poor service. ordered vegetarian food. had meat in it. portions were tiny. there's better Chinese takeaways out there for less money.

Food wasn’t to the standard it is usually at. My Singapore rice came as if it was vegetable rice it had hardly any meat in and my Singapore noodles was hardly half full in its container as well as that consisting mostly of vegetables.

The proportions were veeery ridiculous for the price. For example, 3 won ton for almost £7 only 3 small pieces!!!, the king prawns were 6 and the rest was veg. It's a shame that the taste quality is good but I definitely won't order from this establishment anymore. My stars are earned by the flavor and that's it.

Good food, reasonably priced. Will order again.

Lemon Chicken very dry , Special Fried Rice mushy and soggy. Overall very small portions

Ordered my food at 17.40 but delivery was delayed twice! My food arrived at 19.03, food was in a thin white plastic bag , wedged between drivers thighs ! Needless to say food was cold / damp.

lift was broken and disappointed no way to tip online as had no cash. other apps have this option. only 4 flights of stairs but would've liked to been able to tip online.

I called after my delivery was an hour late and when I called the restaraunt I got a very rude person who said I did kot answer the phone, when I said it had not rung he argued with me and I told him I don't want the order now and them 10 mins later a delivery driver camw with the food which I threw in the bin as it was Stone cold

All good and hot and on time. Hot and sour soup is delicious. Deep fried squid in salt and pepper very tasty. Singapore fried rice really good- for my personal preference I add extra chilli flakes at home as I like super spicy- and this really works for this. Duck pancakes are generous- and my cat enjoys to share with me- haha! I do like my sweet and sour prawn balls- not best for my waist maybe- but absolutely delish on a weekend sofa evening. Thank you! Good and polite delivery person. Will continue to order from here.

Fantastic food! First time ordering- and very impressed. Very difficult to find a good Chinese- but this delivery was really good. Turned up on time and hot. And all correct. Would definitely reccommend and will order again. I ordered Crispy Aromatic Duck, Singapore Fried Rice, Squid in Salt and Pepper, Hot and Sour Soup, King Prawn Balls Sweet and Sour, prawn crackers. All fantastic!

Spring rolls and prawn crackers were overdone and barely edible. Special fried rice was tasteless. £3 for a mini portion of curry sauce. Sorry but won’t order again.

Enjoyed the vegetable spring rolls with the sweet and sour sauce. They were crispy and delivered within time. Will be ordering more.

One of the products was wrong. I ordered Singapore fried rice and you delivered Singapore noodles

All food was piping hot despite being 20min late. Duck fried rice delicious and very generous portion. Hong Kong style sweet and sour chicken delicious. Chips were pretty soggy. But not the fault of the restaurant. Chips don't travel well, probably affected by condensation generated from piping hot food. Maybe have more realistic timings on delivery times. I would definitely buy from Mr Chans again

Food quality was below average chicken undercooked and rice was weird different colours all went in the bin don’t waste your money.

Yellow Bean chicken had lots of cashew nuts, so that was good. Singapore rice noodles excellent too. The Bang Bang chicken was a bit disappointing and could be marinated etc, but rest lovley so 5 stars!

Never received my order , call the restaurant they said it will be there in 5 min.one hour later the food never came .request a refund to just eat

We were very disappointed with the meal on this order. We have ordered from this restaurant for years, sometimes it is very good, sometimes not so much. We didn’t mind. But this order was the worst by far. We ordered the exact same thing a week ago which was delicious. But this time, on Sunday15/01/2023, the special fried rice didn’t taste fresh, it was all clumpy and very veryyy soft, like it was over cooked or something. It’s like it was bought out from a fridge and sent out. I don’t understand why it was so bad. The spare ribs was over coloured, you could see it on the bones. The sauce was filled with food colouring. It’s unfortunate that this is how I will stop ordering from this establishment after all these years.

I was really looking forward to tasty, delicious food. But I was disappointed. Singapore chow-main was burnt, chicken in black bean had very little sauce. Salt and pepper King prawns was very dry and cold All the food was Luke warm.

We have gotten food from here several times, and it was notably worse tonight for some reason. One of the biggest issues was reduced portions, perhaps due to it being 20% off Tuesday. We also thought one of our dishes (something and cashew sauce) was gross. We won’t be ordering from here again.
