Absolutely the best falafel in London. I have visited many times. My companions had never been there before. Table for 4 with comfortable seats the service could not have been better. The main person has been running the cafe for years.. Main thing about this place is outstanding quality of the food and value. A Classic Falafel Wrap medium cost £4.95 to eat in. It was so generous that I had trouble finishing it. 'served with hummus, fried aubergine, fresh tomatoes, pickled turnips, pickled cucumber, lettuce, parsley and tahina sauce. Absolute must and worth travelling for the quality. Informal and friendly.

Yes they used to sell good Felafel. But success has gone to his head. Waited 10 mins for my order to e taken. Another 10 mins whilst the 2 staff chit chatted. Plenty of ready felafel but he would not make me a small warp. By now a line of impatient deliveroo riders. He just could not care. Plus not very clean, the rag he uses to wipe the prep counter is the same for his hands. Soiled shirt and no apron. Questionable hygiene.. Trouble is he is successful and thinks he will always be so.

I had to stick around in Shepards Bush for an hour or two and was told this was the place to go - and they weren't wrong - the supreme falafel wrap was unreal and topped off with their special tea which was delightful. Really friendly and just a great vibe.

Another visit today with my family for the best falafels you can taste. We've been having a brunch wrap there while shopping at Shepherd's Bush market for many years. The wraps and fillings can be adjusted and tailored to our specific tastes. I'd recommend getting there early as they are only open 11.00 - 18.00, and due to their popularity there can be queues. Well worth a visit.

Me and my husband have been coming here for years and his family a long time before that. We don't live in London any more but whenever we come back we make a point of getting a Mr Falafel. Service is fantastic so friendly and the falafels are the best we have had hands down!!!

Mr. Falafel does the absolute best falafel wraps in London! This is an amazing place for vegetarians and vegans. They have a really lovely menu - I can't wait to try all the different wraps. Thank you Mr. Falafel!

We tried this place today and were served by a charming gentleman and possibly his son? They were very helpful and polite. They could not have been more welcoming. The food was delicious and presented well. We were given a sample of the falafel and it was beautiful. We had lamb and chicken wraps. We will definitely be back. I've tried many different falafels in the UK and abroad and Mr Falafel is the most tasty from them all, it's the same fafael I tried before exploring Middle East. Fresh and healthy ingredients, great options for vegans and vegetarians, it was just my first order but I am not disappointed to try these place. I will come back soon! :)

Went in to buy a falafel roll as it was recommended to me, the vibe in there was grim and dark, and I think the owner need to learn some people skills. Falafel was decent but there are much better falafel places if you venture into Shepherds Bush market. Will not be coming back until the owner gets a course in customer service or manners. Don’t bother.

I love their sandwiches. They are the best in town. The staff have been very attentive and friendly for the last ten years of my visits.

Mr Falafel has quite the reputation, and for good reason too. These are some of the best falafels we've had, period! The sandwich bar's byline reads: "The Best Palestinian Falafel". Perhaps it's time to update that to: "The Best Falafel in London".

I’m going MR Falafel since one of my friend discovered it. I took some friends there and i have yo say the man behind the “bar” preparing the food just extremely friendly. Make our food always perfect way and i just love going there. Food is fresh and even the place maybe look not like an expensive restaurant, they always cleaning the table, everything organised and clean. Love it and can’t wait to go back over and over again. I recommend to tourist for 110% to experience the food there.

I came here upon reading all the amazing reviews. However the wrap didn’t really meet my expectations. The halloumi was raw rather than fried, the salad in the wrap was cold so it would’ve been nicer toasted. The XL size was very decent though and the ingredients were fresh. I think you could find something more flavoursome for cheaper elsewhere.

Besides the falafel being amazing, the people there are realy friendly and helpful. I was there with my mother and sister, and didn't know what to expect since we are not familiar with the area but we were very pleased with the food.

I have been to many countries and had many falafels but nothing compares to what I had at Mr falafel. My taste buds was going crazy with every bite. I will defo be going here on a regular basis.

