Nando's in Nottingham

Food, service and staff was excellent. An easy 5 stars here.

The room was cold, the service was very automation and app centric. Food was good but chips were cold. It was just OK - not something to write home about.

The worst nandos I have ever been to. They brought us the mains before the starters, got my order wrong, and took literally ages. I love a good nandos and was disappointed with the service. Food was nice though.

Service was pleasant and quick. Place was pretty empty and food was quite bland.

Had a lovely meal here with my partner. Service was quick and just what you want in a Nando’s. Food was done lovely too. Was very clean and tables not too close to each other. Would go again.

Unfortunately, the heating was broken so the venue was very cold. Service and food was fab, but you had to eat quick due to the chill. Was -2degrees outside so hope the heat back on soon

Even though it was incredibly busy, being a Saturday night, we ended up being seated within about 10 minutes, which was excellent.

The food was very good, well tasty, sadly on leaving I nipped to the toilet to wash my hands the sink bowl was covered in some thick slime which did make me wonder about the cleanliness of this place 😕

Excellent food! The staff are very friendly and really helpful with any issues.

One of the best restaurants for coeliacs/gluten free. The staff are all really informative and a manager takes your order if you have any allergies/intolerances. They check through your order on their allergen matrix to make sure its safe for you. Staff clean down grills before cooking your meal to reduce the risk of cross contamination. I am very sensitive to gluten and have never had a reaction at Nandos. I always feel comfortable eating here. Highly recommend to any coeliacs!

I mean nandos is nandos I guess but the chicken was a bit overcooked and dry. Ate it all up coz it was the morning after but could do better.

Went for lunch with the family in August 2023. Efficient service, nicely decorated and spacious inside, good food and central location. Recommended.

When me and my family came to celebrate my brothers graduation on the 28th July the food was good service was fast the waitress that served my table was so nice to us all I like everything apart from the garlic bread I didn’t want to stress the restaurant it wasn’t cooked properly and it was abit hard to bit and my mum found a bug in her garlic bread that day other then that everything else was good

Fantastic Nandos one of the best I’ve been too! Should have took some photos of the food but was just enjoying being there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was brilliant and came out quickly. There was a slight issue with the desert but we used the QR code so the order happened to get lost but was sorted instantly when we enquired about it. Highly recommend this Nandos !

It's a bit tired, staff seemed stressed, had to ask for extra peri seasoning as hardly any on it

Great chicken dishes and delicious sides. Only downside is the drinks menu as not your usual, but other than that Nandos always delivers good food at decent prices.

Placed order via the app at my table Double chicken pitta, arrived all chopped up into strips. Staff forgot my sides, had to go and collect myself, also they forgot my glass for my drink, upon request I was told I hadn't ordered a drink. After proving I had. Had to go and collect the glass.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! this was apparently cooked chicken and they wouldn’t replace it. they had no rice and flat out refused to put more sauce on my burger, i’ll be taking this to the environmental health office to see if they think that is cooked

Il pollo è davvero buono e lo si può scegliere in varie versioni. Semplice, erbe e limone oppure piccante. Comunque sia il risultato è un pollo squisito. Ben cotto e digeribile. Ampia scelta anche di contorni tra cui l'ottimo purea di patate, il garlic bread con formaggio e molto altro. Prezzi ragionevoli e personale veloce e attento.

I never thought I'd be saying this about Nando's but I ate there yesterday and after eating my double chicken wrap, my stomach became really painful. I had planned to come up and have a night out in Nottingham and ended up with food poisoning. Constant cramping, turning of the stomach... it was HELL for the whole night. I therefore please request compensation for my meal I had. #674d40

A friend and I ate here yesterday for the first time. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we were served our food super quickly! We both went for our usual Nando's order, and these were as delicious as usual!

I ordered a beanie pitta, it tasted good. I just wish there were more vegetarian options in the menu. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Called in for lunch yesterday about 13:00, service was quick, we were lucky & got a table straight away. Ordered at the till and the food was with us 15 minutes later. Piping hot and as tasty as ever. It got busy as we were leaving with plenty waiting for a table. Great food and the staff were all very pleasant.

Having visited yesterday with my Daughter I think the service was terrible. We ordered our own food on the app got our own cutlery etc as we expected but not one person other than the man who took us to our table said one word to us. No one asked if the meal was ok or would we like more drinks or desert etc.. if you want to be invisible while staff chat amongst themselves this is the place to go.

What you would expect from a good Nandos. Halloumi starters were great as usual and came incredibly quickly. As is often the case with Nandos you can be down to the luck of the draw as my thighs were incredibly small, but my partner's double chicken wrap was heavily loaded. For a Sunday afternoon (4pmish) it was fairly quiet and was no problem getting a table. Staff were friendly and quick.

