Without a doubt the best fish and chips I have ever had!! The customer service is superb and Mr Fish himself is an absolute gentleman. Great variety of food, I will definitely be coming back and recommend this place to anyone!

Previously reviewed this place to say the quality was variable, but it's just poor now. Very dry chips, very dry tasting poor quality fish. What's left? Staff are always friendly here, but done with it now. NW London is a fish and chip desert.

No estuve de acuerdo con esto y dije que la orden claramente decía chips grandes y colgó el teléfono. No los volveré a usar. Restaurante horrible y grosero. El pedido está por debajo y lo que pagué aparentemente no es suficiente para obtener patatas fritas grandes con la comida y tienes que pagar 2 extra. . . tener cuidado.

Durante nuestra comida, el servicio fue muy pobre. Nuestra comida, aunque muy sabrosa, tardó en salir. Una vez que terminamos, nos quedamos sentados de nuevo por años, esperando que los servidores nos quitaran los platos. La comida del restaurante tan encantadora como era, era caro en mi opinión.

Este es uno de los mejores fish & chips que he comido en Londres, ¡y eso dice MUCHO! Mi favorito siempre es el bacalao, pero este lugar era tan bueno que tuve que volver y probar el eglefino. Big portions (one portion is easily enough for two people) and yummy. Highly recommend for your local fish n' chips! Just as good if not better since their recent reopening.

Let to the place by a review from Rhys Williams. A host for eateries review, focusing on South East Asian eateries, particularly Malaysia.The quality of the food at Mr Fish lived up to Rhy's review. Staff there were friendly too. Had a quick conversation with the boss, Mr Suleman. Told him that I was there because of Rhy's video on YouTube. Of particular note and my personal favourite was the roe cake. Magnificently battered and crumbed. Had the cod accompanied by onion rings and salad. Not a fan of chips. On the whole, had a most lovely and more than satisfying meal there. At least, that was the opinion of this visitor who frequent the UK every other month for the last 28 years. Thank you Mr Fish. Dining at your Chippy again next month and after that and after... from now on.

Visiting from America, had to have fish and chips. So glad I walked into this restaurant. Lovely hostess, greeted us and was so kind. Food was amazing.

I would like to think I am somewhat of a chip connoisseur. I love chips, and I will eat them everywhere. I do not like greasy chips, I like fat chips with flavour that are cooked well and not soggy. I will add vinegar if I want them soggy (sometimes). My partner and I tried this and now it has accidentally become a regular stop on our way to his (so much for a January diet). The large haddock and chips is a hearty serving, the gravy is probably just Bisto but who cares?! It’s nice enough and the fish and chips are delicious! I’m not sure why it received any terrible reviews and, granted, I haven’t eaten everything on the menu, but a fish and chip shop should really be judged on its fish and chips, and they are most flavoursome. Obviously, you always get more chips when you take away, and the team behind the counter are friendly and work hard to serve everyone steaming hot chips in good time.

Recommend dining in experience with the grilled chicken with buttery mash & salad. ..Starter grilled buffalo chicken wings are a delight and can be hot so ask to customise, calamari is lightly battered and soft to the the bite, creamy tomato soup is good as any other good soup. Vine última hace unos dos años y estaba bien, así que no esperaba que fuera tan bueno como hoy. Cada uno de nosotros tenía pescado a la parrilla, diferentes - la solla y eglefino y bacalao frito, cada uno con un lado diferente, así puré de patatas fritas y patatas. El pescado estaba muy bueno y grande y de gran calidad. Deben de haber acabado de gran eglefino, así que nos dieron un buen tamaño mediano que en muchos sitios hubiera sido vendido una pieza grande y un tamaño regular. Las patatas fritas, puré de patatas y patatas eran excelentes. El servicio era amable, aunque tuvimos que esperar 25 minutos después de haberlo pedido por la comida. Los precios están bien para la zona con un gran pescado y patatas fritas de £12. El restaurante es moderno y confortable.

Tuve mi familia DE ESTADOS UNIDOS que visitó Londres y no puedo esperar para probar el famoso pescado y patatas fritas, así que tradicional les llevó aquí en peces Sr. y todas son mucho más satisfechos! Tasteless dry fish, salad plain with no dressing and tasted of steel. No soap in the men's toilet. Sour, charmless service. Chips ok. Absolutely no value for money. Do not recommend.

I've visited this shop several times over the years and sometimes the food here is really nice, but sometimes it's a bit poor - their fried chicken especially is at times fairly old and should have been thrown away and new chicken cooked. The fish is normally fine but nothing astonishing, which given the price it should be - and the staff aren't the best either, some are pleasant but some are quite often abrupt and even occasionally rude.

This place does some of the best fish and chips I've ever had. Really great staff and the eat in part of the restaurant is great too.

