Delivery was amazing arrived on time hot, good size portions all nicely packaged! A lovely lockdown treat!

This is a go to for us as a cheaper date night food is always amazing and staff are friendly and efficient! Food is always well presented and in good time, with generous portions! We have tried most of the menu between us and never had a bad meal! We have loved everything. Always very clean and well looked after especially the toilet area! A pleasure to dine here! Thank you!

Absolutely awful. Food delivered pretty much cold. Chips uncooked, flabby lettuce in stale bun. Bland chicken, despite ordering medium. Don’t waste your money. Go to kfc. At least that has flavour and low expectations,

Absolute rubbish worst takeaway ever, never going there again, if I'd spent £10 on a bag of crisps it would have been better value , avoid this place at all costs.

We regularly come to this Nando’s for meals out as both my husband and I as well as the kids enjoy the food! It’s tasty very portioned and we are never disappointed with the service.

We booked a table for 10 of us at 7:30, to which we were told when we arrived, it was still being used. So we patiently waited 50 minutes before we were told that the only thing they could do was be split up on two separate tables, as all the restaurants nearby were full. We then had to wait 30 minutes before we were placed on a table together, whilst our food was kept placed on hold under a heater. Following this, one of my friends order was wrong. When we asked to speak to the supervisor/ manager she was extremely patronising (I feel this was a result of our age) and we were completely ignored. Really upset, won’t be going here ever again.

I booked a table for 10 at 7.30. When we arrive they said the table was still being used so we had to wait. We waited 50 minutes for our table, until they eventually put us on two separate tables so we could make it to our cinema booking on time. There were no other restaurants that would take us so we decided to sit on the separate tables. This obviously ruined the evening. Eventually once the other people had left the table that we booked we moved onto a big table sat together. They then gave us food that had been kept under a heater for a significant period of time. Not only this, but they then got my order wrong. When we went to complain, the staff laughed and were extremely patronising, as if we were in the wrong. They said that it’s not their fault, we weren’t supposed to be booked in. I’m not sure who’s fault it was then, because it definitely was not ours. We will definitely be pursuing this further as I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. I partly believe this was because we were young, they didn’t take our enquiry seriously.

No better than mcd’s and that awful too. Uninspired fast food. Pitta with chicken and side of chips was dreary. It’s vertically self service. Thought I would give Nando’s a try, sincerely wish I’d not bothered.

Nando’s is Nando’s so the food is what you should expect. My order took a while to arrive and it wasn’t that busy. Also the place was a bit grubby in comparison to other Nando’s I’ve visited. Still I enjoyed the food

My first ever Nando's, but I was with my daughter who has eaten often at various Manchester Nando's. The staff were welcolming, super helpful to the Nando's novice that I was and all went really well until the food arrived. I thought it was at best OK but far too greasy. My daughter was scathing greasy, chewy, as if it wasn't fresh - ma sad example of the chain - I will not return.

Overall I love Nandos, but the only time I have visited Nandos in Trowbridge, I was a bit disappointed. Chicken was not properly cooked and it just didnt taste as in other Nando's Restaurants. Maybe it was just a one-off?

Really enjoyed my meal here with friends. Had the hot chicken thighs which were lovely. Great service from Will and Jay made me feel welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Been coming here mostly every week since it opened. Until recently I would've given it 5 stars for service, 4 or 5 for food most times - but hell- its gone downhill. Really disappointed in the new salads on the menu - the old salad with the large green olives, sundried tomatoes, feta cheese and a variety of leaves was a winner every visit. The chicken used to be fresh and succulent. Not now- reheated dry sawdust chicken, and the new salad was inedible... no feta, no mixed leaves- in fact the grubby lettuce was brown around the edges or in fact dead/black slime. Yukkk

I visit this restaurant every couple of months with family and friends. Food is always very good and staff are polite however food can sometimes be slow.

