Food was cold, probably due to the fact it was late and the staff were looking to clean up and close. It hasn't put me off Nando's.

Had the Peri-Mac & Cheese for yhe first time. Will be having again, but probably need to add a bit more Peri sauce.

Nando’s is a family favourite for food, and our trip this time was less than impressive. The restaurant was uncomfortably cold, and the food disappointingly slow, over 35 mins wait for all our food, and while tasty it was clear some of it had sat on the pass for while as it was warm not hot. Overall it was an average experience and at over £60 for 3 it was disappointing experience.

I ordered food from Nando’s app and received it through deliveroo. I was shocked to see the quality of the food. Chicken wings were hard, fries and rice were tasting funny. The food was definitely stale. When I tried to complain about the food they were not even sorry for sending bad food but were asking us to wait for compensation. I was surprised to see this attitude. I am not interested in compensation but wanted to complain about the weird tasting food as I was hungry and was desperately waiting to eat a good meal.

I would avoid this restaurant on busy nights. Food takes forever to arrive and service is touch and go. Two unpleasant experiences and I wouldn’t eat in again.

Went for my nephews 18th b day good food good atmosphere. Enjoyed it we would go again.

NO PARKING. If you are collecting (in the rain) plan your parking.

Shockingly bad. Food was at best lukewarm but mostly cold (there were 6 of us eating) Chicken dry and inedible. Waited over 40 minutes for food to arrive. Clearly the toilets hadn't been cleaned either for a while and were filthy. Overall a really bad experience so unless you are desperate don't bother going to this branch. Nandos HQ need to look at Leamington and how it performs urgently.

On this occasion my food arrived cold. The garlic bread was burnt, cold and rock hard. The peri chips had almost no salt (as shown below) and the chicken was also cold! So disappointing. Went again and this time the meal was great and staff were really friendly. Change of rating because of this.

Lovely place to eat, was very busy but staff were accommodating and food was delicious. Waited a while for food but was expected due to it being a Friday night!

I usually have amazing experiences at Nando’s however this time was slightly disappointing, a young child had an accident and was sick, now there is no fault on them as this is common when you are young, however I’m disappointed how i saw no staff helping clean or even check up on the child, this saddened me and i hope improvements are made. Food was still fab!

During my recent visit to Nando’s, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and culinary delights. From the moment I stepped in, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and friendliness. As for the food, it was nothing short of fantastic.

You get hot food if you order from Just eat/ Deliveroo but Nandos Leamington will serve you cold food everytime. Third time in a row cold food was served. I raised this with Manager on all occasions but no improvement. Did replaced the food but took ages. Had the same answer everytime that we are busy.

Was disappointed on this trip, the food wasn't hot and the chicken was dry...

Fabulous food well done . They have been busy and it is a hard job. We have to wait around 20 min well worth it to wait . They have been short staff but they take us very well .thanks to all staff fantastic job good food

This was a fantastic restaurant for lunch, with decorations on the ceiling having intriguing designs for the circular light spots! The menu is easily accessible, staff were readily available and sauces are easy to grab right by the refillable drinks machine. I had a delicious Chicken Wrap with Peri-Salted chips per usual and flavoursome Spicy Rice, sitting comfortably at a clean table!

Reuben was a very attentive waiter and delivered all of our food promptly. Lovely atmosphere and and nice music 🙂

2nd visit to a Nandos was much better than previously, but still not keen. Maybe a young person experience

Nice place with good options for vegans and vegetarians.

Ordered from the app and paid through it. 2 piece chicken was good as well as the pita bread with humous starter.

Attended on a Friday night with my son who were told there was a 20 minute wait before we could be seated and then a 20 minute wait for food the restaurant wasn't overly crowded the manager on shift was rude we weren't even able to sit at a table and wait even though there were lots of Empty Tables very disappointed

We waited 20 minutes to be seated and then another 20 minutes to receive our food, which would have been fine if the food that came out was the usual Nando's quality. Unfortunately, my chicken was as tough as old boots, tepid and the bun was stale. When I told the server, he said the bun was a Portuguese bun and sort of tastes stale. I've been to Nando's a million times so know this not to be the case. Hopefully this was just a one off.

