Nando's in Edinburgh, City of

Haven’t eaten in a Nandos for years but was my nieces choice before the theatre. Went about 1230 and was quiet. Quickly shown to table and host went through how to order via the app. Food was served quickly. Checked on to make sure everything is ok. No issues and enjoyed our visit although place was full when leaving so get your timing right.

Shockingly bad, waited half an hour, no food no drinks, spoke to waiter who told us our order on the app (which he told us to use) didn't go through, strange as th 30 odd pounds came off my account, observed people turned away at entrance although plenty of empty tables, waited another 20 mins, left ,had enough of waiting Don't wast your time, shambolic

Empty restaurant - few tables taken Came with family with small kids We were told to go away by serving staff and come back in 20 minutes 🤦‍♀️ “computer says no” attitude Gave up waiting and went elsewhere. Management failure

Excellent meal and service as per, the manager runs a tight ship and treats the customers with a friendly attitude. The chicken was delicious and delivered hot to the table; we love the spier wine choice snd the Portuguese beer excellent! Service from the team looking after us also superb! Definitely recommend this Nandos over all others!

I recently came here on the 10th of April 2023 with my partner and her child. After a busy day out in Edinburgh seeing the sights. We came early evening for our dinner we’re greeted by the friendly staff and sat promptly. I had a pripri chicken burger with piri piri fries which was really nice and my partner had a chicken burger which she enjoyed. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food came quickly. The only draw back to our experience was in where we were seated. We sat right a the doors in a booth which felt like we were constantly having other folk on top of us coming in and out. If we come here again I would much prefer a seat in the main restaurant area as it more comfortable looking and warm. However I definitely think if we are in the area again that we would return.

Customer service was lacking. The staff seemed to all be very young, laughing and joking around playing pat - a - cake in the kitchen in full view of the customers. There was no older, more authoritative staff member in sight to keep the team on task. Food service was very slow! Plates were piling up waiting to be served. There was a very long gap between the starter and main course, to the point we had to ask when our food would be ready. To which we were told they were just waiting on one more piece of garlic bread. Surely the 4 pieces would’ve been done at the same time? When the food did arrive the chicken looked slightly undercooked, the garlic bread was as hard as rocks and the broccoli was a soggy mess in a bowl. We will not be eating here again, I recommend to avoid at all costs!

Spicy chickpea burger looked good on menu but was unavailable. Bean burger also unavailable. Bread in burgers difficult to chew through. Not a great choice for vegetarians

We were asked to sit outside the restaurant for 5 or 10 minutes to wait for a table. Soon afterwards, others walked straight in and were shown to a table. On asking to be let in, the waiter was rude to me, saying I should have gone up to the door - I pointed out that we were waiting as we had been told, then he asked if we wanted the table or not! I couldn't believe his attitude. We left, and will.NEVER return.

The food it’s ok but the staff are rude and they ignore you when you ask them something, that’s rude

I went there to have dinner before going to see Shen Yun at Edinburgh Playhouse. It's perfectly located between the railway station and the theatre. I had a vegetarian menu (spiced chickpeas wrap, creamy mash, spicy rice). Delicious and cooked properly. The member of staff was very friendly. I would go there again if going to the same venue in Edinburgh.