All the food was rubbish the food we got for the kids was not what we asked for they did not tell us the kids food was going to be hot even though we asked for plain my mum food came 25 minutes before us e c t

Just wanted to say what a fantastic meal i had, this is the first time I’ve been to Nando’s since being diagnosed as gluten intolerant so was a bit apprehensive about ordering. The manager Ellen ( I think that was her name ) was amazing, she explained how she would clean all the equipment first so there was no risk of cross contamination and completely put my mind at ease. The meal turned up quick and mine was labelled clearly so there was no mix up.

Visited with my partner whilst we both agreed the chicken was very nice the chips were certainly not great and it is quite pricey. Service was excellent and staff were friendly. Very quiet at around 6 midweek. Would visit agin just for the chicken.

Initially upon entering, I was a little disappointed that we weren't seated. A member of staff behind the till told us to choose a seat, and he would bring a menu over. There didn't seem to be many staff. We picked a seat, got a baby chair and waited ten minutes - still no menu, so we got our own. Still, not a massive issue.

By far my best visit to a Nando's. Not much interaction with staff, however the food was top draw. I went for the pitta Fino (Hot) with 2 sides (Mash and Peas), the combination for me was amazing. The children had Nandino chicken burgers with mango and lime.

Visited on a Saturday after the cinemas and itvwas really busy which was to be expected. We were lucky and only waited 10mins for a table but others were being told half an hour. Our food was yummy. Unfortunately they didn't serve our starters and when I told them (whilst the mains were being setved) they said they'd sort it, however they didn't and I had to then go and complain at the counter. They then served the starter when we had almost finished eating our mains. This has really put me off.

Ate here tonight, as a family we always enjoy Nandos, we don’t have one local to us so always a treat when we visit bigger towns. Service and food was faultless, restaurant was warm and had a lovely atmosphere.

Been to this nandos at least 20 times. They are consistently fast, on average receiving your food 5 minutes after ordering. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Visited Nando for the first time in a long while. Has made me fall in love with Nando’s all over again! Nice restaurant, friendly staff and good food. Will be visiting a Nando’s again very soon.

Ran out of chicken and wasnt told, asked for our food after a 40 minute wait.. to be told it's just going on . Also ordered pudding, waiter slammed it down and walked off and forgot the second pudding. Again my friend had to go up and ask. However blonde lady very helpful and apoplectic.. unlike the waiter

What more can you say. If you want chicken there’s no better place. I like the fact that you pay before you eat and can just leave when you want. Lot less hassle.

We come here fairly often and its always excellent! Clean and bright. Staff can't be helpful enough and service is very good despite always being incredibly busy. Food is very good too

We were given a gift card to dine at any Nando’s so one evening when we couldn’t decide what to eat at home decided to visit our nearest branch. We were unsure how to order etc so asked the pleasant young lad who seated us. We placed our order at the till, got our drinks and sat down. Our food was brought to the table within a reasonable amount of time, although we had forgotten to collect our cutlery our server got it for us-no problem. Would most likely visit again.

Went for lunch and was greeted by Tracy. She was very friendly and was brilliant with my 4 year old daughter. I am coeliac, and Tracy was knowledgeable when I went up to order. Food came quickly and was well cooked. The 2 waiting staff (no badges) were polite and smiley. No ill effects from coeliac so a definate recommendation from me

My husband and I went for lunch today (Saturday) and was appalled at how many staff were stood around chatting. Our food was sat on the counter ready to go for 15 minutes before anyone brought it to us as were many other orders hence our food was cold. I could understand this if all the staff were busy. 1 lad only cleared 1 glass off a table the entire time we were there. We both left feeling very disappointed with the service.

Came to the amazing nandos chain for some amazing chicken. I ordered my chicken very politely and jemima has said that I called her a c*** after having some friendly light hearted banter with her. After she rudely accused me of this. My food took ages to come and my stay in nandos was truly awful. I'm not a malicious guy but it made me feel bad when I did absolutely nothing. Won't be coming here again.

Everything is OK, friendly and helpful stuff, clean and tidy place but is only one thing. Can not smoke outside. It's a bit annoying to get up after a big meal to smoke.

Visited Nando's for the first time,it was the last of the eateries in st st Stephens place that I have eaten at since the development opened.I found the food was ok,the price was ok.But the member of staff that served us was rude when we mentioned that one of the deserts was missing,the reply we received was well that's what was on the order!We had the missing ice cream dumped on our table with there you are!!I hadn't moaned and it was obviously a miss understanding.I will not be returning to Nando's trowbridge.

