Best Nando's in Preston Staff are great and the service is quick and great Double chicken wrap with fries and spicy rice is the way to go, even got the wife to try and enjoy a wrap aswell

First time going to Nando’s Preston and I must say it was an amazing experience the restaurant was very clean even thou it was really busy, the food was amazing we have eaten in a couple of Nando’s and this is best by far and the service was spot on the manager Bevan was so helpful and nothing was to much to ask, so to sum up 100% recommend going, 100% experience 100% coming here again. Thank you to Bevan and the team

Tue 21/2- the food is always amazing but the customer from the short white guy with brown hair is always amazing whenever we go to nandos . He’s always got a smile on his face and amazing atmosphere give him a raise

Went here with my family for lunch today. The food was really nice and everyone enjoyed it. There were some issues that took away from the experience. The bottomless frozen yoghurt machine wasn't working, but we were not told this until both my kids haf ordered and paid for it. So they were disappointed in this. I went through the whole process of ordering on my phone as it suggested. Went through to order, and as google pay was processing, the site crashed, and I lost the order and couldn't get it back. So I had to go up to the counter and order again, which was frustrating enough. It wasn't until later that I realised that although the site had crashed, it still processed a payment, and as of now, several hours later, it's still pending on my bank card. I'm hoping this doesn't go through, but when I asked staff about it they said this had happened earlier than day. They also were using menus from another nandos restaurant, and when my wife ordered bottomless peach tea, which was on the menu, she was told she couldn't have that. Staff were very friendly and helpful, however.

So sucks! We didn’t got our dinner and the restaurant also doesn’t said sorty to us!

Service shocking Ordered our food , starters came before the drinks. Staff didn’t even realise we didn’t have drinks. Then the mains came, we had no knives, we told three people in which they said they would get us some. All three of the staff kept waking past our table like we hadn’t even asked them, I had to get up out my seat to ask again in which my reply was ‘they are going through the wash now’. My chicken is now cold. Knives arrived 15 mins after our mains were put on the table, no apology, nothing. Worse Nando’s I’ve eaten at

1st time at Nando's, and it was awesome. We had the butterfly chicken with lots of different sauces but the one I liked the most was the lemon herb one. It was so good and tangy.

The food was really amazing. The main attraction is definitely the sauces. They were very tasty. And there is something for everyone with variety of taste preferences. This branch was halal too and we really appreciated that too.

The food was average for a nandos, however when ordering for the five people for my friends the server asked me, is that everything? I replied yes and that there should be five things, she counted aloud and said five, yep i’ve got five. She did not in fact have five, my friend was left waiting for her food which we had to reorder as when all of our meals arrived hers did not. Our meals were also for the majority incorrect, all of the plain chips ordered arrived with the spiced salt and the salad did not have the chicken that was ordered with it. The waitress who brought out the food was not apologetic whatsoever, a courtesy sorry about this would have been appreciated especially when the corrected food was brought out, the waitress who mistakenly took the order was lovely and did apologise once. Overall the service was okay but not worth it, the servers were polite but did not go beyond to be helpful or kind.

Me and my friend visited Nandos tonight for some food and really enjoyed our stay. We also received lovely service off team member Krystian and will definitely be returning.

As a Canadian student in Preston, Nando's chicken is as close as I will get to a Thanksgiving dinner. It was delicious.

Had a terrible experience at Nando's - Preston Market Place today. It was my first public appearance after delivering my baby. After ordering and paying for the food, my 3 month old started getting fuzzy and I wanted to breastfeed her in a corner of the restaurant. I asked one of the waitresses for help to which she said she will check with her manager. The manager told me that I could not breastfeed my baby in public place and that I wasn't allowed to breastfeed in the restaurant😲😲 He further went on to advice me that if I wanted to, I could breastfeed my daughter in their toilet!!! Desperate, helpless and embarrased at the situation, I went to the women's toilet. I came back and told the manager that women's toilet hardly had any space. (The toilet door hits the toilet and can hardly fit one person). I was then asked to breastfeed in the disabled toilet. Seeing my baby in distress, I went to the disabled toilet, I wasn't offered a chair or anything. I sat on top of the waste bin and had to feed my baby in a toilet!!! I wonder how many of us are asked to have our food in a toilet?!! Nando's claims to be a breastfeeding friendly place but their actions speak otherwise. This incident has totally shattered my confidence as a new mum and to go out in the public again. After getting back home, I reflected on this incident and felt that I have been discriminated as I am a breastfeeding mother! Grilled chicken is really grilled but BURNT, not edible. Sticky floors. Might be food waste.

