Mint Curry in Cardiff

1st time we have ordered from here and yessssssss finally a place that gave me delicious food. I will be ordering again !!!

This is my favourite Indian takeaway in Cardiff. The £24 meal for two provides great value for money, and the curry is very tasty and does not disappoint. The garlic chicken tikka masala is one of the best curries I’ve had, and when combined with the array of sides and starters available it is a curry to remember!

We ordered a takeaway from Mint curry for a family meal on Monday, and we were not disappointed! The food arrived quickly, piping hot and delicious. All dishes were flavoursome and the portion sizes were generous. Very impressive Indian takeaway, we will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again!

Ok food but very bad service, items were missing from delivery and took over an to be delivered to us. We definitely won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend.

Un curry increíble que sabía delicioso. No sabíamos qué queríamos cuando llegamos a hacer el pedido y el señor se ofreció a hacernos algo después de preguntarnos qué nos gustaba y qué no. Tuvimos un pollo al curry con muchas cebollas y champiñones con arroz especial. El Naan estaba perfectamente preparado. Definitivamente volveremos aquí.

Absolutely shocking service tonight! Ordered a take away 2 hours ago, latest update is an hour’s delay! If you can’t cope with the orders, stop accepting them!

We've ordered from here a number of times and the food is delicious and well favoured. The delivery guy we've had each time has been lovely, even told us about their new app to order from rather than ordering over the phone or just eat.

Pedí desde aquí a las 630 un sábado pensando que lo conseguiría antes de que se llene. ¡No se entregó hasta 815! Cuando llamé para preguntar dónde estaba, fueron groseros. Cuando finalmente llegó, el curry y el arroz estaban fríos. Volví a llamar y me quejé, a lo que tuve una respuesta muy brusca de que me enviarían otra que rechacé y exigí un reembolso. ¡Luego enviaron a un conductor de entrega para que recogiera la comida fría! ! Servicio pésimo y por lo que probé del curry no extrañé mucho

Had a takeaway a few times after they opened, as expected a few teething problems... but this seemed to continue a few months later, sadly have stopped due to this, would've have been ideal as it's not far and offered delivery

Pedimos desde aquí anoche y estoy muy contento de haber decidido intentarlo. ¡Definitivamente uno de los mejores indios en Cardiff y el precio es muy razonable por la cantidad que obtienes! Nuestro indio habitual ha ido cuesta abajo, por lo que este es definitivamente nuestro nuevo camino también. La entrega recomendada sería en aproximadamente una hora, ¡llega en 35 minutos! No puedo esperar para ordenar de nuevo! Gracias : )

Ordenado desde aquí esta noche y he tenido una comida fantástica. Pedimos curry, arroz y panes para 6 y, junto con los popadoms y las barcazas de cebolla, el precio total llegó a menos de 70, nada mal. Los panes de nan se hicieron frescos, así que tuvimos que esperar alrededor de 10 minutos adicionales, no hay problema, ya que el área de espera para llevar es muy moderna y cómoda, también tienen una gran televisión que muestra películas de Bollywood. Para compensar la espera extra, el chef lanzó popadoms adicionales y un montón de chutneys junto con sus disculpas, ¡qué diamante! En conclusión, un curry de craqueo a un precio razonable de un grupo encantador de personas, seguro que volveremos.

We went there because the inside waiting area looked quite comfortable. Food was delicious especially the chicken tikka biryanis! Customer service was great... food was ready on time. Very pleased 😀! Definitely ordering again!

Used this delivery for the first time. The Prawn Puree was OK but downhill from there.

Myself and my partner have just finished eating our order. I had a Chicken Tikka Masala which isn’t what I normally go for elsewhere but it is probably the best curry I’ve ever had and my partner had the Honey Chicken Korma, again, something he doesn’t normally order and he enjoyed every mouthful, we didn’t want it to end!! The food was very filling with portion sizes being more than enough. The price is fairly decent as well. This is the first time we’ve eaten from here and we will definitely now be our go to place for Indian Cuisine. Thank you!

Go elsewhere totally unacceptable phoned restaurant and it's all my fault. LMAO. Not.......this is quite regular so now I'm not longer wasting my time and money with the cowboys. . Or Indians

This used to be xcellent but, perhaps they struggle to cope with demand. Last 2 deliveries have been very disappointing with things missing, late, not tasting good and reminding you next morning!!!!

I loved Mint Curry! I happened to stumble accross this place on my way home from work one evening and I'm so glad I did! The staff were very friendly! They went out of their way to change a dish for me to meet my dietary requirements, nothing was too much trouble. The food was DELICIOUS with an authentic taste, I even had the leftovers for breakfast :-)

I hate to be the one to spoil the Mint Curry love-in but I was decidedly disappointed with my recent meal from this takeaway.

Been looking for a decent takeaway for ages and have been bitterly disappointed however this was fantastic. Ordered online and delivered in 40 mins.

I have tried this place on many occasions and it is faultless! Friendly staff, top-notch food and great atmosphere all in one. I would highly recommend the Fish Tikka and Captain Chicken Pathila.

The best curry place I have been, would highly recommend. The flavours are spot on. I am not from around here which is a shame so it may be a while till I visit again.

Moved to Cardiff a few years ago and hadn't found "THE" indian takeaway, until we came across Mint Curry. Really friendly staff, quick delivery, and most importantly AMAZING food. Plenty of it too, had seconds the next day for tea so makes the price even more reasonable.

This is an amazing takeaway. The last Indian takeaway we used regularly closed down and we have tried so many places but they were always a disappointment. The food from Mint Curry was perfect and we will go back again. We all ordered different veggie meals and all we really nice. I had the paneer tikka massala which all my family loved and the tarka Dahl was the best I have ever eaten. The food is not full of grease. We ordered online on a Saturday and food came really quickly.

Really good takeaway with a streamlined computerised ordering system which helps when it's busy. Great menu, great flavours and comfortable waiting area which is immaculately clean.

Good quality tasty Indian food, reasonably priced. A bit more variety on the menu too. Delivery was prompt as well.