Went to this Nando’s on a Friday with the cast, as we are performing at the theatre. Two show day and wanted to get some nice food! As we entered it was bad from the beginning, I asked the server (who was the manager on shift) for the fino pitta, with breast chicken instead of thighs. I had done this 2 days prior in the same restaurant, for him to say we don’t do that. I said I have got this before, he said no you haven’t, we don’t do that, so now I’m a liar. I said why if it’s been done before? He then proceeds to say we are to busy to do that if you can’t see. Firstly they weren’t busy, secondly you could have just said we are a bit tight it won’t be possible no need for rudeness! Anyways so ordered food with the group, and one without knowledge we were asking where are meals are 25 mins into waiting? Not being told food would be a 30 minute wait? Food ended up being a 45 minute wait, with one of our cast members waiting 55 minutes for food, because apparently a waiter brought his food and he wasn’t at his table. Which is a lie. So not only were we waiting ages we were blamed for why the food took long, they turned away people from the restaurant even though they had have the restaurant empty. Clearly they were understaffed, but instead of informing customers this was the case we were made to sit and wait without any knowledge or time frame of when our food would come! So even after this, our food came, one of the cast members food came cold so naturally we asked for a refund, but couldn’t get new food made as we have to get back to the theatre for the show that evening. So we said he will eat it cause he has no choice, so the manager muttered oh “free food and a refund”. Well yeah that’s what happens when the management is unfortunately poor. We all left the Nando’s very disappointed and dissatisfied especially having come before and had such a great experience. The managers name was Chris on shift and was very rude and not informative at all, forgetting this is customer service business, even if food is long the least you could do is manage the way you talk to people.

We came here to eat before taking our grandson to the theatre. It's been a couple of years since I have been to nando's so I wasn't aware of their complicated ordering system. Having to download an app so I could order from the menu at my table wasn't my idea of fun. Apparently you can still order at the till but only if you are paying cash. The food was still typically nando's when it arrived which reminded me why we hadn't been for a couple of years.

When trying to find a restaurant that my teen son would like, we tripped over Nandos, which he was happy to visit as he knew what to expect. We were seated quickly, the restaurant was clean, ordering system was explained and order arrived pretty fast. Food was hot and tasty, and the one small issue (drinks machine needing more syrup) was quickly resolved. Overall, good experience and will no doubt return!

Service just so so so slow. There were about three other groups when we went in. My friend's food came in about 20 minutes then mine was another 15 after that. It then also took 20 minutes to receive dessert which was only one tub of pre made ice cream. Staff were just wondering round but not actually paying attention to customers and I only got my ice cream because I asked. I would understand had it been busy but it was empty and the food - especially the ice cream could definitely have been delivered a lot faster.

After a busy day of shopping we decided to go to Nandos on a whim! Having never been to this one and always choosing Chamber St Nando’s, I was pleasantly surprised:). Extremely convenient distance from St James Quarter, so clean, much quieter than most of...

A great experience, good food and my waitress Katherine was very accommodating and friendly making the visit better then usual!

Went today for a dinner with freinds we went and was told a 20 min wait however when we came back 20 mins later we were told to wait another 15 not best pleased

Quick visit at lunchtime, place was pretty quiet as arrived after 2pm. Ordering pretty straightforward after we set up an account.staff were friendly and food came fairly quickly. Really enjoyed my meal and drink refills. I would eat here again.

Something wasn’t quite right with the whole chicken we ordered. Just a bit dry and not the same experience as usual. Salads were fresh and service was good but the price of the wine had gone up by about £4 and it’s not a better...

Slightly strange visit. First it took about 20 minutes to actually order as it involves setting an account and we didn’t get a passcode sent. I’ve never been asked to set up an account with any other restaurant when ordering online. The staff were great...

Went to Edinburgh for a few days and had dinner at Nando’s Omni Centre the first evening. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the food was amazing! So much so that we came back the last night too :) thank you

We arrived with no tables available but after filling in the app we were texted 25 minutes later to be invited in. Food was as expected. Tasty, but ridiculously overpriced. A modest burger, a handful of chips, coleslaw and a coke should not cost £15...

Comimos aquí antes de asistir a un espectáculo de al lado en el teatro. Había reservado con anticipación como una fiesta de 5, dado que era viernes por la noche, el rey león se agotó y las tarjetas de San Valentín se unieron. Tenía un gran orden mixto que salió todo junto, sin errores. Tenía 1/2 pollos, alas, hamburguesa de mariposa y una hamburguesa de Nandino. Al cocinado y con sabor bien, con todos los platos despejados por todos. Nandos consistente comida estándar. El arroz y los guisantes podrían haber estado más calientes, pero por lo demás tuvieron una buena comida y el personal aquí fue excelente y no invasivo. Buena opción de teatro previo.

