Nando's in Brent

The coke machine is always out of order. I have been there on a few different occasions and they had run out of Mac n cheese and the fizzy drinks machine had been out of order on multiple occasions. Staff also rush around and don’t pay attention to the customers needs as such

Generally dirty. We were sat on a dirty table and seats and had to ask for it to be cleaned. Service was awkward and the food not up to Nando’s standards. Sauces were all clogged up so couldn’t even have them and the bottles were visibly dirty. I would just avoid this location. You are better off grabbing a meal deal from Tesco. Oh and they don’t even have toilets for customers you have to use Tesco’s.

Jay is amazing lady I can see her she look after the whole store I mean customers and employees she is fantastic she always makes us happy and give us outstanding welcome jay you are great lady….

The first day I went to this restaurant, when I was ordering, I saw all the employees working without gloves or in compliance with the health and hygiene

The food was undercooked, the chicken was still pink, the staff were not helpful, as soon as I asked why did they bring me medium spiciness and not got they got agitated and told me to speak with the manager of that location. The chips where too soggy and undercooked, the tables where dirty even though they wiped them off, time will tell if our meal that we ate caused us food poisoning or not. Also menu isn't up to date, so beware of increases In prices in the real world, a meal may cost upto an increased price of £10 due to the changes In prices Hopefully the food quality improves.

I visited Nando's in Wembley Park and had a disappointing experience. There was no queue, but I still had to wait a long time for service. A staff member passed by me twice without acknowledging me, and when I tried to speak to another, she told me she was busy talking. I felt ignored and treated unprofessionally, so I left and have decided not to return.

Love a cheeky Nando’s. Staff a little rude and abrupt. Could do with some customer service skills training. Talking to customers should be friendly and welcoming not sarcastic. Food was nice as you’d expect from a Nando’s store. Branch was very busy and was a loud environment to be in. Free parking in the massive Tesco car park.

Plenty of car park as it’s in Tesco Extra and Tescos car park can be freely used for upto 3 hours. We went on Friday evening and got to wait for an hour before table for 3 was available, another 40 minutes for food to arrive. Congested as it’s the smallest Nando’s I came across. Food was good and being Hala Nando’s it’s an add on. No designated washrooms, Tesco’s washrooms to be used. Be ready for a long wait if dropping by on weekends.

It's Nandos. You know what to expect pretty much. The food is consistent. This particular one is good because although it is urban, it has parking. It's nearly always busy.

We went on a busy day but the food and service was still good. They looked after my gluten free order by having the manager take the order. We ordered a lot of food and were able to take the leftovers home in a takeaway box. Made for a great lunch the next day. We had the chicken, chips and corn on the cob

Food wasn't bad but it was a little cold. I could see my food ready for ages, but I'm not sure what was going on that day but it appeared to me that they might have been short staffed. I ordered via the app and waited a long time for my food. The people on the table next to us requested for their meal to be remade because it was so cold, I didn't have the time to wait so I ate my meal and left.

Honestly this place used to bang with service etc. I under being busy Is a thing, but waiting 45mins for a standard burger and chips, and seeing others coming after and getting their food before is apauling. This round bad experince.

The food was as per the order, and suggestions were absolutely tasty.just need more sitting spaces as they were fully packed out, but would not anything less with the servers be so good

It is one of the favourite restaurants for the whole family. You will always enjoy the food and the service. Staff are always friendly, and the food is tasty. Great place.

Great customer service from Kat and her team! Visited around and hour ago with the family, restaurant was busy and I beleive the staff were short on numbers however Kat who was on duty found us an adequate table provided the service of two host / waiters, a testament to Nandos.

Visited mid-afternoon, so not much atmosphere and a bit difficult to understand whether it's table service? Plus, I didn't realise you got unlimited drinks.

This is our favourite Nando’s to visit so we’re quite regular. Went in yesterday after school with a few hungry children and had such amazing customer service from Catia. We managed to get a table for 8 quickly and the atmosphere was great. Our food was served quick and was hot and cooked well; which matters when you’re with children. Overall a very pleasant experience as we will be back!

I am a regular here. I love this place! And this nandos is specific. I can always get a table, whether it’s a weekday or weekend. If we do ever have an issue, they are always happy to resolve it.

I didn’t receive my food and I called the restaurant alpha spoke to be and then left me on the phone as I could hear him completing other task around the store I think is horrible customer service and I find it incredibly frustrating and unprofessional

Food is always great to be fair but I would like to highlight 2 staff members Roger and Sandeep! I had a medical emergency whilst there with 3 kids including a baby. I couldn’t walk and was in sever pain. All your staff were great but these two gentleman went over and beyond…. They didn’t have to but they did. I came back to thank them today but I think they deserve some sort of recognition from management or Head Office! God bless them!

