Nando's in Flintshire

We usually frequent this outlet and never have any complaints, but today it was somewhat different. This is not a complaint but a suggestion to pay more attention on the grill and how what is on it cooks... I did not mention anything at the time, as I was not after anything and my constructive criticism could have been misunderstood by the young servers. The full platter chicken which we normally order and enjoy, this time was not cooked properly. Especially the legs. So I leave it at that.

Came after work last Tuesday and had a amazing meal, all the staff were great and very kind would recommend thank you I will be coming back

Excellent customer service when welcomed by a young lady at the door, ordered and food was brought to us within minutes lovely staff, food was perfect. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone such a well managed restaurant 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The best Nandos, Cheshire oaks and Chester don't have a patch on this one. We have to travel a little further to get here but it's worth it. You don't have to que at the door for a table like you do at Cheshire oaks. They greet you with a smile here too which is nice. All the staff are friendly and chatty. It was quite busy but they quickly cleaned our preferred table and sat us. The guy on the till was really helpful, I wanted to try something different and he was very knowledgeable of the menu and gave a few recommendations. One of which I'll be having again next time we visit. Food was fast to come out, and was hot and really tasty. Thank you! Really enjoyed our visit. We will be back 🙂

Got to choose where we sat as it wasn't very busy but it did become extremely busy whilst we were eating. Service and food was fairly quick. Food nice when it came out,but is never all that hot always warm amd goes cold quickly,but I eat quick so not a problem. This nandos is better than the Chester one.

We have visited this particular restaurant a few times and the food has always been consistently good, the staff are friendly and we never have to wait too long for the food to arrive. It’s only chicken and chips but it’s really good chicken and chips!

We experienced absolutely fantastic service. We rang to see if we could book a table for 8 and unfortunately you can’t reserve tables however, the staff were so accommodating and couldn’t help us more. We arrived and were lucky enough to have a table of 8 waiting for us. It was set out with sauces and we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. They couldn’t do enough for us. They even brought over colouring paper and crayons for the children. The food was 10/10 and I couldn’t recommend it more here. It was a Saturday and very busy so hats off to all the staff providing such amazing customer service!

Great food- friendly attentive staff. You kind of know what you get in Nando’s but, staff who make an effort, who are attentive. Really make the experience.

Server who greeted us and seated us very nice and chatty have seen him here before,he's great. Other servers in there not so great, mainly the younger women who are just walking around a bit aimless at times it would seem. Had to get up and ask for my own glass as they were too busy standing around doing nothing. Food took an age to come aswel and a lot of people who came in afterwards got their food before us,which was annoying . When they food did come it was really nice,slightly burnt garlic bread and stingy on the peri peri chips. On a whole okay but has been better and hopefully will be better on our next visit.

Ordered at till as have a milk allergy and was assured everything ordered was ok and the grills were being thoroughly cleaned as my order was being taken. Food was prepared by the same person that took the order to ensure the food was prepared away from allergens and was brought out within minutes of me sitting down. Very please with service and food! Great staff!

Food was lovely however I was most impressed with the service and the waiter josh. he was very helpful and polite and always presented me and my partner with a smile and checking how our food was. When our food came out there wasn’t much peri salt on the chips and josh went out of his way to ensure this was sorted for us supplying us with extra sachets of peri salt. Exceptional service. When we go back in the future hopefully he will be serving us again.

Me and my boyfriend Jay live on the Wirral and make the journey to Broughton Nando's because of how much of a pleasant experience it is! We have to mention especially Josh B., so who is the best waiter there!!! He is so welcoming and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a lovely meal! Always ensures to get us a table nice and quick and checks we have everything we need! Best Nando's ever and we will continue to come 3 times a week hehehe! 10/10 thank you so much Josh B & the Nando’s Broughton team!

Always tasty and finger licking good , excellent service and help with my order , there isn’t a local Nando’s we’re we live so any chance we get we get “our fix”

My self and my daughter were seated at a table next to a really dirty looking wall. The backs of the seats were brown and grimy, there was food on the floor and whole place looked as though it needed a deep clean. I was given a menu that was wet and had black marks on it. I definitely will not be going back to this branch of Nando’s.

