Nando's in Manchester

Wonderful and helpful staff despite me making a mess with the sauces at the sauce station. Straightforward nandos with good portion sizes, tasty chicken, and a reasonable price point.

We visited early afternoon. What really stood out was the fantastic service we received...which all due respect I was not expecting. We had very limited time due to us running late and going to the theatre. Staff member who served us was absolutely amazing...she reassured us we would have time and had a word with the kitchen to make sure we had plenty of time. Food was really good and overall we really enjoyed our visit. Your service staff were absolutely amazing.

Was a busy night but still got seated pretty quick, the hostess and servers were really polite and helpful. The was great as always, then went and watched Hamilton so great night all round.

Loved it ahhh!! Went for my 17th and everyone was lovely. My bday balloon apparently went up to the ceiling they took time to get it back for me and still had the best attitude and vibes towards our party. Excellent service and even sang happy birthday to me haha

Chicken was dry, seemed like a factory just churning out food at rapid pace whilst compromising on quality, Trafford Centre is the complete opposite.

Nando’s never ever disappoints me. It’s been 16 years of your amazing food and my cravings for it are together and many more years to go. Loved it in Manchester as i always love it anywhere in yhe world.

I had an amazing dining experience at this nandos thanks to my amazing waitress Samara. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Her impeccable service enhanced the overall enjoyment of our meal.

Les plats étaient délicieux par contre le service pas terrible. Nous avons attendu notre commande pendant 1 heure, il a fallu que j'aille notifier le responsable pour qu'il nous servent ce que nous avons commandé.

Service was pretty slow considering it wasn't full, it took nearly 20 mins for them to bring the glass for my coke over. Otherwise, staff were pleasant and food was good.

Generally good place to have a meal. staff trying their best to be perfect customer oriented .

Standard nandos food and service, the place was a bit grubby. Dirty tables etc but it was a Saturday afternoon and would expect it to be cleaned before you are seated

Great food as always, but the place is in need of a deep clean - the gents toilets were a bit dirtier than you'd expect from a chain like nandos, and one of the urinals was blocked- not a great sight when you're mid meal and need to nip in there.

Food was cold and dry. Poor hygiene because cutlery always dirty. Second time experience this so put off by nando's especially Oxford Road Manchester one.

The food was great: we had a sharing platter on my table while I had a burger. We had to wait for more than 20mins to be assigned a table. It was really busy but the overall service was alright.

The atmosphere is always dull and the floors slippery. The food is always the same, it's good I mean they should introduce something new already. The toilets are dirty, sticking, and need an upgrade because it is run down.

Excellent food. Different options from sweet to spicy. It has an interesting system where you place your order online and pay directly within the app. After a few minutes you receive your food in your table. No queues.

Staff were helpful in looking up allergy requirements. Quite a popular place being in the centre of Manchester.

Very accommodating of our last-minute large group (17) and the succulent food was brought to the tables piping hot. Special thanks to Benjamin at front of house who advised a few of the group to branch out and try new items on the menu.

Love the food at nandos and love the fact is was open till 10pm on sundays. Some of the other nandos in Manchester were shut. The food is always nice in nandos and love the bottomless drinks

It's Nandos. Everyone nice, friendly, but I wouldn't say buzzing when we visited. Maybe we killed the Atmos.

Arrived and were directed to seats that had bits of food on them, that we had to clean with tissue. Not a major issue though. Also went to wash our hands in the accessible bathroom as the men’s were out of order, and the hand dryer in the accessible bathroom sounded like it would blow up if you were to continue to use it. Please inspect it. Me and my friend ordered food using the QR code, my food arriving promptly. My friends food had not arrived, so we waited a little. I was hungry and started eating, my friend went over eventually to ask about his order - turns out they lost the ticket?? and were preparing it now. i had finished my food by the time my friends had arrived, and asked the guy who brought our food over if he could throw in something extra to compensate. You pay quite a bit for Nando’s, but turns out his manager refused, to which we ate and left. no word or comment from Lauren or Marilyn the managers. On the way out Marilyn did apologise for the inconvenience, and said she authorised for the wings to be given as compensation even when nothing was given to us. It was not enough to redeem our experience, but she did say next time to come back and she will take care of us. Let’s hope this is the case. All in all, the seats should already be clean, tickets shouldn’t get lost and if they do which does happen, action should be taken to make it up to your guests.

There was no one to greet us at the door, so we were very confused about whether to seat ourselves or to wait, but we waited for a few minutes and were quickly seated. We were able to use the QR code to order food and it came in good time. Usually, you are able to order a glass of water on the website, but there was no option for this at this location. I asked a member of staff and she brought them quickly. The food was good, the tables were clean and so were the bathrooms.