I went to Nando's in Trowbridge this evening with my family to celebrate my daughter passing her driving test. We arrived very happy looking forward to celebrating this milestone. Unfortunately it was ruined by a rude waitress, I think her name was Ellen. After our dinner arrived the waitress asked if everything was ok, I mentioned that some chips were missing and she very bluntly stated she couldn't carry it all. I shrugged it off thinking it must be that she's busy - still, no excuse to be rude! We ate our food, it was ok, not the best. We decided to treat ourselves and have dessert, when the order arrived by the same waitress, part was missing. We queried this with her and she was extremely rude and implied we were wrong. She huffed and puffed and then said she would go and get it, when she returned she plonked it on the table and walked off, she didn't even ask who it was for. We certainly didn't leave a tip and we certainly won't be returning to Nandos - appalling service !!

This was our first visit to a Nando's and we were impressed.The restaurant seemed busy when we arrived but we didn't have to wait long for our food, which was very good and although I thought it was expensive -we don't eat out a great deal- the cost was probably reasonable. Would eat here again and would recommend it to others.

Nando's was perfect for a pre Cinema supper. The service was quick and efficient. Food was really good and piping hot. Loved the free top up of drinks. Would definitely go again.

Recently went out to this branch of Nando's for what was meant to be a quick evening meal. We had been waiting for our food a long time and asked one of the waiting staff (Sami) if he could check what happened to our order. He was very kind and kept us informed on the waiting time and made a point of updating us about when our food would arrive. He kindly offered us a free desert to compensate for the inconvenience which was very considerate. I don't normally leave reviews but I just wanted to say that it is nice to see a member of staff understanding the importance of good customer service. Thanks Sami!

Went here with the family, the food was good a couple of us has the Full Platter to share. However the portion size for the children's meals was very tiny.However my biggest complaint is the price of the alcoholic drinks, they are close to the equivalent of £8 for a pint, this is just a rip off and will probably stop me going back.The other problem we had was with the clearing of the table, we ordered desserts from the table and the waitress just waked away from the table without clearing it, then when they eventually brought the desserts she only took a couple of plates and left the rest there and did not come back. More attention to detail needed.

A very typical chain restaurant. Just me and my daughter she ordered a wrap. Half way through she had split her lip on a shard of plastic in the wrap. Staff did not give a hoot and therefore will never ever go back

My wife and I revisited Nando's Saturday 3rd Dec. Although both of us are pensioners we enjoy the friendliness of the staff. The chicken menu is great and the choice of spice level sauces are entirely your decision, the staff are very willing to offer advice if required. Drinks are varied with free soft drink refills readily available. For £20 two can have a very enjoyable chicken meal with side orders and drinks. Well worth a visit.

Thought the food and service was excellent although as some have said it's a little on the expensive side. Would definitely go back.

Love Nandos, This one is no exception. Nice clean restaurant...perfect to go to after a trip to the cinema next door. Fast service and food is delicious. Me and my partner usually have the meal for 2 boneless feast with butterfly chicken.

A nice meal as always with Nando's great modem art ceiling, staff friendly, lots of parking. we was staying above in the premier inn so really easy to access Nando's.

Nice food and good if you're planning for a chilled evening, or if you have been to the cinema. Nice decor and friendly staff but food overpriced for what it is.

My first visit with a group of young people and was pleasantly surprised. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal, chicken was good, spicy and the corn on cob to die for. Will visit again!

When you go to Nando's you know what to expect. Always cooked well and very tasty. Excellent for a quick meal before going to the cinema or on your way home.

First time in Trowbridge over the weekend; saw David Brent at the cinema followed by Nandos. Both were excellent - the Nandos staff were really nice, the food arrived quickly, it was tasty, and the meal was very good value. Wasn't too busy either, and this was a Saturday night. We'll be back!