I ordered a medium wrap with avocado (number 8 on the menu) and this filled me up. Only go for the large if you are very hungry! Well seasoned falafel, crunchy vegetables and the right amount of sauce.

This place serves one of the best falafels I have tried. It’s better than most of the falafel take outs/ restaurants in the Middle East. Their falafel plates or wraps are amazing. It’s super casual, but if you want food over ambiance then this is the place to go to. It’s close to Westfield in Shepherds Bush. I go to this place I visit London.

Piccolo locale tra i banchi del mercato, con pochi posti e molta clientela. Falafel dentro la pita con diversi condimenti - si sceglie tra diverse combinazioni - è il piatto principale. Ne abbiamo preso uno deluxe (con il cavolfiore e salsa piccante) e uno alla feta e menta. I falafel sono morbidi, per nulla secchi, le verdure sono fresche e la pita buona. L'aggiunta gratuita è un peperoncino verde sottoaceto, non eccessivamente piccante. Soluzione cheap per Londra e soddisfacente. Più che consigliato.

Tenía una envoltura realmente encantadora desde aquí, no recuerdo lo que era pero tenía hummus, tomates, berenjenas y creo que halloumi y estaba delicioso! If you like falafel this is the place to go in london, little restaurant but great falafel wrap, with fresh looking and fresh tasting ingredients. Fast and friendly service. At the shepherds bush market station. A little minus: no sauces at the tables to spice it up a little, they ask if you want it hot, but i prefer to add it myself.

A friend recommended this to me as the best Falafel joint in the whole of London. It was a bit of a mission to get to, located in Shepherds Bush Market, but pretty close to the main road, so you don’t have to venture into the market itself. Being my first time, I simply went for the classic Falafel wrap, along with an Aryan yoghurt drink. The wrap was served almost immediately and was definitely amongst the best falafel wraps I have ever had. The falafel had a perfect texture and the wrap was completely packed with fillings including hummus, fried aubergines, pickled turnips and picked cucumbers. Not much else to say really, apart from this is a must try! The is more of a café than a restaurant and prices are set accordingly – providing great value!

Best place to eat or order your Falafels in London if you are not in Golders Green or Edgeware Road. I've tried several of their Falafel wraps and found them very good, and not far off what I've have tried in Tel-Aviv and Beirut. Deliveroo runs their deliveries. Recommend!

I found this place 3 days ago. I have eaten there every day since. I currently have an XL Falafel + Olive wrap waiting to be eaten right in front of me...But before that, I thought it would only be right to return a positive favour for the new happiness that has been brought into my life: Mr Falafel. I have tried Falafel wraps from ALL OVER London, not ONE place has hit the spot like Mr Falafel has! And I'm Middle Eastern, so I know my falafel! They do everything so perfectly, right amount of ratio of everything. The fillings taste fresh and they PACK your wraps nice and fat (well, that goes for the XL wraps, havent had any smaller)! The choices available are really great, and you have an option to choose whatever extra fillings you want. Since I'm a maniac for olives, the olive + falafel wrap almost makes me want to cry at how perfect it is. AMAZING place for a quick, filling and DELICIOUS falafel wrap! KEEP IT UP MR. FALAFEL! Time to tuck in :D

Basic little cafe set in a recessed part of Shepherds Bush Market, a few doors down from the main market, off Uxbridge Road.The falafel wraps are very good starting with the classic, which includes all the expected accessories (hummus, fried aubergines, tomatoes, lettuce and pickles). There are also a number of other combinations available to include such items as cauliflower, fried potatoes, pickled aubergines stuffed with walnuts, broad beans, olives etc. and endless combinations of these.Most wraps are vegan, except the ones that include feta or halloumi.The fries are also very good and are served with either their excellent chilli sauce or a tahini option,mixed with pomegranate syrup which cuts nicely through the nutty bitterness of the tahini.Friendly and helpful serviceGood value with regular wraps between £4.50 - 5.75 and the extra large between £5.00 - 6.80.Great for an early pre gig supper for one of the local venues as cafe is open 11.00 - 18.00 Monday - Saturday.