We were asked if we had any allergies, I explained that I have coeliac so I need to know the gluten free options as they're not specified on the menu. Staff attempted to help me, but didn't seem to know what gluten was and suggested burgers, wraps and pitta bread to me. I asked if they were gluten-free, they checked on their app and realised that it is in their bread and they don't have any GF alternatives. So I chose just chicken and some sides. I ordered separately to my friend, who ordered a wrap and garlic bread. When my meal arrived, there was a little flag in my chicken to indicate it's an allergy meal, but my sides were on my friend's plate and theirs were on mine. The garlic bread was on top of my chicken. If I had an allergy rather than an intolerance, this wouldn't have been good for me. I explained to the staff about the mix up, and as a way of apology they brought me two custard tarts, which both contain gluten. I think the staff need a lot more training on allergies, this kind of negligence could be deadly for someone with an allergy.

It’s all about chicken. The food was good, but not special, except the sauces the Ofer in different spice degrees. The idea to book via the app is okay but a need to register it not cool and takes longer than expected. I can’t rate the service at all, but I my eyes very simple taken. Okay for a fast dinner, not a classic restaurant.

Nando’s is set in a beautiful environment across the market square. Fantastic food especially with the bottomless drinks😍

The shared platter chicken meal was so small . It is smallest size chicken in the supermarket. Its not value for money.

Took the grandson in, a bit confusing, but the staff helped us along. All satisfied with various savoury chicken dishes. Nice staff too.

Was ok.. never been before and had a gluten allergy . Didn't have an option for gf bread or wraps . So had to just choose meat and veg . Bonus I could have the fries as they were gf. But disappointed in this day and age could enjoy a meal same as everyone I was with . Also couldn't order with the app had to go to the till so made me feel separate again due to the that. Needs to make us stand out less and more included and the same as everywhere else. Expensive as was 17.70 for chicken breast broccoli and fries and a coke..

Clean, good food, good service.

I have ordered from market place nandos in Preston a couple of times and it has definitely got worse over the past year. Very expensive considering they have cut there rice portions down by half it seems. My rice was dark and burnt, inedible. The chicken thighs I ordered were burnt and very dry along with the halloumi cheese that looked and tasted like it had been forgotten about on the grill. I would give nandos the benefit of the doubt this time if it wasn't for the fact that there was only 5 tables eating on arrival. I have given feedback on their site although won't be ordering from nandos at marketplace Preston again.

I came here last night to get a takeaway and I had diarrhoea and stomach ache after eating the food. Also, they gave the food very quickly which is odd. They gave the food after 8 minutes and normally we are expected to wait at least 15 minutes. It looks you have bad hygiene there and it looks like your rushing your job. I am never coming here again.

I love a Nando’s - who doesn’t- but this Nando’s just isn’t as good as others. The food as good but a bit cold and not fresh. The bathrooms were in need of cleaning and the tables were sticky. The staff were lovely but I think there needs to be far more organisation in the Nando’s to help everything flow better However, that being said the food was good and i will most likely be back but if we are being brutally honest those are my issues with this Nando’s.

Love coming to this one, it is quite a small Nando’s but it is Halal and it has a nice cozy feel to it. Staff are welcoming & willing to go that extra mile, whether it be eat in or takeaway.

Nandos is always a good place to eat but this branch generally has a full menu available and the staff are always helpful. Parking can be a little difficult prior to 6pm

Came here on my own and accidentally ordered twice, a young male waiter came up and greeted me with a smile and asked if I had ordered duplicate, he then directed the manger towards me and later on came to check if the problem was resolved, give him a pay rise! Thankyou :)

It's a busy place to dine but totally worth putting up with a crowd of diners for the flavors are really excellent. What I'm not crazy about is the ordering on line. I like a menu as it not an everyday thing for us a Nandos meal. You will wait a whole for service due to the on line ordering bit. You can help yourself to sauces of varying intensities. I liked it the meal was delicious. One thing I don't like is the price for unlimited soft drinks it's way too dear. For a table of four you'll owe 14 quid outrageous.

Wouldn’t recommend, servers didn’t even bother to check back on us. You could tell that the chicken and coleslaw had been sat out for quite a while.Then we all went back into work with a very dodgy stomach, which wasn’t ideal.

Standard nandos food, standard nandos experience, so if youve been to any before you'll know what to expect! Staff were a little abrupt though, which made interacting a little awkward. But this was helped by being able to order etc via the app, so minimum actual interactions. Toilets were clean enough, and wasnt too busy.

Cold seating area, slow service waited 40 minutes for our which was ordered over the app, only when I asked, was a check made as to were the food was, there was 2 of us, a table of 4 ordered after us, they had almost finished there meal when ours arrived. Shouldn't be offering takeaway/justeat if they can't keep up with there seated customers 🙄, the restaurant only had about 8 tables in, when telling new customers over 20 minute wait for tables, there was about 10 empty tables...won't be rushing back!!

Halloumi wrap was tasty, but pricey for what you get.

