Mourne Seafood Bar in Belfast

Score and reviews

We came here on our second evening in Belfast. The restaurant is popular and it is advisable to book. It is tucked away in Bank Street. My wife had one of the Chef's specials.....Langoustines to peel with a salad garnish....10 Langoutines for £9.75. I chose the Seafood Chowder with Wheaten bread...delicious! We finished off with Sticky Toffee Pudding...which we shared....beautifully light and moist with a lovely rich sauce.

We turned up without reservation but managed to get a table for 2, unfortunately we were a little rushed but we should have booked prior. The oysters were superb served with local stout, mains were excellent too, especially the seafood pasta, friendly staff and tasty well presented food. Recommend to book though

30/01/2019: as fish and chips go its hard to beat this one. fresh, non-greasy, wide menu options. can be busy but they are very efficient.
14/04/2019: Called in last night for a diablo burger it was amazing, massive chicken burger in a fresh brioche bun, definitely recommend its a must try. Staff were very pleasant and the place is very clean. Will most definitely be back soon.