During a family trip to Edinburgh we reserved a table at the Nando’s in the Omni Complex for 7:30pm on Saturday 30th November. There was 8 in our family party. 1 of the 8 meals arrived approx 10 minutes after we ordered. This meal was finished before another 5 arrived, which were finished before the final 2 arrived. In all, it was 40 minutes between the first and last of our meals arriving, and although the food was good, the overall experience was terrible. Many people behind us in the queue had finished and left the restaurant before our last meal was served. We asked staff on numerous occasions for an update on our food, several didn’t even return to our table with any information. We had 2 young children with us, who were tired and restless, by the end of the experience we all were. Although the food was good, the service was that poor it put me off not only that restaurant, but Nando’s in general.In conclusion, credit where credit is due, the young man who took our order was polite, efficient and ran through the order to make sure everything was correct - unfortunately the same can’t be said for the rest of the team. I suggest some training is required for both kitchen staff and front of house, the customer service is among the worst we’ve all experienced.

Nando’s is always exactly what you expect from the food. Decent enough quality for the price but service wasn’t the best. The restaurant wasn’t too busy but took ages for food and then the order was missing the extra side.

Después de ver a Annie en The Playhouse, mi nieta quería invitarme a cenar. Ella ama a Nandos, así que decidí intentarlo. Hicimos cola durante 25 minutos (porque mucha gente que asistía a la presentación de Annie por la noche) comía antes del teatro. El personal era impecable pero la comida era horrible. Pedí la pechuga de pollo con puré cremoso. El pollo era encantador, pero seco, ¡pero el puré era como un splodge en el plato! ¡También hacía frío, así que no lo comí! La camarera le dio a mi nieta un cuenco de helado como gesto simbólico. Vamos Nandos, sube tu juego. No volveré ya que la comida es demasiado cara y algo no comestible.

It is a good place for dining. I really like Nandos chain and I usually give five stars even. Though this time I have some 'but' regarding food. The chicken was a little too dry and chips were no longer hot. Not a big issue but slightly disappointing, as normally it is all just right. But to tell something positive, staff members were friendly, service super quick and the restaurant was spotless clean, so well done with that!

Last day of3 in Edinburgh which regrettably was very damp most of the time.

Voor de eerste keer Nando's bezocht. De keuze en de kwaliteit van het eten was prima. Het betreft een keten, met name gericht op kipmaaltijden. Het is een restaurant waar je moet gaan zitten, dus niet KFC achtig waar je ook kunt afhalen. Het personeel is jong en niet genoeg opgeleid om klantvriendelijk te kunnen zijn.

Esta fue nuestra primera vez en este Nando y nos sorprendió gratamente el excelente servicio comparado con otro al que fuimos recientemente. Fuimos rápidamente a un puesto que fue limpiado para nosotros. El personal fue amigable y útil. La comida llegó rápidamente. La comida era la habitual, pero nos decepcionó mucho encontrar que Nando ha tomado sus gajos de patata dulce del menú! Este fue nuestro lado favorito y nada similar lo ha reemplazado, así que por favor piense de nuevo en Nando. Las bebidas recargables fueron una ventaja definitiva en un día tan caluroso, y ayudan a que el precio general de una comida familiar sea razonable. Este es un gran lugar para una comida rápida antes / después del cine en el piso de arriba o el teatro al lado.

Never had a bad meal here. Whole platter chicken with salad and sweet corn and a bottle of wine for £35. Always super tasty.