Largely overpriced for what you get. I have been to many nandos and the one in Trowbridge doesn't fail to offer something wrong at each visit! Either the chicken is burned, the place is carelessly dirty, the wait is far too long, the staff is too busy talking amongst themselves than actually helping you or cleaning the tables...don't trust the take away either I came back home many times with burned food.

Family evening meal Friday night treat. We were greeted by a very friendly smiling host, seated quickly in a restaurant with a great atmosphere and our food was fast, hot a delicious. Brilliant

I don't think I've ever been disappointed in my numerous visits to Nando's. That said, my order remains the same each time, but no matter what - it's always prepared and served to a high standard. The staff at this particular Nando's are great. That extra level of friendliness and flair makes the entire experience even better.

I am not a great lover of chain restaurants, you do know what to expect, but don't expect too much. It is clean airy with basically a chicken menu, staff are practiced polite and friendly. Food arrives in a reasonable time after you have ordered at the serving bar and that is where you pay as well. It operates like a MacDonalds but a fair bit more pricey. Suits children and teens.

Easy to order using the Nando's app. Collection only but a set time provided to collect and polite staff at restaurant checked order. On arriving home all items seemed to be okay but....mushroom and halloumi burger was missing any halloumi and a 1/4 chicken was a leg (apparently you can request a chicken breast at the til but it isn't offered). Otherwise portion sizes were good and quality as expected from Nando's. On ringing the outlet fair compensation offered for errors in the order. Would use again.

Excellent restaurant right outside the premier Inn. They were not very busy when we went so our food was served in double quick time.

Went early for lunch. With Nando first timer family. Helpful staff explained all to them. Easy to order. Clean place with bizarre wood art ceiling. Loos clean with fab sinks in ladies! Music a little loud for early lunchtime. 1 glass wasn't completely clean. But got offending mark out myself. Food was hot, perfectly cooked and very tasty. Middle son now adores nandos! Eldest found mildest too spicy. He needs to learn the power of the peri peri hsha! Biggest down on this place was on leaving, go out the door to be met by 4/5 premier inn (above nandos) staff smoking right by door. How to ruin a good meal and leave us all feeling ill! Not nandos fault at all and complaint has been lodged with the hotel. Nandos could do with preventing it too, as if I was about to go in with my children? The fog of foul cigarette smoke by staff of neighbouring business would actually put me off.

Love Nandos! Always a fan of the butterfly chicken.. Love to eat here, although pricey if you're not entitled to any form of discount. Grateful for the NHS discount though, for all fellow NHS employees! Always had lovely food, no complaints.

We visited Nando's for our meal when staying in nearby Frome.Great efficient service, food was brought to table very quickly.Cannot fault! Note the carpark offers 2 hours free parking but is very small so spaces are few and far between. We parked in nearby multistorey car park just a few minutes walk away near the park area.

I'm not really a fan of nandos but we came as my teenage is. After 30 minutes of waiting for our food since placing the order we were told it would be an additional 7 minutes wait. As we were going to the cinema we didn't have time to wait any longer. It wasn't busy in the restaurant and the experience has really put me off. The refund was given without any fuss. It's just a shame.

We called into Nando's after watching a film. We were pretty hungry and thought we'd give it a try. My son had been to a Nando's before but the rest of us had not. The restaurant was cold and we kept our coats on. The place looked messy with bits of food on the table and floor.The staff were friendly however as it was late appeared as if it was all too much.The food was uninspiring and salad items limp. Not my cup of tea and guess Nando's is not my thing. The whole complex is chain restaurants so I guess you know what you are getting and what to expect. All in all disappointing, something of nothing and not a nice place to sit due to the cold.

We meet here regular for food and a catch up with friends. Its a good place for this and offers good service and food. it good value for money. The chicken is nice and tender and tasty with the Nando's marinade. the salads are good if you are on a diet as well.

Have eaten here numerous times and usually friendly and fun. But on a resent hot day popped in and asked for a table outside for me my partner and baby. We were refused as it was too much hard work for the staff to do this despite it being pretty much empty and all the other restaurants along the road offering a table outside to there credit. Will not be going back Nandos has seriously fallen short in customer care and service.

