Nando's in Hounslow

I went into Nando's in Addlestone to get a quick takeaway on my way home. I was astonished to have been asked where I was from before being let out - he actually held the door shut until I answered. Being of mixed race decent it really irks me to be asked where I'm from. I am from the UK!!!!

Came into the shop and was greeted by mustafa and his sparkling smile. Asked me how I was and if I was alone, instantly got my own booth and was given a menu and told if I had any allergies please come to the till. Also pointed towards the toilets and cutlery and sauce area just to remind me. Food was nice and hot, absolutely delicious and mustafa came to check on me to see if I was completely satisfied offering desserts. He’s a very good waiter.

Amazing and attentive service from all staff, especially from Harry who went extra mile and it is a real credit to the company. Thank you 🙏

We went into Nando’s with our 2 children & Adults. We were told we it was a 50 minutes wait. We put our names down and sat in the car as we had been traveling for 4 hours from the North. We got a message after 40 minutes we walked back, it didn’t take us more than 5 minutes to walk back . Then we got there and they had sat another family there . The customer told me she came in, they asked asked how many people she wanted to dine and she told them and they sat her down. We had to wait for another further 24 minutes. I think the system is not effective as some one can just turn up and they sit them down yet other have to wait over an hour.

Recently ordered to collect food from the Branch in Uxbridge. I can confirm that I have eaten at the restaurant. I think the quality of the food is gone down. The Chicken is greasy and looks like it is on a diet. More important the Nados taste in the chicken is almost bland. Further, they have reduced their portions dramatically as can been seen from the pictures. The box for the rice is half empty. They using the same size box they used to put olives in to out their spicy rice. For what they are charging you, you can get cheaper with bigger portions in other places. For what I got in relation to the quantity and quality of the food verse the charge, in my view its was expensive, COME ON NANDOS PULL YOUR SOCKS UP

I arrived here today to join my friend for lunch. I got there first. There were only about 6 guests dining. I waited to be seated. There was a staff memeber behind the counter who saw me but did not acknowledge. Then another member of staff started to approach me and while doing so, stopped on the way to start picking on a stain on his top showing his midriff (totally oblivious) and was still doing this while I was still stood there waiting. Again no acknowledgment. I left in the end as I felt if this was the kind of service I was going to receive I was not going to enjoy my experience here. If this is the attitude of the team there then I can see why the place was so quiet!

The title says it all really. Nandos is our favourite eating place when we’ve had a busy day and want something hot and tasty I wouldn’t go to the Feltham one again

I went to this nandos to order some dessert for takeaway. Firstly when I ordered the staff member at the till was shocked at how much dessert I was ordering. I then asked him to put the chilli on the receipt for me which he did not do. I then asked another staff member to get the chilli added on for me and they said they could not do so. I then waited 20 minutes for my order at the till. In that time I watched all the people who came after me be served their orders. I was then asked what I was waiting for, and then a manager came over to retake my order, as I was told it had not been put through even though I had paid and had a receipt. She then made a note of the order again and she told me that she did not have the dessert in stock. I then asked for a refund and she said because I had paid by card, she could not refund me my money there on the spot and I would have to leave my details for her to contact me. So I went to order some dessert, didn’t receive and was made to wait. Then instead of refunding me she made me fill out a form. What a waste of my time. Took them just under half an hour to realise they were out of the dessert. This is the worst nandos I have ever been too. There was chaos behind the till. And the service was unbelievably terrible. I cannot believe places like this can even be allowed to be open. Disgusted.

Food was lovely even my partner who’s not a big fan thoroughly enjoyed his meal! Had the gooey cheesecake for pudding, yummy!!

I just came to order food for takeaway as they don't take order over the phone,I was taking queue from 2005 till 2020 almost 15 min just to place an order,it was not busy at all observed only few tables were occupied plenty staff seemes manager as well making jokes and having fun rather than prioritise on service,some point at the end was able to place an order,while was waiting anxiously for my takeaway Yenker took my attention and asked can I help.When I express him I have waited that long just to place an order and need to wait another 15 to 20 min to be serve ,he inform due to covid wd can only operative one till to minimize gathering. If covid is the reason why none of your staff didn't wear masks at all. At least Mr Yenker took initiative and prioritise my order and serve me quickly ,have notice another couple were sitting on the waiting area for takeaway and keep asking how long will take we been waiting quite long time,one of the young lady just gave them a smile (at least) and inform another 20 minutes.I am so disappointed with Feltham branch.I must have to say hounslow branch management and their customer care is 100 times better than you guys. Attention to fellow customers If any one is in hurry for takeaway don't go Feltham Nando's unless if you have minimum half an hour. I will never go to Feltham branch.

No wraps, no burger buns, no garlic bread. Was told I couldn’t eat in at quarter to 8. Was told they ran out of chicken, made them aware I was vegan and they said oh sorry we close the restaurant at 8 🤷🏻‍♀️ Says 10 online? Staff not welcoming… wouldn’t even waste your time

Never got place have to wait for more than hour all staff very unprofessional and lasy. So many tables was available but they said we don’t have enough staff. There were more than 10 staff but I think all very lasy

Has to wait for an hour to be seated which is not the worst part! After ordering our food we had to wait for an additional 50 mins! Staff look miserable and bored. When I complained about the very slow service, his response was ”what do you want me to do about it?”. Awful service, difficult to get their attention for a drink. I love Nandos. The chicken is as always delicious. The restaurant looks after all the refurbishment and it looks like there’s more room. The staff friendly as always. Just one bad point is that the toilet was a bit dirty. Will definitely visit again.

It gets busy on Friday and Saturday night so come a bit early to avoid queues. They have outside swatting arrangements with hot burners in winters.