Great bunch of people work here, nothing too much trouble, food excellent along with the service… one of my favourite places, great parking too. Josh on the door always greets you with a smile and always pleased to see you… thanks to you all…

I’ve just been for a takeout to nando broughton, I don’t normally write about when I’ve had a takeout but I felt I had to as the staff , the girls on the door were super friendly so welcoming and just so lovely , the food for exceptional tonight to . Was sat for over 30 mins in a not so very busy Nando’s, for so called food and drinks service to refill our drinks, a good so called bottomless drink more like don’t do bottoms up on your drink as you won’t get anymore, took my boyfriend here for our little date shocking could have died from dehydration

I was served by a wonderful girl called glesni, she made it such an enjoyable experience, polite, well mannered and I cannot thank her enough for her service.

Ordered for collection, said 9 o’clock pick up was waiting at the door for half an hour for it to come out

Visited for lunch with my mum and sister after shopping in Broughton.When we arrived we did not know we had to scan the Nandos QR code to join the queue to enter for lunch, we stood around for 10 minutes until a lady in the queue told us we had to scan the QR code on the window. (There was no sign to explain what we had to do) So upon scanning the QR code we entered our details and it told us that there was a 30 minute wait for a table, we were in within the next 10 minutes. Our name was called and we were shown to our table by Josh B, he was very friendly and he explained the new process of ordering at the table via the QR code. We had some trouble connecting to the free WiFi available at Nandos, so we're unable to order online. Josh was very helpful and told us it was not a problem and we could decide what we wanted and go up to order at the till.Our drinks and food we're brought to our table by I think his name was Finn (he didn't have a name badge on we just overheard someone call his name).He was very attentive making sure our drinks were topped up and we had all the condiments we needed to enjoy our meal.Under the current times our visit went smoothly and we really enjoyed our Lunch the food was amazing!

Came for a spontaneous meal to Nando’s with my friend this evening. We were greeted at the door by Ollie who was very polite and helpful, giving a great warm welcome in. Our waitress Brooke was incredible! I don’t think my friend and I have ever been served by such a smiley, happy, and helpful person. Brooke was constantly checking in on us, but not too the extent where our meal was disturbed too much, and was lovely and chatty when she was serving us. Her manners towards us were gorgeous, and I only wish we had some change so we could’ve given her a tip. Thank you for a lovely meal Nando’s !

We had ordered for collection as we had assumed either they wouldn't be taking bookings or they would be fully booked as the first day of lockdown was lifted.However, upon arriving to collect the food, we were offered if we wanted to sit in. After logging into various covid websites, we were seated and our food came out hot and quick! The waiters were very attentive and friendly. Couldn't fault it. Great reintroduction back into normality post-covid.

We have ensured we have eaten out as much as possible when not in lockdown to support our economy (and also our waistlines)In my last review of Nando's we had a takeaway (which was not the best)I am glad that eating inside again was as enjoyable as it normally isAs usual the boneless platter did not disappointWith less people eating in (less tables due to social distancing) it was a pleasant experience as sometimes I find it too noisy

Travelled an hour to visit broughton retail park for some xmas shopping and decided to stop off at nandos. Trainee (with dark hair and tattoos) at the front door advised us that we would be waiting 10-20 minutes for a table as they were busy and covid restrictions were making it difficult for them to accommodate everyone.We scanned the QR code outside the restaurant and got told we would receive a text when our table was ready. Popped into a few shops and hadn't received any text for 30 mins, Trainee explained it would be another 20 mins so we decided to wait outside until we had our text. The trainee was stood in the doorway the whole time looking over at us with a blonde female colleague. after 20 mins we received a text telling us our table had been 'cancelled'. When we asked the trainee what was going on he said 'you should have had a text for your table' we explained we hadn't and he said 'well its another 60 min wait'.. annoyed we explained we had been stood outside the whole time waiting to which he responded 'well there's nothing i can do sorry'. Surely seeing us standing DIRECTLY in front of him for 20 mins he realised we were waiting to go inside? I appreciate the covid restrictions but he could have made some sort of effort to book us a table himself to ensure we would get a place? He came across incredibly rude and unhelpful and showed very little customer service skills. No apology was given and we went to the restaurant next door.

I came to Nando’s to try out the new vegan/plant based chickn and it was amazing 10/10! Good coronavirus restrictions in place and felt very comfortable.