Very busy, which created a good convivial atmosphere. Service efficient and friendly. My first time there, being in an older age bracket, but I wasn't disappointed with my chicken wrap. Lots of choices to suit different tastes. My grandchildren loved it.

Excellent customer service from the waitress Rita on the evening of Tuesday 17 October 2023. Rita was superb and was so friendly and went above and beyond, also up sold me too, mega yummy dessert. She is a credit and a massive asset to Leamington Nando’s 👌👏. The Manager was also very helpful and kind and runs a good restaurant. Thanks for making our evening so enjoyable on all levels and making my extended Birthday supper such a nice evening. Thank you both. Karen

I've been dinning with my son...the service was very good, attentive, smiling, always asked us if we alright or if we need anything else...the food was great... dessert 5stars.... chocolate cake! Inside was nice and clean! Nice atmosphere and music!! Well done guys!😊

I had a delicious late lunch here with my friend. Honestly, the food is always delicious but I got the most ridiculously tiny portion of broccoli ever with my meal. Really, truly pathetic looking. Usually I can't fault them though, must have been an off day

There was 6 of us at our table service was good I have to say. Food came relatively quickly was very good and staff friendly nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Nandos. Lovely guy even held door òpen for us He saw I was in a wheelchair. We had a lovely time.

We recieved incredible service from Emily (and the team) for my niece's birthday. Polite, personable and attentive for our entire meal - plus, excellent at small person talk! She had a fantastic time, thank you.

Superb meal, have not been since it opened and was bitterly disappointed then, was coaxed to come in again with my daughter and son in law and was pleasantly surprised, food cooked to perfection and very quick service. Will definitely be coming again👍🏻

Poor service, soggy chips, chicken butterfly was tasty however. Rainbow coleslaw turns up without dressing, was a busy Monday evening but for a standard service offering worst Nando’s in UK I’ve been to so far by far.

The staff were lovely but the food was awful. Sent my mash back as it was stone cold in the middle. They brought a new one out and it was exactly the same so I just left it. The chicken had a funny smell and because the mash wasn't cooked properly it worried me that wasn't either so I left it

Came back from holiday and the first thing we wanted was Nandos. I have been coming to this Nandos for a long time and each time, it just becomes awful. First review I am putting up for Nandos - 1) We were waiting at the doors for 11:30, the staff have acknowledged we are waiting but have not opened the doors. I have then called at around 11:40 to find out what the situation is as I have already paid for parking. If you are from Leamington you will know you can't extend your parking on the Ringgo App, so as soon as you pay for parking, you have a short time to get seated somewhere, eat your food and go. I was advised on the phone "yes we know you are waiting, I have to ask my manager" couple of minutes later "Please come back in 10 minutes as we are delayed." I did ask, if we were able to wait in the restaurant and we will not order etc until advised - no response. 2) Not on this particular occasion, but multiple times before the waitresses (majority of them) are absolutely rude and just look like the life has been drained from them. Maybe because they employ such young people who do not actually care about service? 3) Very cold in the restaurant area.

Ask for bbq sauce you gonna love it.

Grubby restaurant with dirty tables and food on the chairs and bench. Only one toilet open for a restaurant that’s nearly full with the male and female toilets out of service. Food was fine, service wasn’t great. My partner was still eating and the waitress tried to take our plates away. Not somewhere I’ll be going back anytime soon.

It's ok The staff are nice and friendly Food is nice but you don't get a lot. For that sort of money I would expect a plate full.

Randomly went on a Monday evening with my husband and his best friend and upon arrival we were greeted with smiles by all staff members, felt really welcomed. Then when myself and my husband went to order Dan took our order and his customer service was fantastic he helped me to pick what to get which was delicious and also whilst we were eating he came into check to see everything was okay and if we needed anything else. Dan is such a welcoming, bubbly person he really creates a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and we will definitely be coming back due to Dan’s excellent customer service. Honestly Dan is a credit to Nando’s Leamington and a lovely gentleman! Not only were we acknowledged as we came but also as we left too outstanding customer service Dan, thank you!