Nando es siempre una apuesta segura si necesita un bocado sabroso y no elegante. . . . . Lordy mi esposo y yo pedimos ensaladas el jueves, yo pollo Cesar y él ensalada verde con pollo. Pareció que me tomó mucho tiempo llegar y cuando lo hice bien, desearía haber tomado una foto, es el pollo más triste que César he comido y he comido bastante, ¡es mi ensalada favorita! ¿Básicamente eran algunas hojas de ensalada romana, salpicaduras de salsa y una pechuga de pollo muy pequeña y triste en 2? vamos, en Nando, puedes hacerlo mejor que eso. . . No me quejé porque tenía hambre y tenía prisa por llegar al teatro. . . .

Abbiato trovato questo locale dove abbiamo pranzato e cenato nel giorno seguente. La varietà del cibo è ottima perchè consnete di scegliere dall'insalata al pollo al burger quindi varietà e qualità. Anche il riso speziato e il gaelic bread sono ottimi. Servizio eccellente e costi contenuti.

Tomé a mi compañero en Nandos por primera vez y quedó muy impresionado. Tuvimos una comida encantadora y un personal muy amable. Dio 4 estrellas porque tienes que hacer cola en el bar para pedir y pagar por la comida, y personalmente me gusta el servicio de mesa. Recomendaría.

Los niños y yo solemos disfrutar de un Nando, la comida es recién hecha y deliciosa. Sin embargo no puedo decir esto para esta rama en particular. 6 pm en un sábado ocupado y conseguimos una mesa relativamente rápido. We ate here on our third evening of a long weekend to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday. We have never visited a Nando's before & were apprehensive as neither of us are huge fans of spice. However, we both chose the chicken thighs with a lemon & herb dressing & were both really pleased with that choice. The service was swift and polite, with a useful introduction to the menu when we indicated we had not visited the chain previously. I like the system of paying when you order so that you can leave in your own time without having to ask for the bill.

Amis français, si vous êtes amateur de bonne nourriture, passez votre chemin. Seront servi ici des plats médiocres sans trop de saveurs. Le rapport qualité prix est mauvais, il s'agit d'une chaîne de restaurant basique.

Menukaart is wat beperkt en ingewikkeld om te ontcijferen maar uiteindelijk wel tot een keuze gekomen en lekker gegeten. Voor degeen die van pittig eten houdt zeker aan te raden.

Visitamos el sábado para el almuerzo, que estaba lleno pero no lleno. Quizás debido al tamaño de este Nandos no pudieron manejar el número de coberturas, ya que el servicio de comida era extremadamente lento en comparación con cualquiera que haya visitado antes. Además de eso, cuando finalmente llegó la comida, las fichas de mis amigos estaban totalmente mal cocinadas, al igual que las fichas para las personas en la mesa de al lado. Como habíamos esperado tanto tiempo, no podíamos enfrentarnos a enviarlos de vuelta, sin embargo, la mesa de al lado sí lo hizo.

Restaurante com especialidade em frango e pimentas. Muito interessante! O ambiente é alegre e com bom atendimento. Experimente as azeitonas-aperitivo, uma delícia! Detalhe: o cardápio é meio confuso, peça ajuda no caixa.

Well this was my first time at Nando's and I will not be back!

We visited here during our 3 day break to Edinburgh. This was the first time we have ever been to Nandos. First impression as we walked in was not good and I felt unimpressed. The place was uninviting.

Always very good food and incredibly friendly staff. Ready to go back again. Definitely recommend. Thanks a lot.

Pensando che fosse un fast food come gli altri, andiamo lì scialli siccome io ero molto desideroso di provarlo (essendo molto citato da Niall dei One Direction). Invece all'ingresso ci dicono di aspettare 15 minuti circa e che per essere serviti dovremo aspettare circa mezz'ora... E vabbè seccati aspettiamo.

Siempre es un buen lugar para comer pollo. Esta vez tenemos un lugar para compartir, la fuente completa, para 2. Es un buen plato del menú principal, un pollo completo con 4 lados pequeños. Muy delicioso y sabroso, con la típica salsa fría de Nando. El lugar es grande y cómodo, agradable estancia allí. Es bueno usar la tarjeta de Nando para obtener un plato gratis. ¡Guay! ! !