Been here a couple of times over the last month, clean and tidy and your typical good Nando’s scran. The waitress Jess, is anything but typical, an absolute credit to her job and makes me want to visit again. Nothing is too much trouble for this exceptional waitress. Jess is filling up your drinks before you need to ask, she’s constantly pottering about checking everybody is okay. Nando’s have found them self a little gem with Jess and she makes the trip to Nando’s all the better. You diamond Jess!

We were served by a lovely girl called Jess, there was a little technical difficulty with our order and she was very apologetic and understanding. We weren’t too bothered as we both work in hospitality (a chef and waitress) so we know things can go a little wrong sometimes. It was nice to have a server who was good at her job and focused on making sure we were happy. Give that gal a pay rise

Good covid friendly admission to the restaurant, easy to order online, good food , it was piping hot and a generous portion. Restaurant is very clean, but what i am most impressed with is just how hard the staff are working to give us a great experience, Jess served us and she was faultless, she obviously rakes a lot of pride in her work.

We went here today and from the minute we turned up outside I was impressed. The staff were friendly and couldn’t help enough. The food was excellent. Hot and well presented. All Covid regulations were clearly being followed. I would definitely recommend a visit. Well done broughton.

Visited whilst staying in the area, great check in service to book a table on arrival to receive a text 20 mins later when a table was available. Saved us just standing waiting around. Quick service and very attentive friendly staff providing refill drinks before our glasses where empty. We observed the tables and chairs being well cleaned between bookings. Lovely food.

Everywhere clean and pleasant surroundings. Staff are lovely and service is quick, Not that cheap for what is pretty basic food but still an enjoyable time

Came as a birthday treat nice food chicken no bones with a delicious passion fruit and mango topping had it long stemmed broccoli and spicy rice .

If you have been to Nando's you may have had varied experiences.The service was pleasant as we were taken to the table. However the menus were greasy, as was the table with sticky bits here and there. We arrived at 5.30ish on Friday and it wasn't busy.We ordered two butterfly chicken breasts with two sides and two soft drinks.The butterfly chicken was dried out and one burnt underneath, clearly hidden by plating it better side up. The portioning of the chips was inconsistent, one plate had a reasonable amount of reasonably sized chips, the other I could only describe as half sized and the left over small bits. The side of garlic bread was burnt on one side uncooked on the other and boy was it chewy and rubbery and surprisingly cold. The side of chickpeas and spinich was cold, greasy and for the price they charge the portion size miserly. The drinks were just that, though I do get irritated that they only serve sugar free chemical laced sweetened drinks. You would be at a disadvantage if you wanted a normal drink as it is only bottled. At almost £3 a glass ( you need to drink 4-5 to get your monies worth) admittedly there are unlimited refills but who can drink that much?.The bottles of Nando's sauce were lined up at on a table, there wasn't one that looked clean. Every single nozzle on the sauce bottles ( and there were many ) had dried on remnants, the bottles slippery from greasy hands.When you consider that some people are very relaxed about hand washing it is disconcerting that so many knives and forks had fingerprints on them from the help yourself to cutlery display. Take wipes.Finally the bill arrived. Now I understand that there are overheads, wages, lightning, building rent and rates etc, but £30 and a 33 minute sit down for what we ordered is just plain ridiculous.My advice, steer clear. Go get yourself one of those grills named after the boxer, use that to cook your chicken at home, I can guarantee you it will taste better, add a few oven chips of your choice, make a few sides You can buy the grill and eat chicken better at home than what they serve here and still have change if you cook for four.On a plus point, the table service was pleasant and friendly but on a minus point the till service wasn't.A cheap eats restaurant at fine dining prices.

I visited this restaurant this evening after having booked a table for 6. On arrival we were informed that there was no butterfly chicken available, something that’s happened before at this restaurant. This was particularly disappointing as 3 of us wanted to order this. After choosing something else, we went to place our order only to be told that’s there were no chips available- no chips for goodness sake - one of the easiest things to provide I would have thought! Then we tried to order mash for the kids meal instead of chips, we were told that it was not available on the kids menu - after some complaint though we were given mash. There was also no coke available after purchasing the “bottomless” drink option. All totally unacceptable and I shall not be visiting this particular restaurant again.

Great value for money, friendly staff and very clean. The food was good but did take a while to be served. We arrived before 18:00, after that it got busy with people queuing out the door possibly due to the Cineworld next door.