Very nice chicken thights the whole chicken rice and peas weren't nice or fresh though

So first of when we received our bottomless drink cups one of them was already used and had dirt and the old drink in the bottom of the cup, we went up and got a new one and we got over it but then when eating the mash we discovered a long black hair in it as seen in the photo.

An unbelievably poor meal. Not only cold but the bun for the chicken burger was so hard I could have banged nails in. The chicken was clearly from frozen, tough & chewy. Never had such s poor meal. I would've give minus stars if I could.

Been coming here for nearly 10 years. New manager Sophie has the worst attitude I have probably experienced in customer service. I have wrote to head office about my experience but it shouldn’t of had to come to that.

Food was ok , not that much choice , expensive for a fast food restaurant, the staff very helpful and food was good nicely

This is a summary of a few visits over the past few month Aug 22 to Feb 23, including collection. Flavouring is mainly on the surface. It does not taste marinaded. Does not mean that food does not taste good, but I miss the days of the past when the food tasted marinaded. Service is OK, but with students there to earn the money it does miss a bit of that personal touch. Obviously, we'll be going again but there lots of restaurants in Leamington and loads of Nando's globally so if you miss this one you're not missing anything special.

No issues with food once you know how to order. Wasn’t explained you scan the code and order through the website or app. Easy when you know how !! Food was freshly prepared and hot. Service good Just a shame on the customer interaction

Awful awful awful Freezing cold, soggy and flavourless Never ever will I waste my money on Nando’s sub standard food, everything was inedible £30 for a wrap, burger, fries and corn on the cob not worth £10! Zero customer service Feel totally ripped off and hungry!

Had serious problems trying to order from the app as it kept saying that the password was wrong. One member of staff did try to help but others were just rude and demeaning. The whole experience was dreadful and I got the impression that as we could not order in the way that was expected we shouldn’t have been there.

Dan the Man(ager) was very helpful after we were missing a couple items from our delivery. Above and beyond!

Ordered earlier in the day and got there to find that they had "lost" our order. They then made it for us in about 15 minutes which is fine but got home and they had got the order wrong. Utterly useless, would hate to think what it'd be like if they were busy. There are plenty of other slightly less overpriced staple food takeaways we'll be trying from now on.

We order regularly from Nando's. Its one of our favourites as a family. However the food and service is always hit and miss. Sometimes its delicious and prepared well and we receive all the items we order. However on three occasion in the last few weeks we had several items missing from our order when it arrived. Whilst we can receive a refund via the Deliveroo app, I just don't think this is good enough. We called up the restaurant and spoke to Pete the manager who offered us a free platter meal. Whilst this is very kind and we were grateful, we want the staff to get the orders right so we can pay for what we order. When things are so difficult at the moment for restaurants, I would expect Nando's to be going above and beyond for their customers. This is simply just not the case, nor are they getting the basics right.

It is regrettable at a time like this the lack of information and bad manners on the part of the staff who welcomes people at the door. After waiting 40 minutes in the cold weather for a table I saw my entry denied for wearing a bandana and not a surgical mask. On the government website it is explicit what forms of protection are required, where by the government it is written that bandanas are accepted as a means of protection. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism will cause many more customers to be lost. It was my favorite restaurant but from today I will never be back.

We was passing through Lemington Spa & fancied something to eat.Scanned the QR code to queue & got a table straight away. Staff took the time to show us how to order through the app which was nice,I also let staff know I'm gluten intolerant & another member of staff went through my order with me so I knew what I could order. Our food arrived quickly & was cooked perfectly! Restaurant was clean,safe & staff very friendly. Very happy with the service we received,staff made our visit a pleasurable one & would return if we're in the area again.

Really disappointed with our first Nando’s meal - cold food, stale bread bun and missing part of our order. We will not be ordering from here again.

