The friendliness of the staff slightly outweighed the blandness of the food, greek in name only.

Perfect venue for a big, informal gathering. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent and well-priced.

Absolutely delicious meal, lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Definitely going again.

Taste was OK, but, at this price level, I am sure you can find many slightly better options. We ordered the seafood meze menu, all fine, but nothing special. Service tip should not be in the bill without asking.

Lovely meal here tonight, would definitely recommend. Had the Saganaki and Mixed Souvlaki. One of the best we have had. Chicken and Lamb was very tender. Will certainly visit here again.

Food & atmosphere good (apart from being served the smallest piece of baklava ever) but felt rushed by the staff and they didn't seem to have reserved tables for bookings even though it was a busy Saturday night.

This was a fantastic experience, the food was exceedingly tasty and fresh, the service friendly without being intrusive and the restaurant very Greek. If I lived in Harrogate, I’d be here every week!!!

Overall- great restaurant! Consistent quality and service. Also- the cheesecake is mind blowing!

My family and I had the best experience at Mykonos Bar and Grill . The food was fresh and home made and we had some amazing drinks. We will definitely be back.

Greek through and through from the atmosphere to the deco and food. The Stifado was to die for and so was the homemade moussaka and baklava

Mykonos is my favourite restaurant, Iv been visiting since 2017, the menu and the food is by far the best food Iv eaten, always fresh and cooked perfectly Iv Never had a bad experience, I strongly recommend the Mykonos steak main and the chicken rolls for starter 10/10 I look forward to coming back 👌

Excellent food and very good service. Only dropped 1 star as they put a 12% service charge on the bill, which I appreciate was optional but it puts you in that uncomfortable position of asking for it to be removed or amended. I do often leave tips for excellent service, but hate it when places actively encourage it! Do recommend though for the food quality alone

Found just what we have been searching for! Proper Greek food with GREAT SERVICE. Portions just right so you can enjoy a starter ,main and dessert and not be too full and uncomfortable. Lets you have a leisurely special occasion. We will be back and looking forward already to warmer weather so we can sit outside. Such a special place.

I already have been there twice. Both have been magnificent for me and my family. The decoration and the atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and beautiful. The service is very nice, all the staff is very friendly and lovely always with a smile on their faces. As for the food is tasty. It felt like I was exactly in Greece. Would definitely recommend for anyone that goes to Harrogate or lives there to visit. Me and family will be there again!

Not nice food. Doesn’t taste like authentic Greek food. I don’t think it’s running by Greek people.

We visited on a Sunday lunchtime, just after opening. The food and service were brilliant, had pitta bread and a selection of dips to start, best hummus I've had and the tzatziki was so moreish. Both the moussaka and vegetarian moussaka we had for mains were authentic and delicious, followed by baklava and shamali cake which both hit the sweet spot. And a round of coffee. The Greek coffee was powerful, sweet and delicious - recommended to finish off the meal! For 3 courses it was just over £25 per head which these days is outstanding. Fabulous family owned restaurant, deserves a visit if you're in Harrogate.

Very good food and service. We visited on a Sunday evening so was pretty quiet. The Mezze's are great for 2 people. Loads of choice and all cooked fresh. Tip: the online booking didn't work and no one answered the phone so we just took a chance 😉

We dined here has a couple wanting a lovely meal together We wasn’t disappointed, the sun was shining so we choice to be seated outside Lovely area if the weather is on your side The food was lovely I had salmon and sauce and potatoes Would off liked some proper veg if possible but it didn’t come with any My partner had the lamb with potatoes We both did enjoy our meals But the bill arrived with 12% service charge Which personally I didn’t like this If I want to give a tip I will But we would come again for sure

Fantastic meal, some of the best Greek food I’ve ever had. The food was fresh, tasty and an amazing quality. The service was amazing, attentive and speedy. We will 100% be coming here again. The swordfish was amazing, as were the vine leaves.