Ubicado muy céntricamente, este fue un gran comer barato! A pesar de ser una época del año para asistir a Edimburgo Fringe (durante) la cola para una mesa de 2 no era más que 5 minutos en la sala de espera y la velocidad del servicio era impresionante. La comida era generoso y bien preparada a través asignada y llegó a los 15 minutos, lo cual era genial para nuestro programa. Sin duda recomendaría este hotel a todos y comer aquí de nuevo!

Arrivati ad Edimburgo cercavamo un posto per cenare in tranquillità e comodi, il locale si presenta all'interno di un centro commerciale, Omni Centre, in centro città, tra la parte nuova e vecchia della città. Nando's è un locale ampio, dalle luci soffuse, tavoli ben divisi e una clientela allegra senza esagerare. Conoscendo già la catena e avendo visitato altri Nando's ci siamo fidati. Il cibo buono come sempre, il pollo è ovviamente il punto focale dell'attenzione, quindi non sbaglierete sicuramente affidandovi semplicemente al pollo marinato nel Peri Peri. Da notare anche tutti i burger e wrap, molto ben costruiti e saporiti. Consigliato per una cena in compagnia.

A diferencia de la vez que en realidad perdí mi virginidad, que era confuso, desordenado y honestamente me dejó cicatrices, Nando la verdad es exactamente lo contrario, suave, considerado y me ofrecieron rellenar gratis desde el momento en el que entré. Sólo hay que decir que la una cosa que no estoy muy impresionado con su extra extra pollo caliente, hilván ambos lados no constituye un nivel de hotness. Aparte de eso, fue una delicia, supusimos la más picante lo tendrían que ofrecer sería su clientela, pero yo estaba aliviado de que era simplemente una mezcla de pollo y a los lados. Volvería de nuevo.

Visited Nando's for the first time, last night. Lovely food, freshly cooked, great choice. Staff were very pleasant, nice surroundings and good atmosphere.

Mi esposa y yo disfrutamos de nuestra primera aventura en Nandoworld. El personal era muy agradable y servicial, como el sistema de pedidos. La comida que teníamos era muy buena y no ridículamente caros, así que tenemos una visita muy agradable. Tenemos una en nuestra gran ciudad más cercana, así que sin duda prueba Nando's de nuevo.

Trabajo de el restaurante es bueno y con ventanas de cristal que puedes ver en todas las personas. El interior es espacioso y el autoservicio para salsas y cubiertos está muy bien equipada. Los precios parecían un poco alto para lo que teníamos, pero la frescura y calidad de la comida era muy buena, así que no importa.

Seven of us ate there the other night as an evening out. I should start out by saying that the last time I ate at a Nando's was very many years ago because I am a vegetarian and they didn't really cater forus then.

Even though this isn't a full service restaurant, several staff came by to check on us. The food was so good here, the chicken was perfectly cooked. I like all the sauce choices, something for everyone. The fries(chips) were fresh and they give you a lot. You get refills on soda!

Looking at some of the poor reviews I wonder if we're talking about the same place. At the Omni, right? We were in Edinburgh for a few months and had lunch at Nando's at least four (4) times, as we are avid movie goers. We were always greeted promptly, asked if we had been there before so they could explain the ordering process, had no problems whatsoever with our food (which was delivered promptly) and was consistently finger licking good. Everyone we were in contact with was helpful, happy and caring and checked in with us (on each visit) to make sure we were happy with our food, which we were. The Fino Pita is yummy and the green salad was really fresh. The rose' wine is very nice and the whole experience seemed like very good value to us. We'll certainly go back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Was excited to get to Nando's with my mum despite it being a real rainy walk! We went to sit down in a nice booth and the rude manager with the glasses said it was booked and sat us opposite it looking over at the booth. We think he must have been in a bad mood as there was still no one sat in there by the time we were leaving nearly an hour later. What a shame, kind of put a dampener on the evening but oh well everyone has their bad days. Food was fine and the rest of the staff seemed nice x

Pedimos una ensalada césar por ejemplo, solo ensalada, 4 piezas de pollo, quizás 5 pedazos de pan y 2 porción de queso cheddar! No más huevos? 10, 80! No vale la pena. No sé qué es una comida normal! Puede ser el precio era para un servicio de calidad? Ni siquiera lo encontró.