I guess Nando’s is British’s favorite restaurant to eat about chicken. Nando’s has good taste, crispy for the chicken, big size chicken breast (for me). Will try another their menu if I come back to UK.

I mean it’s Nando’s so you can’t expect too much but other than the super industrious guy working on the grill it all seemed rather chaotic. Waves of complaints seem to be coming in tables weren’t being cleared. My double chicken breast could have been mistaken for a single. However it all tasted pretty good. Its a good place to go if you want something healthy and you aren’t in a rush.

I was told this place is "must" to visit in Manchester. We came here with my friends, and meal was great. But you need to be chicken lover for this place.

My first time at Nandos, so maybe I'm just disappointed because I expected something entirely different... For the price you pay, the portions are rather tiny. And while their sauces might definitely be special, there didn't really seem to be anything unique about their food or menu.

I had a very special time with my family, we had an amazing meal and enjoyed every single bit of it.

Glad to inform that Manchester Nando's cook my chicken with very little amount of oil(as I requested due to my FCS, allow me to take fat only 20gms /day)But I doubt, that chicken was not 100% Fresh. I didn't get the same flavour I used to get it from our Belfast city centre Nando's....I give 💯 marks to all staff work in Manchester Nand's....Keep it up Guys👍😉

Arrived Friday at 5.30 and bagged the last table. It’s busy around then. Service was fast and food was great. Tastes like chicken!

Not a great experience. Urged to use the mobile ordering system only for it to repeatedly fail on me. When I did finally order and received my food, the chicken was quite on the dry side even with me trying to revive it with a heap of sauce. Not a great time.

Visited this branch half dozen times in late 2022. Can't beat the Butterfly Chicken. Some staff friendly, some not. Can get busy quickly here, full of students.

The foods standard but the service is slow and them wooden tables are disgusting,filthy and have some serious build up in the crevices that go through the middle of the table which is seriously off-putting.

I had a great experience at Nando’s Manchester - Oxford Road. The staff were friendly and efficient, despite being busy with large parties. The restaurant was clean and tidy, and had a nice decor. The food was delicious and well-cooked, especially the chicken. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves Nando’s or wants to try something different.

We arrived at the Oxford Rd Nando’s around 17:25 as my daughter was fasting and wanted to open her fast at 17:40 in Nando’s. We were advised we would be seated in about 20mins as it was for a table for 3. There were customers before us, a group of 7 and a group of 2 all whose got seated. Then a groups of 4 and a group got seat who arrived after us and then a fury group of 4 got seated who agian arrived after us. At this point we had been waiting nearly 25 mins. I then asked how come the group of 4 were seated before us as I couldn’t understand the difference between tables for 3 or 4 to be any different. I was told the table wasn’t available for 3 and we would need to wait. My daughter opened her fast with a bar of chocolate. We were eventually seat by a very rude young lady. We eventually ordered our food at 18:08 and the food arrived at 18:25 a whole hour later my daughter ate. Tables were filthy, no plates Available and when we asked we had to wait another 10 mins. While eating not one member of staff asked if we were ok or checked to see if anything else was required. Sadly a very poor experience and very unsatisfied with the whole evening.

Standard large place but quality of food is good. Service can be a bit slower at busier times but generally not too much of a problem.

Ich war schon öfters in einem Nando's essen und finde das Konzept mit der Digitalen Speisekarte überhaupt nicht schlecht. Zum Bestellen habe ich mir die App heruntergeladen und meine Bestellung darüber getätigt. Der Bestell- soweit bezahlvorgang über die App ist echt einfach. Das Essen war wir immer lecker 😋 Die Platzabstände dürften gerne etwas vergrößert werden, da es schon nevt wenn gerade jemand mit seinem Hinterteil über mein Teller huscht.

Super Idee, man macht sein eigenen Kellner da man über einen QR Code bestellt. Essen top, nette Angestellte aber etwas zu beengt.

We payed a visit to nando as we were in Manchester to see the hot wheels show at the arena. The food was lovely and the staff were very friendly. We had to wait about 30 mins for a table but we didn't mind that but once seated and orded the food arrived quickly. I have no complaints at all.

It's nandos it's chicken what more do you want. Always great tasting food never had a bad meal. Can be expensive but worth a treat once in a while.

App didn't work. Payment reverted after 20 minutes, order didn't make the kitchen. I've been asked to try again. Shrugs. Not ideal customer service. Menu is also misleading, as items ordered look different on the menu than on plate. Shrugs. I will avoid in the future.

Waited 40 minutes after placing order. Staff were mainly interested in doing the uber eats orders before customers who were inside the restaurant