Great to have them delivering for the current situation. Food arrived in 20 minutes, nice and fresh. Delicious. The chicken was superb.

This is exactly what you would expect from a Nandos, tasty food at a reasonable price.My only negative comment is that the restaurant gets very busy at weekends and it does feel a little rushed when you visit at these times, on my last visit the food had arrived at the table almost before i got back from ordering to sit down at it!

I have just reviewed the receipts and noticed that over the past 6 months we (my wife and 2 young daughters) have visited 4 times and 2 times with my parents. Seems that this is a regular for us!! The food is generally very good and tasty, service is relatively quick (as long as you can get a seat - so go early) and overall they keep the restaurant clean.Facilities are good with a tap to wash your hands, as with all Nandos lots of self service sauces, self service drinks machine (once you pay for the drinks) and relatively clean toilets. Only criticism is that the table spacing is not too great and also the service when ordering can be slow as they generally have one person on the till only (even though they have 3 tills!)Whole family likes this place so very likely to go again and also very recommended. If you like Nandos then this place won't dissapoint.

Table for 3, only a short wait for a table. Ordered our meals & served within 15 minutes. Tasty food but no Mango drink available, a bit disappointing. Never felt rushed and waiting staff attentive.

Nando's is a must visit, a lot of interactive activities like you can pick you own sause based on how spicy or mild you like it, unlimited amount of soft drinks and the chicken Is delicious

The parking is almost impossible in Leamington Spa and on a Sunday lunchtime at the beginning of December the only option was a side road a mile away. I must remember to bring some change for nearer parking meters in future although I won’t be returning to Leamington any time soon. Let’s be honest it’s a run-down dump. The best thing they could do here is to build a fast by-pass so you don’t have to drive through the town.Nando’s isn’t much better. The food is bland, portions are poor and it feels like a mass production line. My grains n’ green salad with halloumi and avocado was OK, just. However the variants of chicken and chips enjoyed by the rest of our party looked distinctly unappetising. In short it’s best to avoid this place unless desperate and everywhere else is full.

Service is very up and down depending on which 'team' are on before now ive had crispy chips tonight i waited 10 minutes for some mayo whilst seeing the member of staff who i asked wonder randomly around the store talking to her colleague then do something else then sit some1 down then get me the mayo seems ill be giving it a miss as much as possible in future maybe

Visited this facility Saturday 14 September 2019 for the first time ever. You never get a second chance to make a first impression - and these jokers blew it!My friend and I entered the front door. I spotted TWELVE members of staff on duty - yet, NOT ONE gave eye contact, or any modicum of interest of us standing at the door as we waited, and waited and waited. Seeing a vacant table, we went to take a seat since no-one could be bothered to greet us. It was only as we were taking our seats did anyone come over to us.This is pathetic and incredibly POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, as no-one else was treated that way for the duration of our stay - and in fact, once I began monitoring it - new customers were seen to within 5 seconds of entering the facility!!! I will always call out racism whenever I see it. as in the 21st century, this nonsensical sense of superiority over others is and should be totally anachronistic and unacceptable. But to see it so blatant belies the "ethnic" scenery of the place and even a black face on the menu. Why do it if you actually hate black people?As usual, to my chagrin - whatever I seemed to want to order in terms of drinks were "unavailable" or out of stock! So why advertise them in your menu?!!! The drinks that were available were extortionately priced at £5 for a tiny 300ml bottle. After placing an order and getting up to order an additional drink later during our stay, a member of staff REFUSED to add the additional points earned from the purchase to the Nando's loyalty card I have! Why bother distributing them if points cannot be added?All in all, I was INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED at the DOUBLE STANDARDS and poor customer service meted out at this facility. When, oh when will places like this ever learn that THEY WILL CEASE TO OPERATE WITHOUT CUSTOMERS??!!!! These jokers really do not seem to care how they treat people, or to even maintain their levels of stock to give some reverence to their own menu that they say they can deliver!That was the one and only chance you had to create a first impression! Frankly - you blew it! I will NEVER set foot in such an appalling place ever again!

