Mini Kitchen in Cardiff

I’ve been to mini kitchen a few times now and the food is always amazing. It’s extremely good value for money and by far the best Asian restaurant on Salisbury road (and cathays). Really nice staff serving the tastiest food.

Tasty food, authentic Chinese flavor, and super friendly owner. Beef rice, Malatang, and Shandong cuisine lasted two people, and they tasted great!

We had lunch here, and the food was delicious. The spicy dishes packed some heat, and the staff were friendly.

I was there being courios to see what food they have, and they didn't have anything I would normally eat, so I was very ashamed to leave but the manager was so sweet and understanding. I will go again and try something new even if it's scary for me❤️

Used to be so good, but the last time I went, couple of months ago, the taste of my favorite dishes completely changed. I was quite disappointed, I was really happy to hear it reopened, but only to find out the taste I’ve been missing is gone forever.

Beautiful beef noodle stew and some tasty mini spring rolls. Not like I know, but if I were guessing (and I am), I'd say this is Chinese home cooking at it's finest. Mini Kitchen, Fēi cháng gǎn xiè nǐ !!

Very delicious hot pots. We tried the beef and sea food hot pots and we really liked them. 🍤🦪🫕Great value for money. If you eat very spicy try medium, if you eat mild clarify you want it mild. Overall lovely experience.

Poor service. The staff is extremely rude. That man should learn some manners. Won't recommend it to others.

Mini kitchen provides superb food

The hotpot bowl is big and yummy can ask for the spicy to be separated if you want! The server I had could barely speak English but Google translate would work well! Yummy!

the best meal deal an Indian vegetarian person who is allergic to egg can have in this country. The owner is very helpful and kind and serves at his best with all his heart It is a must visit

Great food, price and hospitality

Cheap food, halal, relatively fast service if there is not much queue. Quite a selection of wraps, sandwiches available to choose from. The meal deal of Malaysian special is good and filling. Lunch is always full with students. The owner used to provide cards where you have 8 meals and get 9th one free. However it has stopped. Factors like hygienic issues and fresh food had to be considered as poor.

A large selection of wraps and sandwiches which never disappoint. Outstanding customer service and all customers are greeted with a smile, a must go to for anyone looking for a good value lunch in Cardiff. I'd rate it a 6 out of 5 if I could.
