Nando's in Belfast

Customer service provided by Callum was exceptional. One of our party has dietary issues, unlike other branches this was like water of a ducks back to Callum, nothing was impossible. Very enjoyable experience.

We called here on our first night in Belfast as it was about 5 minutes walk from our hotel and we didn't want to far as it had been a long day. The service was good as we were seated quickly and we then went to the counter to order food which was done perfectly and arrived in good time. I would visit again no problem as I think from my experience all Nando's are the same. They never seem to tidy food from under the tables, clean the top of the tables yes just not under.

I really don't understand the reviews. You have to do all the work yourself, from ordering to setting the table and getting your own drinks . Food was just luke warm including the sides, nothing amazing and really expensive for chicken and chips. A sharing boneless plate , 2 soft drinks and 1 brownie £40. I could have eaten all myself and not have been full at the end. Definitely doesn't live up to the hype

Had dinner with my family on Friday evening ! Food was delicious as was the bottle of Chardonnay - not usually my fav wine but lovely !

Called in the night before to ask if we could book a table due to one member of the party having mobility problems and wouldn’t be able to stand and wait for a table. Spoke to Ben who couldn’t have been more helpful and said he would sort it. Arrived tonight and the young lady who I’d not seen before, must have been expecting us, as she asked for me by name. We were shown straight to our table. Ordered our food which arrived promptly. It was just what we wanted, fresh, tasty and hot. Great service by all, thanks especially to Ben. Made our night much easier

Everyone knows Nandos and what they offer but no one appreciates the hard working staff. Food as always is good but thank you to Sarah, the manager and her team, Magda, Emilia, Billie and Rhianna. You guys made it quite special

5 star. I came to Nando's with my niece in July 2023. This was my nieces first time trying Nando's. The food was so good, full of flavor, nothing to fault. Clean bathrooms, staff helpful.

Terrible service and the food was terrible. Butterfly chicken was tough and the corn was cold. The coke was like coke is but everything else was terrible.

I recently visited nandos with my brother and had a great meal. I had the Fino pita and it was delicious. This is one of the best nandos I've ever been.

My family and I popped into nandos for tea on our recent trip Belfast. It was a Sunday evening and it was really busy but the staff where really accomodating explaining they would seat asap. After a short 20mins wait we where seated and ordered using the QR code. Our food was delicious.

My partner order us a take away, I got there for the pick up time, to find out my partner order it to a different restaurant. The manager on was very helpful place my new order for free due to the misunderstanding. I definitely will be coming back again to Nando’s as I love the food and the staff is always to helpful

We had a lovely end of holiday meal in Nando’s. Such a lovely clean bright restaurant. We were greeted by a very helpful young lady called Coco who sat us down and explained the menu and ordering procedure. The food was very tasty and we didn’t leave hungry. Many thanks to Joe and his team and we will be sure to visit again when we return to Belfast 👍👍

After having a bad experience in a restaurant nearby, the manager and staff went above and beyond for our group and salvaged our night in Belfast. I didn't catch the name of the manager, but he was extremely friendly, made us feel so welcome, and had a great time. Highly recommended popping in here for food while in Belfast

Any time I go to Nando’s I always think it’s totally overpriced for what you get. I ordered a burger which was the thinnest thing ever. It wasn’t much thicker than a chicken slice! I only has about half a dozen chips on my plate too. Free drink refills is about the only good thing. The staff were friendly though.

Lovely evening at Nando’s we wanted something small ans tasty for dinner having had a late lunch. Nando’s did not disappoint food was excellent and very tasty.. unfortunately sticky dirty tables, no menus as they were out of them so you had to scan a bar code that was on the table and order pay online this would not suit everyone and definitely not us as we would have questions about the menu and a picky eater. Please get menu and out the customers first by letting staff wait the tables take the orders don’t let the restaurant become a robot

Best experience in Nandos without question. The staff were absolutely incredible! Calum, John & the rest of the staff were so welcoming and polite, were extremely helpful and just generally the most loveliest people! We had a wonderful time and these individuals should be recognised for how brilliant their customer service was and what a difference their efforts made to our evening! Thank you both!!

We are regulars at this establishment, eating in and taking away. The food is virtually always cooked to perfection every time. Last week we had a chip missing from one of our children’s meals. The manager didn’t just replace the chips he agreed to give us the entire meal the following meal due to his minor mistake. Excellent customer service, great food, clean modern venue and great staff.