Three of us had visited Nandos Broughton on a reasonably quiet Sunday evening to cap off the weekend on a high. After ordering at 6:19pm we did not receive our food for over 40 minutes. The food only arrived as we had to prompt staff that we could see our food on the counter and had done for 20 minutes going cold! Once the food finally did arrive, the wraps and pittas that we had ordered were lukewarm but we struggled through as we were starving. However, the poor service had only just begun. The “how is your meals” compulsory question was carried out as the waitress had walked past the table as if “it’s nice thank you” was the anticipated answer, leaving us with no chance of saying otherwise. Whilst eating the food, one of our friends bit into a chip that was completely frozen still! We then alerted a member of staff who merely states that it “wasn’t her fault as it was not her role” and that “the chip had simply fallen onto the plate by mistake”. I should mention, there was no sympathy nor attempt to resolve the situation with fresh chips / refund etc.Overall a very disappointing end to the weekend. It was very clear that the restaurant was understaffed. The manager was aware of this issue as she was behind the counter preparing food with no hairnet either! This was way below standard that I usually expect from Nandos.

Absolutely dreadful, food was only lukewarm, chips were just about cold. they were replaced with hot chips which were hard in the middle. All just thrown on a plate - never again. Complained to server who said that they'd had a few complaints that day. Stay clear!!

Another day of can’t be bothered to cook. Love that you can order straight away and pay to save waiting round at the end. Food was great as always.

Stop of here quite regularly with friends either before or after we go the the cinema foods always good and never wait too long always get the haloumi starter

Ordered my food online for 6:20. I asked for 10 chicken wings and peri peri chips. After getting to the restaurant to pick up my food I was told my order would be 5 minutes or so which was fine. 10 minutes later another customer came to collect their online order and was told theirs would be 10 minutes. This customer was offered a drink because of the inconvenience of the wait which I was never offered. Another 10 minutes had passed and the other customers order was ready, and the girl behind the till told the customer they had been given free haloumi cheese because of the inconvience. 7 o’clock my meal was ready after ordering it for 6:20, without even so much as an apology for the wait. Got home to find out I’d been given 8 wings instead of 10, and soggy freezing cold plain chips instead of peri peri chips. Never again.

Visited on Sunday lunch time , seated straight away. Food was great as always, succulent chicken with great sides. The lady (Sian) that served our food was friendly and attentive which makes all the difference to your dining experience. Good branch of nandos.

Great value for money, friendly staff and very clean. Not our first visit, food was very good apart from the mashed potato was over done (usually very tasty).

We visited the Broughton restaurant of Nando’s whilst staying in Chester for a weekend away.

My family and I were in the restaurant on 12th March 2019 around 6pm. We would just like to say a massive thank you to the staff on shift. It made a pleasant change to see young staff members with a positive attitude and doing their up most to make sure our experience was an enjoyable one. Nothing was to much trouble. Will defo be returning.

No matter on how many placed I have been to eat, Nandos will always have its sweet spot on my heart. Great design venue and all of them are different, great food, great taste. The Nandos in Broughton Park is probably one of the best Nandos interior design I've seen. Great place for an easy night out.

Called before a visit to the cinema. Quite busy for a Monday lunchtime but was shown to a table promptly. Server asked if we had been before and explained format of ordering at the counter. Everything straight forward and lots of choice on menu. As we are currently on a diet opted for butterfly chicken breast, savoury rice and green salad. The order arrived quickly, which was cooked fresh in view of our table, everything was very tasty. Very enjoyable meal in a very comfortable restaurant. Highly recommend and will return.

The food itself is good, the restaurant and toilets however are absolutely disgusting. There is dust everywhere, food splattered up the walls, dirty sticky chairs. The staff couldn’t even brush up properly.

Nice place with plenty of parking outside. Food is slimming world friendly hence the visit. A little on the pricey side for chicken.

Nandos is nandos and i have never had a bad meal, however i have rarely had amazing attentive service. 2 young guys were running the place and both were amazing, had a great handle on the place, accommodating and just fabulous. well done

The best Nando’s I’ve been to the manager Jake was also lovely who offers us a refund straight away as we were waiting so long as something had got mixed up in the kitchen. His managing skills are superb and definitely will Be returning.