This place is unpredictable. Sometimes the food will be on point and fresh, and sometimes the chicken will look old and dry. When you order starters they never bring it before, they always bring it with the food even thou you mention it.

I have went to this Nando’s in Brent Park right next to Tesco Extra, and the food was just perfect. My family and I finished shopping from IKEA, which was near Nando’s, and we wanted to spend a bit more time by going to a restaurant. We spotted the Nando’s and went inside to eat. We ordered and the waiter was nice, she told us how to order as we had not known how to. The prices were a bit expensive, but it was worth it. The burger was great, and the fries were also good, especially when you dip it in some sauces, such as Lemon & Herb. The cups also looked cool, and the drink machine was free. I wanted to try a dessert, so I got an ice cream. They served it nicely, and I enjoyed eating such a great vanilla ice cream. When we were finished, we went outside and then went to the bus stop to take the 206 to Wembley Park The Paddocks bus. I would rate it a 5 and I highly recommend people who are reading this review, to go to Nando’s, and enjoy a great meal.

What Horrible experience! first the female boss lady that is short wears glasses and ties her hair in a bun is a rude patheic lady who has no mannners what so ever! I told her I have a disscount and she said " you cannot force us to give you a disscount" I wasnt forcing I had proof and I even showed them the proof and they still declined my discount. Secondly I had to be wait long to be seated and thirdly the food was RAW and COLD. They are all all rude and they have no idea what customer service is. If I can give them 0 stars for their poor lack of cusotmer service and poor attitude towards customers I would. Especailly that female boss lady who thinks she owns the whole world what a stupid lady she needs to be taught a lesson. Never going there again !!

Great service. Great staff and as always, keeping high standards. Came for iftar and was greeted appropriately. Was given a bowl of dates to open my fast. Appetising food as usual. Lovely experience!

When comes to chicken this place is Number one however their sweet treat are awful, I had 4 pastel de nata pastries and they tasted ABSOLUTELY RAW, the dough was still sticky and chewy, I'm not someone who likes to complain in public however you guys should stick to chicken and chips only.

Tired this nandos for first time most likely to be my last as ordered boneless thighs 4 and they hardly put any sauce on them.... and didn't taste nice

Just another nandos. Its a fairly small one compare to others. The food is great as expected. They dont have any toilets in the restaurant you'll have to go to the tesco next door.

We love this branch. Friendly staff and halal chicken. Just wish that they don’t burn the chicken like the few last times. We have been customers for more than 4 years in this branch and was never burt or dry like these recent times. If you go give them this notice ahead. Don’t burn chicken please!!

Went in to order the fino pitta and the chicken was burnt so I told the server and said that it put me off my food so I no longer am hungry. The manager then processed to tell me that this is how nandos cooks its chicken 🐔. Now I am not new to nandos and have been going for many years (not to this brunch) and this is the 1st time I have been served burnt chicken it was also dry which means it has been over cooked. This was not a nandos standard and was not impressed by the bull**** that I was being told. I was given a refund on my meal after some debating. But still not happy with the manager.

Halal Nandos, usually end up after grocery. The best part about this Nandos is it very welcoming was greeted by Sandeep which is now a days very rare to find. The food is like Nandos ;)

Chicken was good. A bit disappointed because they don't do balsamic vinegar anymore.

Be aware guys be aware, When ever I’m hungry Nando’s comes first to my mind if I chose to eat outside. This evening after shopping at IKEA we headed to Nando’s my wife ordered chicken as it is my favourite. However, with our realising any things I start eating. Before finishing my plate I taste weird of the chicken because the skin was not cleaned properly. The feather was all over the chicken that I felt so sick. Sorry for my bad review I don’t want to destroy their reputation unless I felt it is my duty to report that. Safety for all.

Service was great. The missus ordered the 1/4 chicken and I ordered the Sunset burger. I forgot how small the portion sizes are. You can see from the photo the relative size of the burger. Not the size I'd expect for a tenner although it did taste great. I also tried the Spiced Grains & Butternut Squash but wasn't a fan - maybe only if you're being super health conscious.

Always good here. Service has always been quick and free parking here so can't go wrong at all.

Staff won't accept my NHS ID for discount. As I didn't have my ID card with me . Won't even accept picture card on my phone what a let down

Came here with my sister on Sunday 18th July 2021 just to grab a quick bite. One of the waiters wasn't really welcoming. I wasn't impressed with that at all. Probably might be the last time I'll ever go to that Nandos. Other than that, nandos food is always great but the customer service on this side was really poor.

I like Nando's very much but there are so many insects flying around my tables-_-