Got a delivery off nandos Bedford street. Sunday 8th November 2020. It was our daughters 13th birthday. So because we couldn't go out to nandos because off covid. We got it delivered. So her daughter would still have the nandos experience. Worse £61.00 ever spent. It went in the bin. Chicken was like rubber. The corn you could not bite into. Chips where like a pile of mush. Rice just stuck together in a lump. Only thing that didn't go in the bin. Never again

We found it difficult to find places open on Sunday evening so we ended up here. It was great. Used App to order from table. Food and drinks came promptly. Friendly staff Amazed by the number of deliveroo orders. It must’ve been over 100

Absolutely terrible. Frozen chips that taste like cardboard. Greasy chicken in a bottle marinade. One of the worst takeaways I have ever had.

Lovely food you can ask how you want your chicken cooked we always get the 20 pounds meal platter with unlimited drinks their frozen yogurt is delicious lovely staff also

Locale di cucina portoghese, cucina espressa e servizio veloce. Un po' di confusione può essere data dal capire quanto sono piccanti le portate, perché sul menù è spiegato veramente male, ma ci si adatta. Piatti non troppo abbondanti, ma buoni e con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Atmosfera allegra, belli gli arredi in stile etnico.

Il locale è bello, luminoso ed accogliente. Il personale giovane e gentile. Il piatto forte è il pollo, in particolare quello alla griglia che viene cotto alla perfezione ed è molto gustoso. Diversi i contorni da accostare. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Visited with my 9 year old daughter pre-theatre on Sunday. Decor was attractive, plenty of tables and servers were friendly. Food was just OK, slightly on the cool side which, for chicken, isn't ideal but this may be because the plates were sitting under hot lamps waiting to be served. Kids' meals are very reasonably priced with plenty of choice and bottomless frozen yogurt for dessert so that went down well with my daughter! The chicken wrap that I had was OK, again could have been hotter, and the chips were bog standard fries which weren't that exciting. The toilets weren't great, one of the toilets was blocked and there was no soap at the sinks, so out came the hand gel. All in all, it was fine as it was handy for the GOH and train station but don't think I'd be back in a hurry.

Our first time in nandos. They got my order wrong but I was not going to hand around any longer so I ate the tiny leg they served though I had asked for a breast. They side of broccoli was raw and there was grit in it as well so not a pleasant trip for our 1st time. But staff wer lovely so I'm not giving up ill try it again

Popular restaurant hence we had to wait a short while for a table which was not a problem. Similarly we queued for several minutes to order the food. Good atmosphere and tasty food. Staff friendly.

We were looking for something quick and tasty and relatively inexpensive. With a teenage son to feed it had to suit him as well as the health conscious foodie parents.

Over the last 6 years I have gone to Nando's on a regular basis and always considered it a bit of a treat. The food was always hot and tasty and the service good. However the last two visits has have made me decide not to return, especially the last one. When I eat at home my food always starts off hot so it is a priority that that happens when I pay for food in a restaurant. The last time I was there both the chicken and the chips were at best a wee bit warm. So I drank the wine and left the food. When the table was being cleared, the person doing it did not even make a reference to the full plate of food, so I said that it was almost cold when it arrived, and was told that I should have said and it would have been heated up. The person was right... I should have said, but sorry I don't particularly want to eat food that has to heated up again. I pass by the restaurant regularly and notice that it is not as busy as it used to be, so something is wrong.

Colm nuestro camarero hizo todo lo posible para cuidarnos mientras esperábamos, en primer lugar trajo alitas de pollo de cortesía y cuando fui a pagar una cerveza, tampoco me cobró por eso. La comida estaba bien preparada y todos nos fuimos felices, recomendaría y planeamos volver

Fantástica comida y servicio, mi hijo y yo siempre íbamos aquí después de un viaje al cine. Hoy celebramos a mis hijos 13 cumpleaños y él quería ir aquí. Muy ocupado como siempre, pero solo esperé unos minutos por una mesa. Pedí comida y mencioné que era el cumpleaños de mis hijos hoy, y el gerente John solo fue a darnos nuestra comida gratis. ! Le dije a mi hijo que tuviera un gran cumpleaños. Nunca he experimentado tanta generosidad, qué caballero y definitivamente regresaré a Nando. Gracias de nuevo John, servicio de 5 estrellas ??????????

Después de una experiencia no tan buena en Nando's Cork, tenía pocas expectativas de entrar en este restaurante. Demasiado sorprendida, me sorprendió mucho el servicio que recibí yo y mi novia. Fue segundo al conocido. Desde el momento en que entramos en el restaurante, nos recibió un joven increíble que nos dijo que había un tiempo de espera de 20 minutos, que parecía mucho tiempo, pero el ambiente y el bullicio en el restaurante hicieron que la espera no pareciera nada.