Me and my boyfriend have been coming to this Nando’s since it opened. Always had a great experience with this restaurant and always enjoyed the food.

Not sure what i expected as never been to nandos until tonight. I'm told by friends that that's how Nandos is.

We visited the restaurant after a family day out, we’d all eaten the same picnic lunch and called into Nando’s on the way home.

Called into Nandos at Broughton and sat opposite the pass where food is served, was disgusted to see the waitress picking her nose and putting her fingers in her mouth. The server spilled some chips on the counter and waitress picked them up and put them on the plate. They also made a mistake with plating a meal and the server was using tongs to swap food on plates, the waitress picked up plate and used her hands to push food across plates. The food in the restaurant was very good but it was a shame the staff are not hygienically aware.

Out for dinner. Kids choice. Straight to a booth with no waiting. Staff very helpful and attentive. Wife ordered veggie pitta, I had chicken burger and kids had strips and wings off kids menu. Overall it was a good evening out but was a little expensive for what it is. Would return again.

visited there on 31/3/18 with my partner,booked a table and were shown a table when we arrived.We sat there like dummies for a good 15 min before anyone came and told us we had to order at the bar! The waitress was very polite and helpful,but we were shocked that we had to pay for our food before it came????we refused as we have never had to do this before.one the food came it was nice and we enjoyed it,apart from the fact you had to pay for chips separate.sorry to say wont be going there again.

Popped in for midweek lunch ,food o k ish ,staff attention poor,except for Charlotte.Squashed food on the floor for the duration of our visit by the tills.Deffo bumkin level of standards compared others.

Called in for a late lunch and was not disappointed. Great quality food with excellent service for a good price. More than happy to go back.

We were visiting Chester and found the retail park and decided to eat here , the place was a little busy . We were greeted by a friendly member of staff and then ordered and instantly were told that there would be a slight delay on the food as they were busy , this was not a problem and we really didn’t have to wait that long and the food was great , only criticism was the garlic bread was a little over done , Wiuld recommend great place and location

My partner and I visited here earlier. Food was good. I had a burger with 2 sides. Service was fine. No issues there. It was very busy but food came in good time.

When we arrived to the restaurant, there was no cutlery on the table and there was no cutlery available at the condiment station in the restaurant. After we ordered food and it came, it was quite cold and dry but we ate it anyway because we waited long enough for the food to come. During our meal, the fire brigade turned up because a woman and her daughter were locked in the toilet and couldn't get out. Turns out they'd been locked in the toilet the whole time we'd been there (20-25 minutes). Probably won't visit again as they also got our orders mixed up

Made a telephone order for pick up. Was told the food would be ready in 30-40mins. Arrived at the restaurant approx 35mins after the call and paid at the till. 25mins I was still without my food. I can't understand why there was a hold up either there were more staff than customers in the restaurant when I walked in. This restaurant used to be supper efficient but recently it is so slow at getting your food ready.

Very different, food was nice, resteraunt colourful and clean with helpful staff. Will be back again soon

I took my family for a christmas treat. The food is great and the staff are really friendly. the venue is excellent.

Attended for some lunch after a bit of Christmas shopping. Friendly staff at the location. The food was on the table in under 10 minutes! I had the medium double chicken breast which was hot, tasty alongside the peri peri chips and garlic bread. All cooked to perfection.

Food is always very tasty, although whenever we order take out there always seems to be something missing. This time it was my peri salted chips. I had one chip with just a corner flavoured with peri salt. Very upsetting.

Mi pedido llegó y después de preguntar no vinieron con mermelada de mermelada, así que me dieron la atención de el camarero que lo llevó de vuelta a la cocina, que estaba a un tiro de piedra de distancia de nosotros. El jefe recibió la comida con suficiencia y hizo un comentario sobre el regreso de ella. Ella sabía cuando nos mal ella tomó la envuelve la comida entonces atrás, tomó otros 10 minutos para volver a la que esta vez otras 5 personas en mi mesa había terminado su comida. El jefe, entonces hizo otro comentario de que era justo esta vez, que me dieron entonces mi comida sin y disculpa y realmente no desean comer después de la recepción que nos dieron cuando fue enviado.

