Great customer service! Tristan, I think was his name, very friendly and helpful. They don't accept card currently but helped me with the website to place a collection order. I would have taken a picture of my cheesy fries, but they were too nice to leave haha! Soo much cheese (a good thing 😎) Highly recommend, will be going here again 😊

i just ordered a mixed grill tasted like dog food and when i raised my complaint I was told to siimply F OFF ..the staff are unfriendly intimidating and when I called the manager only gave me his number being 07307561783 ..not a good experience and even contacted the police

Absolutely brilliant take away. We ordered the family mixed grill a couple of burgers, salad and fries for five, collected it Good quality food at a fraction of the price of normal take away meals .

Always nicely prepared food, me and my partners favourite place to eat in our local area. Always busy with customers and a friendly relaxed atmosphere.

Best Kebak shop for miles around. Great meats and the freshest of salads. The only thing that they don't do is rice.

Having Visit this establishment and spent nearly 20 pounds on two small shish kebabs no wonder they only take cash payments! The meat was fantastic but i could have purchased a whole leg of lamb for what i was charged. Im afraid i will not be returning any time soon.

We went to this place which is quite local and we had never been before. The place seemed to be filling up quickly. we ordered a Lamb Kebab and a Doner Kebab. The Doner was very good and the only snag was that it was verging on cold and as you might know especially with the Doner it doesn’t do justice when cold. The Lamb kebab was excellent! tender and succulent. The fresh salad plus the chips were really good, too. It is worth a visit if you fancy a quick and tasty reasonably priced meal!! although I rate it 4 it should be 4+

Found this place by chance. Very nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. The order was made fast and food was delicious. Big enough portions. Some of the beat tasting food I have had in London. Just hope they keep this up and do not let standards to fall. One thing I would ask if the owners are reading is that they also have the Turkish Naan bread on the menu as well, it would be great with the mix kebabs.

A busy shop is always a good sign. Having 5 members of staff dashing back and forth at 100 mph serving everyone who came through the doors meant this was going to be good. It didn't dissapoint. From "small" taster kebabs, to huge platters stacked high with freshly cooked meats, salads and sauces. Chicken, chips and other sundries abound filled the menu. We sat in first time, being served by a friendly waitress. The food was delicious, filling and quite cheap. A great little takeaway if youre in the area.

I stopped here for a kebab late in the evening the service was very good as was the food which was served promptly and well presented. The restaurant is clean and well presented with very helpful and polite staff

Decided to get a take-away dinner from here while visiting family. Always busy when passing, so gave it a go. Didn't disappoint.. tasty kebabs, hot fresh chips & large portions. Friendly service too. Will visit again.. maybe try eating in. Glad we found this place

Fancied a kebab after watching a film and this place was the closest. Absolutely delicious. Cannot fault anything. Will definitely come back again. All kebab shops will now be judged by Mr Grill.

Just round the corner from work and good place to kill those kebab cravings. Reasonably priced and good tasting food all cooked fresh in front of you. I'd never say no to a kebab from my grill!

Best kebab in Ruislip, fresh vegetables, very good meat. On this place is only one problem, tall, bald guy from staff always is rude and unfriendly, thats why i rate 4/5. Rest of staff are OK!

We use this place a couple times a month, the food is always nicely cooked, great value, good portions and they always get the order right. Great place.

Really a great family run business

My local kebab place and it's pretty damn good always get a mixed shish and I can never complain about it, it always hits the spot and the chilli sauce that accompanies it is perfect.

the food was tasty and had a lot of texture i have had my grill a few times now and ever time has been great i would recommend the chicken wings and the doner kebabs because they have massive portion for a cheap price

Great local takeaway joint and restaurant. Staff are always quick to serve you, food well prepared and always consistent. Restaurant is clean and competitively priced. Well recommended if you're in the area.

Some of the best kebabs in town - very tasty and highly recommended. There can be a be of a wait sometimes - but the quality of food is worth it

I have been there numerous times! the food is excellent!tasty and fresh! their lamb shish is to die for! recently they changed the way they prepare the food using carcoils (i think) and it's even better! good value for money, nice quality and good range of foods..their chips are also incredible..and of course the strongest asset is the staff..funny guys who they are always up to serve you..the only downside is that they don;t have delivery services..

We come to London regulary & we ALWAYS come here a few times for their amazing kebabs. Highly recommended. Staff are all lovely & good fun too. We even got a selfie with them

I buy kebab meat feast from this place. Every time they manage to get my order correctly and on time. meat feast is more than enough for family of 6. all the staff members are extremely hard working and friendly. Down side is they no longer accept card payments. A cash machine is located next door. Keep up good work and food hygiene.

Great food and great service! Been coming her for years! Their double cheeseburger meal is amazing and their chips are lovely and seasoned! Will always one of our favourites!

Food is specific to Turkish restaurant. Lots of fresh vegetables, nice meats and large portions. the service is prompt and prices decent.

Good food, brilliant service, very clean and tidy. After we got off the tube at South Ruislip to head home, my son and I went to My Grill as I have read some reviews on Tripadvisor . We were not disappointed , the staff were pleasant, we were served quickly , the tables were and cutlery were clean, the quantity of food we were served was more than plenty, excellent all round.

I eat Chicken Kebab and Chicken Shish. I have been positive surprised how large and with a good quality was the "large portion". Really worth to go and it is not expensive too.

Considering the bargain prices, the quality of food, speed of service and attention to getting your order right is spot on. Highly recommended.
