Food was very cold and not fresh

Chicken burgers were hard and 1 of them had a chicken wing in it which wasn't expected hurt my tooth

No more KFC. Morley’s for me! The food is delicious and great value.

Went to kingston Morley’s and ordered 2 fillet burgers once I got home and ate them they were both pink inside im sick to my stomach

Paid for 5 chicken burger meals only had 4 delivered with no option to contact them for the missing meal just given a refund that take a week to clear

Need to pay more attention and stop missing things out of orders! Happens way to many times.. my order was a complete mess

Chicken burger was very nice but the quarter pounder burger meat wasn't great... Chips very nice!!

Apparently they cant read at morleys i asked for salad no sauce but they got it the other way around

Ordered 2 meals. Received 1... and completely wrong. No contact details, so no way to fix the error. JustEat asked for photos 2 days later (after food was thrown away), so refused a refund.

I ordered a one piece meal. But I do feel a one piece meal should not be a wing. This has happened twice now. I love the quality and the taste of Morley’s fried chicken and the chips are also good.

Driver stole my drinks have came to the restaurant and they insisted they gave driver the drinks.

Ordered the bbq chicken burger and got a mayo spicy burger. Have you changed the recipe? All chicken was too spicy even the 3 seperate chicken breasts...

I love this Morley’s, food is always freshly cooked. Never had any issues here

Order food by the app from Morley’s south Norwood. The order arrived but it had missing items. Very calmly phoned the store to say that there was a missing item and if we could have it delivered. They knew there was items missing but stated that we had to order more food so we could get the food that we had already paid for and paid delivery for but they wanted us to do it again. The person I spoke to could not speak English properly but was polite. I asked to speak to the manager whose name was Un. He would not listen to me and kept on speaking over me to pick up the food or pay for more and then put the phone down on me. I went to the store and the manager denied that he was the manager and said that the manager had left the store but continued to have a rude attitude. The other member of staff gave the food and apologised. I called the name of the manager Un and the rude one turned around who denied he was the manager and laughed. The manager was very unprofessional and had disgraceful behaviour.

Food was not nice salty hot wings that were warm and dry cold chips, chicken burger was ok but a bit dry. Never again won’t waste my hard earned money on this place again

Awful delivery time, didn’t deliver our full order. Very unhappy with this..

Again the ribs were obviously old. They were tough. My partner and I didn’t enjoy that part of the order, but chicken and chips were fine!!

Chicken was lovely and fresh and the ribs were even better

Food would have been good if they read the notes placed my daughter only eats drumsticks but they ignored the notes and sent thighs ended up throwing them in the bin

The ribs could’ve been better. Some were very tough, almost like they were not fresh!

These guys are great, but there seems to be an issue when I order Spicy chicken burger, on delivery they keep sending me the normal burger. Happened like 5 times now. Pls get your weekend staff to sort this problem out.

Said my food had been delivered when it wasn't and it never turnt up. Restaurant doesn't have a phone number so couldn't ring and tell them so had to spend more money to get food as didn't get a refund or the food.

The chips were really greasy and overcooked. The burger patty was cold and hard. One of the chicken burgers was really wet and had all the coating falling off - really unappealing and didn’t get eaten. The best things about it were the ribs. I won’t be ordering from here again!

i didn't receive any of the drinks i order and when i tried to tell him, he drove off

They were supposed to delivery and nothing arrived and money taken out of account which is the 3rd time!!!! Scamming people out of money

I never got my order it’s a whole two hours late and had been marked as delivered when I never got anything!

Delivery service was really good, delivery driver came straight to the door

I have been here a few times...unfortunately today the lettuce in their burgers looked like it had been left out for 2 days...bit disappointed and the order wasnt ready when they marked it as ready to collect.

It was not a problem and the restaurant informed me beforehand. Lovely food as always.

Not had a Morleys for 18 years and it still hits the spot and beats other chicken brands by far. Ribs are a must as the sauce is out of this world

Food was to a very high standard, delivery was very quick, delivery person was extremely polite and very Covid aware. I would recommend this shop to anybody as I’m fussy with high standards of hygiene and cleanliness

The fries we're like cardboard. My chicken wrap was inedible. Really dissatisfied as have been impressed before. Certainly won't be using or recommending this place in the future.

Food very good, always hot when delivered

I love Morley's the food is great and my favourite is the BBQ Ribs.

What Just Eat don’t tell you or make clear is when you experience bad service, and I mean really bad service like the place you order food from takes over 2 hours and you try to cancel to get food elsewhere, JustEat will charge you 50% of your order value which means Just eat will force you to accept bad service or lose half your money on food you will never receive. If you work long hours and are hungry, do yourself a favour and don’t order from Morley’s but better advice still is to simply not use JustEat, they do not care about customers they just want their money and have no regard for customers receiving bad service . The chat and feedback system is a sham. I have now uninstalled their app. Everyone at work said JustEat was really bad with delivery and quoted tones but I thought I knew better and gave it a try. Seems they were all right, terrible company with terrible service and absolutely no regard for their customers. My advice based on my experience, avoid this cowboy operation

Burgers and chips were cold.. Apple pies luke warm.. the ham burger came as a cheese burger! And the lettuce was browm!!Timing wasnt bad.. 10 minutes late but they did apologise as they couldn't find my road.

terrible service, told us it was on the way and wasn't even finished being made! shouldn't be paying for a service charge and delivery fee if it takes that long! ordered at 6:30pm didn't arrive until 8:30pm not very happy at all!

I wouldn't order from here again, the order was late in the end I had to go collect it myself and the food was awful the burger had 2 pieces of lettuce in and none off the sauce, they were rude and lied 9n the phone and not once did they update the app never order again