I visited this Nando's for the first time this afternoon and I have to say this is the worst Nando's I have visited, to start it took half an hour to be served, our drinks were completely flat and when the food arrived all of our meals were cold and I had found a hair in my wrap. The place was filthy I didn't touch my food, we tried to complain to a manager but there were no staff around so just ended up leaving feeling ripped off, will never return!

We come here alot, as a group, before the cinema. They're always quite quick, food is always tasty and if there's ever a problem - they fix it quickly.

First visit to a Nandos for two of us but the boys had been to other Nandos before. First time for us all here. Greeted by a lovely guy who went through the ordering process and menu with us. Placed our order and received our glasses for refill drinks - they were hot, not ideal when wanting cold drinks!Told it would be a 40 min wait for half a chicken so we agreed to wait. Then told there was no spicy rice. Just before order came out, a member of staff came over to tell us there were no sweet potato fries. Changed for regular chips but no offer to refund the difference in price. Chicken was lovely, chips were ok, side salad was lovely but such a small portion.Service was average overall. First guy was lovely and girl on till was ok but others looked like they didn't want to be there. It wasn't busy but they seemed stressed. No tip left, unusually for us, as we weren't that impressed and they hadn't refunded us for the fries. They need to sort out their stock levels and their staffing behaviour. Basic customer service...

Perfect for that little pit stop after shopping in Broughton park. Nando's is the same wherever you go. Peri peri chicken, 1/4 with 2 sides :)Definitely recommend!

Ordered a take away from here a few nights ago as we thought it's something different & we hadn't tried this Nando's before. It was horrible and we spent £40 plus so we bought plenty of food and it was all vile. Looked like it had been cooked hours before & left of the side to dry up & the burgers looked like they had literally just been slapped together making a mess of mush. The mushroom on 1 of the burgers was barely recognisable as a mushroom it was greasy, black all over & flat like it had been run over. The restaurant was quiet when we picked up our food so it's not like they have that excuse. Also when ordering they were almost of out stock of everything on the menu except 1 type of burger and sides. Haven't eaten in the restaurant but to be honest the take away was so bad I won't be either.

Me & my boyfriend love our local Nando's and we go quite often for a treat! The staff are really friendly and the food is always yummy!

Brilliant staff and lovely fresh food , love it here always a great meal. I rung up as I'd lost my Nando's card and a very helpful young lady explained I could use the app on my phone as I had a free meal . All the staff are so lovely and actually never go to the other Nando's as I love the service here . Thanksss

I've been to other Nando's (Liverpool One & Bolton) and have never had a problem, to be honest no major problems here either BUT....It's a very young team and I'd suggest or hope it's down to lacking experience that makes an extremely simple format hard work.Firstly I tried to call earlier in the day, after five calls that rang out to the point of cutting off the call my end, out of frustration I tweeted a screen print of my call log to Nando's UK, received a message back that suggested I ordered on line! Doh I wanted to book a table. Seems too booking tables in any Nando's is at the discretion of the individual restaurant's managers.... Corporately either have a policy or don't, your customers are not psychic!On arrival the two of us were greeted by a lovely waitress who offered us the choice of three tables, There was no checking if we'd eaten in a Nando's before given its a different format to most restaurants. I'd clean forgotten that as customers you have to go to the counter and order and pay for your drinks/meals and so ended up slightly embarrassed in front of my date, thankfully she found it amusing. Soft drinks are bottomless and self-service. Whilst ordering I was informed that the butterfly chicken dishes would suffer a slight delay of around twenty minutes but on checking again this was reduced to ten mins which was fine. Food arrived one meal on one plate the second arrived on four small plates all brought by two servers, thankfully the more experienced realised the four small plates should have been on one plate. That solved the food was tasty.Even though we were the last table in the room there was no attempt to hurry us from the restaurant.From a seasoned diner and foodie I'd say customers should see Nando's for what it is, a simple format of close to a self service operation, if you want fawning over this isn't the format for you. That said as customers it is reasonable to expect smiling, polite, efficient and experienced staff. This restaurant meets most criteria but does fail on some. Just needs leadership out front, in the cooking area they seem organised.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Absolutely appalling customer service. Dismissive and they blamed the poor trainee. Drinks not fit for consumption and wrong order brought. The " chicken" on the table that prompts asking about service was left there. The whole vibe was of " cant care less"Our party and others in restaurant tonight had to leave the drinks/ tip them out as something wrong with dispenser mix.....all flavours insipid and muddy looking. We told more than one staff member and noone addressed in 40 minutes, so essentially had our meals with no drinks. We raised with four staff, including supervisor. Three tasted the drinks and didnt address., although first saw visual problems....it looked like muddy water.Supervisor said when he tasted 35 mins later " it seems to taste alright now" now.This was despite others dining there having same issue. No offer of refund nor any genuine effort to address. Others in restaurant were seen to tip out drinks for same reason.Supervisor dismissive and rollocked the trainee and told him " that table complained"We work with the public and would not treat our customers like this. We spend money regularly with Nandos but won't now. Raising with head office.Supervisor especially poor in responding to politely raised concerns.