A fairly rare treat of a meal out and as ever it was brilliant. Staff (some new to us) were attentive without being overly so, friendly and warm. Food was as excellent as ever, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

When we were last in Harrogate, 12 months ago, we discovered Mykonos and we were so happy that we booked again on this visit. It did not disappoint, as we enjoyed our meals as much as on our first visit. Highly recommended.

The food was immaculate, staff were very friendly and accommodating. I'd recommend the Moussaka! The Spanish beer on draught was well kept and served in a chilled stein, absolutely beautiful.

We had such a lovely time at this cosy, family run restaurant. As soon as we arrived we felt right at home and instantly welcomed. The atmosphere was buzzing and people were tucking into their food with gusto so we knew we were in for a treat! It didn’t disappoint - we had the veggie dip starters (tzatziki, hummus and a smoked aubergine dip) with pitta which was incredible, along with the whitebait, falafel and koftas. All excellent. For mains we had the kleftiko (so succulent, falling off the bone), the veggie moussaka and the sword fish. Great portion sizes and all absolutely delicious. I’d highly recommend this to anyone visiting Harrogate! A proper gem of a restaurant.

Greta friendly staff, nice atmosphere, nice food, however not as authentic as you'd get in Greece, hence the missing star to make it 5. I had the chicken and lamb souvlaki dish. My partner had the vegetarian moussaka which was delicious.

Made an on-line booking for dinner before a show. Friendly welcome &, as it was early, plenty of outdoor non-smoking seating available. The menu had some fab looking choices, we went for a vegetarian meze & vegan meze selection so we could try a bit of everything. The food was just amazingly tasty & we were so full at the end we couldn't even manage a dessert. I loved this spot & am definitely eating here again.

What a lovely first experience at Mykonos tonight. We are a family of five with young children so we booked a table for when they opened at 4.30, hoping for it to be quiet, and it was perfect for us. Our waiter (so sorry I forgot to ask his name!) was so incredibly friendly and brilliant with our kids too. The children's menu is very good value for money with tasty homemade mains and desserts. We also had the calamari and prawn starters, and meat mezze for two, which was absolutely delicious with large portions. We will definitely be back again!

Had a really beautiful meal here. Quite traditional gteek food. Had never been before & went on Trip Advisor recommendation. Great value for money as well. Will definately eat there again when we visit Harrogate again.

First impressions were what have we come to..decor not the best but what a surprise with the food. We had several starters as a main meal and everything was superbe. Cannot fault a thing.... well done to all.

This is a great choice if you like Greek cuisine. I had the Stifado, which reminded me of one's I have had on various holidays. Great atmosphere and good service. Not exactly cheap, but where is these days. Highly recommended.

Lovely food but expensive for what we got. Maybe a reflection on the times. Also, I object on principal when restaurants add a service charge (12% on this occasion) - and one of our party remarked that on a previous visit, he'd added a cash tip as he hadn't noticed the 12% added to his bill!! So it was OK, but I wouldn't be rushing back. Lovely staff.

Incredible food and lovely staff! We stumbled across this restaurant a few years ago when visiting the area, we now make the journey at least a couple of times a year because the food is so good that it's worth driving 2 hours to visit! Our favourite restaurant by far. They make everyone feel welcome and go above and beyond to make the experience great. Will for sure be back again soon!

A truly authentic greek cuisine experience, good choice of menu with favourites such as meze, stifado and souvlaki, very well set out seating, fantastic staff, a really memorable experience.

Had our Christmas Day meal on the 25th of December here. Fabulous food, large portions and a brilliant, attentive waitress who climbed the stairs SO many times to serve our party and two other tables, always with a smile. Love this lil place! Went for the first time with my boyfriend a few months ago, and have been back 3 times since! Service is great, staff are hospitable, food is lovely (I'm obsessed with the sujuk starter), and the prices are reasonable. Dining outside is lovely. Inside is a little dark, but it can be a nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend here for meals with friends/family!