Amazing place to eat with family

An absolute treat to eat here. I can't believe I was really late to try this but now I'm an avid eater here because I'm obsessed with their food. The chicken is really nice and I enjoy the peri peri salted chips. The service is great too, I really enjoy ordering from the app (which is very easy to do) and the food comes very quickly. The staff that occupy the place are very friendly and approachable. It's halal too, so it's very nice to be able to come here and eat anything from the menu without worrying about anything.

Terrible. Ok so Nandos uses an App now to order your food while your sat at a table in Nandos. My screens knackered on my phone so I wanted to order through a person and.. I couldn't. Terrible staff, rude and lacking some people skills. Maybe Nandos wants to go all digital but me and the family left and went elsewhere so they are loosing custom now.

We were on a long road trip and decided to stop by Preston and get a bite to eat as well stretch our legs. We decided to go here as it was halal and had they gluten free options. Once we were seated we were informed to order at the desk due to it being an allergy order but normally you would scan the QR code on your table and go from there Once we placed our order it did take a bit longer than normal but then again it was around the afternoon lunch hour rush so it was to be expected When the food did arrive it was pipping hot and tasted amazing. The chicken butterly skin was a little bit on the burnt side but with it being grilled this can happen overall a very pleasant meal and the decor and cleanises were a-ok

Was out for a meal yesterday. Staff were really friendly and food prices good. Downsides were that the portions given were drastically lower than we've had all the times previously, one meal was prepared incorrectly and had to be remade and this specific restaurant doesn't offer the spiciest sauce option. Overall though we did enjoy our food.

Paid alot of money for something very little. Understand now why there's no nandos in Portugal

Nandos is nandos. You know what you're going to get. It's chicken and chips, not a lot to go wrong

Walk in for lunch. The floor was slippy with grease. Very very dirty on entry. We were shown to a table, every single chair I touched was sticky and greasy. I tried 4 separate chairs. It was the worst Nandos I have ever experienced. So filthy we walked out before eating.

Warm friendly welcome seated quickly. Plenty of room for families and good sized tables. Option to order at table or at counter, we ordered at counter due to QR code and app taking too long on my phone. Food was brought over quickly and was good sized portions hot and tasty with selection of sauces. Drinks was OK but feel a draught beer was needed instead of bottles. Soft drinks was good and can refill with choice at the dispensers. Deserts was limited needed more choice. Staff attentive and professional. Thank you

Place needs a good clean , of course food amazing

Delicious food and speedy service. Ordered using the QR code at the table, all the food was brought quickly, very hot and an extremely high standard. Staff were attentive and helpful. Tried the frozen yogurt for the first time as well (strawberry flavour) which was delicious and will be getting it again.

Ordering process rubbish, burger buns rock hard. No wonder it was quiet.

My first experience of Nando’s and the staff greeted us warmly and were very friendly. Quick with the menus but that was then things slowed down. A ten minute wait for our drinks to be delivered to the table and close to 25 minutes for our food. The place wasn’t overly busy so we just didn’t understand and the staff could only apologise. When the food did arrive though I was very impressed and have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. It was a good atmosphere in the restaurant as well so all in all I was happy. Just speed up the drinks and food next time please.

Visited on the 22nd May for lunch, service was ok. We ordered drinks and food, drinks didn't come until we were half way through our food. Chicken was full of gristle and barely edible, we left most of it. I mentioned it to the waitress when she asked about our food and she offered us an apology. Won't be returning.

Id just like to say a big thank you to Robin who took control after a fail by Deliveroo delivery once again :( after ordering through Nando's app she sorted what was going be a big disappointment after waiting 60 mins for food. And turned things round and put smiles back on faces with a speedy replacement after calling the restaurant cant thank her enough.

Honestly, this is my first time at a Nando's in the UK and I felt the portion sizes were miniscule compared to what we are used to in the GCC. Not at all impressed. Nothing personal against Nando's I feel everything in the UK is smaller and meagre than what I was used to in the GCC. Wanna go back!

You can’t go wrong with Nando’s I like their food, always nice and fresh. Not a big fan of the type of cheese they put in the burgers, but that is just personal opinion. Staff Always very friendly and happy to help all customers in everything to make their experience nice. Food: As I said always good. But I think there is room for improvement. The cheese the use for burgers for example not the best when it comes to burgers as it doesn’t fully melt. The coke I have from the machine is not fizzy enough, sometime a little on the flat side. Chips are always good. I tried their chocolate cake, but I was not impressed just like any chocolate cake you get the only addition was a portion of (cream) on the side (cream not ice cream). 😅

I went on my own while on a training course with work, decent scran.

Nice place, good atmosphere and tasty food. A good place to come for a bite to eat and sit, but to eat you have to leave some money.

A nice restaurant with the right staff but the food is very spicy and I don't think it's ok that not everyone likes this crazy spicy.