I went yesterday night for dinner with my boyfriend. We had a wing roulette for a starter each with a different spice (love ). The fino pitta as a main (yummy) with creamy mash ( my fave ) and Peri salted chips as sides and vanilla ice-cream as a dessert ( couldnt resist ) and a diet coke to drink ( as per ) . You get unlimited refills of juice which is always a plus. Standard prices, good portion sizes, good quality food and nice staff. You get to choose how spicy you want your chicken from a variety of options, you go up to a stand to get your own cutlery, napkins and sauces and fill your own drink once you've placed your order at the desk. You pay before your meal which I actually prefer. You let the cashier know your table number and they will bring your food to you once it's ready. Been here a few times and I would definitely return :)

Hi I've been many times at this Nando's, I have the Nando's card. Many times I used the rewards in my card. Last week I have been at this Nando's but both times the cashier's and the managers, called by me and the cashiers, were able to just read my reward. I think they were very lazy and they said I had no reward. I showed them my Nando's app with nothing to do. This is unacceptable. I like to go to Nando's but I recommend everyone to go to a different place. These people are very lazy and there are always problems with the plates, many mistakes, long waiting times to eat, often more than half an hour. Unacceptable. Absolutely NOT recommended!!!!

We were visiting the Edinburgh Playhouse on 20 Nov to see John Bishop. We arrived at the Omni Centre around seven o clock. We were told at every restaurant that the waiting time for a table was between 20 to 45 mins. We then went to Nandos where the young man in charge of the front desk took a quick look around and said I can get you a table in 10 mins. We went in had a table in 5 mins,we were served our food and drinks and still made the start of the show at the Playhouse. The staff at Nandos were run off their feet but still took our business. The other restaurants, some of which were half empty!! when we asked for a table, didn't seem to be bothered about missing a sale, so top marks to Nandos for making the effort for us on a very busy night.

本來以為是印度菜@@進來之後才發現只有賣烤雞!!但點了之後才發現原來是當地有名的烤雞名店!!!相當滿足~薯條也非常好吃!

Stopped by for a late lunch with friends yesterday afternoon, place was pretty quiet so service was really quick- cant complain.

This was the first time eating here and for a chain it is pretty good. It has free range chicken that comes in a varity of ways with a variety of sauces ranging from mild to hot. It was a good value for the money and the food was tasty.

Just wanted to write a huge thanks to Abi who served my friends and I on 25 August. From start to finish, she was hugely helpful, friendly and continually went the extra mile to make us feel super welcome. To top it off, when she found out it was my birthday she arranged a free dessert of my choice and wished me a happy birthday. Very rare to get such awesome service like this - thanks so much Abi, you made my day :)

visited this establishment with a friend from russia neither of us had used the chain before and we certainly wont use it again prices far to high for mediocre food.

This was a family visit, and the food was rather good, certainly better than the fort kinnaird nando's. Chicken wings were particularly tasty, but even though it was fairly empty before the lunch rush, it was still rather dirty.

Well it's nandos so what can go wrong?! Airy restaurant located in an easy-to-reach part of town. Cheap food and good service, although I was waiting about half an hour for my food (it wasn't busy and I was sitting on my own). However after an apology and the offer of free fro-yo, I was pretty happy to sit and enjoy my meal. Will be back next time im in the city. Easy and hassle free.

My brother and I came in for some take away food and had a great experience. I believe our servers name was Alan and he was really helpful. Our service was quick and the food was delicious!