I have just visited the fish restaurant, Mr Fish near Queens Park. It has been refurbished and looks great. Good food, nice surroundings and thank you to all the lovely staff (tonight I want to thank Kelly and Suleman, please ignore the name spelling if incorrect). But all the staff were great and friendly as always. I don't visit here as much as I should, but when I do either for takeaway or eating in the restaurant, I am not disappointed.

Visited here totally on a whim. It was very busy and we were very lucky to get a seat. We have noticed how busy it is and wanted to try Mr Fish out. We were not disappointed, the staff were friendly, the portion sizes were large and the food was tasty. Traditional fish and chips how it should be. What topped it off, 2 fish and chips, sitting in, all for under £20. Bargin for this location.

Not been to Mr Fish for a while but promised the boys a treat. Ordered cod goujons which were freshly cut and fried for the eldest boy. Cod for the middle child and I had plaice. All fish was huge and tasty. Chips are fat and lovely and the portions were huge. Even the baby and my wife who didn't fancy anything managed to get in on the action. All in it was a great meal despite the pouring rain. The lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Always recommend Mr Fish.

I'm a regular here, it's near home, but really it's old fashioned. Lots of flavor in the fish and batter, crispy chippies and a decent portion.

It is always a pleasure to visit Mr Fish as all staffs working there are very friendly. All foods are always cooked fresh with high standard. After having a meal here almost 16 years ago I never buy fish and chips from anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this resturant to eat in or take away.

We were staying in the area during a recent trip to London so on our final night had a takeaway from Mr. Fish.Was a massive surprise at how good it was. Price was reasonable and portion sizes were massive!! You do not need that extra portion of chips you were thinking about!!Another plus was the older lady server who's chat was amazing!!

My colleagues and I, have been having lunch at Mr Fish once a week for many years. Without a doubt on of the best chippys I've been to in London. The staff are brilliant especially Suluman who always cooks my personalized spicy fish to perfection. Chips are on point and portion size is more than adequate. Brilliant lunch spot.

Hello peeps its me again.As you know I rate a restaurant as i find it and some have found me not to be too complimentary.However in this case I find Mr Fish to be well worth the visit.My first port of call is always the rest rooms to see how clean they are and i can happily report they are spotless A good start I visited this restaurant in the summer of 2016 for the first time and i was impressed then Passing in the area tonight 07/02/2017 i thought i would see if anything had changed It was a resounding no nothing had changed and this fish summer was well worth the visit Crispy batter, chips that i class as chips {middle finger size} well cooked and well presented, all in all a good experience My thanks to Suleman the manager for a wonderful meal and a big thankyou to Bica for the service with a smile One criticism was that the pot of tea ordered could have used a stronger tea bag it was a little bit on the weak side but there again i like a cup of whats called builders {strong tea} Speak again soon xx

My family and I would always come back to Mr.Fish again and again. Normally we are a big party so it is very convenient to be able to email Suleman to pre-order our fish.

Mr Fish,Your chips were crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, your sausages battered to perfection and your cod was bang tiiiidy.Even whilst dealing with my terrible phone connection and the Goliath order of a hungry film crew, Mr Fish were hugely accommodating and even arranged a special delivery due to the size of the order. Great friendly, clean restaurant. This place gets 5 stars all the time. I've been in on numerous occasions and the quality and hospitality is second to none. Child friendly, bright and spotless. It's hard to find any negatives and in all honesty if there was one then it would have to be that the child portions were slightly too BIG!!!!....................... Love it.

A birthday celebration in a chippy? Why not! We wanted something midprice and easy going. I've had take aways from this place many times. So I was keen to try a nice sit down meal. It was a Tuesday evening. Not too busy. I had plaice fillet in matzo meal, my companion had cod in batter. Plenty of tartare sauce and ketchup. Tasty onion rings. And an ample salad with dressing provided separately. And the chips were good as well. Cost for 2 (we just drank bottled water) was around 30 pounds. Worth it!

If you are looking for expensive and low quality fish and chips, this is NOT your place. Definitely good customer service, great price and excelent quality.

We run a monthly Fish N Chip Group for older members in the local community to come together socialise and enjoy lunch with others, and each time Mr Fish provides a fantastic service. The manager and Staff at Mr Fish are always helpful when we ring up to make the order and while in store, providing us with a small discount for our take away group booking. The Fish is wrapped superbly and is just what we need to transport it back to our group in individual boxes. It is always freshly cooked and piping hot and the group have a fantastic time! Visited Mr Fish last night after hearing stories of good service pleasent atmosphere and excellent grub. So during half time I took the leap and pecked it with haste and hunger. Once there I was very efficiently advised rehashed (skillfully too) and served with a smile.... If asked I would recommend highly going there FYI.... When they offer the large fish make sure your proper hank Marvin it's huge.. Fin

We recently organised a fundraising event at a local school and Sulyman the Manager arranged to cater for 70 Fish and chips which were brilliant and on time for us to collect. It helped our event run smoothly so thank you Mr Fish. I also often use the take away service which is always excellent.
