My Thai Restaurant in Bradford

Ordered takeout. It arrived quickly and was hot. The food tasted great however I was disappointed with the soup. I paid £7 and got the smallest portion of soup. It was about half a bowl and for £7 that felt like a rip off.

Pleasant atmosphere, nice clean place, excellent fresh hot food .

This was our first visit and I would certainly go again. The food is great and we were especially impressed with the tasting menus where we could sample multiple dishes. Our waitress was extremely helpful, taking time to talk us through the menu. We really appreciated the attention we were given as we were unsure about some of the foods. I would recommend this restaurant for the food, the civilised atmosphere, the reasonable prices and the marvellous staff.

Ordered a couple of chicken dishes online. Unfortunately one of the dishes came with duck instead of chicken. Never again.

We just moved to the area and tried My Thai for the first time this evening. The food was absolutely delicious! Really lovely restaurant and service was very friendly. This will definitely be a regular place for us from now on.

I booked restaurant 3 weeks before to secure my table, celebrate birthday my husband. I’m so very surprised when we come to restaurant and restaurant was close. No one to call me ! It’s very bad. Not professional!

We had a reservation for 4 on Sunday but when we arrived the restaurant was closed and no one informed us and when I googled it they're open it did say they were open but they weren't. Next time it'd be nice if they sent a message or called to tell us their restaurant was closed. We came to Celebrate dad's birthday but we couldn't because they were closed. Angered us

The staff here are exceptional. They could not have done any more to ensure we were looked after. Green chicken curry was amazing and the duck was lush! Prawn starters - beautiful! A gem - I can’t work out why it was so quiet on a Friday night??!

Great food but god, they need to sort out their online order for delivery service. They don’t use google eats but you can order on there (but not select chicken). The website has an online order option but only tells you at the end that you can’t order. Deliveroo and my Thai do not communicate. It’s farcical. Sort it out.

Excellent service and delicious Thai food. The service was very quick and the food temperature hot. Although my main arrived with the incorrect meat, the waitress was going to immediately replace my order with the correct meat. I ate what was originally delivered and it was delicious. One of our party was celebrating a “round” birthday and I had checked before arriving if we could bring our own cake and it was no problem. The restaurant supplied us with a sharp knife and plates for our cake. Everything was served with a smile and I can’t wait to go back for another meal.

Me and the wife are regulars at this place and the food is absolutely out of this world.

Nice place with limited parking so be creative and be prepared for a short walk. Passed the restaurant many times but never called in. Fabulous extensive menu. So many choices. Would need to go several times to try other dishes. The photo is of Volcano Duck. Crispy duck on a bed of stir fried vegetables that arrives sizzling. 😋. Added a portion of egg noodles. Very very nice dish. The menu states it is their most popular. Service was good. The waitress kept the restaurant happy with her regular visits to each table - there were a few tables occupied. Want to go back again soon. Well worth a visit if you fancy Thai food.

Had a wonderful meal this evening at My Thai .We shared the Bangkok set meal . Starters were lovely and the soup was the best soup we've ever had. Main really exceptional too. Plentiful and reasonably priced . Will definitely come again

Second time we have been here this time it was myself, partner and friends. We shared dishes so all got to try a bit of everything! The spring rolls were amazing, and as I don't like spice they kept a little to one side for me that didn't have chilli's in, goes to show how fresh they make your food as most places can't remove the chilly due to it being pre-made. The staff were fantastic as always, we over stayed our table reservation a little bit but not for one minute did the staff let on we had, nor did they mention that they needed the table back. When the bill came it was nicely put in the centre of us all... noted a few places have started handing it to my partner (my own pet peeve). Looking forwards to coming back again! Thank you for making the experience of eating out so fab!

Would NOT order from here! Ordered a takeaway, rang to check it had been processed as I wasn’t sure it had gone through, the woman told me the order was out for delivery, rang again and was told sorry there’s traffic I’ve just spoken to the driver. The food never arrived and when I rang back a third time we just received the voicemail and no one would answer. Absolutely disgusting!

We had take out Food was nice and hot when it arrived with us. Price is really good for Thai food. The food it's self was nice and flavourful however not as spicy as I would have liked, but that's down to individual taste.

Ordered a takeaway from here and it was the nicest Thai curry I’ve ever had. I had the breaded prawns to start which were perfect - very large and juicy. Then I had the chicken massaman and sticky rice which was cooked perfect. Can’t wait to come back to eat at the restaurant

An absolute Thai gem on the map of the British Capital of... curry. Service very nice and helpful, place is neat and welcoming, good choice for a diner with friends! And the food, well... the food is excellent and not too pricey! Awesome Won Ton soup, excellent dishes, really really good one! I'm sorry to say this, Bradford, but so far, the best food I had in the British Capital of Curry was at MyThai 😉

Had been to My Thai last month and really enjoyed our meal so decided to book again and had no problems booking a table for three. We received a friendly welcome and were shown to our table where we were soon poring over a menu with plenty of choice. Drinks were ordered and soon brought to our table. Our orders were soon taken and we were able to take in the ambiance of the restaurant. Our starters arrived and we enjoyed a mixed platter and some Chicken Satay skewers which were delicious. We moved on to our main courses which were delicious, not too spicy but with enough warmth to expel the chill of a winter's evening. Good service, great food and in a lovely small restaurant; we shall definitely be back.