For name of Nando's they all are not same . Some place is really good & some are bad . I had the bad experience in this branch!also had good experience with other brach . I love Nando's food love to eat there , if i am getting bad experience it mite stop me to go there ! Staff was not efficient , slow ! May is one of bad day . Looking forward my next meal soon .

Went here with a 10 strong group of boating friends last Tuesday and had a great evening ! We were able to book a table and there was plenty of room whilst still being busy enough for you to feel part of a crowd! We ordered 2 jumbo platters (which included 10 sides) which was plenty for all of us and with a wide selection of sauces to compliment the BBQ'd chicken we all had the taste we wanted! We also ordered deserts ( mine was gooey caramel cheesecake ) which were all delicious! Service was friendly and prompt! Deco interesting with the hanging stick ceiling and wicker walls and some nice pictures added to the nice atmosphere!

We had a meal whilst waiting to go to the Odeon cinema nearby.The service was very good and the food as hot as you like it.It focuses on chicken for the mains.

This was my first visit to Nandos and it was more or less what I expected.I was surprised that no one comes round for the order but that it is done over the counter.The meal I had was tasty although I would not order the peas again.All in all the food was very acceptable although variety is a non starter

We visited here after finding Frankie and Benny's couldn't accommodate us after a visit to the cinema. We love Nando's as a family and visit often so the food was up to the normal standard, the surroundings were clean and the service friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Annoying that we could not make a booking for my sons 16th birthday as only a table for 5.It was freezing and we sat with our coats on. We did mention this a couple of times to staff. The table had been wiped with a dirty cloth as table looked dirty and very smeary. Won't ever go to aNando's again.

I will not return to this place. For the service/food they are providing they don't justify the prices. Staff it's very indifferent

Já tinha ido em outros Nandos e neste dessa cidade Tb ! Comida sempre boa , servem bem rápido! Tem estacionamento de graça do outro lado da rua , o lugar é aconchegante e bem bonito e limpinho! Tem dia que já encontrei meio bagunçado mas fora isso tudo muito bom. Atendimento muito bom Tb ! É um lugar que recomendo !

Nando's is pretty much the same wherever you go. It was a quiet evening. Quick service and helpful staff. A whole chicken and chips for 2 with drinks, £20. Bargain. There are also other eating places near by and a cinema.

My so went to Nandos on 16.1.16 after his father and I had enquired firstly about booking a table. They said we couldn't book!! Really WHY. We then explained about our son and his friends dining and was it ok if we paid when we picked them up. YES we were told, no worriesI then received a text from my son saying they had to pay up front. Luckily he had his bank card on him.This is not good enough. Why pay for a meal before you eat in a restaurant where you cannot book a table.My son will not be returning. He found the experience disappointing. In fact he even found the food disappointing. And no he is not your typical 15 year old, he is taking hospitality and catering and knows good food when he eats it!!We will not even bother to try Nandos and will not be recommending Nandos.

We went for dinner tonight and although it was busy no one seemed to know what they were doing. Food was sitting on the pass for ages. I tried something new and opted for the steak wrap.... Waste of money it was awful, too much garlic sauce and not much of anything else. Partners food was cold when it arrived.

What's to say it's nandos, clean, kids love it & it's good value. If you like chicken you will love it here. Salads are pretty good too.

I came back here to have dinner before going to the cinema. It was very noisy with loads of schoolchildren, but got quieter when they left. The music is loud too. The food was very good And tasty, but a bit cold this time when it was served to our table. Service was excellent and very quick. I would still come back here though.

This Nando's is a lot more spacious than the Bath Nando's. Really nice food, friendly staff and unlimited re-fills on drinks, what more can you ask for! Really quick service too so perfect for a quick lunch or dinner before going to the cinema or something.

Visited here for a friends birthday. The food was nice as were the staff. My only complaint would be the music is too loud. When you relax you don't want music blaring out, just a little background noise. I would visit again

We went here on a sunday afternoon the restaurant was empty only a couple of other people eating. The service was slow ,we could even see our food on the top waiting to be served which seemed to take forever, When our food arrived it was burnt underneath and not very hot very disappointed as we come here on a regular basis
