Mixed reviews but we fancied Chinese whilst staying in a cottage nearby and this was really nice. Such great value 4.50 for chow mein and only 3 for prawn toast. Lovely taste, not as big a portions as some places but perfectly decent for the price and just the right amount of spice. Really fresh. Sadly no delivery though.

I spend a lot of time in North Wales and a visit here really makes the trip. The food is always fab and John (the owner) is very friendly and helpful. Never had a bad dish yet and I've had most of them. The family were with me on tis trip and they were extremely complimentary on the service and food.

Firstly can I say that I can’t understand some of the previous reviews. We moved here recently from Leeds and I told the owner last week that it is the best Chinese food we’ve had. Yes the menu isn’t massive but what they do there is great food. It always tastes amazing and we return here weekly. All of our friends that have visited agree with us as we always make sure we have a take away so they can taste the food. I made the same comment about portion size but then my wife reminded me how much normally goes into the bin. I’m sure that’s the same in most households. I can’t speak highly enough of this place and the guys in there are so friendly. Keep up the good work

I had to throw half of it away because it smelt and tasted 'off'. The food that was edible was bland in the extreme and the portions were very stingy. Extremely disappointed (and hungry). Scant consolation but the staff were nice and friendly.

Disappointed when got back to the tent, especially as this place had great reviews. Not impressed, however, my Husband disagreed & said the flavours were "subtle" - I would say bland.

They firstly charged me full price for the sauces which came half the size of what is usually expected the sauces are very bland. I bought salt pepper chicken wings but what I got was lumps of salt and pepper batter. The special fried rice was anything but , no meat or prawns just peas. Not sure what the sauce was on the ribs but it was vile. Do not waste your money only went here as other Chinese was closed wished I had never bothered disgusting

Not knowing the area we went into the first takeaway we got to from parking car. A really friendly and distinct welcome from the staff. Food was pretty good. Have had better, but have had far far worse. I wish I had spotted the 'Chefs Specials" before ordering. (Were quite clearly marked). Would I go back? Yes if area I would. Portions were average and maybe two lots of plain noodles would have Ben better, but there was four of us saited and some left overs for the dog at about £6 a head.

Este es mi restaurante chino local. Siempre he encontrado el personal muy amable y la comida deliciosa y una fantástica relación calidad-precio. Demasiado a menudo, me parece llevar puede ser excesivamente grasienta y sabor falta (aparte de aceite), pero no aquí. Sin duda uno de los mejores restaurante chino en el norte de Gales, vale la pena ser consciente de que no aceptan tarjeta, aunque hay cajero automático justo enfrente (en el exterior del spar).

Not recommended, grey, greasy unpleasant. We ordered a range of dishes, only the sweet and sour prawn balls were edible.

Decidimos ir a un restaurante chino y nunca había estado aquí antes, nunca volveré. Mi mein de Chow era fideos y lo que sabía sobre climatizada pollo - sosa y sin sabor. galletas de gambas estaban literalmente 8 galletas saladas de gambas en una bolsa y las patatas fritas eran parte inferior de las fichas de barril. El resto de la comida no estaba bien. Nunca volveré. Cualquiera que esté pensando en ir aquí os recomiendo tomar un viaje un poco más largo hasta takaway chino de Felinheli donde la comida es la mejor.

Good service, food tasty, reasonably priced. Easy access as on high street ample parking outside and at the car park opposite. Takeaway only

Me pase por aquí y ahora otra vez y solía ser un chino de primera categoría pero no más. El último par de veces el mein la comida ha sido sosa y blanda. La salsa curry es Solo (una horrible capa blanca en la parte de arriba). No va a comer aquí de nuevo.

Always friendly service great menu at reasonable prices delicious food everytime so lucky to have a quality Chinese take out on our door steps... I highly recommend John's set meal for two...

We went to this place because we were staying in a cottage nearby and one of the former tenants had recommended it and left a menu. I can honestly say it is one of the best takeaway Chinese meals I have had. Piping hot and so tasty. Good prices too. If you like Chinese food I recommend you try this place. Easy parking just opposite as well and right next to a little supermarket should you need any extra bits.

Only went because we couldn't find anywhere to eat out (Bethesda is a desert as far as restaurtants are concerned), and what a find. Brilliant. Good quality and good price. Even gave us extra containers to eat out of and some spoons. Thanks.