From start to finish, everyone made my valentines night incredible! Starting with Mackenzie, He was our host as soon as we walked in. He explained there was a wait for a table of approximately 20 minutes, which we were glad to wait for. However 7 minutes later our table was ready and so he showed us where to sit. My partner had never been before, so he directly told him how to order, etc. Very welcoming and professional! Now we lead onto MEZ. The manager he couldn't help enough. I was having an issue with the app. However, this was no issue for him! He sorted the problem out straight away and even delivered our food to the table to apologise again, which wasn't due to any fault of his own! Then we lead onto Amanda. Such a lovely person always had a smile on her face and helped anyone who asked for it. She was very vigilant to people needing her assistance. All round, what an amazing place to visit! Once again, thank you so very much! I've emailed nandos directly, so hopefully, you three and the rest of the team are at least told about how wonderful our experience was 😁

It's a Nando's, they are pretty much the same everywhere. Staff were helpful though.

1st time ever at Nando's! Really enjoyed all of the food I ordered, it came quickly and was hot and tasty, there was more Nando's sauce than I could try! We arrived about 9pm, waited a few minutes for a table. I thought our meals were very good value and we left as a happy group.

A typical nandos, can't go wrong with the food or the service but the quiet music made the visit feel awkward

For some unknown reason the restaurant was short staffed and we had to return 25mins later. Other than that, the meal we had was OK.

Not the nicest of Nando's. Service wasn't great and half the food was cold! A disappointing visit, as we love Nando's. Much better at the Lenton Lane Restaurant.

Came in on a Sunday and Alfie was absolutely welcoming friendly and amazing. Genuinely made our day by his positive energy. Food was great as per, but the service was absolutely incredible :)

Absolutely amazing customer service was top notch

7 of us went in for a table, no booking and were seated very quickly. The food was fine - exactly the same as you’d expect from any Nando’s. It was quite expensive for what it was but an overall enjoyable experience. Ordered online with the scanners and service was a little slow, nothing too bad though.

Got here at just after 9pm on my birthday I got to pick where I wanted to sit, a nice big airy booth I ordered the butterfly chicken, spicy rice and garlic bread very nicely cooked not rushed to get out either, lovely polite staff perfect birthday

Really pleasant interior. Good food without it feeling too bad for you (depending on what you order) the service was good and the table service and app for post pandemic worked great.

I used to order from here when I worked in Nottingham, they never failed to deliver what I asked for, chips were always good. Double chicken wrap was never dry for me

Proper banging Nandos. Brilliant location right near the bus stop and the center of town. The food is, of course, elite and the vibes inside are immaculate. Some areas of the restaurant are a little cramped, but this is in no way a deal breaker. Best of all, it has some really lush gender neutral toilets. Would 100% recommend a visit.

It's Nando's. It's like every other Nando's, for good and ill. I enjoyed my meal. The chicken was tender and tasty; great chilli sauce selection.

Please can you pass this message on. I didn’t get the name of the lady serving me- but for reference it was 3 May at about 9pm-9:30pm Nando’s Market square Nottingham and she was about mid to late twenties with blond/ brown hair. (We ordered sunset burger 2 sides/ grilled chicken burger 2 sides and dessert) I never leave reviews but me and my partner hadn’t had the best night prior to our visit and went to Nando’s to cheer our selves up, the lady who served us was so incredibly thoughtful and kind we would really like to pass on our thanks and appreciation.

the tables are a little too close together but other than that, lovely friendly staff and the imitation meat for vegetarians is really good

i always give nandos a four as the food is pretty much the same in all of them. nearly knocked a point off this one though. because of the system they had where we had to walk around and wait until the app informed us there was a table ready. it was farcical. it kept counting down and then re-setting. after a few of these we went back and had a moan so we then got seated. chkn thighs, fries, mash, peas,etc. same old food. nandos food always good

Meh. It's ok. We had to wait a while for a table (we gave our names and went for a wander) which wasn't really a problem. The restaurant itself wasn't full but deliveroo orders were constantly flying out so I suspect it was the kitchen at capacity. Ordering is encouraged by the app, but I spent 10 minutes trying to get it to work before giving in and ordering at the bar. This meant my companion had ordered a good few minutes before me, but thankfully our food arrived at the same time. I don't often eat chicken and I remembered why I'm not fussed, it was a bit greasy and slimy and I could've lived without it. The macho peas used to be a favourite but they were fairly cold and a bit disappointing. Overall it filled our bellies but I'd not race back.

Great service great food never had a issue with nando's

The food was ok but the service was very poor , the young lady on front of house was rude and unhelpful, simple things like may we have a wine cooler, quote “we only have one and it’s in use “

I came to the restaurant last Saturday and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was incredible. Our waiter Alfie was so attentive to all of our needs and made the experience overall amazing. The restaurant was very busy but this did not stop the staff going the extra mile to give us an enjoyable experience and the sense that we should come back again and again. Well done Nando's in Market Square, will be coming back again very soon!

Really good food, and the staff were all lovely

Rude manager who basically told us we were wasting waiters time by ordering at the till because the app didn’t work on our phones. She told us that by ordering on the till we were taking waiters away from the floor (even though it was very quiet). After this we watched multiple customers go up and order at the till while she sat and watched.