Nandos is on the parade so you have to pay for parking which isn’t cheap. We waited for a minute and then we were seated, manager was never nice and the restaurant looked nice but small.

First time in Nando's for maybe 2/3 years (on Friday 10th May) and was overall impressed with the food and small selection of wine/beer choice

Go to Nando’s all the time, food is normally great. However, when I get deliveries the chips always come cold. Don’t disappoint.

This was my third visit to the Leamington branch. This time an early evening dinner treat for my son. I asked for a booth at the back (the restaurant was quiet) and the girl tutted and threw the menus down on the table.

Long que to order, girl on the tills short and abrupt with conversation, lack of people skills I got the vibe she was just there for the money. Then I went to get a Fanta but it was clear like soda water so clearly needed changing. I told the nearest waitress who couldn’t give me the time of day either and abruptly replied the syrups probably gone il go and change it. She didn’t change it for the whole meal just carried on serving as I went back and had to have sprite which was flat also. Same waitress was rude when clearing tables and I hate it when they ask if everything’s okay when you’ve not even had a bite!! Nice restaurant in Leamington but puts me off when the staff are so rude.

Super busy restaurant, loads of staff but only one operating tills. Aside from the long wait to order, food was typical Nando’s. Never amazing but reasonably healthy for midweek business trip away from home. Food was fine.

Having never been here before, I wasn’t sure what to expect. However I loved it. The waitress was very helpful and the place was lovely and clean. The food was amazing, can’t wait to go again.

Chicken was very dry and portions were small. Only one member of staff on the tills on a busy Saturday.

Table of 9, 5:30pm which was a busy time for the restaurant. Not only did they manage to get all the food out to our table in a reasonable time frame, they were also very good at helping with a table that had, nut, egg, dairy and wheat allergies.

Stayed over in Leamington Spa, didn’t wait even though a Saturday night. Some had to wait. Shared a whole chicken, corn and fries. Beautiful chicken and the best corn on cob. Nando’s always consistent. 👍🏻 Lovely Portuguese Tart to finish, love them! 💕

Avoid if you don't want experience a very rude management

Quick and easy. Take a seat at the table, remember your table number and go order at the counter. You can eat reasonably healthy. I usually go for chicken breast, garden peas and mixed grill vegetables.

Had a very welcome at the door . I have to say the food was delicious. Enjoyed my time there and I will visit again soon.

Honestly a brill place to eat, lovely food, atmosphere and staff! Have been so many times and can really recommend. Also a special mention to staff members 'Tia' and manager 'Dave' who i have been served by on numerous occasions and never fail to be super friendly, sweet and kind!

This is my second visit to a Nando’s and I was impressed, we were seated immediately and after ordering we only waited about 10 minutes. The food was very well cooked and very hot, compared to the previous Nando’s I’d eaten in this food was much better. The chicken was well cooked but still moist, the chips, coleslaw and garlic bread were also very good. Will definitely come here again, all the staff were really pleasant as well, plus the whole restaurant was very clean.

Had the sunset burguer, peri fries and sweet mashed potato. The burguer is amazing but quite small..

I had an early supper here with family. The food was very good, the peri-peri excellent! This is a good family restaurant, clean and with good service and fair prices. Would definitely return!

Been here on many occasions, food is just yummy, service is always fast and efficient, staff are very welcoming and attentive, had our meal delayed once ( not with much) and the manager on duty Dave gave us an extra portion of wings- thanks mate, that made our day. Kids meal is also lovely and my daughter loves it.

Nando’s do the best halloumi strips and chilli jam! Melts in your mouth. Hubby loved the olives.

Visited nandos with my fussy sister, it was her first time, at first we opted to sit outside but then she changed her mind and wanted to go in, the lady on the desk seated us immediately! It was very busy and bustling but we ordered our food and it literally arrived within ten minutes, hot and very tasty!!! My sister loved it! And she's not easy to please! A fab experience all round. Even parking nearby was easy! We went on a Saturday night and that level of service on a sat night was second to none!