He estado aquí un par de veces cuando me quedo en un hotel cercano para trabajar. El personal aquí es de primera clase, el servicio es siempre amable y agradable. El lugar está impecable y mi comida siempre ha estado caliente. No tengo ninguna queja.

First time ever having a Nandos. Was not that nice to b honest. Wouldn't rush back. There was 8 of us and noone enjoyed it. Was a bit disappointed. :-(

Went for lunch and the food was excellent and service very quick. Their sauce was hot so I stayed away from that but everything else was delicious. Would highly recommend it.

Went here for lunch as every where else was shut. Ordered food, and found a strand of hair in my chips. Called the waitress over who replaced the chips and offered me a free pudding. Other than that, the service was good and attentive.

This Nando’s is by far the best one I’ve ever eaten in and having had a recent bad experience in Manchester this has restored my faith!

1st visit here service is poor,you queue for to order the place was untidy and the food mediocre at best. Would give Nando's a miss.

We eat regularly here. The food is always tasty. We like the butterfly chicken, though the skin could be crispier, and the beanie burger. The chips, spicy rice, mint peas, creamy mash and avocado are delicious. It is always busy. It isn't a cheap meal for a fast food restaurant but the quality and taste is very good. The service is reasonably ok. Sometimes the beanie burger is not hot enough and I had to send it back on a recent visit to be reheated - it was returned slightly warmer with my bite marks clearly there. We will continue to visit this restaurant regularly.

If you have been to Nando's before, then you'll like being back at a familiar place. Belfast may not be where you expect to eat spicy chicken, but if you've been missing something familiar, this place will give you what you were missing.

This is the flagship Nando's in Belfast as it is the biggest. It can get very busy and you need to wait on tables at the weekend however they are well rehearsed in this and take your name so they know who is next to get a table etc. If you like Nando's then I cannot fault this one.

Novedosa idea de ordenar usted mismo. fue sentado y dado un menú por un joven encantador llamado Eoin Ro. Le dije que era nuestra primera vez y nos explicó todas nuestras opciones y nos dio excelentes recomendaciones. Tuve la hamburguesa butterflyed medio caliente y mi marido tenía el medio pollo extra caliente. Patatas fritas y pan de ajo. La comida era fresca y muy sabrosa. La experiencia fue mejorada por el servicio al cliente de Eoin Ro.

Had the veggie burger which promised deliciousness and served up disappointment. Horrible meal with an inedible burger bun. First and last time.

Las porciones eran mucho más pequeñas de lo que imaginaba, la higiene me preocupaba más. . cuando la gente que estaba a nuestro lado se fue, la niña vino a limpiar la mesa, después de que ella retiró los platos, él solo barrió toda la comida que dejaba caer el arroz, etc. que se dejó en la mesa y se puso en el suelo. . . ¡Nunca volví a cepillarlo! ¡Quédate allí hasta que nos vayamos! !

Eight of us Pre poked and went for sons birthday and overall we had a great experience. The place was very busy but with our prior reservation we jumped the queue and were seated immediately.

Een prachtig modern restaurant met vriendelijk personeel. Het concept is dat je zelf je eten en drinken aan de bar besteld, en vervolgens wordt je bestelling aan tafel gebracht. Zelf vind ik dit niet het beste concept, omdat het mega druk kan zijn. Het eten smaakt uitstekend! En je krijgt goede porties.

Dit restaurant heeft een prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Ze serveren enkel kip, maar dan wel in heel veel variaties, voor elk wat wils. Het bestelsysteem ben ik geen fan van. Je krijgt eerst een tafel met een menukaart, en vervolgens moet je naar de kassa je bestelling doorgeven en meteen betalen. Het werkt wel, maar persoonlijk vind ik dat het afbreuk doet aan het uit eten gaan principe.

This was very different for us to try Nando’s. But we were very happy and the food was great. It was even possible to order a bottle of wine at a good price. The staff were so good. The manager even came a spoke to us for a bit. Making is feel very welcome and she was a lovely girl. Will definitely call again.

Great restaurant, handy location in Belfast and in a popular area with lots of pubs around for after dinner. Friendly staff, quick service and food was delicious. The menu was obviously standard for Nandos- a lot of chicken! Reasonable value for a chain, would definitely go back.

The veg cataplana over spicy rice was very good .. the burger too .. smallish portions but so tasty. Location is unbeatable and has a tourist-student vibe

Took my wife and sons Conor and Thomas for a birthday meal yesterday. Food was 5 star , staff could not be better. Then to top it all the young man who served us said as it was Easter the meal was free of charge. Thank you all, great day. Sorry forgot the young lads name, but thanks !