Very busy but it was a Saturday afternoon but seated quickly. Half chicken was more like half a budgie. Very little meat and great was bone dry. Chips anaemic and Luke warm but coleslaw quite good but not home made. Bottomless soft drinks but ice machine empty high was definitely needed as glasses were hot as straight out of the washer then you had to queue to use the single drinks dispenser as kids faffing around. Collect your own cutlery which was not particularly clean so had to pick through the container to find clean ones, so not ideal as no doubt several other people had done the same and handled several knives and forks, some blade and tines upward. Not good. First time in Nandos and really struggle to see the rave about this place and way too expensive for quality and quantity of food. Just buy a meal deal from Tescos across the rad and eat in the car for a better experience.

Yum yum peri chicken. But once they did not have mushrooms which was a bit strange as there is a tesco over the road...

Hot glassware. No forks. Ice machine not working. Chicken thighs over cooked. Simple problems to fix - if only they cared.

I got a Phone call from my Step Daughter on Saturday Morning come Down to Nando's I had never been before so off we went, when we got there we were told by our daughter to order some food so we did it was very nice I had the Chicken butterfly and I chose Medium hot but if it wasn't hot enough you could get some hot sauce to heat it up also there was some garlic sauce it was a really lovely experience and the staff were really helpful and pleasant

First impressions were positive- the restaurant was almost empty and we had the choice of seats. I never thought there would be such a thing as too quick service but my starter managed to be at the table before I had even returned from the till. The main was also very prompt; many may like that service but I felt it was somewhat rushed.I have always been impressed with the portions at Nando's however the chips were far too few compared to the Chester restaurant and the Chicken VERY small. To add to this, my chicken was PINK throughout.The food wasn't up to standard and neither were the staff who made it look and sound more like a play ground. We came in to enjoy a meal and you expect to maybe get some noisy customers, so when I turned around to see what all the noise was to see it was staff, I was shocked. They were gossiping loudly, running around with nothing to do and staff who were seemingly on their break were shouting and swearing. It was as if all the young staff were left unattended to run riot while the senior staff were away.I hope this visit isn't a true representation of this Nando's branch, I know it isn't true of the Nando's brand as a whole.

We went out with friends to the cinema, we decided to go for a meal before the film. I have heard people rave about Nando's, so we decided to eat at nando's. The restaurant is well presented and we ordered drinks and our meal at the bar and sat down. I ordered the chicken burger medium hot although I like spicy food I was not sure how hot it would be as it was my first time eating there. My friends ordered the half chicken. The food came really quick a lot quicker than I expected, needless to say I was a little disapointed. The chicken was really dry and extremely small, the chips were average and the heat of the chicken was I would say mild not medium. My friends complained their chicken lacked flavour and was also dry. I would say if this is what Nando's produce all the time I would not go back as it is not great value, and quite frankly not good enough to tempt myself back again.

We love Nando's! But we made the mistake of thinking a bad meal at Broughton a few months ago was a one off. We went back tonight and both me and my husband had really pale soggy greasy chips.The waitress came over as they usually do and asked "is everything ok with your food?" We politely explained no it wasn't, and we probably won't come back because of this. She said "I'll tell somebody" and went away. So we finished our meals except the gross chips, and she cleared the plates away.As the waitress cleared our plates I suggested she show the chips to the manager/chef as it's obviously an ongoing problem. Nobody apologised. No manager came over to apologise. I don't expect the earth but we did leave our food as it was bad, and not even an apology was offered.I wont avoid the nandos brand as its good, but this nandos in Broughton is a particularly bad one - don't waste your money.