Simplemente me encanta Nando's por todas partes. El único problema de este restaurante es el número de habitantes que también me encanta es muy. Tenemos que planificar con antelación y vaya temprano o tarde en la noche para conseguir un asiento. Por esta razón solemos ir a Staines - que siempre parecen tener mesas en el momento adecuado y mejor que esperar 40 minutos en Feltham para una mesa.

Nos alojamos en la zona durante 3 semanas y no voy a mentir me fui prácticamente cada día.

A pesar de primera un "promedio" de visita a Nando en Feltham en mayo de 2013 y en contra de mi mejor juicio, mi colega y yo pensamos que le daría un segundo intento. Seguramente las cosas no han cambiado en 4 años. Nos estaban correctas! Las cosas habían cambiado. Esta vez fue horrible! Ambos ordenados hígados de pollo, un supuesto "estándar" para Nando's. Pedí la mía, simplemente cocinado sencillas, ya que tenía una reunión más tarde ese día y no quería llevar alrededor de cualquier olor fuerte. Mi colega ordenados "Picante" aunque él es casi inmune a la mejor de las salsas. Mi colega de hígados de pollo con arroz y guisantes lados llegamos aunque sentía que su salsa miradas 'estaba muy por debajo de su escala de Richter. Sin embargo, mis hígados de pollo con papas fritas parecía la las barreduras de debajo de la parrilla. En seco, casi sin sabor y desmenuzado hasta piezas. Observé que en mi primera revisión de Nando's en 2013 que este restaurante 'convenientemente 'cortes de sus hígados de pollo en trozos del tamaño de un bocado para disimular el volumen de hígados, casi el más caro de los alimentos, se sirve. Esta vez, más que una corte en media pensión, hígado servían de hígado de pollo gránulos! La única salvación de la que es, sin duda, la comida o la excepción restaurante peor que he comido en mi considerable años fue la introducción de un desconocido vino tinto previamente y, me imagino, que descaradamente caro rastrear en un supermercado. Ah, y las patatas fritas estaban deliciosos! Mientras uno es, comprensiblemente, obligados a pagar por adelantado en restaurantes de comida rápida, es la marca de cualquier restaurante en la que hay que pagar por la comida antes de comer. Ahora entiendo por qué Nando's adopta esta política. Mi queja sobre la mala calidad de la comida a la camarera que pedimos- 'Es todo bien? '- se encontraron con una mirada en blanco. Una lección aprendida! Nunca más, nunca!

Sunday night been sat next to a large ethnic family whose kids seem to have the manors of savages for the last 40 minutes and still waiting for our food. While normally it's very good it's been an awful wait, but the food was awesome.

En el centro de Feltham es muy popular es un buen lugar para visitar. Bueno es pedir y pagar en la principal hasta puntos - hay una tarjeta de fidelidad donde puedes recoger objetos gratis - comidas se sirven rápidamente y bien presentado. También hay una opción de comida para llevar.

Tuvimos que esperar más de 50 minutos a una hora para llegar a nuestras comidas y cuando llegó no estaba hasta el nivel como debe ser es muy honesto.

Restaurant is nice and large but does get very busy. Some staff look very bored which brings the vibe down. The only Nandos I know with security on the door.

This is my local Nando's having moved into the area recently. Hasn't disappointed as yet - quick and friendly service and good quality food in a clean environment. Only downer would be sometimes the frozen yogurt machine has been out of order!

Feltham great restaurant. Always well looked after, clean and fast service. Only criticism is sometimes music far too loud but if you ask they do turn it down.

The waiting time here is long, the staff doesnt seem happy working and we can tottaly understand that there is a huge descontrol regarding this branch functionality. The food is ok but im not impressed. Prefered the hounslow and the staines branch

quick service food was good kids loved it. value for money toilets were clean staff were helpful. There is wheelchair access you can sit inside or in the summer you can sit outside where there is sun shades.

A nice place on the High Street and a great lunchtime venue popular with families and couples. Varied menu to suit vegetarian and non veg taste. Worth a visit definitely!

Nando's llegó a con mi madre después de una tarde de compras en alrededor de 16:45 estaba lleno, pero no demasiado, no nos llevó tiempo para sentarse y pedimos deshuesados muslos ¡Dios mío! ! ! ! ! Son para morirse, con el delicioso puré cremoso yo recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera que quiera algo ligero para comer. Excelente servicio, lo que es muy importante

I stayed in Felltham many time to attend a course near Heathrow Airport. in my last visit i tried Nandos in Felltham since its Hala and i was looking for something bet heavy .

Alojarse en el Travelodge de noche y buscando comida nutritiva - come en caliente o para llevar. No hay reserva necesaria. Servicio rápido. Vegetarianas disponibles. Ambiente agradable pero es muy ruidoso [ popular con la gente] Ahorre hasta puntos kudos hacia comidas gratuitas con tarjeta de nando's. Bonito peluco:-)

Viernes por la noche, llegamos a las 6. 45:00 había que esperar más de una hora por una mesa para nuestro grupo de 8. Finalmente conseguimos sentar juntos, 6 comidas aparezca bien. 2 que olvidó. Tuvimos que ellos chase, finalmente los dos últimos personas comieron en ido 9:00 después de llegar a 6. 45:00 h. A pesar de las cuñas de camote se ha ordenado y pagado cuando la comida resultó que se había acabado de estos chips en lugar y nos dio. El bean burger estaba frío y sin cocer en el medio. No fue originalmente hecha para ofrecer cualquier tipo de compensación, después de hablar con el gerente que no ofrecen un postre gratis. He estado en varios otros, pero no Nando volveremos de nuevo allí! Aléjate! !