Trying to eat vegan at Nando's is tricky but not impossible. The menu is cluttered and not easily read - vegetarian items are marked but not vegan. However, a waitress helpfully obtained their allergens list and was able to check which dishes didn't contain dairy or egg. I ordered the Supergreen burger (broccoli, edamame beans & kale) on a bun with lettuce, tomato (no mayonnaise) plus a side of chips. This plus a bottle of water cost just over £10, which was expensive for fast-food cooked from frozen. It was all a bit bland and the burger slightly mushy but did stave off my hunger. I never seem to enjoy Nando's spice levels, whatever I choose, it's either too spicy or too bland. Whilst good to know a few vegan options exist here, I wouldn't rush back.

Came here for a friend's birthday and it was just a disaster.

Its difficult to review chain restaurants as they produce a generic product but this Nandos deserves a mention for very friendly staff. Visited at 9.30pm on a Monday so it was quiet but whole team went to great lengths to make sure I was happy with visit and to top it off I got a free dessert so left very full and very happy! Baie dankie.

Nando's was an unexpected surprise. We happened to be in Belfast during the Continental Market in the City Hall Gardens. This is a huge Food Festival with foods from all over the world. We had passed through the garden the day before and had sampled some of the fantastic foods. It was our plan to return the next night for more. However, as we were leaving our hotel (about 3 or 4 blocks away) it started to deluge. It was raining so hard we weren't sure what to do. Since it looked like it was going to rain for some time, we looked around for an alternative, and Nando's was right next door (We hadn't even noticed it before.) We decided we would duck in out of the rain, and that was where we would go. We are so glad that we did. Service was wonderful. Nando's is very similar to the new trend in "fast-casual" restaurants. You get a table, then order and pay at a counter and are provided a marker so that when your food is ready they can deliver it to your table. We had a large order of Piri-Piri Chicken wings along with fries & a salad - and of course wine. One note for fellow Americans - the wings are full wings! So, an order of 10 wings will be equivalent to 20 of what we get in the US. They were outstanding. If we are ever lucky enough to revisit Belfast we will definitely plan on revisiting Nando's

Went here after we were refused in one of their branches due to space issue. There's 12 of us and glad we went here. They have good space and loads of staff. We enjoyed our food and their place was clean. There is also ample parking available very near the place.

La nourriture est plutôt bonne, le cadre sympathique mais c'est très mal expliqué. Pas d'accompagnement avec le plat, du coup le burger est assez cher...

Estaba lloviendo y no queríamos irnos muy lejos del hotel donde estábamos para cenar y vimos este restaurante en la esquina. Bien atendido desde el principio, con una carta divertida a base de pollo preparado de distintas maneras. Yo tome higados de pollo y estaban deliciosos. La sorpresa es que el precio era muy barato, tipo burguer king, pero el sito es para pasar un rato agradable y no el de uno típico de fast food. Muy buena experiencia

Visited recently with a group of Adults and Children ( 44 people ), We had to persuade the manager to arrange to get table service, the norm here is to go to the counter to place order, pay and wait for food, this was not really possible in this case so a group of our people had to take the orders for each table 6 in all and give them in to the counter. There were several mistakes in the orders and wines ordered were not the ones actually served, when desserts were ordered they had run out of certain items even though they appeared on the receipt, and all a bit confusing. All in All the food was reasonably good, but the service was lacking and it is not really a place for large groups.

Decided to give it a go to see what all the hype was about. Really disappointed. Chips were cold & burger was just ok. Over priced & certainly not what I was expecting. Won't be back. Staff however were very friendly

After the 1st visit this will definitely be the last visit, only came as someone bought vouchers at Xmas, on the menu it said you could have your chicken in a bap, Pitta or wrap but when ordering we where told we weren't allowed a wrap and then when the food came it was really cold and defo not worth all the hype

Al in verschillende landen bij Nando's gegeten en eigenlijk valt het nooit tegen. Kip is hun specialiteit maar ze hebben ook vegetarisch. De verse limonade vind ik persoonlijk erg lekker.

how can this place get away with having zero access and table arrangements which completely preclude wheelchair users - shameful - never got to eat !!!

This was my first time here. Food was excellent, staff were lovely and extremely attentive. I'd highly recommend dining here.

Myself and my girlfriend yet again went to Nando's and yet again did not let us down with the food and service, very busy when we arrived and we were told it would be about 10 minutes or so for a table and it was only just 10 minutes. Once we ordered the food it only took about 15 minutes to arrive. The bill was £26 and worth every penny.