Ordered a delivery on Xmas eve and got a cancellation email an hour after the order and no communication from the restaurant. Very poor !

First time back since covid, we are locals and brought our parents here forming a table of 6. All staff were very pleasant , the service was excellent, and the food was enjoyed by all, we will be back again soon.

Second time visiting and will be back again.

If you eat an authentic Thai food in Thailand, My Thai is not a Thai restaurant! I am sorry to write this but it was an absoulete disappointment for me and my family. Ordered torm yarm, papaya salad, sticky rice, kao pad, and some more but none of them even a bit close to Thai food! All rubbish. Do not waste your penny.

First time in the flagship branch of My Lahore. Excellent service, great food which came out promptly and the staff were wonderful with our hyperactive 2year old. With the family all fed we were ready for our drive back home to scotland.

We ate here on a weekday evening, having booked earlier that day. We all had the #11 sample platter (mixed starter plate); all very tasty (the prawn was my favourite!). I had #73 salmon fillet for my main course (which came with brocoli); delicious! The waitress was very attentive and friendly. Recommended.

The staff were very warming and welcoming, as neither my partner or I had thai food previousley the waitress came and explained the dishes in more detail, I'm not a fan favourite of spicy food and was advised all the dishes could be adapted to suit as they are all cooked fresh. I had the prawn starter and the rainbow salad for main, it was amazing and very fast service, the prawns were divine and huge! We joke in our house that my partner has hollow legs, there was more than enough food in the plate to fill him. All the food we were served looked and tasted brilliant. The staff were very attentive, when our glasses were empty we was offered a re-fill straight away. 5* would definitely visit again, thank you all for the amazing meal and service.

First visit to this absolute gem. Cozy little restaurant-perfect for those like myself who do not like big crowds. Partner and I had the Bangkok set menu, a variety of different dishes perfect for people like us who are not experts on this cuisine. Everything piping hot and delicious. The ladies are so kind and warm. Only slight downside is the temperature of the restaurant was a little cold, however, is a small negative compared to our enjoyable visit. Will recommend to friends and definitely visit again. 😊

I ordered take out from my Thai on new year eve it was 20minutes late from the expecting time but the foods was still delicious. Am just summing that it was a busy night for them. And it nice that the restaurant called to apologize...

Food was real good. Just not the best organised with their orders. I preordered and paid, went to pick it up and they didn't have my order. They did get on it right away and I waited 10 mins to collect and other takeaway drivers were waiting for orders. I was handed a bottle of beer for the mixup which was really nice of them! 4 stars as the food was good would be 5 if not for the mix-up.

Terrible delivery service, cannot contact them by phone or online, paid a fortune for this. Never again.

The atmosphere is so nice, perfect for date nights. However this restaurant has a very limited vegan menu. We accidentally ate a green curry and learnt afterwards that it contains Shrimp Paste.

Excellent speedy service. The food was delicious and the staff was accommodating and welcoming. The restaurant itself is gorgeous. I had the Pad Thai with tofu and vegetables and it was amazing! Highly recommend, 10/10.

The food was absolutely lovely, but I would recommend sticking to what you know. We tried being adventurous and it was instantly regretted: though it was made really well, the flavours of some of the dishes weren’t for us. That being said Thai Green and Red curries were one of the best we have ever had! Also 15% if you pick it up instead of delivery!

Ordered a takeaway today as we’ve always enjoyed the food… however today it was extremely disappointing. My tofu tomyum soup had no tofu, the jasmine rice was over cooked and almost squishy, and my pad prik gang was terribly sweet and not spicy in the slightest. The crispy tofu starter was also squishy and sweaty. Unfortunately this was probably the worst food I’ve ever had from My Thai.

A cosy restaurant with impeccable service, went for a taster menu and honestly had one of the best meals we’ve ever had.

What an absolute joke it was. The racism was the kind ive never faced before! Firstly the lady working there kept serving all the white people before us even though we were waiting in a queue (when we phoned them they said it was walk in and no table bookings) but she served people who came 10 minutes after us first! Then we were seated but she kept taking orders of all the people who were’nt dark skined first and when we complained she asked us to leave. She really humiliated us, no apology, no manners of how to serve. What a horrible experience. 45 minutes of waiting and no one served us, ended up leaving and they were quite happy about it! My partner ended up leaving with tears.

Amazing service and equally amazing food! Good value for money. First time there for me and my girlfriend, we'll definitely be revisiting soon!