The food and service were really good. I would recommend great to grab a quick bite before the cinema.

Fresh quick and quality. We enjoyed our visit a different way to eat chicken. Good drinks and friendly staff

A brilliant place to eat! Me and my family went to spend some vouchers we were given for Christmas at the Nando's restaurant in Broughton Shopping Park today (Tuesday 3rd January). Apart from my brother none of us had been before so it was a new experience. We walked in to be welcomed by a clean, look-the-part restaurant and to a helpful waiter who kindly showed us to a table. Having looked at the unique menu we ordered our food which given the amount and quality of it was a great value eat out. We were served within five minutes of ordering which was probably one of the highlights - the service was unbelievably quick. Free refills on drinks (which comes in handy with the spicy-ness!) made it all worthwhile. I had the hot peri peri double chicken burger with large chips and after a few bites I was indulged in a sensation of burning! It was incredibly hot but it tasted fantastic. With a large range of peri peri sauces you can add to your meal at no extra charge and massive portions for a great price, there was nothing to fault. Would certainly return again, maybe with some milk next time!

I'm a celebrity eating ants (quinoa) also gave one of the Ladies bad wind whilst trying to Christmas Shop . The salads were good though. Recommend the sweet potato wedges £2.95 enough for two to share. Help yourself to cold water cooler but had to get up and down to refill as the glass was small. We did not like having to queue to order the food when there were waiters/waitress. Nice music in the background and amazing decor. Good to see the cooking in the open clean kitchen and the waiters/waitress in hair nets with their hair up.

I just want to thank the staff for their amazing support and understanding on our visit to Nando's yesterday evening. Going out with my daughter and her three children can often be stressful and difficult for them as her youngest child has severe autism. Unfortunately Rory didn't fancy eating their fab peri peri chicken last night and he really wanted a McDonalds. The manager could see that our grandson was getting distressed and said to us let him have a McDonalds and bring it back to the restaurant and eat it with us .After polishing off his McDonalds he tucked in to garlic bread, chips and peri peri chicken off my plate. This is not the first time that we have experienced their support at this particular restaurant. A big Thank You to the staff for their understading - if only there were more places like you who have an understanding of autism.

I`ve been here three times now Once eating in and the other times a take out on every occasion the service has been poor,they clearly have no customer service skills whatsoever, i was not told there would be a wait and i almost waited an hour before someone bothered to ask if i had an order to collect it wasn't until after this i was told there was an 40 minute wait on top of what i had already waited for, i asked to speak to the Manager and her attitude was terrible how she even got the job surprises me she was arguing with me that and make me feel like i was at fault for ordering a take away her whole attitude was just disgusting. she didn't even ask if i wanted a refund and offered me a free drink which i had already paid for as these are refills, i wont be going here again its actually shocking how a manager can actually speak to a customer the way she did to me.

First visit to this Nandos restaurant. Waited over 45 mins for food. After complaining food arrived cold and not very appetizing. Apparently they were not expecting to be busy-on a saturday evening!

Our starters had arrived before my husband had even returned from the till ! Crazy how quick the service was - then within two more mins our mains arrived !! Waitress took them back - bought back later once we had a chance to eat starters !! Food was good just atmosphere is very rush rush !!

Quite surprised to see some of the bad reviews on here to be honest. Me and my girlfriend heard about a new nandos in Broughton which is closer to our home and we'd usually go Ellesmere Port and we have been to other nandos across the country and we can honestly say it was the best nandos we've ever had. The chicken was perfectly cooked and all the sides were delicious. The drinks were actually fizzy too (nandos in e.port always seems to be flat) and the service was excellent. Ordered the food and it was on the table in 10 mins staff were very friendly! Keep up the good work. We will most certainly be back again!! :)))

Food was average service average I thought it was expensive for what it is, we went to try won't return. I also thought it lacked the personal touch, I had the chicken wrap which was nice the chips tasted like frozen chips and the choc fudge cake was just a basic nothing special, hubby had the burger and he wasn't impressed at all.

First visit to the Broughton Nandos, got a table after several minutes, quick service too at the till. Ordered Butterfly chicken and peri salted chips with garlic bread. All very nice except the garlic bread which was rock hard and almost cracked a tooth! Restaurant is very clean and staff are friendly. Would visit here again.