Came here numerous times and the food is always impeccable, and service usually good, however on this occasion I was very disappointed. A young girl was very rude when I enquired about the frozen yoghurt machine as it was MR whippy ice cream rather than frozen yoghurt coming out of the machine. She was very cheeky and said 'of course it is frozen yoghurt, it has come from a frozen yoghurt machine' and walked away. I was not confrontational so I was shocked to receive such a rude response. Aside, this place is usually busy with a good atmosphere.Would return, however hope staff are nicer next time

I love these restaurants. The fact that you can combine and decide your own dish, and decide the strength of the seasoning is very good. Sit down and decide what you want, go up to the counter, order and pay. This way you don't have to wait for the check when you want to leave. The food comes quick and it tastes delicious

We were in a bit of a hurry and nipped in here for lunch last week. My last few nandos visits have been disappointing and this was no exception.I was served cold chips, which were pale and not quite cooked. I took them back and was given fresh ones which were incredibly greasy.My last Nando's! I recommend you go elsewhere in the Omni for a better meal + experience.

Knock knock. Who's there? NANDO'S WITH THE TASTIEST BATTERY FARM CHICKEN IN TOWN. Wanna a little tip? When they ask how hot you want the chicken, say 'rare'. That's code for plain and then when you get to the sauce counter cover your plain bit of chicken in EVERY SINGLE SAUCE they have. Bang! Tastiest chicken of your life - tastes almost like an Asda rogan josh (but without the rice). Yeeeeeeaaaaahhh!

I really like Nando's, the food is always good and the service is fast. This was the first one I've been to in Scotland and the high standards of the other restaurants are held here too.

We'd never been to Nando's before but we'll definitely be back! Staff were all so friendly (Alan in particular was brilliant) and the food was great! I'm a vegetarian and was a bit worried but the beanie burger was amazing! Love how you can choose the level of spice! Love Nando's!

Not my sort of restaurant. You pay first at the till, take a table and the food comes back 10 mins or so later. Glum service/waiting staff... with a somewhat tacky and glum ambience. The food (I had a bean-wrap) was ok... and that's about it. Not much more to be said.

I ate half chicken, it was good, cooked on point, juicy, the sauce was good. I ordered it with fries and spicy rice, the fries were really good, good temperature and texture, the spicy even thought was delicious and well seasoned, it was too spicy for me. Unfortunately the lemonade was not good, pretty average and does not taste freshly made. Gently service.

Popped in for tea. Busy but a 10 minute wait and we were seated. Ordering was as alway efficient. Food was great, service brisk and friendly. Never had a bad experience in all the Nando's I have been to

This was a disappointing visit. We had to wait well over 20 minutes for our food - which by Nando's standards is super slow - especially as it wasn't that busy.When the food came, my portuguese rolls were stale + almost impossible to cut open.The chips were also exceptionally greasy - i've never seen them like that in Nando's before and I actually had to blot them with napkins to remove the excess oil.I would not recommend this Nandos.

1st time visit to this restaurant and a Nando's and shall be back. Food was delicious and service very good. Good wholesome lovely tasting food, well presented and at a reasonable cost. Came in pre theatre, ideal for food and location.

No es barato, pero quizás es la mejor cadena de restaurantes. La atención de los camareros muy buena. El pollo genial de sabor. Muy bien de calidad y presentación. Local amplio y cómodo. Recomendable.

O restaurante tem produtos importados de Portugal... o frango assado é agradável.... mas Frango da Guia é incomparável... por isso não comparemos.

Justo habíamos llegado del aeropuerto y a las 4:30 aproximadamente ya se acaba la luz en invierno. Rápido encontrar un sitio para comer. Restaurante muy bonito, decoración exótica, pero muy agradable, el servicio muy atento y simpáticos, hemos encontrado una chica que habla castellano y la comida muy bien, un poco picante... pero muy bien.
