ask about it and they asked if we could come and get it, I explained that we had delivery because we were all working and couldn't leave the office. So the response was "sorry you'll have to get a refund from deliveroo". Obviously I will get a refund as I have not had the food! But to not even offer to bring the correct order is disgusting. If this had been through the nandos app they wouldn't have a delivery service to palm off the problem to. Utterly disgusting service.