Ok, so this Falafel takeaway is very close to our office - but would you know it's there? We pop in all the time and they never disappoint! Go on, give it a go.... but only if you're in the mood for Falafel! They don't sell burgers! ;-)

I come here regularly as I live in the area, the place is very clean and functional and the people who work here are quiet and welcoming.The falafel is the best I've ever had anywhere,there are 12 different variations with all the ingredients explained in pictures and made with love.

I am a falafel aficionado and I fancied an authentic falafel sandwich during my current visit to London. Mr. Falafel was a bit out of the way for me but I decided nonetheless to go through the trouble of finding it. And it was every bit worth it!Many exotic falafel combinations were on offer but I decided to go for the classic wrap. I can confidently say the sandwich was the best I ever had in London and amongst the best anywhere.

Simply the best falafel wraps in London! I would certainly recommend going for the XL option on any wrap, as it is only £1 more, and you get nearly double the quantity! I cannot rate this place high enough, and have been going weekly for over four years!

Hidden in the market, it was the last place I thought I'd find a nice, clean and tasty mini restaurant. The tables were squeaky clean (which is a top priority for me, hence always carrying baby wipes!), and I went just before the lunch hour started so managed to find good seating with the kids. The staff were helpful, and the food was ready very quick. The kids enjoyed it too, as they had never tried falafel before. Cheap and cheerful, great tasty falafel. Long tradition of making the tasiest Flafel in the area....so many varieties but the traditional one is the best for me....we asked for mint tea with the sandwiches but, for some unknown reason, they don't offer hot drinks anymore.....who eats Falafel without Tea....?? anyway they got us our mint teas from a shop nearby.....excellent service.....

He seems to automatically remember his regular customers favourites and is always friendly and welcoming.The prices are extremely fair for the quality of the product. The selection of falafels are varied and perfected over the years.My advice, Arrive early, as it's no secret to the locals how good his food is. Only problem is,mince you've tasted one of these Falfels, you'll never have a better one.Amazing!

I have been there for lunch today with a friend after reading all the positive reviews on TA. We were not disappointed! The food is freshly made to order, there are many different fillings to choose from, and the staff are very nice. The only minus point is that there aren't any toilets / hand washing facilities. But the food is so good, and very reasonably priced. I'll definitely be going back!

For the best and biggest variety of falafel in town - this place rocks. The food is great, tasty and freshly cooked. The portion sizes are excellent and the price is perfect. The service is always friendly too. What more could you ask for? A couple of extra pickled chillis of course!

Coming from Berlin - a city where you get good falafel at any corner this store is a relief. I was looking for good falafel in London and I think I've found my favoritie place. It is quite cheap and they have nice combinations (With hot poataos, Haloumi and other nice stuff)Bring cash - they accept cards but the take a comission!

I highly recommend this place. I ate here for a few times and the food was always so delicious from the first to the last bite. Very fresh. Decent portion at a reasonable price. Friendly and nice staff. You pay after you ate which is nice in a such a place. What I noticed is that they pay attention to sanitation very much ( doesn't happen in all fast food restaurants although it should ) however the place is rather for fast consuption than for having a date here ( find it a lit a bit shabby ). I have ordered a classic falafel with some hot sauce.The experience was amazing: it tasted good with fresh vegetables and plenty of sauce.I would recommend to anyone visiting London.

Rein zufällig kam ich bei einer Besichtigungstour hier vorbei. Da der Hunger groß war gingen wir zu sechst hinein. Freundliche Bedienung die die große Auswahl sehr gut beschrieb. Die Zubereitung ging schnell - und alle Gerichte waren super. Ein echter Geheimtip!

I love this place. Great falafels and salad. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Really good value and the normal size is enough to really fill me up. My only problem is that it closes quite early so I'm normally at work when it's open! I've just realised I can get there before it closes this evening, and writing this review has set off a fierce craving, so off I go!