Can't fault Nando's. From there waiting staff to there food it's always an enjoyable Experience.....

A Nandos always provides great value and this branch did not disappoint. One of the few places our picky grandchildren devour the food and look forward to coming back.

This was my first ever visit to a Nando's and went with a large groups including my step son who is a big fan! He likes it as he's celiac and they cater very well who anyone who is diagnosed. I had a chicken sharer platter for two including a double helping of fries and garlic bread, I know big mistake and never could have finished it. It was very tasty and the chicken perfectly cooked. Service was also quick and would have no hesitation to recommend. Cost wise, would class as slightly above average. Decent ambience inside and I would say it's probably favoured by families or the slightly younger generation.

I have to say before I start, I love Nando's and so do my 3 kids which is really impressive as they are hard to please and to get all 3 of them to enjoy the same place takes something good!Tonight we ordered our meal and the guy at the till was brilliant. However when we went to order the desserts that come with the kids meals, they hadn't any ice cream, no problem we will take the frozen yogurt! Food took a wee bit longer to come than usual but no big deal, everything was correct and delicious! I asked when the food came out about the frozen yogurts that as far as I know are self serve and so all we needed was the dishes! I was told they would come after the meal.Can I just add we were in a booth and couldn't see the frozen yogurt machine from our position! They came to clear our table and I asked about the yogurts again, I'll get them now was the reply. My wife then came back from the toilet about 10 mins later and asked again, again she was told we were getting them! 10 more minutes and we left! Sorry Nando's but you really did ruin what was going to be a good afternoons tea!

Haven't eaten in Nando's for ages but quite fancied the piri piri burger. Good fast service and the burger was amazing.

Called in for a cheeky one on a busy Saturday night, table found quickly and the food arrived shortly afterwards....what more can you ask for ? Polite waitresses, clean, tasty peri piri chicken...call in

This is standard Nando's with lots of seating in a good city centre location. We were given a table quickly but had to wait over 30 mins for food.Prices were decent, service friendly but just too long to wait for a fast food place.

As usual chicken was excellent but we decided to try a starter so we went for the nuts, rip off or what, it was just a packet of mixed nuts in a bowl for £3.50!! And bread and dip was a wee bit of sliced pitta bread and smal bowl of pepper sauce for £3.50, so my advice is to anyone considering a starter is not to bother.

If you like chicken, Nandos is great.Good food to a good price.Well worth a visit any time of the day.

We had a family dinner here before a cinema visit.It is a lovely bright, airy building with funky décor.We were greeted by a friendly staff member who explained how to order and it was simple enough.The member of staff on the till when ordering was dry and unfriendly.We had the mediterranean salad with chicken, sweet potato wedges, chicken burger and a rose spritzer.The med salad was delicious and great value but the spritzer was a bit lack lustre tasted like water.Would probably go for a second visit a maybe not a must better then average but not very good

The menu at Nando's is always good and you know the food will be freshly prepared and cooked. This restaurant had the added bonus of very friendly staff and wide open spaces, which made the experience extra special. There's a double height ceiling and a wide spiral staircase to the mezzanine floor, and the large windows give great views of the busy street outside. Chicken, sides and drinks all meeting the high standard of this chain.

Il menù è a base di pollo cucinato in molti modi, i piatti sono appetitosi e le porzioni abbondanti. Nelle ore di punta a volte può capitare di aspettare, ma ne vale la pena!

I've never been a fan of Nando's, until now. I enjoyed my visit on Friday 9 September 2016 to the Boucher Crescent Nando's immensely and found food, staff and restaurant itself excellent.It was very busy so we had a short wait to get a table. Once seated we browsed menus and went to the till to order and pay for our food (another short wait) which was then brought promptly to our table. There's an excellent vegetarian selection on the menu of burger/ wrap/ pitta offerings. Available fillings are a spicy soya and tomato Veggie Burger, a Beanie Burger and a Portobello Mushroom & Grilled Halloumi option. Plus a huge range of vegetarian sides. I ordered the Beanie Burger with sides of coleslaw and chips. The food was filling and tasty.Our Pinot Grigio and beer were good. We loved the excellent customer service which saw us getting two beers for the price of one by way of apology, as our first choice of beer had sold out and wasn't available.The ambience was bustling, lively and family friendly. Prices are reasonable and Nando's decor is bright, warm and welcoming. It's always a plus to get free refills on soft drinks and delicious mango frozen yogurt.All in all a great experience. I also now realise that the secret to a scrumptious Nando's is to always go up and order your own food, rather than letting your friends order for you, so you can get the spice levels right.
